This study examines whether or not the South Korean major fishery product import markets; Frozen Pollock, Frozen Long Arm Octopus, and Frozen Hairtail are integrated. We are utilizing the Multivariate and Bivariate Johansen Co-integration test to see if the law of one price(LOP) holds in each market or not. The empirical results show that even though import prices from different countries affect each other in each South Korean major fishery product import market, there is no evidence of LOP in any fishery product import market, which means that none of the markets are integrated. Based on these results, we could expect that the three major fishery product import markets show monopolistic competition among import countries. we would also see whether or not any country plays the role of a price leader in any of the markets. Based on weak exogeneity test results, we might expect that the United States and Malaysia are price leaders in the South Korean Frozen Pollock Import Market and Frozen Long Arm Octopus Import Market, respectively; however, we need to study more on this in the future.

본 연구는 동물매개중재프로그램이 중학생의 정서지능과 사회성에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울특별시 A구 B소재의 중학교에서 방과 후 교육을 이용하는 학생 중에 동물에 관심이 있는 남학생들로 프로그램연구에 동의하는 8명을 선정하였다. 동물매개중재프로그램은 주 2회 45분씩 6주간 총 12회기를 실시하였으며 프로그램계획 및 운영은 동물매개심리상담사 1급자격증을 취득한 본 연구자와 보조 진행자로 한국동물 매개심리치료학회 소속 동물매개심리상담전문가 1인과 펫파트너로 동물매개심리치료학 전공 4학기생과 동물매개심리상담사 2급자격증을 가진 2인이 반려견 2두와 함께 참여하였다. 치료도우미견을 활용한 동물매개중재프로그램의 효과성을 측정하기 위해 사용한 검사도구는 정서지능 척도검사, 사회성 척도검사이며 비모수적 통계분석 (non-parametrictest)방법인 윌콕슨 부호순위검증(Wilcoxon's signed ranks test)을 통 해 사전검사와 사후검사간의 점수 차이를 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 동물매개중재 프로그 램이 중학생의 정서지능과 사회성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 먼저 정서지능에서 정서인식 및 표현, 감정이입, 정서·사고촉진, 정서활용 그리고 정서조절에서 유의한 차이 가 나타났고, 사회성에서는 신뢰성, 자율성, 사교성 그리고 준법성에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 특히 정서조절과 사교성에서 다소 높은 효과를 나타내었다. 이는 동물매개중재의 차별화된 장점의 결과로 보인다. 따라서 동물매개중재프로그램은 중학생의 정서지능과 사 회성 향상에 효과가 있다는 연구결과의 의의가 있다.

국내 미기록종인 Ricania speculum (Walker) (팔점날개매미충: 신칭)을 확인하여 보고한다. 이 종은 유럽 및 한국 중국 일본 베트남 필리핀 인도네시아 등에 분포하는 것(Mazza et al., 2014; Yang, 1989)으로 알려졌으나 국내에서는 기록된 바 없다. 약충과 성충 모두 다양한 식물을 가해하는 것으로 알려져 있어 앞으로 예의주시하여야 할 경계종이다(Mazza et al., 2014). 이 종에 대한 형태적 기재(수컷 성충)와 함께, 생식기 사진과 관련 유전자 정보를 제시한다.

산소 분리를 위한 세라믹 중공사막을 상전이 방적기술을 통해 제조하였다. Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ 선구 물질을 고분자 용액에 분산시킨 후 이중관형 노즐을 통해 사출한 후 상전이, 건조한 후 분리막의 한쪽 끝을 밀봉하였다. La0.6Sr0.4Ti0.3Fe0.7O3-δ 코팅 층은 dip coating 방법으로 제조되었으며 최종적으로 고온에서 소결하여 La0.6Sr0.4Ti0.3Fe0.7O3-δ로 코팅된 one end-closed type Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ 중공사막을 제조하였다. 산소투과실험은 대기 중 공기를 사용하였으며 진공펌프를 연결하여 투과된 산소 유량 및 순도를 측정하였다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate quality characteristics of the Cheonggukjang produced using rice straw-derived Bacillus cereus free starter culture (RiBS1). The Cheonggukjang was prepared in 0.1 and 1.0% inoculum concentrations of starter culture and fermented from 12 hr to 72 hr at 40 and 50℃. Amino-nitrogen contents after 48 hr fermentation were 559.6~590.2 mg% and 393.8~494.0 mg% at 40 and 50℃, respectively. Sensory evaluation showed that the Cheonggukjang fermented using RiBS1 starter for 48 hr at 50℃ was better than the control. And we inspected on B. cereus and biogenic amine in the Cheonggukjang produced using RiBS1 starter. As a results, B. cereus was not detected and histamine and tyramine of biogenic amine were 5.53 ± 0.13 ~ 39.96 ± 0.62 mg/ kg. This research results showed that rice straw-derived B. cereus free starter culture (RiBS1) will be produce the Cheonggukjang with good flavour and taste.

