The purpose of the study was to investigate how the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival, a rural festival, affects the farmers of the local farms in Cheongju. Based on grounded theory, this study analyzed the objective using a qualitative research program, the Nvivo11 program. The data was collected through in depth interviews from 13 farmers who participated in the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival, and were also residents of Chungcheungbuk-do. The roles of the local festival expected by farmers, were the sale of local agricultural products, local public relations, regional revitalization, a sense of pride as a farmer, exchange of business ideas for sales of agricultural products, and a line of direct communication between farmers and consumers. The farmers who participated in the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival insisted that sales should rise. The results showed that the farmers who participated in the festival felt socially and psychologically stable while participating. The programs at the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival include a concert, hands on involvement, and agricultural sales, which have a direct influence on both sales and attracting visitors during the local festival. Farmers who participated in the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival asked for the improvement of the overall operation of the festival, including the problems with the admission tickets, parking, arrangement of facilities, festival venue, time, and etc. The suggested improvements for the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival focused on the quality certification system of agricultural products, as well as the organic farming of products, thereby to gain trust from the consumers.
경기도 동두천시는 2006년 이후 침체되고 있는 원도심 거리 개선 사업을 여러 방면으로 진행하고 있다. 동두천시 지역 축 제 중 크리스마스트리축제가 있다. 이는 한국 주민과 주둔 미군, 외국인 노동자들도 함께 공감할 수 있는 문화콘텐츠이기에 도시 이미지 쇄신과 지역 발전을 위해 활용 가능성이 높은 축제이다. 본고에서 제1, 2회 트리축제를 분석 및 연구를 하여, 주요 개선점을 4가지(1)홍보와 마케팅-주제와 테마 설정 2)트리축제 아이덴티티 및 디자인 컨셉 설정 3)디자인 심미성 완 성도 환경 친화 4)협업)영역으로 추출 하였다. 이를 ICD 세부 방법론 8가지를 세우고 디자인을 개발 하였다. 그 결과 총 63종의 ICD아이템이 개발 되었다. 결과적으로 트리축제사상 최대 관람객을 동원하는데 디자인이 도움이 되었고, 축제 행 사 기간 동안 주간 및 야간 경관 모두 이전보다 발전된 모습을 볼 수 있었다. 이 연구는 다음해 트리축제 디자인을 효율적 으로 추진할 수 있는 기반이 될 수 있으며, 발생가능 문제를 예측하고 합리적인 대안을 구축하는데 교안으로 활용 가능 할 것이다. 하지만 앞으로 지속가능한 트리축제를 위해서는 ICD 핵심팀과 진행팀의 긴밀한 연계, 지역 주민과의 협업, 효율적 인 관리 운영 시스템 개발, 업무 로드의 균형적 경영 등의 문제에 관해서는 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.
This study is in order to promote agricultural products sold in the rural village festivals direct transaction marketplace and enabled by a comprehensive user evaluation of the rural village festivals direct transaction marketplaces in universal design perspective, provide a design plan for your care and comfort of a rural village festival Direct Deals Marketplace there is a purpose. Thus, redefining the principles of universal design suitable for direct transactions rural village festival marketplaces, and to do this by reclassifying the design elements of the farmstand-type in a framework was developed 30 questions to evaluate items for Universal Design Evaluation. And, the selection of three villages along the rural village festivals scale and conducted a survey of Universal Design Rating. As a result, the overall assessment was positive for B villages of rural village festival marketplaces direct transactions, there was a significant difference with the other village. In particular, there was a notable difference in the fairness, efficiency, promotional, safety and hygiene. And, there was a significant difference in design elements for directing atmosphere by selling space, product display, hygiene. This paper presents the design suggestions about a rural village festivals farmers’ market aspects of universal design for improvement of the marketplace as following, 1) placement for differentiation the markerplace and around sites in the festival place, 2) to build the operating systems of sustainable management for arrangement and organization during the festival, 3) to install the device for maintaining agricultural products freshness 4) to separate the sale of local specialty products and general food products, and 5) to locate the suitable space considering the visitors tour route in the festival place for large-scale festival
In this study, seasonal customs are analyze the appropriate festival for each 24 seasonal divisions of the year. Recover the intrinsic value of the festival and selected the target villages and each village should investigate elements of the festival. The village were sought activation of a rural village by setting the festive season. ① 24 seasonal divisions of the year festival is a small town festival, the festival's program is based on the experience-oriented. This study is to find out vitalization plan of rural village festival through field survey and in-depth interview. Festival vitalization plans were suggested for each of four steps. The results are as follows: (1) preparing stage : disambiguation of supporting festival, adjustment of selecting times & improvement of selecting index in supporting festival, support of planning & managing ability, and systematization of festival consulting team. (2) planning stage : supporting differentiated festival program development, and public relations of rural village festival. (3) operating stage : flexible utilization of supporting budget and systematization of festival supporters operation. (4) ending stage : holding a workshop to share successful festival cases.
