통계적 방법을 사용하여 스퍼터 증착한 Ta 박막의 증착속도, 비저항, 면저항 균일도, 반사도, 응력 등의 물성을 측정하고 분석하였다. RS/1의 표면 반응 분석법에 의해 독립변수와 종속변수간의 함수관계를 예측하였으며. 이때 비저항과 면저항의 균일도 측면에서 최적조건은 증착 압력 2 mTorr, 증착 전력 8 W/cm2 및 기판온도 20˚C였다. 실험 모텔의 신뢰성 (fitness)은 풀링(pooling)하지 않은 경우 0.85 ~0.9의 값을 얻었다. 본 조건하에서 증착된 박막은 비저항 180μΩcm와 면저항 균일도 ~ 2%의 값을 가졌다. 투과전자 현미경과 X선 회절법을 이용하여 분석한 결과 증착된 박막은 100~200 정도의 결정립 크기를 갖는 β-Ta 임을 확인하였다.

시판 식혜에 Saccharomyces cerevisiae를 가해 29℃에서 10일간 발효시켜서 식혜주를 제조하였다. TLC 및 HPLC 분석 결과 발효에 따라 수크로오스는 2일째부터 글루코오스와 프룩토오스로 가수분해되어 발효되었다. 수크로오스는 6일째에 완전히 없어지고, 8일째에는 글루코오스, 프룩토오스 모두 없어졌다. 에탄올은 6.6%를 나타냈다. 시판 식혜주의 아미노산 함량은 0.32μ㏖/ml, 단백질 함량은 226㎍/ml을 나타냈다. pH는 3.21, 산도는 2.5ml를 나타냈다. 한계덱스트린은 ^1H-NMR로 분석 결과 시판 식혜와 구조상 차이가 없었다. α-1, 4-결합에 대한 α-1, 6-결합의 비율은 25:1을 나타냈다. 관능검사 결과, 맛은 와인과 비슷하였다.

Soymilk has been substituted for milk for people who are suffering from lactoseintolerance. In this study γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) producing lactic acid bacterium, Lactobacillus plantarum LP2, was applied to ferment soymilk for improving its functionality. GABA production was proved in MRS broth supplemented 3% monosodium glutamate (MSG) and soymilk including 10% (w/v) soymilk powder and 5%(w/v) fructooligosaccharide where L. plantarum LP2 was applied. In addition to the soymilk, isolated soy protein (ISP), which was enzyme-treated, was added to it for improving the content of free amino acids including glutamic acid. L. plantarum LP2 was well grown and produced GABA in the soymilk medium.

본 연구에서는 플라이애시가 90 %만큼 다량치환된 모르타르에 알칼리 활성화를 통한 강도증진을 동일한 양생온도 조건 에서 양생방법 및 유지시간 변화에 따라 비교 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 결과로 플래이애시를 90 % 치환한 경우, 소생재 도 포 후 40℃로 24시간 기중양생시 가장 높은 압축강도를 발휘하였지만, OPC의 압축강도까지 발휘하는 것은 어려울 것으로 분석되었다.