Recently, education game contents with advanced mobile and Web technology have been widely researched. However, considering of interaction involved for children, it is necessary user friendly interfaces and interesting interactions. In addition, it is important to design to encourage the user’s learning motivation as a way to the effect of educational game contents. Therefore, in this study, we designed and implemented the educational game contents system using inter-working between KINECT camera, PC, and android platform based humanoid robot. The designed system consisted of KINECT system for capturing hand gestures, game contents system for playing games, and android humanoid robot system for interacting with users. This system can lead to interests and willingness of users through handy interaction such as hand gestures and interesting quiz game contents. To improve effectiveness and userability, we plant to advance designed educational game contents system that can be operated on a smart TV system including a built-in camera as a further study.

This study, which focuses on a masquerade, starts from the concept that all men exist as visual objects as well as visual subjects before discussing an issue of sexuality to inquire into masquerade characteristics of fashion photography. Masquerade is a concept that can describe various and multidimensional attributes of humans in social norms prescribed separately for men and women till now, and the concept has not yet been introduced in the field of fashion. However, it is considered a measure to analyze contemporary expressions of sexuality, on which a need for this research is raised. This study looks into the basic concept of the object and the ego through a psychoanalysis-related literature review. This study, then inquires into Jacques Lacan's notion of gaze and Roger Caillois's theory of mimicry through related specialty publications. This study reinterprets the concept of masquerade from Lacan's perspective and carries out an empirical analysis of masquerade characteristics in contemporary fashion photography based on the result drawn in parallel. Sexual masquerade shown in fashion photography based on the concept of masquerade is as follows: first, it appears as normative sexual description, divided into male and female by social norms; second, sexual ambiguity, obscuring the distinction between the sexes through playful and bombastic forms; and lastly, sexual subversion, disguising as the opposite sex through putting on clothes of the opposite sex.

