        This study aimed to investigate the characteristics of odor-causing substances in Yeosu national industrial complex, which is designated as an “Odor management Area,” in 2019 and the surrounding area. The sampling sites were divided into three areas: five sites within the industrial complex (Management area), one site within the borders of the complex (Boundary area), and two sites within residential areas (Affected area) affected by odors. The odor compounds were collected from March to September at dawn, daytime, and night. The analytical items were meteorological data, complex odor, legally-designated 22 odor compounds and other VOCs. Complex odor was exceeded on the limit three occasions at two sites in the management area. Ammonia, two types of sulfides, three types of aldehydes, and five VOCs were detected to be within the emission standards. Ammonia was the most frequently detected compounds. Aldehydes and sulfur compounds made a relatively high contribution to the level of odors. Therefore, aldehydes and sulfur compounds should be reduced first in order to prevent odors from occurring.

        규소(Si)는 지각의 구성 원소 중 두 번째로 흔히 존재하는 원소로, 3개의 안정동위원소, 28 Si (92.23%), 29 Si (4.67%), 30Si (3.10%)를 가진다. 규소 동위원소는 규소의 생지화학적 순환에 대한 지시자로 고환경 및 고기후 복원을 위해 전 세계에서 널리 연구되고 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 아직까지 생물 기원 규소에 대한 규소 동위원소 연구가 전 무한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 대형 규조류 시료에 대한 규소 동위원소 분석을 위해 기존 보고된 알칼리 용융법을 정리하고 생물 기원 규소 분석에 가장 적합한 규소 분리법을 구축하고자 하였다. 해당 시료를 고온 알칼리 용융을 통해 완전 용해시킨 후 시료 내 규소를 AG® 50W-X8 양이온 교환수지를 이용하여 효과적으로 분리하였다. 분리된 시료에 대한 신뢰성 검증을 위하여 Si 동위원소 표준물질(NBS-28) 및 USGS 암석 표준시료(AGV-2, GSP-2, BHVO-2)에 대한 분석을 함께 실시하였으며, 분석된 시료 모두 기존 연구결과와 오차범위 내에서 일치하는 값을 나타내었다. 본 연구에서 개발한 규소 동위원소 분석법은 향후 국내의 지구과학 및 관련 연구 발전에 많은 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

        In this study, chemical information on a total of 20 individual compounds was constructed to identify isoflavones from the previous reports related with used parts(seeds, leaves, stems, pods) and products of soybean(Glycine max L.). Through constructed library and UPLC-DAD-QToF/MS analysis, a total of 19 individual isoflavones including aglycones, glucosides, acetylglucosides and malonylglucosides as major compounds was identified and quantified from 14 selected soybean seeds. Among them, genistein 7-O-(2"-O-apiosyl)glucoside and genistein 7-O-(6"-O-apiosyl)glucoside(ambocin) were identified tentatively as novel compounds in soybean seeds. Besides, among malonylglucosides, glycitein 4'-O-(6''-O-malonyl)glucoside was estimated for the first time. Total isoflavone contents were distributed from 240.21 to 445.21(mg/100 g, dry matter) and 7-O-6''-O-malonylglucosides were composed of 77.8% on total isoflavone as well as genistein derivatives were confirmed as major class. It was considered importantly that the development of isoflavone-rich varieties was necessary to strengthen their effects such as anti-inflammation, anti-cancer and menopause mitigation. The qualitative and quantitative data presented precisely in this study could be help to select and breed isoflavone-rich varieties. Furthermore, their basic isoflavone profile is expected to be applied to estimate the change of isoflavone conjugates on bioavailability after soy food supplements.

