많은 게임 개발자와 마케터들은 고객의 정보 분석과 질적 서비스 제공을 위해 지속적으로 진보하는 다양한 인터넷기술을 이용하고 있다. 하지만 일반적으로 활용되는 인터넷 고객분석 기술로서는 웹 페이지나 커뮤니티 활동으로부터 의 단편적인 게이머의 정보만을 얻을 수 있을 뿐이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 구체적이고 객관적인 게이머의 감성을 표현 할 수 있는 방안으로 게임성에 대한 체계적 이해를 위하여 형용사 시소리스를 이용함으로써 감성적 표현을 플레이어의 의도에 따라 정확하게 나타낼 수 있도록 형용사의 의미적 상관관계를 분석할 수 있는 모델을 제시하여 실제로 게이머에 대한 정보를 지속적으로 수집하고 분석할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하여 효과적인 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 고객에 대한 체계적인 관리 모델인 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)을 게임에 적용 하고자 한다.
To analyze trace-level, reduced sulfur compounds (RSC) in ambient air, gas chromatography (GC) is used as the commonest method. The GC-based analysis is generally conducted by transferring samples via direct injection into GC or by the combined treatment of cryofocusing (CF) and thermal desorption (TD). In this study, experimental bias involved in GC analysis is examined by evaluating the calibration properties of each transfer approach. To this end, the detection properties of RSCs were evaluated with respect to the two major variables of sample concentration and sample volume. The recovery rate of TD application was also discussed based on the most recent findings in which its recovery rate is compared against the results derived by the direct injection method. The overall results suggest that the TD-based analysis of RSCs can be optimized by unifying the experimental conditions between sample and standard gases.
There are lack of labour and increase in logistics costs due to rapid change in logistics environments and the demand for logistics. The reality is that over spending on logistics costs are getting worse due to lack of logistics standardization. An example will be excessive logistics costs caused by unsatisfactory use of logistics equipments in wholesale markets. The logistics efficiency is falling due to delays in using logistics equipments and standardization. Therefore, there needs standardization of logistics functions and unit of handling in each stage from packing, unloading, storage, transporting, logistics information and needs logistics standardization on equipments, machineries used for the above. Standard unified with standardization is called specification and if standardization is applied broadly in manufacturing or processing, inspection than each process in terms of production can be managed rationally and labour skills will improve and product quality will be evenly maintained and compatability of each part in terms of assembly will be maintained thus materials and labour could be saved thus results in increasing productivity and lowering production costs. Also, if it is applied in industry at state-level then there will be rationalization in consumption in circulation as in purchase of raw materials, sales of products, purchase of products by consumers and contribute in improving compatibility and fair transactions. This paper is aimed to help in first solving factors affecting the most in improving logistic efficiency among unit load system and logistic hollowization, standardizing logistics base, standardizing logistics information. The study conducted surveys on limited companies but hope that in the future the target companies can be divided further into types, industries and conduct more demonstrative analysis.
청각장애 청소년과 비장애청소년이 스스로 교류할 수 있는 기회가 공간적, 시간적으로 제안되고 있는 상황에서 청각장애 청소년과 비장애청소년들이 자발적으로 교류를 형성하는 기회가 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구는 청각장애청소년과 비장애청소년이 또래 교류가 가능 할 수 있는 게임인터페이스 요소를 분석을 통하여 기능성 게임에 적용하여 향후 청각장애청소년과 비장애 청소년이 교류 관계 확대에 이바지 하고, 장차 다른 장애청소년들과의 교류도 기능성 게임을 통하여 활용한다.
Nuclear factor I-C (NFI-C) null mice demonstrated aberrant odontoblast differentiation, abnormal dentin formation, and thus molar lacking roots. However, the mechanism by which the disruption of NFI-C gene affect the expression of other genes in dental pulp cells remains unknown. In this study, in order to understand this mechanism, the gene expression of pulp cells in NFI-C deficient mice were compared to those of wild-type mice by cDNA microarray analysis. According to the cDNA microarray profile comparison, the disruption of NFI-C gene increased the expression of TGF-β and TGF-β receptor, whereas it decreased the expression of Smad proteins. Interestingly, most of the FGF-related genes were down-regulated in pulp cells by NFI-C gene disruption. Among the cell cycle-related genes, the expression of p16 and p18 were increased by NFI-C disruption, but the expression of cy clin E1 and cy clin D1 were decreased by NFI-C disruption. These results indicate that the disturbance of NFI-C gene suppressed the proliferation of pulp cells and up-regulated the expression of TGF-β and its downstream signaling molecules during root formation, contributing to the formation of short root containing abnormal dentin.

This study was conducted with respect to the causal factors revealed through the investigation of the recent airlines aircraft crash accident which occurred while aircraft was on the climb-out or on the final approach. This study also highlighted the importance of flight deviation and exceedance occurrences in consideration of Flight Operational Quality Assurance Program(FOQA). Twenty airline pilots participated in the flight experiment to perform ten(10) sets of simulated approaches and landings. As a result, Twelve(12) kinds of deviation events were discovered. In this respect, The FOQA program must be fully implemented to prevent any flight safety incident under the auspices of the Korea domestic aviation community as well.
농업․농촌 정보화 사업은 인적․물적 인프라 구축을 위해 다각적인 사업을 추진해 왔음에도 불구하고 농업․농촌과 비농업․도시간, 지역간 정보격차가 크게 발생하고 있다. 이러한 정보격차는 소득과 지역발전, 삶의 질 등의 격차로 계층간 갈등으로 표출되는 등 사회문제화 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 정보화 사회로의 진전과 정보격차 해소를 위하여 정보화의 취약계층인 농업인의 정보화 수준을 살펴보고, 농업인의 정보활용 및 수용태도를 조사․분석하여 정보화 수용태도가 농가경제 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다.
산림경영의 기본 구획단위는 임․소반이다. 산림경영 단위로서의 임․소반의 중요성에도 불구하고 구체적인 임․소반 구획기준과 적용방법이 없어 경영단위로서의 의미가 퇴색되어 가고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 임․소반 구획을 위한 기준과 방법론을 제시하여 이를 남부지방산림관리청 관할의 ‘춘양경영계획구’에 적용하고 기존 임․소반 구획과 비교해 보았다. 임반 경계를 조정하기 위해 구축된 대상지의 수치도면자료를 바탕으로 GIS 공간분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 새로 조정된 임반 경계 안에서 중첩분석과 군집분석(SAS 8.2)을 실시하여 이들 결과를 바탕으로 소반구획을 재조정 하였다. 새로운 기준에 의한 재조정 결과 기존 임․소반 경계의 많은 부분이 유역, 임상, 지형조건 등의 요소를 반영하여 수정되었다. 본 연구 결과는 임․소반 구획 및 경계의 재조정 문제에 있어 방법론적 틀을 제공한다는 데 의미를 가진다.

As Hemagglutinin (HA) that is a main antigen surface protein of influenza virus that causes these influenza infection changes continuously, HA escapes bond of guided antibody by host"s immunity system. Specification region (HA91-261) of HA molecule that reconize receptor (sialic acid) of host cell is well-preserved without changing relatively, but is gotten buried on inside of trimer structure in natural conditions, is reported that development of effective vaccine or cure for HA protein is difficult because is not exposed to immunity system. Aptamer is relatively small strand DNA or RNA, and has high affinity to specific proteins. In this study, new aptamer DNAs were screened which can specifically bind to the receptor binding region of HA H9 protein.
