본 논문은 환율변화가 산업 내지 기업의 국제경쟁력에 미치는 효과와 공통적인 산업요인이 존재하는지의 여부를 산업수준 및 기업수준에서 각각 실증분석하였다. 산업수준 분석에서 자국통화가 미달러화에 대해 하락하는 경우 개도국의 전자산업과 일본의 자동차산업이 환율효과를 누렸다. 미국을 제외한 2국간의 산업수준 분석에서는 전자, 자동차, 은행, 화학산업 등에서 선진국들간에 공통적인 산업효과가 나타났으며, 특히 유럽의 인접국들간에 산업효과가 더욱 강화되었다. 이에 대해 환율효과는 영국을 중심으로 일부 국가의 경우에만 나타났으나, 산업효과가 환율효과를 압도하는 것으로 나타났다. 개도국 전자산업간에도 산업효과가 나타난 가운데, 한국의 전자산업은 경쟁국인 대만에 대해, 대칭적으로 대만의 산업도 한국에 대해 환율효과를 보았다. 그러나 개도국 은행산업의 경우에는 공통적인 사업효과가 미미한 가운데, 환율효과도 또한 나타나지 않아서 개도국간에는 은행시장이 분할되어 있다고 해석되었다. 기업수준 분석에서도 공통적인 산업요인이 개별 자동차 기업의 초과수익률을 동일한 방향으로 움직였다. 또한, ADR의 가격움직임에는 미국 내지 글로벌 자동차산업 요인이 작용하는 반면, 원주의 가격은 현지의 자동차산업 요인에 의해 개별적으로 움직이고 있는 듯 하였다. 전자산업에 있어서는 산업효과가 나타나지 않는 가운데 일본기업들이 원주 초과수익률을 변수로 할 때 환율효과를 보고 있었다. 결국 산업수준에서는 대부분의 산업에서 공통적인 산업요인이 작용하는 것으로 나타났지만, 기업수준에서는 일부 산업에서만 산업효과가 나타나서 대조를 이루었다. 또한, 환율변화와 관련하여 기업수준 분석에서 ADR을 사용하는 경우 (-)의 계수가 나타났지만, 원주의 경우에는 대체로 환율효과가 나타났다.
Marine biotechnology is one of the promising frontier of scientific exploration and commercial utilization for the next century. Compared with the terrestrial environment, the oceans of the world remain largely unexplored and include a major portion of bio-resources. Using the tools of biotechnology, the vast and diverse marine resources can be applied to produce new products and foods. Marine biotechnology has the characteristics of pro-environment, saying energy, and intensive knowledge. Therefore, we can take advantage of the marine biotechnology industry under our situation with the poor natural resources. The study focuses on the current status and administrative supports on marine biotechnology industry for upgrading the economic value of output. The status of our marine biotechnology industry is beginning stage in the economic aspects. Manpower and the level of most technologies are weaker than the ones of the advanced countries. More investment and recruiting skilled specialists are necessary because the improvement of marine biotechnology is depend on the technology and scientists. This study suggests the ways of administrative supports for domestic marine biotechnology: Efficient information network and supporting system for the development of marine biotechnology should be interrelated with other technical and scientific fields; The government should provide sustainable fund for the long-term research project and the infrastructure in the marine biotechnology.
Enormous flocks by the reduced life cycle of products caused by the technological innovation if later 20 century, development of new materials and diversified demands of customers appeared as the pressing element causing the trouble in management of companies, and when considering the logistic costs that are imposed to companies in terms of function, the costs related to the stock topped the list of costs, followed by the transportation ones, and for pallet pool system, inventory of stocks is very difficult by the number of companies. Reducing the logistic cost may be accomplished by numbers of logistic management methods, but the most fundamental and essential one is the accomplishment of the consistent pallet system that is the core of unit load system, and the purpose of consistent pallet system is the treatment of logistic functions such as transportation, storage and unloading with consistent pallet system, and increasing the turnover ratio is required for the improvement of the system. As the turnover ratios is increased, more pallets will be used so, numbers of empty pallets will be increased accordingly by returning the pallet. Therefore, in this study, we will establish the effective stock management system by comparing with the other existing stock management system after looking at the concept and examples of pallet full system in order to resolved this kind of problem.
우리나라의 산업안전 ·보건 수준은 '81년 산업안전보건법이 제정됨으로써 획기적으로 발전하여, 80년대부터 산업재해 발생율이 감소추세를 보여왔다. 정부정책 측면에서 보면, '80년 이전까지는 주로 사후 보상문제에 치중하였고 산업안전보건법이 제정된 이후부터 본격적인 재해예방 정책이 수립 ·추진되기 시작하였다. 그러나, 이러한 변화 속에서 사업장 안전 ·보건관리 체계는 규제완화에 따른 안전보건관리체계 약화, 안전보건관리체계의 중복, 법집행의 실효성 미약, 공공-민간의 효율적인 역할 수행체계 미흡, 근로자의 참여부족 등 많은 문제점들을 안고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 미국, 영국, 독일, 일본 등 우리보다 앞서있는 선진국의 산업안전보건체계를 재해통계제도, 안전보건 관련법, 재해예방기관의 활동 등의 측면에서 살펴보고 우리나라의 관리체계와 비교하여 개선 및 발전 방향을 모색하고자 하였다.

It is analyzing and comparing KS K 0050-0052 (which is south korea industrial standard) and KPS 8477.1~3, 8477.6, 8477.9, 10253 (which is north korea"s). With this research, it is found the difference and sameness, then this paper suggests the method for combining two different standard systems.