백두대간은 백두산에서 시작하여 동쪽해안선을 따라 남 쪽으로 흐르다가 태백산 부근에서 서쪽으로 기울어 지리산 까지 총 길이 약 1,400km에 달하는 거대한 산줄기로 중국 대륙과 한반도를 이어주는 줄기 역할을 하며, 한반도에 근 간을 이루는 산줄기다(조석필, 1993). 백두대간에는 1,362 종의 식물과 희귀 야생동물이 서식하며, 생태계의 연결고리 로서의 중요한 역할을 수행하는 생태계의 보고이다(국토연 구원, 2000). 최근까지 백두대간의 중요성에 의해 여러 기관에서 백두 대간의 관리범위와 관리방안에 대한 연구를 시행하고 있으 나 대부분 식물상 및 식생, 훼손지 등에 대한 연구이며, 조류 상에 관한 연구는 기관의 모니터링 통해서 국한적으로 수행 되고 있다. 현재까지 백두대간 전 구간에 대한 연구로 국립 환경과학원(2007-2010)에서 각 구간별로 구분하여 조류를 포함한 생태계조사를 수행한 바가 있으며, 산림청에서는 조 류를 포함한 백두대간 자원실태 조사를 2006년부터 2010 년까지 1차기 조사를 5년간 수행하였으며, 2011년부터는 2차기 조사를 수행하고 있다. 백두대간에 조류상에 관한 논 문은 백두대간(향로봉-고모치)구간의 조류상(조해진 등, 2014), 백두대간 만복대-시리봉 구간의 조류상과 서식지 선 호도 및 관리방안에 관한 연구(백운기 등, 2003), 백두대간 지리산-덕유산 구간의 조류상에 관한 문헌연구(이두표, 2003) 등이 있다. 본 연구는 백두대간(향로봉-남덕유산) 구간의 조류상을 조사하여 백두대간의 생태학적 가치 및 상징성을 더욱 부각 시켜 향후 백두대간의 보호 및 보전관리에 기초적인 자료로 활용하는데 목적이 있다. 조사대상 지역은 강원도 고성군, 인제군에 위치한 향로봉 부터 경남 거창군에 위치한 남덕유산 구간으로 지리적인 위치에 따라 연도별로 2011년(강원도 향로봉-구룡령), 2012년(강원도 오대산-태백산), 2013년(강원도 영월군-괴 산군), 2014년(충북 청화산-전북 남덕유산)으로 나누어 조 사를 실시하였으며, 조류의 번식시기 및 이동시기를 고려하 여 각 구간은 계절별(봄, 여름, 가을) 3회 조사를 실시하였 다. 각 조사 구간은 개발지, 계곡부, 임도 탐방로로 각각 2개 소의 고정조사구(1㎞×1㎞)를 선정하여 향후 조사시 변화상 을 확인할 수 있도록 하였으며, 조사대상지를 시속 1∼2㎞ 로 걸으며, 육안과 쌍안경(10×42 Nikon) 및 소리에 의해 파악되는 조류도 포함하였다. 2011년도부터 2014년도 까지 향로봉-남덕유산 구간의 전체 고정조사구에서 확인된 조류는 총 64종 최대개체수 합계 1,661개체이며, 종다양도(H')지수는 3.55이다. 우좀종은 참새 Passer montanus(9.4%), 붉은머리오목눈이 Paradoxornis webbianus(6.9%), 어치 Garrulus glandarius(6.0%), 직박 구리 Microscelis amaurotis(5.5%), 박새 Parus major(5.3%) 순으로 확인되었다. 연도별로 확인된 조류는 2011년(강원도 향로봉-구룡봉) 에 총 45종 최대개체수 합계 489개체, 2012년(강원도 오대 산-태백산)에 총 37종, 최대개체수 합계 246개체, 2013년 (강원도 영월군-괴산군)에 총 37종, 최대개체수 합계 258개 체, 2014년(충북 청화산-전북 남덕유산)에 총 55종, 최대개 체수 합계 668개체가 확인되어 2014년(충북 청화산-전북 남덕유산)에 가장 많은 종수 및 개체수가 확인되었으며, 2012년(강원도 오대산-태백산)에 37종, 246개체로 가장 적 은 종수 및 개체수가 확인되었다. 고정조사구 별로는 개발지 총 56종, 최대개체수 합계 716 개체로 가장 많은 종수 및 개체수가 확인되었으며, 임도 탐 방로 총 50종, 최대개체수 합계 621개체, 계곡부 총 37종, 최대개체수 합계 324개체 순으로 나타났다.문화재청 지정 천연기념물이나 환경부 지정 멸종위기야 생동물의 법적보호종은 개발지와 임도 탐방로에서 원앙 Aix galericulata, 황조롱이 Falco tinnunculus, 새호리기 Falco subbuteoe 등 3종이 확인되었으며, 개발지에서 이동 하는 흰꼬리수리 Haliaeetus albicilla,1종이 확인되어 총 4 종이 확인되었으며, 계곡부에서는 법적보호종이 확인되지 않았다. 환경부 지정 멸종위기야생동물 Ⅰ급 종은 흰꼬리수 리 Haliaeetus albicilla 1종이며, Ⅱ급은 새호리기 Falco subbuteo 등 2종이 확인되었다. 본 조사결과 개발지가 종수, 개체수가 가장 많이 확인 되었지만 대부분 인가와 근접 및 야산지대나 산림 가장자리 에서 서식하는 종이었다. 또한 일부 개발지는 개체수가 10 개체 이하로 조류 서식에는 미흡한 지역이었다. 임도 탐방 로는 산림가장자리에 서식하는 조류와 산림 내부에서 서식 하는 조류가 적절하게 확인되었으며, 계곡부는 가장 적은 종수 및 개체수로 고산지대 계곡부에서 흔히 확인되는 조류 의 특징이 나타났다. 결과적으로 백두대간은 조류 서식에 좋은 환경을 가지고 있으며, 한반도 생태계 중추로서 국내 생태계 보전 및 관리 에 있어서 매우 중요한 지역으로 판단된다. 산림청 (2006-2010) 1차기 연구와 조사방법의 차이로 인해 백두대 간 변화상을 비교하기는 다소 어렵지만, 고정조사구 지역에 대하여 지속적으로 연구가 수행된다면, 향후 백두대간의 조 류 변화상을 확인할 수 있을 것이며, 기후변화 등으로 인한 생태계 변화를 예측하는 기초적인 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Entering the twentieth century, corsets began to disappear with the tendency of concentrating on slim bodies and youth. As corsets proceeded to be discarded, they began to be internalized as a means of controlling the body; 'muscular corset' takes hold. However, the internalized corset increasingly appears to be externalized again in contemporary fashion. This study investigates how natural body is reconstructed as socio-cultural image drawing on the relationship between the signifier and signified of corset. As for the research methodology this study conducts literature survey to investigate the internalization of corset. This study proceeds to examine the subjects of fashion collections from 1980 to 2010 and samples the outfits which represent the externalization of corset through case analysis. Through the discussion of the study, the relationship of signifier and signified in the externalization of corset is argued as follows: first, by maintaining signifier and signified of the traditional corset as underwear, aggressive eroticism of corset has been observed, second, by perceiving corset as the agency of the body, fetishism of corset dissociates the function of sexual object from corset while distorting the relationship of signifier and signified, third, through embodying the notion of muscular corset literally, the ironical representation of corset as a torturing device of female body deconstructs the traditional relation of signifier and signified of corset.

