본 연구는 우리나라 RCC/RSC의 효율성을 2개의 입력변수와 5개의 출력변수로 한 토대로 퍼지 DEA를 이용하여 측정 평가하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 해양사고 발생자료 뿐만 아니라 환경스트레스치에 의한 잠재적 해양사고 발생가능 자료도 고려하여 운영효율성을 분석하였다. 한편, 현실자료에는 수많은 애매성이 존재하기 때문에 본 연구에서는 DEA법에 퍼지이론을 이용한 퍼지 DEA법을 이용하였다. 이 퍼지DEA법은 α-cut을 기반으로 한 크리습 선형계획문제로 변환된 것으로 입/출력 변수를 삼각형 퍼지수로 하여 해를 산출하는 방법을 제안하였고, 제안된 퍼지 DEA를 이용하여 퍼지 RCC/RSC의 순위를 결정하였다. α-cut을 0.5로 하여 효율성을 산출한 결과 YS, BS, MP, TY, JJ, PH, US, IC, SC, DH, GS, TA, WD RCC/RSC 순으로 효율성이 높게 나타났다. 따라서 효율성이 비교적 낮게 평가된 TA, WD RCC/RSC는 효율성이 높은 준거집단을 참조하여 벤치마킹을 해야 할 필요가 있다.

공장의 생산력을 향상하기 위하여, 현재 많은 공장에서는 동시에 TPM & TQM을 진행하고 있다. 이러한 활동을 통하여 제품의 품질을 향상하고, 원가를 절감하고, 납기를 단축하며, 생산의 유연성을 확보한다. 본 논문은 한국의 제조업에 대한 설문조사를 통하여 TPM 및 TQM과 생산 실행 요인 사이의 관계를 분석함으로써, 적극적으로 제조업에서 생산력을 향상하고 촉진할 수 있는 요인을 얻는 것이다.

본 연구에서는 국내 해운회사의 안전관리를 위한 여러 가지 투입요소와 산출요소들에 대한 자료를 설문조사하고, 각 해운회사간의 안전관리체제 이행에 따른 효율성을 DEA 분석법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 1998년~2004년까지 각 해운회사의 안전관리체체의 운영효율성을 DEA 모형으로 분석한 결과, 효율성 평균지수가 매년 감소하는 추세를 나타내었다. 효율성 평균지수가 매년 낮아지는 경향을 보이는 이유는 해양사고 건수, PSC지적 건수, 선박보험료, P&I 보험료는 매 년 감소하는 것에 비해 선박수리비, 선용품비와 선박 불가동일수는 매년 감소하지 않고 오히려 증가하는 경향을 보이고 있는 것이 주요한 원인으로 분석되었다.

Nowadays, globally high-grade companies have done their best for increasing their competitive power through a many kinds of method in incisive competition for making certain of a pacesetting position. Among the rest, Six Sigma have been the best methodology of improving process and have proven to be effective by the result of improving process in many of manufacturing business, however, it has not obtained excellent results in the transaction business. In transaction business, a 30~50% costs in total costs is generated by slow-speed working and reworking. The slow processes decrease the quality and increase the cost, which decreases customer satisfaction, and finally the income is decreased. All of them are so called wastes in processes. For this, adopting of lean six sigma methodology in process management can eliminate the wastes and reduce the variation. This study focuses on distribution with the domains like capacity, layout, amount of location, assignment of product, operation procedure and operation rule in order to improve these domains, we make a further application of eight analysis ways based on DMAIC method for improving operation of processes of distribution center as the third profit source. The goal of this study is to trace an approach that can easily adopt of Lean Six Sigma in operational management of distribution center by a kind of data, analysis method and template.

Traditionally the availability of probation should be an alternative to incarceration, its innovation is more widely spread in the world. The founder of the probation, Boston's John Augustus, was concernd about drunks being put in jail to dry out. He felt they needed help, so he took them into his home as an compassionate act. Since his successful supervision and recommanding reformation of corrections, probation has become the most commonly alternative in America and other countries. The presentence investigation report considered by probation officer and state statutes help guide the court in determining whether an offender is a suitable candidate for probation. Of course to those convicted of murder, sex crimes, other serious assaults and those with a serious criminal record, probation must not be granted. Perhaps probation is most commonly granted to first-time offenders, property offenders, low-risk offenders, non violent offenders and probation involves minimal levels of supervision and restriction. Model probation should purpose to help low-risk offenders maintain law-abiding behaviour, Sometimes some courts emphasize treatment oriented conditions, others more punitive conditions. One common condition for all probationers is to obey the law. Other conditions are, for example, cooperating with a program of supervision, meeting family responsibilities, maintaining steady employment or engaging or refraining from engaging in a specific employment or occupation, pursuing prescribed educational or vocational training, maintaining residence in a prescribed area or in a special facility established for or available to persons on probation, refraining from consorting with certain types of people or frequenting certain types of places etc. To attain successful probation, many officers' caseloads should not be so massive, people who receive standard probation should undergo periodic or random testing for probability of future crime or future delinquent behaviour. Probation is one of the correctional options, whose goal is to control crimes and delinquent behaviour. To achieve this goal depends almost all upon mitigating the heavy caseloads of most probation officers and furthering the ability of probation officers to closely monitor and supervise those probationers.

The Certification system will be able to expect that effect of marketing and the corporate image rising, if the certification body guarantees the contents of certification against industrial technical advance and safety, environment and efficiency, quality when it is suitable in the standard which is provided. The certificationsystem where the private organization operates but recently on the legal notarization outside is disordering and the trust regarding the certificationfalls and the objective and gist of origin are damaged. But recently the trust of certification has fallen and the objective and gist of origin are damaged. Because the non-government certifications are disordering. Also the damage of the consumers majority occurs but it is insufficient the investigation analysis against the present condition regarding a non-government certification system and the operation actual condition. So it is necessary the actual condition where the countermeasure against hereupon is urgent. In this study, we present the operation direction of efficient against non-government certification system through investigation and the analysis.

본 연구에서는 해운기업의 안전관리체제 운영 지원과 시스템 운영 모니터링 및 운영성과 평가도구로 활용할 수 있는 안전관리체제 운영평가 지표를 개발하였다. 이 지표를 이용하여 안전관리체제 도입을 준비하고 있는 기업이나, 기도입하여 유지 발전시키고자 하는 기업에게 운영 단계별 필요한 지식을 알기 쉽게 종합 수록하여 상시 활용할 수 있는 지침서 내지 컨설턴트 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 자체 내부심사 시 및 시스템 운영성과 평가 시 평가도구로 활용하여 시스템의 지속적인 개선 및 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 이 지표는 크게 대 기준 11개 항목, 중 기준 33개 항목, 소 기준 447개 항목으로 구성되어 있다.

우리 정부와 해운기업은 해상에서의 인명 및 환경보호를 위해 노력하고 있지만 아직까지 내항선에서의 안전관리가 미흡하여 내항선에 맞는 체계적이고 현실적인 안전관리체제 운영의 내실화 방안이 절실하다. 본 논문은 관련기관 및 해운기업에 설문조사를 하였으며, 실증분석을 통하여 현 내항선안전관리의 문제점을 파악하고 개선하여 우리나라 내항해운에 적합한 안전관리체제의 내실화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
