교량공사는 지상작업과 고소작업이 혼재하고 작업공종이 복잡하여 위험성이 높은 공사로 추락, 협착, 붕괴, 낙하 비래 재해의 발생빈도가 높다. 또한, 중량 부재의 운반, 조립, 양중 등의 작업과정에서 유해 위험 기계기구와 건설장비 사용에 따른 유해 위험 요인이 산재하여, 유해 위험의 정도와 재해 발생빈도 및 재해의 강도에 차이가 있어 위험성평가를 통한 정량화된 위험지수의 제시가 필요하다. 위험성 평가는 교량공사의 특성을 고려하여 교량 건설현장의 공종별 유해 위험요인을 세부공종별 요소작업에 따라 분류하고, 재해 발생정도와 피해정도에 따른 위험도가 평가되어야 한다. 이러한 교량 건설공사의 재해를 줄이는데 기여할 수 있도록 정량화된 교량공사 위험지수를 제시함으로써 체계적이고 효율적인 재해예방 활동에 필요한 기초자료를 제공할 것이다. 특히 교량공사 시공 상의 제반 위험요인을 사전에 점검하여 변경 보완 제거할 수 있는 재해 예방대책을 수립하여 재해를 최소화하는 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 건설현장에서 위험지수의 고저에 따라 자원을 적정하게 배분한다면 안전관리의 효율성이 제고되고, 궁극적으로 건설재해 감소에 기여하게 될 것으로 기대된다.
Cycling that transform human energy into mechanical energy is one of the man-machine systems out of sports fields. Benchmarking means " improving ourselves by learning from others ", therefore benchmarking toward dominant cyclist is necessary on field. the goals of this study were to provide important factors on multi-disciplines (kinematics, physiology, power, psychology) for a tailored-training program that is suitable to individual characteristics. Two cyclist participated in this study and gave consent to the experimental procedure. one was dominant cyclist (years:21 yrs, height:177 cm, mass:70 kg), and the other was non-dominant cyclist(years:21, height:176, mass:70). Kinematic data were recorded using six infrared cameras (240Hz) and QTM (software). Physiological data (VO2max, AT) were acquired according to graded exercising test with cycle ergometer and power with Wingate test used by Bar-Or et. al ( 1977) and to evaluate muscle function with Cybex. Psychological data were collected with competitive state anxiety inventory (CSAI-2) that were devised by Martens et. al (1990) and with athletes' self-management questionnaire (ASMQ) of Huh (2003). It appears that the dominant's CV(coefficient of variability) was higher than non-dominant's CV in Sports Biomechanics domain, that the dominant's values for all factors ware higher than non-dominant's values in physical, and physiological domain, and their values between cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety were contrary to each other in psychology. Further research on multi-disciplines may lead to the development of tailored-optimal training programs applicable with key factors to enhance athletic performance by means of research including athlete, coach and parents.
본 연구에서는, 필댐 사력죤의 전단파속도 특성을 분석하고자 하였으며, 필댐 사력죤의 특성상 주로 표면에서 비파괴적으로 수행되는 표면파 탐사 기법을 적용하여 전단파속도를 도출 하였다. 대표적 표면파 기법인 SASW기법과 새롭게 개발된 HWAW 기법을 이용하여 6개댐 사력죤에서 시험을 통해 심도별 전단파속도와 구속압에 따른 전단파속도를 산정하고 그 결과를 기존에 많이 사용되었던 Sawada와 Takahashi의 결과와 비교 분석하였다.
The silver nanofluids were synthesized by the pulsed wire evaporation (PWE) method in a liquid-gas mixture. The size and microstructure of nanoparticles in the deionized water were investigated by a particle size analyzer (PSA), transmission electron microscope (TEM), and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Also, the synthesized nanofluids were investigated in order to assess the stability of dispersion of nanofluid by the zetapotential analyzer and dispersion stability analyzer. The results showed that the spherical silver nanoparticle formed in the deionized water and mean particle size was about 50 nm. Also, when explosion times were in the range of 20~200 times, the absolute value of zeta potential was less than -27 mV and the dispersion stability characteristic of low concentration silver nanofluid was better than the high concentration silver nanofluid by turbiscan.

