The principal objective of this study was to categorize service attributes on the basis of the asymmetric and non-linear relationship existing between service attributes and customer satisfaction. Researchers generally assume that service attribute performances and customer satisfaction are both symmetrical and linear. That is to say, improvements in attribute performance will inevitably result in increased customer satisfaction. However, this is not always the case. Certain attributes have been shown not to create satisfaction even when improved, and others do not create dissatisfaction even when their performance ratings become negative. Understanding this relationship is crucial not only to researchers, but also to service managers. Service managers can arrange their priorities with regard to which attributes must be improved or promoted first, in an environment of limited technical, financial, and human resources. Many studies into this asymmetric and non-linear relationship have recently been conducted, beginning with Herzberg's motivation-hygiene theory (1976) and the disconfirmation theory, which was eventually developed into Kano's model (1984). This study attempted to determine the impact level of service attributes on incidents of satisfaction or dissatisfaction. It used 30 service attributes generated by Park (2008) in the CIT research into family restaurants. The data were collected from 600 participants, 300 incidences of satisfaction and 300 incidents of dissatisfaction, via an online survey. The t-test was used to confirm the difference between the satisfaction group's and dissatisfaction group's attributes. 11 attributes were found to be significant at a level of p>0.05. This indicates that the 11 attributes exerted different impacts on satisfaction and dissatisfaction, which confirmed the asymmetric and non-linear relationship. 14 attributes were categorized into the core service, 1 attribute into the quality service, 7 attributes into the basic service, and 8 attributes into the neutral service. Strategic customer service management was recommended for the 'A' family restaurant as an example, on the basis of the asymmetric and non-linear relationship and the characteristics of the four service factors.

For this, we studied the existing research about port cluster, the present condition of warehouse industry in Incheon port and importance of value-added logistics activities. Also, we offered needs to build a high value-added and integrated logistics center by examples of advanced port logistics center in Singapore, Netherlands(Rotterdam) and Hongkong. The present study aims to examine the types of professors" discourse strategies that are used by Spanish native professors in the classes given to Korean university students. For this purpose, we recorded 15 hours of professors" lectures in Spanish of 6 compulsory subjects on a video tape and transcribed them. After the collection of the data, we identified 17 strategies and their representative examples. On the basis of this, we recorded frequency of each discourse strategy. In this way, we were able to identify the most frequently used strategies, and tried to explain the cause of their use taking the educational situation into consideration. Because we were concerned about the use of strategies for each of the 6 subjects: grammar, conversation, culture, vocabulary, composition, and reading comprehension, we determined by analysing the frequency the particular discourse strategy that were used in each individual subject.
최근 실내디자인산업은 내, 외적으로 많은 성장을 지속적으로 이루어지고 있으며 점차 국제화, 전문화되어 가는 추세에 있으나 이러한 성장세와 동시에 실내 디자인업계의 급격한 변화를 경험하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 변화는 업계의 전반적인 문제일수도 있으나 실내디자인을 운영하는 틀과 이념에 대한 본질적인 면과 이에 따른 변화 경영 패러다임의 전환 즉 디자인경영전략이 요구가 필요한 시점이 아닌가 생각되어 진다. 따라서 지금까지 적용되었던 디자인업계의 각종 전략들이 유용한 전략이 되지 못하고 있으며 단순한 경영의 논리를 벗어나, 새로운 환경과 변화된 가치관에 걸맞은 철저한 시장조사와 분석을 통하여 가장 합리적이고, 만족스런 디자인이 탄생될 수 있는 틀로 전환하는 기업만이 생존할 수 있는 시대에 접어들었다 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 새로운 변화에 당면한 실내디자인업체의 현재 당면과제와 다양한 환경변화 요인들을 검토하고, 팽창과 다양한 변화에 따른 환경변화 요인들 중 현황 및 경향을 조사, 분석해봄으로써, 앞으로 전개될 국내시장 개방과 고도산업사회로의 전환에 따른 환경변화에 능동적인 대처를 할 수 있는 자료를 구축하여 올바른 방향을 제시하는데 그 시사점을 찾은 연구의 목적이 있다.
게임의 중독성 및 사행성으로 인한 게임 산업의 부정적인 인식이 지배적이다. 이러한 게임의 부정적인 인식을 건설적인 방향으로 개선하기 위해서는 게임을 교육에 적용한 시스템 개발이나 기능성을 부여한 전략시뮬레이션 게임 시스템 개발 노력이 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 소방 전략시뮬레이션 게임 분석 및 필수 설계요소 연구를 통해서 기능성 소방 전략시뮬레이션 게임의 발전방안에 대해서 제안 하고자 한다.
Purpose of CH4 reference gases Intercomparison is to evaluate measurement ability among different laboratories and to improve problems in analyzing reference gases. As a result, the goal is for being reached a scale within the limits of the possibility in intercomparison. Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) and Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science (KRISS) carried out CH4 reference gases intercomparison of the Far East Asia managed by Japan and CH4 intercomparison among standard institutions managed by Consultative Committee for Amount of Substance (CCQM) respectively. CH4 reference gas and standard gases is injected to calibrate instrument drift by turns and checked uncertainty of measurement additionally. Expanded uncertainty in intercomparison among meteorological administrations in the Far East Asia showed 1784.3 ppb±0.26%, 1935 ppb±0.29% respectively. Expanded uncertainty in the case of one point calibration and multipoint calibration showed 1903 ppb±0.11%, 1904 ppb±0.32% respectively. One point calibration obtained better result than mult-point calibration because of having an extent of different manufacturing uncertainty in the case of using various standard gases and having an instrument drift caused by long-time analysis. Through these intercomparison experiment, we could know that concentration of CH4 standard gases produced in CMDL was higher about 1.3~1.4% (about 24~26 ppb) than those of KRISS. This is reason caused a difference between manufactured by gravimetric method and manometric method. Therefore, the standard gases is required to intervalidation with standard institutions and GAW observatories. Also, a low level standard gases need to be calibrated by upper level standard gases periodically.
