The business core component of the enterprise moved from tangible asset to intangible asset such as know-how, patent, contents. The knowledge information resource became a core value in information industries and evaluation measurement of factor of the enterprise. But previous research about enterprise evaluate method is focused on value of tangible asset based such as a financial or business process views. So the importance intangible asset is growing gradually in knowledge-based economy. It is needed to evaluate enterprise considering both tangible asset and intangible one in the information enterprise. In this study, it is presented enterprise evaluation model considering the peculiarity of the information industries and customer satisfaction to evaluate enterprise with systematic method. We applied this evaluation model with software industries as a case study and verified its practical values.

In the country, already a 400 species and some Interchanges of different Section of Industry have been organized and a number of related industry come to a 4000 species. But in the present, Interchanges of different Section of Industry stay at a form of a friendly society as yet. In this study, we will be helpful to activity of Interchanges of different Section of Industry by concretely suggestion of the utility operation method of Interchanges of different Section of Industry in the many-sided point.

난온대 지역인 완도난대수목원과 신지도, 장도 등을 사례연구 대상지를 선정하여, 기초환경 조사 및 훼손등급 사정 후, 산림기능과 복원목표식생 설정, 식생복원유형과 복원기법 등을 구상하여 사례지의 난온대 상록활엽수림 복원계획안을 제시하였다. 사회적 요구와 복원목표 등을 고려하여 산림기능은 생태계보존기능, 풍치보전기능, 임목생산기능으로 구분하였고, 복원목표식생은 붉가시나무림, 구실잣밤나무림, 후박나무림. 생달나무림, 황칠나무림 등으로 설정하였다. 식생복원유형은 보존형 복원형. 재현형, 조림형으로, 복원기법은 훼손등급에 따라 보존, 유도, 개량, 조성으로 세분하였다.

본 연구는 기업의 국제경영활동에 대한 중요한 외생적 환경인 현지국 정부와의 마찰이라는 이론적 모델을 인도네시아 국민차육성적책 사례연구를 통해 분석하였다. 독자모델로 자국산업을 발전시킨 한국과는 달리 다국적기업을 불러들여 자동차산업을 육성한 인도네시아에선 1990년대 중반 미흡한 기술이전 등을 둘러싸고 정부와 현지진출 다국적기업간에 갈등이 발생하였다. 이에 대한 대응으로 인도네시아정부는 독자모델인 `티모르`라는 국민차를 개발하여 이에 특별한 세제상의 혜택을 주며 내국기업이 직접 생산·판매하도록 하고자 하였다. 이는 현지진출 다국적기업의 국제경영활동을 제약하는 것으로 이들 기업의 강한 반발은 물론 투자국의 반발을 초래하고, 결국 IMF 개입과 WTO분쟁해결기구의 결정에 의해 무산되었다. 이 연구결과는 과거와 달리 오늘날의 WTO체제하에서는 다국적기업 경영활동을 일방적으로 규제하려는 현지정부개입은 외부적 제약요인 때문에 실패로 끝나기 쉽다는 것을 말해주고 있다. 이 연구가 우리기업의 국제경영에 주는 시사점은 현지국 정부와의 마찰발생시 한국정부와 전략적 동맹을 맺은 WTO를 통한 대응전략이 국제경영의 위험과 불확실성을 줄여주는 좋은 경영전략이라는 점이다.
