        사질토 지역에서의 내부수위 변동은 매질을 통한 물의 이동 및 변동에 대한 다양한 정보를 제공하며, 특히 자연해빈에서의 내부수위 변동은 그 지역의 지형적, 환경적, 생태적, 수문학적인 변화를 결정짓는 중요한 요소이다.본 연구는 낙동강 진우도 해안선의 법선 방향으로 관측점 5곳을 선정하여 2012년 3월부터 2013년 1월까지 약10개월간의 수온, 전기전도도, 압력값을 관측하였으며,관측값을 토대로 진우도 내의 내부수위 변동특성을 알아보고자 하였다.

        This study compared the disasters in construction field under construction amount of 300,000,000 won and the whole construction fields in order to improve the efficacy of various industrial safety and health policies and services and examined the characteristics of disasters in construction field under 300,000,000 won. It also examined, compared and analyzed the characteristics of disaster in construction field under construction amount of 300,000,000 won that disaster prevention technical experts saw. The subjects of comparison were selected with statistical data of disaster for 2011 and those of disaster in construction field under construction amount of 300,000,000 won from January to August of 2012. And questionnaire was conducted with technical instruction experts of small-sized construction field and priority was drawn, compared and analyzed with AHP. Consequently, the results of different views between actual disaster data and experts' views were obtained. Therefore, this study suggested the characteristics of disaster in construction field under construction amount of 300,000,000 won and presented the methods for improving disaster prevention technical experts.

        PURPOSES : This study was performed to investigate a feasibility of job-site use of recycled concrete aggregate exceeding 3% of absorption rate. Test variables are coarse aggregate types such as natural aggregate, job-site processed recycled aggregate, and recycled aggregate processed from the intermediate waste treatment company. METHODS : First, aggregate properties such as gradation, specific gravity and absorption rate were determined. Next a basic series of mechanical properties of concrete was tested. RESULTS : All strength test results such as compression, flexure and modulus were satisfied for the minimum requirements. Finally up to first 48 elapsed days the shrinkage strains of concretes made from both recycled aggregates (in case of volume-surface ratio of 300) appeared to be greater than 26% of the companion concretes made from natural aggregates. CONCLUSIONS : Drying shrinkage result is ascribed to greater absorption rate and specific gravity of those specimens made from recycled aggregate. This may be reduced with an addition of admixtures.

        PURPOSES : This study aims to investigate the snow-melt effects of an underground electric heater's snow-melt system via a field performance test, for evaluating the suitability of the system for use on a concrete pavement. The study also investigates the effectiveness of dynamic measures for clearing snow after snowfall events. METHODS : In order to check the field applicability, in November 2010, specimens were prepared from materials used for constructing concrete pavements, and underground electric heating meshes (HOT-mesh) were buried at depths of 50 mm and 100 mm at the site of the Incheon International Airport Construction Research Institute. Further, an automatic heating control system, including a motion sensor and pavement-temperature-controlled sensor, were installed at the site; the former sensor was intended for determining snow-melt effects of the heating control system for different snowfall intensities. Pavement snow-melt effects on snowy days from December 2010 to January 2011 were examined by managing the electric heating meshes and the heating control system. In addition, data on pavement temperature changes resulting from the use of the heating meshes and heating control system and on the dependence of the correlation between the outdoor air temperature and the time taken for the required temperature rise on the depth of the heating meshes were collected and analyzed. RESULTS : The effects of the heating control system's preheat temperature and the hot meshes buried at depths of 50 mm and 100 mm on the melting of snow for snowfalls of different intensities have been verified. From the study of the time taken for the specimen's surface temperature to increase from the preheat temperature (0℃) to the reference temperature (5~8℃) for different snowfall intensities, the correlation between the burial depth and outdoor air temperature has been determined to be as follows: Time=15.10+1.141Depth-6.465Temp CONCLUSIONS : The following measures are suggested. For the effective use of the electric heating mesh, it should be located under a slab it may be put to practical use by positioning it under a slab. From the management aspect, the heating control system should be adjusted according to weather conditions, that is, the snowfall intensity.