This study was performed in order to investigate the quality characteristics of sponge cake made with Laminaria japonia powder. To evaluate the physical and sensory analysis, Laminaria japonia powder was added to wheat flour in various ratio (3, 5, 7, 9%, w/w). The specific gravity and loss rate increased with the addition of Laminaria japonia powder. The crude protein and ash levels in the sponge cakes increased linearly with the addition of 0 9 g of Laminaria japonia powder/100 g of wheat flour. For the crumb color values, lightness (L) and yellowness (b) decreased with the addition of Laminaria japonia powder, whereas redness (a) significantly increased (P<0.05). In the texture analysis, the hardness, gumminess and chewiness were increased; however, the cohesiveness and resilience were reduced by the addition of Laminaria japonia powder. When the sensory characteristics were evaluated, 5% Laminaria japonia sponge cake showed the highest sensory properties, except for color. Therefore, the results suggested that 5% Laminaria japonia sponge cake could be helpful in improving the physical quality as well as the taste.

This study was investigated to determine the contamination levels of total aerobic bacteria, coliform group, E. coli and food-borne pathogens of side dishes from 2 traditional markets (100 samples) and 2 super markets (100 samples) located on Ulsan. The levels (range) of total aerobic bacteria was 4.75 log CFU/g (1.60~6.92 log CFU/g) in traditional market and 4.62 log CFU/g (2.00~6.46 log CFU/g) in super market, respectively. Coliform was detected in 64 and 66 samples sold at traditional markets and super markets, respectively. E, coli was detected in 4 and 6 samples sold at traditional markets and super markets, respectively. The food-borne pathogens, namely Bacillus cereus and Listeria monocytogenes were detected in 1 sample sold at traditional markets, respectively, and Bacillus cereus was detected in 4 samples sold at super markets. However, other pathogens such as Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Yersinia enterocolitica, Clostridium perfringens, Camphylobacter jejuni and Pathogenic E. coli were not detected. The Saengchae and Seasoned Jeotgal were relatively vulnerable compared to the others in the food-borne pathogens.

 ,  , The entomopathogenic bacterium, Xenorhabdus sp., was isolated from an entomopathogenic nematode, Steinernema monticolum. When these bacteria were injected into the hemocoel of the diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella, they caused significant mortality. However, the bacterium was not pathogenic when it was administered orally. This study showed that Xenorhabdus sp. significantly enhanced oral pathogenicity of Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) against the last instar larvae of P. xylostella. Different ratios of culture broth of Xenorhabdus sp. and Bt showed significantly different pathogenicities against P. xylostella. In field tests, the optimal bacterial mixture significantly enhanced control efficacy against P.xylostella compared to Bt treatment alone. These results demonstrated that Xenorhabdus sp. culture broth can be developed as a potent biopesticide by enhancing the insecticidal efficacy of Bt.

