This study was performed to approach the 2004 case of inferior quality mandu stuffing from the stance of food ethics. The court convicted the producers of inferior quality mandu stuffing and also decided against the plaintiffs who filed a damage suit. The core of the mandu stuffing case was not safety, but the wholesomeness. The principles of food ethics include a respect for life, justice, environmental preservation, and the priority of safety. The virtues of food professionals include wisdom, honesty, faithfulness, courage, moderation, and integrity. A food producer should possess not only the ability but also the morality to make food. The consumer should urge the producers to strengthen their morality and be conscious of responsibility and fairness. The government should organize a system to establish food ethics, and make efforts to reduce wasteful law enforcement. The media should lead public opinion toward justice by doing an unbiased and in-depth report and help establish the idea of food ethics. The necessity of food ethics and the spread of the ethical mind are the most important points of all.

DEA 관련 연구에서 전체 효율을 측정하는 것의 중요성은 강조되어져 왔다. 그 연구는 주로 그것이 오직 가격과 비용의 정보를 정확히 알 때 측정될 수 있다는 제한이 있었다. 그러나 실제 사례에서 이 정확한 정보를 얻는 것은 쉽지 않다. 이런 한계를 일부 극복하기 위해 이 논문에서는 Cone-ratio 제약을 이용하여 전체 효율을 측정하기 위한 새로운 모델들을 제안했다. 제안된 모델들을 기반으로 DEA에서 전체 효율 모델들을 적용하기 위해 우리가 알아야

이 연구는 우리나라 영향 태풍을 먼저 분류하고, 이후 경유하게 될 가능성을 진단하는 지수를 개발하였다. 우리나라 영향 태풍의 접근 진단 지수는 여름철에 북서태평양 고기압의 서쪽 가장자리의 발달강도를 표현하는 지수로서, 우리나라 영향 태풍의 빈도와 남북류 (500-hPa)의 강도사이의 상관관계에서 나타나는 양의 최대 상관지역(우리나라 부근)과 음의 최대 상관지역(일본 남동쪽 해상)간의 남북류의 속도 차이로 계산된다. 우리나라 영향 태풍 진단 지수로 추출된 우리나라 영향 태풍의 저빈도 해에는, 고기압성 순환 아노말리의 중심이 우리나라 북서쪽에 위치하기 때문에 우리나라로부터 중국 동해안과 남중국해까지 북동류의 성분이 강화되고, 태풍은 이에 따라 필리핀 동쪽해상으로부터 중국 동해안 및 중국내륙 쪽으로 서편하는 경향을 보였다. 반면에 고빈도 해에는 고기압성 순환 아노말리의 중심이 일본 동쪽 해상에 위치하기 때문에 동중국해 및 우리나라, 일본에서 유도된 남서풍이 더 많은 태풍을 우리나라 영역으로 접근시켰다. 결과적으로 태풍의 북상 동안 역학모델로부터 실시간으로 예측된 500 hPa 남북류를 이용하여 이 지수를 산출하면 태풍의 우리나라 접근 가능성을 진단할 수 있음을 이 연구는 제안한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a task-oriented approach on weight-bearing distribution and muscular activities of the paretic leg during sit-to-stand movement in 18 chronic stroke patients. Both groups were received neurodevelopmental treatment for 30 min/day and then the experimental group (=9) followed additional a task-oriented approach (sit-to stand training with controlled environment) and the control group (=9) followed a passive range of motion exercise for 15 min/day, five days/week, for four weeks. Weight-bearing distribution and muscular activities of the paretic leg during sit-to-stand movement were measured before and after four weeks of training. There was significantly improved weight-bearing distribution of the paretic leg during sit-to-stand movement in the experimental group compared with that of the control group after four weeks of training (p<.05). But electromyographic activities of the quadriceps and the tibialis anterior of the paretic leg were not significantly different (p>.05). Thus, it is necessary to apply a task-oriented approach to improve the weight-bearing distribution of the paretic leg during sit-to-stand movement in chronic stroke patients.

최근 국제원자력기구와 방사성폐기물 분야 주요 선도국들은 리스크 차등접근법에 따라 방사성폐기물의 분류기준을 세분화하고 있는 추세이며, 이러한 맥락에서 극저준위폐기물을 새로운 방사성폐기물 범주로서 신설하거나 이에 대한 별도의 최적 관리방안을 모색하고 있다. 국제적으로 운영 사례가 점차 증가되고 있는 주요 국가의 극저준위폐기물 전용 공학적 표층매립형 처분시설들은 방사성핵종의 격리 및 지연성능 측면에서 1960년대 주로 건설된 천층 트렌치형 중·저준위폐기물 처분시설 보다 개선된 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 주요 선도국들의 극저준위폐기물 관리방안은 규제해제 제도, 중·저준위폐기물 처분시설 및 비원자력 폐기물매립장의 활용 가능성, 사회수용성 등에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 관련하여, 국내에서도 향후 대형 원자력시설의 해체에 대비하여 극저준위폐기물의 최적 관리방안에 관한 종합적인 검토와 논의를 통해 리스크 차등접근법에 따른 최적화된 관리방안을 사전에 수립하고, 이를 국가 방사성폐기물 관리정책 및 관리계획의 틀 내에서 체계적으로 시행할 필요가 있다.