        본 연구는 2011년 3월부터 2012년 5월까지 부영양수 계에 네 가지 여재(스펀지, 화산석, 활성탄, 수산화마그네 슘)를 사용한 부유습지를 설치하여 장기적인 수질변화를 조사하였다. 또한 부유습지에 유입되는 유입수와 네 가지 여재를 거쳐 최종적으로 통과된 유출수내의 식물플랑크 톤과 동물플랑크톤 군집을 분석하였다. 실험기간 동안 탁 도(66%), SS (79%), Chl-a (80%), COD (24%)의 농도는 유 입수에 비해 유출수에서 뚜렷하게 높은 감소율을 나타냈 다(p⁄0.001). NO2-N와 NH3-N은 각각 24%, 20%로 유 의한 감소를 나타냈으나(p⁄0.05), NO3-N와 TN은 평균 10% 미만의 제거율을 나타내었다(p¤0.05). 한편 PO4-P 와 TP는 모두 평균 65% 이상의 제거율을 나타냈다(p⁄ 0.01). 또한 식물플랑크톤밀도는 유출수에서 유입수보다 2.6배 정도 낮게 나타낸 반면, 동물플랑크톤은 유입수보 다 유출수에서 평균 3.5배 이상 높은 밀도를 나타내었다. 본 연구에서 네 가지 여재를 이용한 수질개선용 부유습 지는 특히, 입자성 물질(SS, Chl-a, COD, TP)과 용존성 영양염(NO2-N, NH3-N, PO4-P)에 대하여 높은 제거율을 나타내어, 결과적으로 부영양 호소에서 수질개선 및 조류 저감에 대한 적용가능성을 보여주었다.

        PURPOSES: This study is to investigate the Hot In-Place recycling asphalt mixture in Korea using field produced materials. METHODS: Hot In-Place reclaimed asphalt mixture was investigated to evaluate the mixture properties based on various test results such as Marshall Test, Indirect Tensile Test, TSR, and Wheel Tracking Test. These test values were compared with domestic standard specification. RESULTS: The result of the laboratory experiment indicates that the Hot In-Place Reclaimed(HIR) asphalt mixture produced at the field constrution site was satisfied all of the test criteria such as Indirect tensile test, Marshall and TSR test, and wheel tracking test. During the test, the research team found that current HIR system is required an extention of mixing time to improve quality and to reduce variation of sample to sample. Although the current HIR mixture was passed the test criteria, there is a potential capability to enhance the mixture properties as extend mixting time. CONCLUSIONS: Based on these laboratory test results, It would be concluded that domestic HIR mixture's properties were satisfied all standard specification related with evaluation of recycling asphalt mixtures. Based on this case study result, there is a chance to save construction cost and increase the usage of reclaimed asphalt concrete in the future.

        지속적인 양식활동과 어장환경 보호를 위해서는 연안해역과 양식어종마다 각기 다른 연안생태계의 물질순환에 대한 연구가 필요하며, 양식장아래 퇴적물-수층 경계면의 침강 용출 플럭스에 관한 정확한 산정이 중요하다. 이에 관한 연구방법 중 벤틱 챔버를 이용한 현장배양법과 코아 채니를 이용한 실내배양실험법으로 퇴적물 산소요구량과 용존무기질소 용출 플럭스를 비교하여 보았다. 통영 어류 가두리양식장, 여수 어류 가두리양식장, 완도 전복양식장에 대하여, 퇴적물 산소요구량을 측정하여본 결과, 현장배양법은 116, 34, 31 mmol O2 m-2 d-1, 실내배양법은 52, 17, 15 mmol O2 m-2 d-1이었고, 용존무기질소 용출 플럭스의 경우, 현장배양법은 7.18, 7.98, 1.78 mmol m-2 d-1, 실내배양법은 3.33, 3.74, 1.96 mmol m-2 d-1로, 현장배양법이 실내배양법보다 약 2배 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 각 양식장에 따른 물질 플럭스를 살펴봄으로서, 양식장아래 퇴적물-수층 경계면에 대한 두 가지 물질수지 계산 방법의 특성을 비교하였다.

