조선 명종 10년(1555년)에 축성된 월송포 진성은 1970년대까지도 성벽이 비교적 잘 남아있었다고 전해지지만, 1970년대 이후 주변에 현대식 건물이 들어서면서 성벽은 대부분 허물어지고 흔적만 일부 남아있는 상태였다. 월송포 진성의 남쪽 일부가 울진군에서 추진하는 망양-직산간 도로 확장공사 부지에 포함됨으로 인하여 추진된 이번 발굴조사에서는 성벽과 문지, 우물 등이 잘 남아있음이 확인되었다. 진성은 해안에 접한 해안평탄면에 형성된 사구의 남쪽 말단부에 구축되어 있으며, 성의 남쪽으로 수로가 연결되어있어 천연의 해자를 이루는 형태이다. 이는 인접한 울진포영 및 남해안 일대에 위치하는 영ㆍ진ㆍ보성의 입지와도 유사한 양상을 보인다. 성벽은 후대 교란으로 인하여 동쪽 일부가 유실되었으나 지적도상의 지번경계와 거의 일치한다. 지적도를 참고하여 성의 규모를 추정해 보면 둘레 328.8m 정도이다. 성벽의 둘레와 문헌기록을 통하여 확인되는 성벽의 높이는 3.1~4.7m 정도로 추정되며, 발굴조사를 통해 확인된 성벽의 폭은 6m 내외이다. 성벽의 안쪽 에는 성벽과 동시에 축조된 우물이 잘 남아있었으며, 문지 안쪽으로 다량의 기와가 출토되는 것으로 보아 조선후기 풍경화에서 보이는 문루에서 흘러내린 것으로 판단된다. 월송포 진성은 인접한 대풍헌의 현판과 『조선왕조실록』등을 통하여 삼척영과 함께 3년에 한 번씩 번갈아가며 울릉도 ․ 독도 수토를 담당하였던 곳임을 확인하였다. 울릉도 수토는 1693년 안용복의 일본 도해 사건을 계기로 1694년 처음 시작되어 1895년까지 계속되었다. 수토사의 출발지는 삼척영장과 월송만호가 번갈아 수토관으로 파견되는 관계로 초기에는 삼척부의 장오리진, 울진현의 죽변진, 평해 군의 구산포 등 수토관의 위치와 인접한 지역이었으나, 후기로 오면서 구산포로 고정되었다. 이는 동해의 항로에 대한 지식이 축적되면서 울릉도과 가장 가깝고, 항해에 해류와 해풍을 이용할 수 있는 곳이 구산포임을 파악하였기 때문인 것으로 판단된다.

On cold start operation of an SI engine, a catalyst shows poor performance before it reaches activation temperature. Therefore, fast warmup of the catalyst is very crucial to reduce harmful emissions. In this study, an appropriate control strategy is investigated to increase exhaust gas temperature through changes of spark timing. Combustion stability is also considered at the same time. Exhaust gas temperature and pressure of combustion chamber are measured to investigate the effects of spark timings on cold start and idle performance. Experiments showed that retarded spark timing promotes the combustion at the end of expansion stroke and increases exhaust gas temperature during cold start.

A heat pipe heat sink which is possible to frozen start up at the lower than -20℃ by using a VCHP was designed, manufactured and tested. The VCHP uses water and nitrogen gas as the working fluid and non-condensable gas. The test results showed that the VCHP heat sink started up successfully at the range of -20 to -30℃ of the ambient temperature and 1000 to 2600W of the heat flow rate. The thermal resistance of the VCHP heat sink decreased as increased the heat flow rate and the ambient temperature since the active zone of VCHP increased.

It helps improvement combustion stability by virtue of reduced residual gas. A control strategy of proper valve timing and spark timing is suggested in order to achieve fast light-off of the catalyst and stable operation of the engine in a cold start and idle operation

