Nowadays, the human resources of an organization are very important in order to survive in competitive business environment. This study investigates the influence of four decision-making styles in Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and working conditions on organizational effectiveness. Job satisfaction and immersion have been regarded as key conceptions of organizational effectiveness. The result of this study has shown that organizational effectiveness are influenced by personality types and working conditions. Based on the result, an enterprise must provide working conditions which are conducive and suitable for all decision-mak- ing styles. For ST-type, the composition of good relationship with superiors, clear organization’s visions and goals and rewarding compensation on original idea contribution need to be provided. On the other hand, autonomic authority and job assistance in co-worker are more suitable for NT-type. Finally, in the case of SF-type, the organization must give job assistance in co-worker.

Government encourages small size learning circle activities as a part of ‘Learning Organizing Scheme’ to enhance the performances of the company through making SME employees develop themselves by giving them vision and hope who have poor working and learning conditions. Especially as the importance of learning circle (learning shift) activities is getting bigger, diversified studies on learning circles have been made. Accordingly, this study tried to verify the effects of activation of learning circle activities in SMEs on the quality performance of the organization and propose factors related to quality performance of the company.

This paper reviewed the relationship between social capital(interaction, trust, shared vision) and innovation(product innovation, process innovation), and the moderating effect of CEO's entrepreneurship in small businesses of Convergence Federation. Based on the responses from 252 responses, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that interaction and shared vision effect positively on product innovation and process innovation, but trust effects positively only on process innovation. The results of moderating analysis showed that entrepreneurship effects positively on the relationship between trust and product innovation, and the relationship between shared vision and process innovation.

Quality management activities are an important factor that they could be regarded as a most significant drive to prompt growth of a corporation. From this research as core strategy of the enterprise single ppm wants to emphasize the importance of the quality management activity. As Single PPM activities factor, Customer Management significantly affects Single PPM Performance. Therefore, to the success of quality management activities, internal corporate leadership and corporate culture must be formed. And for customer management, should take advantage of a variety of the company's internal and external information strategically.

우리나라 전체 기업수의 99% 이상을 차지하는 중소기업의 연구개발을 지원하기 위하여 최근 10년간 연평균 15.8%에 달하는 예산증액과 다양한 정부의 기술개발 프로그램 지원이 있어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 연구개발을 지원하기 위한 우리나라 중소기업청의 대표적인 연구개발프로그램인 중소기업기술혁신개발사업을 대상으로 프로젝트로 인한 ROI에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 토빗 회귀분석과 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였고 특히 개발 기술에 대한 인증과 특허가 프로젝트의 경제적 성과에 기여하는 영향을 산업별 차이점을 중심으로 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과 프로젝트의 수행 중 인증의 신청 ; 취득과 특허의 출원 ; 등록은 프로젝트의 경제적 성과를 높이는데 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 각 기술 분야별로 인증과 특허가 프로젝트의 경제적 성과에 기여하는 정도에 현저한 차이가 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 정부 중소기업 기술개발 프로젝트의 경제적 성과 제고를 위해서는 각기술 분야별로 인증과 특허의 영향을 고려하여 프로젝트를 기획, 평가, 관리할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

It is very important the collaboration and risk management of supply chain between the parent company and its partners in the supply chain risk management(SCRM). It was known that the SCRM approach is very different between a large enterprise and a small and medium-sized enterprise. This paper deals with the suggestion about SCRM structure for a small and medium-sized enterprise. This SCRM structure consist of risk identification, risk assessment, and risk mitigation. We expect that this SCRM structure promote the collaboration between a parent company and its partners to alleviate the supply chain risk.

혁신의 원천을 효율적으로 활용하여야 하는 명제를 안고 있지만 개방성의 수준을 측정하는 방법은 매우 한정되어 있는 실정이다. 개방성은 단순히 외부의 지식원천을 얼마나 활용하느냐의 관점에서 벗어나 혁신을 위한 외부지식원천의 검색, 혁신과정에서의 활용과 이에 따른 성과 등 전체적인 관점에서 바라볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 개방성 지표를 지식원천의 활용뿐만 아니라 내부 활용체계, 투입자원, 성과 등 다양한 관점에서 도출하였고 이를 바탕으로 한국과 일본의 중소기업의 혁신의 개방성 비교에 적용하였다. 일본기업이 외부 지식원천 활용 측면의 개방성이 한국기업보다 높은 것으로 나타났으나, 개방성의 다른 지표인 외부혁신 활용비중 등은 한국이 일본보다 개방적인 것으로 파악되어 개방형 혁신의 지표에 대한 다각도의 접근이 필요함을 시사한다.

To adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, introduction of new management techniques and innovative activities are crucial. In the case of small and medium companies, the compensation for scarce management resources and sustainable development can be obtained from advantage of management consulting. In this study, we propose the enterprise process evaluation model for small and medium business consulting, which can deploy the process improvement activities with considering the process maturity level within an organization. The process evaluation area of proposed Small and Medium Business, Staged Maturity Model (SMB-SMM) consists of four following parts: supply management, demand management, business management, and research and development (R&D) management. For each area, we set goals and also define the practices to achieve their goals respectively. By applying the SMB-SMM model to the small and medium sized companies, the process maturity level can be defined. And then to overcome the gap between the goals and evaluation results, the customized management consulting activities can be drawn from the predefined consulting approaches from the SMB-SMM.