The purposes of this study is to identify a proper spot to create a symbolic place for the International Jazz Festival and to improve the connections among the place assets of Gapyeong as a place marketing strategies. To this end, the analysis and interpretation of spatial structure was conducted using space syntax. The results of the study showed that the entire structure of the space formed in the axis of a total of 200. The value of total integration was 0.833, which is relatively low, and the local integration degree was 1.588 degrees. Gahwa Street has the highest value of full integration (1.264) among the major points related with the Festival, followed by the former Gapeyong Station area (1.189). As a result, the former Gapeyong station area was identified as a recommendable place for symbolic place because it is highly accessible to the surrounding areas and spacious enough to function as a plaza. Developing a cultural street occupied by jazz cafes, concerts, shops and restaurants, and transforming the old railroad into a linear park will enhance the image of jazz city and help place marketing.
In 2011, neighborhood parks occupied a total area of 280,135,257m2 in small and medium sized city areas and this excluded the metropolitan regions. In the rural area, the park area per person(22.64m2) is larger than the urban area(9.50m2). It is a questionable why there is a higher park ratio in the rural area compared to the cities, where the function of the neighborhood parks is not being utilized well. But, there are already a lot of parks that has been constructed in the rural areas and a lot of money is being spent in maintaining them. Hence, rather than reducing the number of "country parks", it can be suggested that these "country parks" ought to be utilized in a different manner than the parks in the city. In that point of view, this study examined the issues of the country park usage along with the utilization of the local festivals within the parks. Firstly in this context, this study compared the amount of neighborhood parks between small and medium sized cities and metropolitan areas, and analyzed those results. Secondly, daily newspaper articles were collected and categorized to find the usage of the rural park which were then analyzed. Then, the extraction of the essential points in composing the festival space was carried out. Also, the general design guides of making the neighborhood parks were drawn. Last but not least, using these two resources, this study suggested design guidelines for using neighborhood parks as a Festival Space in small and medium sized cities.
본 연구에서는 일회성이 아닌 지속적인 어메니티 창출을 위해 문헌조사와 현장조사를 통해 어메니티 평가 요소와 시험 프로그램(pilot program)을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 식물축제와 테마식물원 방문자를 대상으로 방문동기별 어메니티 요소에 대한 인식의 차이를 비교분석 함으로 식물관련 축제와 체험행사의 공간구성을 위한 기초자료를 마련하였다. 또 시범용 체험프로그램 참여자의 참여목적별 만족도를 비교하여 프로그램 활용 방안을 유형별로 분류하는 지침을 도출하였다. 즉, 어메니티 요소에 대하여 방문목적별 분석은 유의한 차이가 시설물과 식물의 다양성에 대하여만 나타났다. 나머지 항목은 나타나지 않은 것을 통해 시설물은 공간 방문목적에 맞게 종류와 배치를 재구성 해야 하고 식물의 다양성을 고려한 테마선정과 계절별 배치와 이용자의 목적에 따른 체류시간을 고려한 동선 배치가 필요하다고 분석된다. 어메니티 체험 프로그램은 대상자의 체험활동 목적에 따라 그리기와 토피어리조형정원, 미니정원 프로그램에서 만족도 차이가 나타나므로 단순체험자가 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 산책과 채집 식물활용, 먹거리 관련 프로그램과 교육이 요구되는 그리기와 만들기형 프로그램으로 대분류하고 교육이 요구되는 프로그램은 이해를 도울 수 있는 교구재와 모형을 만들어 지속적인 교육기능을 보완 한다면 효과적으로 체험프로그램이 운영될 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 지역의 어메니티 향상을 위한 식물축제나 수목원, 식물원, 대안학교 등에서 식물체험 프로그램을 운영할 때는 방문자의 경험과 방문목적을 고려한 후 일시적 체험활동과 교육적 체험을 분류한 단계별 매뉴얼 중심의 체계적 체험 활동으로 질적인 운영을 유지하는 것이 필요하다. 또 식물관련 축제와 식물원에서 어메니티 효과를 지속적으로 유지하기 위한 공간 구성과 체험프로그램을 도입할 때, 본 연구에서 도출된 이용자의 목적별 데이터는 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