Invertebrate mitochondrial genome contains 13 protein-coding genes and major start codons for them are ATA (Met) and ATG (Met). However, alternative start codons such as ATT (Ile), ATC (Ile), TTG (Leu), and GTG (Val) also have been suggested from a diverse organism. Approximately 120 complete mitochondrial genome reported showed that the start codon for COI gene evidences an array of diverse designation of COI start codon such as typical ATN, tetranucleotide TTAG and ATAA, newly proposed AAT and AAC and so on. In the case of Lepidoptera, many completely sequenced species showed no typical start codon at the start context of COI and even within the neighboring tRNATyr. In order to clarify, we newly sequenced the beginning context of COI gene, encompassing the neighboring tRNATyr and start region of COI gene from 39 species belonging to eight lepidopteran families. We found the newly sequenced 39 species and 14 available complete lepidopteran mitochondrial genomes all possessed CGA (arginine), which is the first non-overlapping in-frame codon in COI gene. Furthermore, this CGA is highly well aligned in terms of both nucleotide and amin o acid sequences with neighboring region. Thus, the CGA (arginine) may be synapomorphic character for Lepidoptera, functionally constrained. We, therefore, propose the CGA sequence as the start codon for COI gene in lepidopteran insects.

신호교차로의 교통류 해석을 위해 널리 사용되는 선형모형(Vertical queueing model)은 자유속도에 따라 모든 차량이 정지선에 도착하고, 대기행렬은 정지선에서 수직으로 형성된다고 가정한다. 이러한 모형자체의 단순성 때문에 선두차량은 자유속도와 가속도에 의해 계산된 출발유효녹색시간(start of effective green time)에 정지선을 통과하게 되며, 모든 추종차량은 동일한 궤적을 갖게 된다고 가정한다. 본 연구의 목적은 Vertical queueing 모형의 단순성과 비현실성을 보완하기 위해 물리학의 Kinematic수식을 응용하여 신호교차로의 출발녹색시간(start of green time)을 함수로 한 자동차추종모형(Kinematic Car-following model at Signalized intersections: KCS traffic model)을 개발하고, 이에 따른 지체 및 지체민감도를 비교함에 있다. 출발녹색시간 변화에 따른 지체분석결과 Vertical queueing 모형에서 산출된 지체값이 KCS 교통류모형에 비해 과다하게 추정됨을 알 수 있었다. 반면, 지체민감도 분석 결과 KCS 교통류모형이 Vertical queueing 모형에 비해 민감하게 변함을 알 수 있었다.

Economic and political barriers in Northeast Asia including Korea have been eliminated gradually. As results of economic relations are more active in this region. The administration of physical distribution tightened circulation- cost down. This is one of the most important facts to develop world economy. Distribution in China is expected to grow quantitatively and continuously. China is just out of planned economic system. Therefore, it is expected that foreign affiliated firms will take a fierce competition for the next 1~2 years. This study investigates Korea-China trade and distribution index with analysis and expectation of China market. The study analyzes the business conditions, faced problems and differentiated strategies of foreign affiliated firms. Be based on those, it is researched how domestic companies will make strategies to start China successfully.

자동차 시뮬레이터에서 운전 형태에 따른 감성을 평가하기 위하여 운전자의 심리생리적 반응을 측정하였다. 운전 형태는 정차, 정속주행(70km/h), 급출발(0km/h→70km/h)및 급제동(70km/h→0km/h)으로 하였다. 피험자는 운전경력이 1년 이상인 20대 남자 12명을 대상으로 Simulator Sickness 및 주관적 쾌적감과 각성감, 뇌파(Electroencep-halogram), 심전도(Electrocardiogram), 피부온도(Skin temperature), 피부전기저항(Galvanic skin response)을 측정하였다. 주관적, 생리적 평가는 각 주행조건에서 주행 전과 후에 실시하였다. 실험결과 정차 및 정속 주행보다 급출발 및 급제동 조건에서 쾌적감과 각성감은 높아졌다. 생리적으로는 정차 및 정속 주행보다 급출발 및 급제동 조건에서 중추신경 반응은 알파파가 감소하였고, 베타파는 증가하였다. 자율신경 반응은 심박율 및 피부전기저항의 증가, 피부온도의 저하로부터 교감신경이 활성화됨을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과로부터 운전 형태에 따라 심리 .생리적인 변화가 뚜렷하였고, 시뮬레이터를 이용한 동적 환경에서의 감성 평가가 가능하였다. 감성에 대한 개인간의 차이를 최소화하고 객관화된 감성을 도출하기 위해서는 앞으로 더 많은 대상자에 대한 측정 자료가 요구된다.