The present management of the domestic and international advanced enterprises is transferring the systems and the regulations to the prevention system management. Expecially, KOSHA (Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency) in Korea has supported to set up the OSHMS (Occupational Safety & Health Management System) by KOSHA 18001 since 1997. But small & medium enterprises (SMS) has many difficulties to set up the OSHMS system because of limited natural and human resources. In this study, the rating system as a judgment method of an OSHMS based on the certification standard of the OSHMS, which was suggested in previous study, was developed for SMS to adopt voluntarily the OSHMS, certify KOSHA 18001, and improve the safety and health level.
구조 시스템을 구성하는 구조부재들의 상대적인 중요도를 판별하는 것은 성능기반 지진공학에서 매우 중요한 과정이다. 확률기법의 하나인 First-Order Second Moment 방법을 이용하여, 각 구조부재들의 불확실한 성능 때문에 발생하는 구조 시스템의 요구 성능의 불확실성을 예측할 수 있고, 이런 과정을 통해서 구조부재의 중요도를 판별할 수 있다. 특정한 구조부재의 불확실한 성능에 대한 구조 시스템의 요구성능이 민감할수록 그 구조부재의 중요도는 높아진다는 점을 이용하여 중요부재를 판별한다. 따라서 요구성능의 민감도가 상대적으로 큰 구조부재는 그렇지 않은 부재보다 더 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 개발된 중요부재 판별법은 연성 철근콘크리트 프레임의 중요부재를 판별하는 과정에 적용함으로써 방법을 검증하였고, 적용 가능성을 보여주었다.

The size of crystallites in mono-dispersed cubic silver bromide grains was measured by applying a powder X-ray diffraction method and Scherrer's equation to grains that were suspended in swollen gelatin layers. In order to evaluate the existence of defects, the measured crystallite size was compared to those measured by using a scanning electron microscope. In the case of the grains prepared by the controlled double jet method, the size of crystallites was equal to the edge length of the grains that had edge lengths smaller than 400 nm. This result proved the usefulness of the above-stated method for measuring the size of crystallites and also evaluating the presence of any crystal defect in each grain. In the case of the grains, which were precipitated in the presence of a sensitizing dye and potassium iodide, the size of crystallites was smaller than the edge's length, indicating the discontinuities in the grains introduced during the precipitation process.
세공경 1.5μm인 SPG (Shirasu porous glass) 막이 설치된 실험실 규모의 막유화 장치를 사용하여 구(球) 형상의 단분산 실리카 마이크로겔을 제조하기 위한 막유화 공정변수의 최적조건을 결정하였다. 막유화의 공정변수로는 분산상 내규산소다의 농도, 분산상 압력, 연속상에 대한 분산상의 비율, 연속상 내 유화제의 농도, 연속상의 교반속도로 설정하고, 이들 변수가 제조된 실리카 마이크로겔의 입자 크기와 분포에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 막유화의 공정변수들 중에서 연속상에 대한 분산상의 비율, 분산상 압력 및 분산상 내 규산소다의 농도가 증가할수록 겔 입자의 크기가 증가하였다. 반면 유화제의 농도와 연속상의 교반속도가 증가할수록 겔 입자의 크기가 감소하였다. 막유화의 공정변수 조절을 통해 최종적으로 평균 입자 크기가 6 μm인 입도분포가 균일한 구 형상의 실리카 마이크로겔을 제조할 수 있었다.

Lotus-type porous nickel with cylindrical pores was fabricated by unidirectional solidification under an Ar gas atmosphere using the thermal decomposition method of the compounds such as sodium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, calcium carbonate, and titanium hydride. The decomposed gas does form the pores in liquid nickel, and then, the pores become the cylindrical pores during unidirectional solidification. The decomposed particles from the compounds do play a rule on nucleation sites of the pores. The behavior of pore growth was controlled by atmosphere pressure, which can be explained by Boyle's law. The porosity and pore size decreased with increasing Ar gas pressure when the pores contain hydrogen gas decomposed from calcium and sodium hydroxide and titanium hydride, ; however it they did not change when the pores contain containing carbon dioxide decomposed from calcium carbonate. These results indicate that nickel does not have the solubility of carbon dioxide. Lotus-type porous metals can be easily fabricated by the thermal decomposition method, which is superior to the conventional fabrication method used to pressurized gas atmospheres.

본 연구에서는 변전소 시스템의 지진취약도 분석을 수행하여 변전소에 대한 지진취약도 함수를 제시하였다. 변전소는 여러 개의 설비와 구조물이 복합적으로 구성되어 있는 시스템이므로 각 설비에 대한 지진취약도 분석을 수행하여 이를 바탕으로 고장수목을 작성하여 변전소 전체의 파괴확률을 산정함으로써 변전소에 대한 지진취약도 평가를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 국내 변전소의 현황을 파악하여 지진피해추정을 위한 변전소의 분류형식을 결정하였으며, 결정된 대표변전소 형식에 대한 평가대상 기기를 선정하였다. 대표 변전소 형식으로는 765kV, 345kV, 154kV 변전소의 GIS형 변전소로 결정하였다. 각 변전소의 취약도 검토대상 기기로는 변압기와 절연 애자를 선택하였다. 각 변전소의 변압기와 절연애자의 파괴모드와 파괴기준을 설정하여 지진취약도 곡선을 도출하였다. 최종적으로 변전소에 대한 고장수목을 이용하여 각 기기의 지진취약도 곡선으로부터 변전소 전체의 파괴확률을 산정하여 정의된 손상상태별 변전소의 지진취약도 함수를 산정하였다.
