본 연구는 답리작에서 양질의 조사료를 최대한 생산하기 위한 적정 사료작물 및 품종을 선발하고자 경기 수원 축산연구소에서 보리(3품종), 밀(2), 호밀(3), 이탈리안 라이그라스(IRG, 3) 등 4작목 11품종을 공시하여 년까지 3년간 생육단계별로 생육특성, 수량 및 사료가치를 조사하였다. 보리의 출수기는 5월 1일, 유숙기는 5월 15일경, 유숙기황숙기 기준 초장은 87cm, 건물수량은 ha당 톤, TDN 수량은 톤이었으며, 알보리가 가장 우수하였다

실험실과 밤 재배지에서 2001/2002년 겨울과 2003년 봄에 복숭아명나방 Dichocrosis punctiferalis Guenee (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae)의 월동생태를 연구하였다. 같은 밤 재배지에서 2003년 겨울에 채집 우화시킨 24마리의 암컷과 14마리의 수컷은 모두 과수형이었다. 야외에서 월동유충 개체군의 휴면종료는 1월 하순부터 시작하여 4월 20일 이전에 완성되었다. 휴면종료된 유충의 용화는 5월 상순부터 시작하여 6월 3일까지 용화하였다. 휴면 종료 후 암컷 유충이 용화되기까지의 기간은 20, 25, 에서 각각 12.5일, 8.9일, 7.5일이었다. 용기간은 세 온도에서 각각 14.7일, 11.8일 ,9.0일이었다. 휴면 후 월동세대 성충의 우화시기는 5월 20일부터 6월 28일까지이었으며, 우화시기는 6월 8일-9일이었다. 그러나 산청, 하동, 진주 세 지역의 성페로몬 트램에 포획된 수컷의 수를 종합하면 포획시기는 6월 17일이었다

This study is to analyze the building layout of traditional government office building in Chungchong province with Chungchong-do regional maps and Eupjis(邑誌) being compiled in the late Chosun dynasty. The building layout of government office in Chungchong-do is followed in the wake of the spatial structure, Sam-Jo(三朝, three reign) and Oejeon-Naejeon(外殿-內殿), of Chosun dynasty palace. The planning principle of Sam-Jo at government office, Dongheon(東軒) territory for rule administration corresponds to Chijo(治朝) with a local governor who is the ruler, as for the Naea(內衙) territory which a family of him and he lives in, it is corresponded to Yeonjo(燕朝), and in the job space of Ajeon(衙前), it is corresponded to Oejo(外朝). As for the application of the inside and outside principle of provincial government office, Dongheon is corresponded to Oejeon and Naea to Naejeon. A compositive and an approach axis of government office in Chungchong-do is correspond with Dongheon in the center, and these axes form an central axis and an entry space of government office included Oesammun(外三門) Naesammun(內三門) Dongheon or Naea. Because an essential performance of provincial government office is provincial administration, the layout configuration of government office is a function, which is an expression of an official institution.

휘발성 지방산의 생성 및 회수를 위한 분리막의 유효성을 실험적으로 검토한 결과, 분리막의 적용에 의해 발효조 내의 부유고형물 농도, 유기산 생성균수 및 유기산 농도가 증가하였다. 혐기성 발효액의 고액분리 및 발효 효율향상을 위한 분리막의 적용은 발효조 내의 관련 미생물 농도를 증가시키고 따라서 분리막을 적용하지 않은 경우에 비해 유기산 생성효율이 훨씬 증가하였다. 분리막이 결합된 산 발효조의 적용은 유기성 슬러지로부터 휘발성 지방산의 회수 효율증대에 효과적인 적용기술이라 판단된다.

본 연구는 미경산돈의 첫 발정과 종부시 품종에 따른 체중, 연령, 체장, 체고, 흉위, 등지방 두께, estradiol-l7β, cortisol 그리고 progesterone 농도에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 앞으로 돼지 번식능력 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 본 연구에 공시된 듀록, 랜드레이스, 요크셔 미경산돈은 충남축산위생 연구소 산하 축산시험장에서 2000년부터 2002년까지 생산한 자돈을 선발하고 육성하여 이용하였다 미경산돈의 첫 발정과 종부시 듀록종이 랜드레이스종이나 요크셔종 보다 체중이 더 무거웠고 연령이 많았으며, 흉위도 컸다. 첫 발정과 종부시 체장은 품종간에 차이가 없었고, 체고는 듀록종과 요크셔종이 랜드레이스종에 비하여 높았다. 첫 발정시 등지방 두께는 요크셔종, 듀록종 그리고 랜드레이스종 순으로 얇았으며, 첫 종부시에는 차이가 없었다. 미경산돈의 첫발정시 혈청 estradiol-l7β의 농도는 랜드레이스종이 45.0 pg/ml로 요크셔종의 27.4pg/ml 이나 듀록종의 21.8 pg/ml 보다 높았으나 첫 종부시에는 18.5-31.9 pg/ml로 품종간에 차이가 없었다. 혈청 cortisol의 농도는 첫 발정과 종부시 듀록종이 랜드레이스종이나 요크셔종에 비하여 높게 나타나 품종간에 차이를 나타내었다. 혈청 progesterone의 농도는 첫 발정과 종부시 품종간에 차이가 없었다.

We studied electrochemical characteristics of Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) films by using cyclic voltammetry with a three-electrode system. An Ag/AgCl as a reference electrode, a platinum wire as a counter electrode and LB film-coated indium tin oxide(ITO) as a working electrode were used to study electrochemical characteristics at a various concentration of NaClO4 solution. LB films were reduced from initial potential to -1350 mV, continuously oxidized to l650mV and returned to the initial point. The scan rate was l00mV/s. The monolayer surface morphology of the LB film have been measured by Atomic Force Microscope(AFM). As a result, We comfirmed that the microscopic properties of LB film by AFM showed the good orientation of momolayer molecules and the thickness of monolayer was 3.5-4.lnm. The cyclic voltammograms(CV) of the ITO-coated glass showed the peak potentials for the reduction-oxidation reation. LB films of 4-octyl-4'-(5-carboxypentamethyleneoxy) azobenzene(8A5H) / L-α-phosphayidyl choline, dilauroyl(DLPC) seemed to be irreversible process caused by only the oxidation current from the cyclic voltammogram. The current of oxidatation increased at cyclic voltammogram by increasing 8A5H density in LB films. The diffusivity(D) of LB films increased with increasing of a 8A5H amount and was inversely proportional to the concentration of NaClO4 solution.