회전축계가 거동시 지진하중을 받을때의 응답 거동을 조사하였다. 지진과 기동으로 인하여 회전축계가 불안정하다면, 과다한 진동이 발생할 뿐만 이니라 회정지계의 회전자가 고정자와 부딪혀 기계 성능을 발휘하지 못하게 할 것이다. 그래서 면진장치를 갖춘 기초에 지진동이 작용할 때에, 회전축계의 응답을 모사하였다. 거동시 회전축계의 과도 응답을 얻기 위하여 우선 회전축계의 운동방정식을 유도 하였다. 유도한 운동방정식은 비선형이어서 Runge-Kutta 수치해석법을 이용하여 응답을 계산하였으며, 기동 운전모드에 따른 거동뿐만 아니라 면진스프링의 강성을 매개변수로 취하여 회전축계의 응답거동을 고찰하였다.

우리나라 경제의 저성장이 지속됨에 따라 경제 활력을 위한 지원 정책으로 많은 창업이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 디자인학과 학생들의 1인 창업의 창업률은 높지 않다. 특히 세계적으로 디자인전공 출신의 창업률이 높은데 비해 우리나라에서의 창업률은 그렇지 못하다. 그 이유로는 아이템의 부재였다. 아이템은 설문조사 결과 학생뿐 아니라 일반 창업자 역시 창업의 가장 중요한 요소로 꼽았다. 빠르게 바뀌는 소비자의 니즈와 시장 상황을 반영하기 위한 다양한 방법론들이 활용되고 있으나, 1인 창업에서 활용하기에는 효과적이지 못할 뿐 아니라 시간적, 물질적 한계를 지니고 있다. 특히 빠르고 긴밀하게 협업을 해야 하는 환경을 고려할 때 가장 어려운 부분이다. 이를 위해 문헌 연구를 통하여 UX에서 확장되어 나온 다양한 방법론들은 분석하여 UX 프로세스에서의 1인창업의 한계점을 극복할 수 있는 대안을 찾아보고자 한다.

Purpose – The purpose of this study was to explore the model that supports the recipient country by using the ODA (Official Development Assistance) project and at the same time fits the global start-up/employment support of donor country with CSV business model. Specifically, we wanted to examine the feasibility of the project based on the existing ODA projects. Research design, data, and methodology – As the methodology, case studies and interview were conducted as well as literature studies. The case analysis is based on a press release of the entire KOICA's ODA project, which has been implemented for one year, based on 2017. After consideration, the actual results and future feasibility were analyzed. The interviews were conducted on senior Korean officials and Indian officials involved in Vietnam's ODA project. Results - As a result, some of the project cases applied and analyzed according to the model of this study were judged to be highly potential. Based on the results of this analysis, as the model derived from this study pursues, the global business model is developed under the CSV (Creating Shared Value) strategy through ODA projects to support recipient countries and global start-up/employment support of donor country. The possibility of simultaneously pursuing this model based on CSV business model was also confirmed. Conclusions – In the past, free aid agencies like KOICA focused solely on supporting recipient countries, but in terms of sustainability, they could discover the potential of supporting the global start-up/employment of the donor country using CSV business model in ODA project. In this study, we tried to find the theoretical background and potential possibilities in some ODA projects based on CSV business model. As a result of the analysis of KOICA ODA projects in 2017 and interviews, some ODA projects could be used to improve the economic development of the recipient country as well as the global start-up/employment of the donor country. Therefore, it is necessary for the ministries of the government to promote ODA projects to understand the framework that achieves these two objectives simultaneously and to promote ODA projects based on various strategic considerations.