        This study surveyed Chinese elderly consumers to determine their purchasing behavior, importance, and satisfaction with HMR products in China. Three hundred and seventy people were surveyed: 184 males and 186 females aged 55 to 70 years. Two hundred and sixty-seven (72.25%) of the surveyed consumers had an average monthly income of 6,000 yuan or less, and 313 (84.9%) responded that they spend 3000 yuan or less on groceries per month. Three hundred and fortyeight (94.1%) showed a high interest in health management. Regarding the frequency of purchasing HMR products, most responded that they purchased HMR products more than once or twice a week, with a single purchase of 100 yuan or less for each purchase. The respondents preferred 2 or 3 serving packagings in a refrigerated form. For all forms of products, those made as in-house meals, outdoor meals, as a snack or night snack, for serving guests, for trips, camping, and on-thego products, the participants mostly responded that they frequently purchased the product. When purchasing HMR products, the importance of hygiene, convenience in purchase accessibility, the freshness of ingredients, and an indication of the nutritional content were considered as a high rank. After purchase, the satisfaction of SNS and mobile application advertisements and promotions, amount per serving, take out convenience, and new menu were considered low-rank. The IPA results showed that marking the origin of the ingredients and new menu are areas needing improvement. The study results may be used as base data for developing elderly friendly HMR products and establishing its marketing strategies.

        물 유거(Run-off)에 따른 토양유실량을 자동정량하고자 ISCO 6712 수질환경 종합측정장치를 이용하여 토양유실량 추정장치를 고안하였고, 이 장치를 통해 실시간으로 유실되는 토양량을 추정할 수 있었다. 토양유실량 추정장치는 ISCO 6712 장치에 수위계(ISCO 730), 우량계(ISCO 674) 그리고 흙탕물을 받는 저수조 내에 층위 별로 흙탕물을 자동으로 채취할 수 있는 시설을 추가하였다. 1 × 5 m2 크기, 경사 15 %의 라이시미터(lysimeter) 내 석비레(Saprolite) 토양에 옥수수를 심어 실험한 결과 2017년 1회 강우량 161.3 ㎜의 강우사상에서는 실측 토양유실량의 85.1%, 82.6 ㎜ 강우사상에서는 101.7 %의 토양량을 추정하였다.

        본 연구에서는 poly(ether-block-amide) (PEBAX)/poly(ethylene) glycoldiacrylate (PEGDA)/zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8)-polyethersulfone (PES) 복합막을 제조하여 N2와 CO2의 기체투과 성질을 조사하였다. 각 분자량별 PEGDA 함량 증가에 따른 PEBAX/PEGDA-PES 복합막의 기체 투과도는 감소하였고, CO2/N2 선택도는 거의 일정한 값을 보 이다가 PEGDA 30 wt% 이후 점차 증가하였다. 특히 PEGDA250 g/mol 50 wt%가 첨가되어 제조된 PEBAX/PEGDA250 g/mol 50 wt%-PES의 경우 15.1의 선택도를 보였다. 그리고 각 분자량별로 CO2/N2 선택도가 거의 일정한 범위인 PEGDA 0~30 wt%의 복합막에 대해 ZIF-8에 따른 기체투과 성질을 조사하였다. 대체적으로 첨가되는 ZIF-8 함량이 증가할수록 N2와 CO2의 투과도가 점차 증가하였고, CO2/N2 선택도는 PEBAX/PEGDA250 g/mol 30 wt%/ZIF-8 20 wt%-PES 복합막에서 3.4 로 가장 높았다.

        This paper provides data for product development and improvement of grape varieties by analyzing the satisfactionimportance of the grape selection attributes from a consumer's perspective. A survey was conducted on consumers aged 19- 59 living in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon on their fruit consumption level, preferences according to the grape quality characteristics, importance, and satisfaction with the grape selection attributes. Three hundred and eighty two valid samples were collected and analyzed statistically using SPSS 23. In the preference according to the grape quality characteristics, consumers tended to prefer a sweet taste, black color, and seedless grapes. Regarding the importance of the grape selection attributes according to the level of grape consumption, the high consumption group considers texture, size, shape, color, ease of removing seeds, country of origin, area of production, certification, and brand to be more important. In satisfaction, the high consumption group rated satisfaction highly in texture, odor, size, shape, color, ease of removing peelings, ease of removing seeds, price, country of origin, area of production, certification, and brand. An analysis of the IPA of the grape selection attributes showed that improvement of price and shape attributes will be prioritized, and the development and management of properties, such as seeds, peelings, certification, and brand will be required. These results can be used to help improve the grape varieties and develop products that meet the consumer needs, secure the competitiveness of grape farmers, and revitalize the local economy.