본 연구는 제3회 신안튤립축제의 방문객 만족도와 행사 내용을 평가하기 위해 실시되었다. 축제기간인 2010년 4월 16일부터 25일까지 축제장을 방문한 전라남도 거주자 219명과 타지역 거주자 71명 등 총290명의 방문객을 대상으로 설문방식으로 조사하였다. 축제장까지의 교통 편리성에 대해 방문객들은 가장 만족했다고 평가해주었다. 풍차, 튤립공원, 튤립포장 등 축제시설에 있어서도 두 번째로 만족해했고. 안내원의 서비스도 대체적으로 만족도가 높았다. 휴게시설이나 화장실과 같은 편의시설에 대한 만족도는 각각 6.68과 6.36점으로 낮았으며, 축제상품의 다양성, 가격, 품질에 대한 평가에서도 각각 6.27, 6.19, 6.35점으로 나타나 만족도가 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 특히. 축제음식의 다양성, 가격, 맛은 조사항목 23개 중 가장 낮은 접수를 받아 방문객틀이 가장 불만족해 하는 요인으로조사되었다. 방문객의 만족도를 높이고 재방문을 위해서는 새로운 양질의 축제 관련 음식을 개발하고, 지역 음식을 판매하는 부스를 설치할 필요가 있고, 다양한 축제 프로그램과 새로운 우수 품질의 축제 상품들을 개발하는 것이 요구되었다.
본 연구는 최근 화훼장식에 많이 사용되어지는 화훼 중에서 다화 소재로 적합한 소재를 제시하고 이를 이용한 작품 분석을 통해서 현대의 차(茶)문화 공간에 어울릴 수 있는 다화의 종류를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법은 2009년 대구세계차문화축제의 주요 행사로서 다양한 차 문화 공간 연출을 위한 찻자리의 꽃인 다화 경연대회가 실시되었는데 대회 시 사용되어진 다화 소재와 작품들을 분석하였다. 다화 소재로 선정되어진 화훼는 능수조팝나무,금사매,정금나무의 절지류와 국화, 장미, 산수국, 유스토마, 과꽃, 섬바디, 솔리다스터, 안개초의 절화류, 고사리, 루스쿠스의 절엽류가 사용되었다. 특히 선을 표현하기 위해 가장 많이 사용되어진 소재는 능수조팝나무이었고 꽃은 과거 차 문화 공간에서도 많이 사용되어졌던 국화를 가장 많이 사용하였다. 이외에도 현대의 차 문화 공간에서는 다양한 소재를 폭넓게 사용할 수 있지만 무엇보다도 꽃의 표정이 차 문화 공간의 분위기와 잘 맞아야 된다.
The purposes of this study were to search for the ways to activate the Gochang Blackberry Festival by examining the visitors to the festival and utilizing the results to make efficient use of the local resources and vitalize the area. The results indicate that the visitors were aware of Gochang blackberry's superiority to that of other regions in quality and commercial value but lacked in the recognition of its related products, which suggests that the Gochang government should make diverse efforts to heighten their recognition of the products. There was a great demand for improving and supplementing the local festivals ad experience programs related to Gochang blackberry. It's thus required to reinforce new experience programs and develop various programs by incorporating blackberry into other local resources. The study has its limitations since its subjects were restricted to the visitors of the Gochang Blackberry Festival and it failed to investigate the preference factors of general potential tourists with the small sample. In future study, they need to use a bigger sample of general public to generalize the research findings.
The purposes of this study was to investigate visitors` satisfaction of Jangsung Bekyang Maple Festival events and to provide suggestions for the festival administrators. This study was surveyed 260 visitors and the 15 of them were deleted because they did not respond some items of the questionnaire. So 245 samples were used for this study. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that entrance to festival site and traffic convenient was the most satisfied factors from visitors. The kindness of guider was secondly satisfied factor and the convenient facility was chosen as third favorite item. Second, festival foods, festival products, and public relationship were the less satisfied factors of the twelve factors. While residents` satisfaction toward experience program was high, domestic visitors` satisfaction was moderate. But in terms of the satisfaction toward convenient facility, domestic visitors' satisfaction was investigated and founded as high and residents` satisfaction about it was moderate. For the future festival development, the followings are suggested. First, Maple related theme park is necessary to increase visitors. Second, development of theme about foods` booth is recommended to increase satisfaction of visitors. In addition, the expansion of photograph zone and selling booth for hikers are necessary for this festival. The investigation of the relationship between visitors` importance about this festival events and satisfaction is also needed in the future research.
