Recently, youth unemployment is not a mere economic problem. It could be develop into a serious social problem. According to data released by the National Statistical Office that the jobless rate for younger koreans aged between 15 and 29 reached 8 percent in 2005, which was more than double in total unemployment rate. Unemployment among young people has been getting worse since the foreign exchange crisis. Hence, this paper examines the status and causes of the youth unemployment problem and studies the possibility to apply the Demand-Supply Chain Management to the problem.

As public gives more attention on the well being trend, the aim of this study on the Sommelier - an industry profession in the hotel and food service industry is to suggest the educational plan to meet the demand as a professional and to help establish the direction to the effective curriculum. Findings from this study showed that a Sommelier need to possess knowledge in not just wine but in areas such as foreign language, computer, management, hotel and restaurant, global manner, and etc. It was also recommended to authorize the sommelier license as an official and to develop educational entities for sommelier.

Parametric life-cycle cost(LCC) models have been integrated with traditional design tools, and used in prior work to demonstrate the rapid solution of holistic, analytical tradeoffs between detailed design variations. During early designs stages there may be competing concepts with dramatic differences. Additionally, detailed information is scarce, and decisions must be models. for a diverse range of concepts, and the lack of detailed information make the integration make the integration of traditional LCC models impractical. This paper explores an approximate method for providing preliminary life-cycle cost. Learning algorithms trained using the known characteristics of existing products be approximated quickly during conceptual design without the overhead of defining new models. Artificial neural networks are trained to generalize on product attributes and life cycle cost date from pre-existing LCC studies. The Product attribute data to quickly obtain and LCC for a new and then an application is provided. In additions, the statistical method, called regression analysis, is suggested to predict the LCC. Tests have shown it is possible to predict the life cycle cost, and the comparison results between a learning LCC model and a regression analysis is also shown

Recently occupational safety and health literatures begin to emphasize the influence of social, organizational or psychological context. Based on this research trend, this paper tried to review the relationship between safety climates and safety compliance. Based on the responses from 385 manufacturing workers, this paper reviewed the relationships among safety climates, safety motivation, and safety compliance. The results of statistical analysis showed that all safety climate factors(management involvement, leadership, safety training, precaution activities, safety system) have affirmative effects on safety motivation and safety compliance. Also, safety motivation appeared to have mediating effects on the relationship between 5 safety climate factors and safety compliance. Especially it appeared to have full mediating effects on the relationship between safety training/ safety system and safety compliance.

敎育人的資源部는 2000년 12월 30일, 2001년도부터 적용되는 한문 교육용 기초 한자 1,800자 調整案을 확정 공표하였다. 교과용 도서 편찬에서 인명, 지명 등 고유명사는 이와 관계없이 지도할 수 있고, 1,800자 이외에 1할 범위 내의 追加字를 허용하고 있으므로, 현실적으로는 2,000자 이상의 한자가 필요하다는 것을 인정한 셈이다. 이 연구는 한자 학습의 효율성을 提高할 수 있는 방법을 제시하여, 학습자로 하여금 체제적으로 한자를 익힐 수 있게 하는 실용적인 목표를 달성하고자 한 것이다. 한자 학습의 어려움은 주로 字數가 많다는 것과, 字形이 복잡하다는 것으로 歸結된다. 자수의 문제는 일상생활에 필수적인 한자를 選別해서 우선적으로 학습하는 방법으로, 자형의 문제는 구조 분석을 통한 類別 학습 방법으로 해결할 수 있다고 보았다. 『한문 교육용 기초 한자 1,800자 조정 백서(교육인적자원부, 2001.)』의 「교육용 한자 조정을 위한 기초 자료를 참조하여, 검토 대상 한자 4,979자 중, 14점부터 2점까지의 한자 3,061자를 表題字로 삼아 해당 한자마다 점수를 倂記하되 중학교용에는 M(middle-school의 이니셜)자를, 고등학교용에는 H(high-school의 이니셜)자를 덧붙여 두어서 학습 優先順位를 판단하는 기준을 삼을 수 있도록 함으로써 자수의 문제를 해결하고자 하였다. 출현 頻度가 높은 한자부터 학습하는 방법은 수준별?능력별 학습량 조절에도 적용될 수 있을 것이다. 자형의 문제는 자형 분석 방법과 字索 결합 유형 및 形聲의 원리를 활용하는 방안을 제시함으로써, 복잡한 자형을 구조화하고 단순화하여 이해하게 하는 방법으로 해결하고자 하였다. 類別 학습의 장점을 살리되, 종류별로 모으는 기준을 部數와 聲符의 양대 기준으로 바꾸어, 부수 및 성부를 중심으로 각각 소속 한자들을 점수와 함께 정리하여, 여러 가지 방법들이 종합적으로 활용될 수 있도록 적용 방법과 함께 예시하였다. 이 논문에서 제시하는 방법은, 따로따로 또는 부분적으로 활용되어온 기존의 원리들을 전체적이고 綜合的으로 충실히 적용하고자 하는 것이기 때문에 생소하지 않고 간편하며 부분적인 방법들의 단점을 상호 보완할 수 있다. 부록으로 제시된 자료들에 여러 가지 정보를 추가하면, 더 깊이 있고 창의적인 학습이 가능할 것이다.

According to the World Competitiveness Yearbook(WCY), competitiveness of nations looks how nations create and maintain an environment which sustains the competitiveness of its enterprises. To develop economics and join the ranks of the advanced countries in the global market, Korea needs to consider the national competitiveness. Consequently, in this study, first, we try to know a concept of national competitiveness. Second, we also investigate models of national competitiveness. Finally, we suggest an improvement strategy, which is based on models, as compared with many countries of Europe.

동충하초로 불리우는 곤충병원진균(Paecilomycesjaponicus)이 의약적으로 상품화되어 사용되고 있으며,누에(Bombyxmori)가 이 진균의 최적 기주로 선발되어 자실테 생산에 이용되고 있다. 현재 이 균주의 처리는 갓 탈피한 누에 5령 유충에 접종하고 고온(30\"C),다습(약 90%상대 습도)및 24시간 절식 조건에서 스트레스에 의한 면역 저하를 유도하여 균주 접종율을 높히는 방식을 취하고 있다. 본 연구는 면역반응 중개에 중요한 eicosanoid반응을 억제시키는 dexamethas-one(DEX)을 이용하여 물리적 스트레스 환경의 조성 없이도 누에에 면역 저하를 유도시키려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 누에 령 유충에 주입된 DEX(1007g)는 병원진균의 혈구치사 능력을 뚜렷 이 증가시켰다. 또 DEX(1007g)는 작은혹형성이나 피막형성에서 나타나는 혈구응집 반응이나, phenoloxidase활성으로 측정된 누에의 세포성 면역 반응을 뚜렷이 저하시켰다 효과적 병원진균 의 충체 처리를 위해 곤충체의 부착 능력을 제고시켜 접종율을 높히는 것으로 본 연구에서 판명된 Triton-X(0.05%)를 모든 충체 처리 용액에 이용되었다. DEX(100)단독처리가 기존의 물리 적 스트레스 환경 처리를 통한 방법과 유사한 수준으로 병원진균의 접종율을 나타냈다. 본 연구는 DEX가 동충하초 접종율을 제고시킬 수 있음을 시사했고, 누에는 이러한 진균 병원체에 대해 서 eicosanoid를 이용하여 세포성 면역을 발현하는 것으로 제시하고 있다.고 있다.