Christian population of Tamil Nadu and Kerala is between threefold and ten times higher than that of the rest of Indian states. A major reason is that these regions have become the epicenter of Bhakti movement roughly since 7 century AD. Hindu faith has been widely misconstrued by the outsiders or generalists as having impersonal multifarious Gods with no absolute dependence on God for their salvation. As it is partly true, it is also true that a majority Hindus believe personal monotheistic God with the salvation by faith. Dutch missionary scholar Johannes Bavinck, for example, pointed out that Bhakti concept of grace is totally different from that of Christian faith. The Bhakti faith is certainly different, and yet many common points can be located in the Bhakti literature which might be used as necessary contact points for missionary communication. According to soteriology of Southern school(Tengalais) of Bhakti faith, a kitten can be rescued only by yielding to its mother cat from the burning bushes just as Christians being saved only by the grace of God. Bhakti Gods are personal supreme Gods who demand their devotees an exclusive worship to themselves. Since the Bhakti Hindus found themselves as hopeless sinners, they repeat mantras and bathe into the holy rivers yearning for forgiveness. It is strikingly noteworthy in presenting Christian faith in relation to the indigenous faith and culture, although it is conflicting to Christian doctrines in many points. Korean reformed tradition is known to oppose the general revelation in the indigenous faith and culture. Yet what conflicts is not the reformed tradition, but the fundamentalist position in a strict sense. Although Bavinck supports the unique revelation in Christ, he does not necessarily deny the partial light or incomplete knowledge of God in non-Christian worlds as was given by God. Chai Eunsoo also acknowledges that Egyptian gold is also gold. Therefore, it should admit the function of common points between Bhakti faith and Christian faith as necessary starting points and ideas to present Christian gospel message to Bhakti Hindus, although differences should be carefully examined by specialists.

본 연구는 청소년기의 발달적 특성을 고려하여 에니어그램의 9가지 성격특성을 파악할 수 있는 척도의 문항을 개하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구의 대상은 서울․경기 지역의 중․고등학생 총 474명으로 이루어졌으며, 수집된 자료는 각 유형의 문항과 문항간의 상관관계를 통하여 분석되었다. 결과적으로 청소년 상담 및 코칭을 위한 에니어그램 척도의 문항은 총 80문항이 선정되었고, 이들의 유형별 문항과 문항 전체 상관관계의 결과는 .44에서 .79로 높은 상관계수를 보여주었으며 신뢰도는 .89이며, 재검사 신뢰도는 .90의 결과를 보여주었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 척도의 문항은 청소년이 자신을 이해하는데 도움을 줄 뿐만 아니라 청소년을 대상으로 하는 상담․코칭․진로지도에 유용하게 활용할 수 있는 기초 자료로 사용될 수 있을것으로 기대한다.

To search the potent pig pheromonal odorants through receptor-based approach methods, molecular dockings between 680 Flavornets as substrate molecule and pig odorants binding proteins OBP (1HQP) and PBP (1GM6) as receptor, and QSPR (quantitative structure-property relationship) analyses from physico-chemical parameters of Flavornets and their docking scores (DS) were performed and discussed quantitatively. From the basis on the findings, the optimal value (MSA)opt.=407.595 Å2 of MSA (molecular surface area; Å), and RB (number of rotational bond) had the Flavornets will be able to increase DS. Therefore, it is expected that the stearyl alcohol from DS and H-bond type between substrate and receptor would be shows the character as potent pig pheromonal odorant.

본 논문은 게임 소프트웨어 프로세스 중에서 분석 및 설계 단계의 산출물 중 시퀀스 다이어그램과 OCL 컨트랙트 명세를 기반으로 하여 테스트 모델을 생성하고 생성된 모델을 기반으로 하여 테스트 케이스를 생성하는 기법을 제안 한다. 생성된 테스트 케이스는 테스트 수행뿐만 아니라 테스트 자동화를 위하여 생성하는 테스트 드라이버 작성시 활 용 가능하다.

Establishing a framework, to explain the path to safety accidents considering major safety management factors such as physical conditions including on-site activities and workplace, as well as human factors as to labor, supervisors, or managers, would be effective as the basis to control project's risks by preventing disasters. Therefore, this study aimed to clarify the mechanism in safety management and disaster occurrence. In order to accomplish the purpose, it identified and classified the factors related to accidents, reviewed the causal relationships among them, and suggested the influence diagram. The results of this research are expected to contribute to reinforcing the preventive management, and facilitating the development of integrated site control system based on safety risks.

본 연구에서는 울산항 인근해역에 대한 자연환경, 해양사고, 해상교통량 및 해상교통흐름 관측, 어업현황 등을 조사 분석하고, 전문가 및 이용자에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여 개선안을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 전문가 및 사용자의 설문조사 실행을 통한 항해위험 필수요소, 개선계획 및 충돌위험 필수요소를 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과로서 보다 효율적인 항로를 도출하였다.

게임산업은 짧은 역사에도 불구하고 그 성장세에 힘입어 다른 문화사업의 성장을 선도하는 차세대 성장엔진으로 주목받고 있다. 하지만 다른 측면에서 게임산업의 성장세와 비례하여 다양한 문제점이 야기되고 있다. 그 중에서도 특 히 개인정보의 유출과 관련된 사건사고들이 연일 끊임없이 발생하고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 인터넷 기업들은 개인정보 를 체계적으로 관리하고 각종 인터넷 관련 범죄를 막기 위한 자구책을 마련해야 할 것이다. 이러한 취지에서 본 논문 은 온라인 게임 서비스를 제공하는 게임업체들의 고객 개인 정보 보안을 강화할 수 있는 방안에 대해 기존 문헌에서 제시되지 않은 방법들을 제시하여 지금까지 제시하였던 인터넷의 역기능을 최소화하고 순기능을 강화할 수 있는 방안 을 마련해보고자 한다.