        PURPOSES : Efficiency Improvement of a public road construction project management work using the development of a real-time remote site monitoring system METHODS : In this study, we developed the remote site monitoring system using a web camera for road construction projects in the RCMA(Regional Construction Management Administration). We can be monitored a construction progress and a weak point of the situation in real time using this. To achieve this, we tested about 10 road construction projects ordered by RCMA. Then, we verified a applicability for the site monitoring system in future. RESULTS : Take advantage of the remote site monitoring system consists of the Construction CALS System, one of the business systems used in the part of the MLTM(Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs) institution-agencies. Was configured to be served through the "Construction CALS System" of "Construction Management System(Contractors)" and the "Construction CALS Portal System". Through this, Benefit analysis through a pilot application of the 10 road construction sites and developing considerations and "Guide for visual information processing equipment installation-operating in construction sites"are presented. CONCLUSIONS : Through the establishment of remote site monitoring system can improve the efficiency of construction management services. In addition, Various disasters and calamities, accidents and illegal construction will be prevented in advance is expected. This is expected to further improve the quality of the facilities.

        본 연구는 중소기업에서 실시하고 있는 S-OJT 프로그램 구성요인이 직무성과에 미 치는 영향을 검증하고 S-OJT프로그램의 효용성을 증진할 수 있는 구성요인과 실행방 안을 연구할 목적으로 진행되었으며, 연구결과 S-OJT프로그램 구성요인은 교육훈련 성과에 영향을 미치며, 조직의 지원은 학습자의 특성과 무관하게 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다. 또한 학습동기가 낮은 경우, 교육훈련의 적절성과 환경에, 학습동기가 높 은 경우에는 교육훈련의 훈련전문가의 역량이 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며. 학습자 스스로가 학습능력이 높다고 판단하는 경우는 교육훈련 내용의 적절성이 교육훈련 프로그램 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 S-OJT 실시에 있어 조직의 지원은 프로그램 성과에 긍정적인 기여효과가 있으며, 훈련전문가 의 역량은 현업적용도, 직무성과를 높일 것이다. 아울러 훈련프로그램의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 학습자의 학습동기와 자기효능감 을 높일 방안을 강구해야 한다고 볼 수 있다.

        Because recently(July 14, 2011) fire occurred in the engine room of a moving taxi under Namsan Tunnel 1, 51 vehicles' driver and more than 250 passengers in the road tunnel were urgently evacuated with abandoned vehicles. Vehicle fires in Namsan Tunnel that day, Sufferers struggled to escape quickly difficult to escape the two-way by abandoned vehicles on the road and to fear many casualties by using vehicle fuel and combustible interior and the driver who is ignorant of vehicle accident continuous entered in the road tunnel had accessibility the site of fire department was more difficult. In this study, It is to investigate structure and basic materials, such as fire extinguish equipment and facilities for damage prevention and to analyze the problems and to plan improvement method of fire extinguish equipment, facilities for damage prevention and transportation facilities(Large traffic signs, Breaker, etc.) on the Namsan Tunnel that in the long-term plan is prepared to strengthen for accessibility of the site of fire department in case of Vehicle's fire.

        Proportion of falling from height accident at construction work accounts for more than 40%, and the number of injuries is getting increased. So without considering falling from height, we can say that it's hard to achieve our goal(accident prevention). Another critical point that we have to think about theses days is the fact that construction workers are getting older. To be specific, the number of workers who are above 50 years old accounts for 65.6% among the fatalities(2007~2011, KOSHA inspection). Accordingly, to effectively prevent construction accedents, especially falls from height, we need to focus on motion analysis of older construction workers and then make suitable measures for growing accident rates at construction work.

        Risk Assessment to list possible safety disasters and their probability and severity is the starting point for effective safety management on construction project site. However, the safety managers in owners, construction supervisors, contractors, and sub-contractors still have difficulties in judging the priorities of safety activities and preparing responses to each potential safety disasters. Therefore, this study aimed to suggest a systematic method in assessing safety risk prior to commencement with the agreement of stakeholders. FMECA(failure mode effects and criticality analysis) was selected as a main assessment tool and it was modified according to the characteristics of construction projects and trades. Each risk is, firstly, evaluated with occurrence probability, possible loss and impacts to projects, and detections, and then risk priority number(RPN) is calculated. Subsequently, the managers of each stakeholder discuss the types, timing, and responsibilities of responses as a group decision-making process.