Purpose - To success, in spite of deficient resources, a start-up company has to check various circumstances. Many researchers proposed different appraisal methods for technology commercialization. But everybody agrees Merrifield is the first one, who is a pioneer of an appraisal model of technology commercialization. After he proposed it, many researchers and field workers developed a more complicated model, which called a BMO model. In this research, considering the circumstances of start-ups that lack available resources, it proposes a new appraisal method for technology commercialization, which is named a weighted-BMO model. Research design, data, and methology - For the new BMO-model, it studied the preceding studies. And it found that the success factors for start-ups were correlated with technology commercialization. After comparing the success factors for technology commercialization of start-ups with BMO appraisal factor, it withdraws the net BMO appraisal model: which we are calling the weighted-BMO model. Results – This study found a few things. First, actually, the BMO appraisal factors related with the success factors of technology commercialization. Second, the weighted-BMO model, which included the entrepreneur ability factor, was more accurately estimated the success of technology-based start-ups than the BMO model. Third, it overcame the weakness of the BMO-model, which did not include quantitative factors. In addition to evaluating the feasibility of the BMO model, we also presented a strategy for the future direction. But, still, it included a few shortcomings, which we are calling the arbitrage of weighted value. Sometimes, the intentional weighted value can deliberate the different valuation. Conclusitons - Due to this study, the weighted-BMO model included appraisal factors related with the success factors of technology commercialization and the entrepreneur ability factor, and quantitative factors. When evaluating the combined score of the existing Merrified BMO components, 35 points of the first pass criterion accounted for 29.17% of the total score, and 80 points of the merit score of the second rank criterion were 66.67% Considering that the weighted sum is taken into account, the baseline score of the weighted summing method for each component of the modified BMO model is 2.92 points, which is 29.17% of the weighted sum total of 10 points. The evaluation score was 6.67 points, 66.67% of the weighted total score of 10 points.

하수처리과정에서 발생하는 슬러지의 부피를 줄이는 동시에 이들의 유기물 성분을 메탄 등의 바이오가스로 전환하기 위해 중온(35℃)에서의 혐기소화 공정이 널리 적용되고 있다. 혐기소화공정의 안정성이나 에너지 투입량 측면에서는 중온혐기소화가 적합하다고 알려져 있지만, 높은 유기물 부하량(organic loading rate, OLR)을 처리하기 위해 반응속도를 상승시키거나 SRT(sludge retention time)을 줄이기 위해 고온(55℃) 혐기소화를 적용하기도 한다. 고온 혐기소화공정을 새롭게 시작할 때 접종물을 기존의 고온 혐기소화공정으로부터 얻기 힘든 경우 중온혐기소화액을 고온에서 적응시켜 접종하기도 한다. 이때 온도를 적응시키는 방법에 따라 공정 효율이 달라지는데, 연구에서는 중온혐기소화액으로부터 고온 혐기소화 접종물을 제작하기 위한 방법으로 온도를 올리는 방법을 달리하였을 때 이들의 메탄 생산과 미생물 군집에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구수행을 위해 광주 제 1 하수처리장에서 중온혐기소화액, 1, 2차 농축 슬러지 등을 샘플링 하여 두 대의 반응기(Working volume : 3L)를 설치하여 회분식(Batch)운전 후 연속교반탱크형반응기(CSTR)로 운전(SRT 20, 40일)하였다. 먼저 한 대의 반응기는 35℃에서 55℃로 한 번에 온도변화를 주었고, 다른 반응기의 경우에는 35℃에서 하루에 1도씩 올려서 약 20일에 걸쳐 55℃로 올린 뒤 55℃로 유지하였다. 반응기의 효율을 확인하기 위해 메탄 발생량, total solids (TS), volatile solids (VS), total chemical oxygen demand (tCOD), soluble chemical oxygen demand (sCOD), soluble components (protein, carbohydrate), pH 등을 측정하였으며, NGS (next generation sequencing)를 활용하여 혐기소화 전/후의 소화액의 미생물 군집변화를 알아보았다.

The purpose of this research is to go beyond the policy support of the traditional sixth industry and to build a business model of the farmers’ business by establishing the business model of the establishment of the sixth industry utilizing agricultural products of individual farmers. First, we defined the business model of the 6th agricultural industry, and secondly set up two models via FGI based on the 9 block model of BMC (Business Model Canvas), and applied feasibility, cost appropriate, differentiation point Through the establishment of hard-working business, sales consolidation, consumer-centric model set. Third, using the Delphi method in each area of 9 Block, the final 21 components were set. Through this BMC model, it was shown that discrimination and accessibility are important factors in the 6th agricultural field foundation business model.