본 연구는 중소기업에서 실시하고 있는 S-OJT 프로그램 구성요인이 직무성과에 미 치는 영향을 검증하고 S-OJT프로그램의 효용성을 증진할 수 있는 구성요인과 실행방 안을 연구할 목적으로 진행되었으며, 연구결과 S-OJT프로그램 구성요인은 교육훈련 성과에 영향을 미치며, 조직의 지원은 학습자의 특성과 무관하게 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다. 또한 학습동기가 낮은 경우, 교육훈련의 적절성과 환경에, 학습동기가 높 은 경우에는 교육훈련의 훈련전문가의 역량이 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며. 학습자 스스로가 학습능력이 높다고 판단하는 경우는 교육훈련 내용의 적절성이 교육훈련 프로그램 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 S-OJT 실시에 있어 조직의 지원은 프로그램 성과에 긍정적인 기여효과가 있으며, 훈련전문가 의 역량은 현업적용도, 직무성과를 높일 것이다. 아울러 훈련프로그램의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 학습자의 학습동기와 자기효능감 을 높일 방안을 강구해야 한다고 볼 수 있다.

In this research, customized management performance index for small and medium enterprises in solar energy area was developed. To acquire management performance index, first Delphi technique is applied and secondly, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) used to give weight to each main index and then final management performance index was achieved. 본 연구에서는 기술혁신의 결정요인 도출 또는 기술혁신의 투입과 산출 간 관계에만 집중한 기존 연구의 한계, 기술혁신의 연결 메커니즘 연구의 필요성 제기 및 관련 연구들이 실태조사 수준에 머물러 있는 현실, 대기업과 중소기업의 기술혁신 추진과정 차이 등에 따라 중소기업의 기술혁신 관리요소에 관한 실증연구를 실시하였다. 이를 위해 자원기반 및 시스템 관점에서 주요 기술혁신 관리요소를 도출·분류하여 연구모형을 제시하였고, 중소기업을 대상으로 실증적으로 규명하였다. 세부적으로 살펴보면, 투입(R&D리더십, 혁신전략, R&D투자, R&D인적자원관리 및 외부네트워크), 과정(포트폴리오관리, 프로젝트관리 및 사업화) 및 산출(기술혁신) 간 관계를 실증 분석하였다. 대구지역 223개의 중소기업을 대상으로 한 구조방정식모형 분석 결과, 투입요소 간 관계, 투입요소와 과정요소 간 관계, 과정요소 간 관계, 그리고 과정요소와 산출요소 간 관계가 전반적으로 긍정적으로 유의하였다. 그러나 투입요소와 과정요소 간 관계에서 R&D투자가 포트폴리오관리와 프로젝트관리에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 R&D투자가 독립적으로 과정요소에 영향을 미치기보다 우수한 인적자원, 유용한 정보와 기술이 뒷받침될 때 과정요소에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상한다. 본 연구의 결과는 중소기업들이 연구모형을 활용하여 기술경영 상의 제약을 효율적으로 극복하고, 보다 높은 기술혁신 성과를 달성하는데 도움이 될 것이다. 아울러 정책기관들이 중소기업의 기술혁신 관리요소에 관심을 갖고, 애로요인을 보완해 줌으로써 보다 효과적인 정책지원이 가능할 것이다.

Single PPM Quality Innovation Program is to pursuit of defects below 10ppm in outgoing quality for strengthen the small and medium enterprise's competitiveness. This study aims to find that whether quality innovation promotion is significant or not in the ISO 9001 certification enterprises. To perform this research, we surveyed CEOs, managers and workers working for manufacturing business, we distributed 250 sheets totally and withdrew 171 sheets. We analyzed 135 sheets that we could use for this research using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 18.0 program.

기업경영활동에 있어서 경영성과를 측정하는 것은 중요한 일이다. 성과를 측정함으로써 기업은 스스로의 객관성을 파악할 수 있어 좀 더 나은 방향으로의 관리와 계획을 가능하게 해주고 올바른 판단을 가능케 한다. 이와 같이 기업경영활동에서 필수적인 경영성과측정을 중소기업을 포함한 많은 기업에서는 보유하고 있지 못하거나 혹은 보유하고 있더라도 활용하지 못하는 경우가 다반사다. 이는 경영성과측정의 지표가 현실적이지 못하거나 활용의 방법론에 있어서 부재라고 할 수 있겠다. 위와 같은 상황을 해소하기 위해 다수 대안에 대한 다면적 평가기준인 AHP분석을 통해 대경권 태양광 분야의 중소기업을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 따라서 본 논문은 중소기업의 경영성과측정지표 부재를 해소하고 기업의 규모와 상황에 맞는 맞춤형 경영성과지표를 수립하고자 한다.