As a type of intimate architecture, fashion has always mediated the dialogue between clothes and the body, or fashion and figure. This study seeks to inquire the current aesthetic consciousness of the body and dress in Japanese avant-garde fashion and intends to research the features and meanings in the pastiche of Western sartorial convention in Japanese avant-garde fashion in order to examine the changing aesthetic attitude in postmodern fashion. The study investigates subjects of the fashion collections of the turn of the twenty-first century, when pastiche strategies frequently appeared in Japanese avant-garde fashion, through the methodology of literature research and case analysis. The results of the study are as follows: by developing the strategy of pastiche, Japanese avant-garde fashion exposes the defectiveness of the Western idea of the idealized and standardized body for mass productions, thus freeing design from its traditional confinement to the human body. Drawing on the re-conceptualization of the sartorial convention of Western tradition, Japanese avant-garde fashion designers tend to experiment with extreme exaggeration in form, refusing to subscribe to the traditional Western values built on the balance and symmetry of the body. Through the combination of the past and the present as well as the inner-wear as outerwear strategy, the historical pastiche challenges convention and symbolism, which results in the discord between signifiant and signifié of clothing.

14-3-3 is a highly conserved, ubiquitously expressed protein family. It associates with diverse cellular proteins through its specific phosphoserine/phosphothreonine-binding activity and thus contributes to the regulation of crucial cellular processes such as metabolism, signal transduction, cell-cycle control, apoptosis, protein trafficking, transcription and stress responses. This study aims to determine changes in levels of 14-3-3 isoforms and 14-3-3 - associated proteins in Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori)-infected gastric epithelial AGS cells. AGS cells were stimulated with H. pylori(NCTC 11637) at the ratio of 300:1(bacterium:cell). Western blot analysis revealed that 14-3-3 σ was elevated at 3 hr after H. pylori treatment. Other isoforms were not significantly affected by H. pylori infection. Using immunoprecipitation to 14-3-3 σ, followed by proteomic analysis, we found that S phase kinase associated protein isoform 2 bound to 14-3-3 σ has increased. In contrast, three proteins (DEAD-box polypeptide 3, heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein H2 and WD repeat-containing protein isoform 1) bound to 14-3-3 decreased by H. pylori infection. Our results suggest that 14-3-3 may play an important regulatory role in H. pylori-induced signal transduction in gastric epithelial cells.

Research was conducted on vinegar types and characteristics with reference to representative literature such as SanGaYoRok, SikRyoChanYo, SooEunJabBang, GoSaChalYo, DongEuiBoGam, SaSiChanYoCho, JuBangMoon, ShinGanGuWhang, ChalYoSeo, EumSikDiMiBang, YoRok, ChiSengYoRam, SanRimKyoungJae,EumSikBo,OnJuBeop, SulManDeuNunBeop, KyuHapChongSeo, ImWonSipYukJi, JungIlDangJabJi, SulBitNeunBeop, SiUiJeonSeo, and BuInPilJi from the 15th to the 19th centuries of the Joseon Dynasty. Based on this research, a classification of materials used in vinegar, knowledge on treatment, preparation of ingredients, capturing flavor, storage of vinegar, as well as the favorable days that vinegar can be manufactured were studied and analyzed based on the different aspect of vinegar. Vinegar is a wellknown condiment throughout the world and has the potential of becoming a luxurious food. Replication and further analysis to expand the properties of vinegar is necessary using old literature, together with the literature identified above. Based on ongoing research, it is foreseeable that the development of a vinegar with unique characteristics and improved standards will be the foundation for the globalization of Korean cuisine, which is our current focus.

웨이블릿 변환은 기존 푸리에 변환이 갖는 주파수 변환 결과의 시간 영역에 대한 모호성을 극복할 수 있는 변환 기법으로 널리 이용되어 왔다. 기존의 푸리에 변환에 의한 셈블란스는 두 개의 시계열 자료의 위상을 주파수 영역에서 비교할 수 있도록 하는 방법이다. 이 방법은 비정상상태의 신호에 대해서는 잘 작동하지 않는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 자연계의 신호가 대부분 비정상상태임을 고려하여 웨이블릿 기반으로 개발된 셈블란스 기법을 지구물리자료에 적용하였다. 첫 번째 사례는 지구자기장 자료처리로서, 원격으로 위치한 관측소의 자료끼리 서로 비교하여 상관성이 높은 신호만 남도록 필터링한 결과를 제시한다. 두 번째 사례는 중력과 자력탐사를 복합적으로 분석할 수 있는 방안으로서, 두 자료간 공간적 상관성이 높은 신호만을 추출하는 필터링 결과를 제시한다.