Purpose – This study aimed to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial temperament (ET) such as innovativeness, risk-taking, and proactiveness in entrepreneur’s lifetime before start-up and the effect of social capital (SC) such as network ties and trustworthiness on entrepreneurial intention. Research design, data, and methodology - We examined the components of ET (innovativeness, risk-taking, and proactiveness) and components of SC (network ties and trustworthiness) through existing prior research and investigated the factors that affected entrepreneurial intention. The first hypothesis of this study was that entrepreneurial temperament will have a significant impact on network ties of social capital, and the second hypothesis assumed that entrepreneurial temperament will have a significant effect on the trustworthiness of social capital. Finally, the second hypothesis assumed that social capital will have a significant impact on entrepreneurial intentions. We collected 175 data using questionnaires for people who have not yet started a start-up. And we used the Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) to evaluate the collected data and to test the research model by the two step research procedure. Results – As a result, the innovativeness and proactiveness of ET have a significant effect on network ties and trustworthiness of SC, but the effect of risk-taking on risk-taking of SC is not significant. On the other hand, network ties and network ties of SC was revealed a significant effect on the EI. Conclusions - The implications of this article could be observed as mentioned in this paper. First, we found that entrepreneurial innovativeness and proactiveness are helpful in constructing SCs, but not risk-taking. These results demonstrated that ET of entrepreneurs is important factor in the formation of social capital. Second, the SC that an entrepreneur built before the start-up has a meaning for EI. In conclusion, ET was affected partially to EI mediated SC. It is academic in that ET and SC are independent from each other and have a mediating role between ET and EI, unlike those directly affecting EI. Although some important implications were found in this study, this study had some limitations and we hope that future research will be complemented.

Purpose – The present study aims to examine the relationship between small enterprise start-up preparatory factors and increases in sales and operating profits, which are business performances utilizing the National Survey of Actual Conditions of Small Enterprises conducted by the Small Enterprise, Market Service. Research design, data, and methodology – Start-up preparatory factors were divided into six types; business type, start-up history, start-up motives, preparatory periods, and start-up funds to figure out the relationship between sales and operating profits with regression analyses. Regression analyses were conducted based on the foregoing with a view to identifying the effects of start-up preparatory factors on business performance. Results – Since start-up preparatory factors generally affect business performance, it was identified that start-up preparatory factors importantly affect operating profits and sales, which are business performances. However, start-up preparatory periods and the implementation of education among preparatory activities were shown to have no effect on business performances, and the effect of the ratio of start-up fund provided by the founder on operating profits was shown to be not significant. Conclusions – The present study comprehensively examined those start-up preparatory factors that have positive effects on business performances after start-up. The present study is meaningful in that it can provide positive implications for efficient start-up of small enterprises hereafter.

In the case of illegal drug trafficking, regarding whether to acknowledge the undertaking action of illegal drug trafficking when the person only have received the payment, however, have not yet possessed or obtained the drug, it is not appropriate to acknowledge starting to doing crime. Merely, the person received the payment according to the contract of sale, at least it is possible to acknowledge the undertaking action of drug trafficking crime. In other words, it is problematic that whether this level of action is preparation stage of crime or is relevant to attempting crime. If the person already signed the contract of sale, it can be seen as the direct action of configuration requirement not as the action of preparation stage. Regarding an indecent assault, if someone tried to hug the victim with the intention of harassment within the distance of 1m with the victim, even though there was no physical contact, this has proximity in time/place with actus reus of actual crime. Without the intermediate intervention action, it may be considered as action that is possible to directly fulfill actus reus. According to the crime plan of a person, he/she is about to hug and assault the victim. Action of raising hand to hug the victim is the last stage of actus reus which other intermediate intervention action is not needed. Therefore, attempted indecent assault is considerable.

본 연구는 2009년부터 2015년까지 온게임넷에서 방영한 “켠김에 왕까지”를 분석한다. “켠김 에 왕까지”는 게스트가 게임을 시작한 후, 특정 게임을 끝내거나 미션을 임무하는 게임 프로그 램이다. 다른 게임 프로그램들과는 다르게, 대부분의 게스트들은 전문적인 게이머가 아닌 점을 통해 희극적인 도전과 유희를 보여 준다. 본 연구는 이 프로그램에서 사용된 비디오 게임의 다 양한 구성 요소를 분석한다. 구체적으로, 구성 요소들은 장르, 플랫폼, 국적, 클리어(완수) 시간 으로 분류된다. 이를 통해, 본 연구는 프로그램의 다양한 구성 요소를 분석할 뿐만 아니라, 게 임 프로그램에 대한 청사진도 제공한다.
