        Process Hazard Analysis(PHA) have been performed for a risk management of process (petrochemical) industry for nearly 50 years. There are many PHA methods for application in the process industry, Hazop Study method has been recognized as a good method used typically in most of phase of process plant. And also there was inconvenient opinion that Hazop Study is too resource (man power, time etc.) consuming comparing its result performance (a quality of recommendations) for a good operating and existing plant. In this study, two types of PHA method - checklist and K-PSR - were performed respectively for a new para-xylene(PX)plant and 30 year old PX plant. Past history and experience of incident, operation, maintenance and so on are very important in PHA by those two methods. The higher effectiveness were realized in PHA by a checklist and K-PSR Method than prior Hazop study. And also some suggestions including PHA cycle determination, RBPS application, Follow-up plan of PHA result etc. were proposed about PHA improvement measures for a best risk management.

        Depending on the living styles, the types of energy consumed by households have changed, and the consumption has increased rapidly. Consequently, those have led to environmental issues, such as exhaustion of energy and the climate changes. As one of solutions to such issues, energy efficiency can be approached. Therefore, in this study, the gas water heater(115S type Rheem products) that made in Germany and obtain hot water using gas as a heat source is selected. a 1.0㎥ water tank with a 6kW electronic heater is installed and a water temperature and pressure is maintain constantly also thermometer is injected. Two of gas meter, one of pressure regulator and three of time measurement devices are installed in a combustion facility and fuelling facility with a magnet valve so it can observe and record combustion reactions. Quantity of hot water that heated by boiler is recorded using a quantity measurement tank, and have been heated by the boiler have been to record and measure the amount and utilized the data acquired through measurement of all factors that are applied to acquire hot water in order to calculate the use rate of final energy. In conclusion, this researcher drew the economic strong points of the hot water generated by gas.Key

        Researches on the elimination of sulfur and nitrogen oxides with catalysts and absorbents reported many problems related with elimination efficiency and complex devices. In this study, decomposition efficiency of harmful gases was investigated. It was found that the efficiency rate can be increased by moving the harmful gases together with SPCP reactor and the catalysis reactor. Calcium hydroxide(Ca(OH)2), CaO, and TiO2 were used as catalysts. Harmful air polluting gases such as SO2 were measured for the analysis of decomposition efficiency, power consumption, and voltage according to changes to the process variables including frequency, concentration, electrode material, thickness of electrode, number of electrode winding, and additives to obtain optimal process conditions and the highest decomposition efficiency. The standard sample was sulfur oxide(SO2). Harmful gases were eliminated by moving them through the plasma generated in the SPCP reactor and the Ca(OH)2 catalysis reactor. The elimination rate and products were analyzed with the gas analyzer (Ecom-AC,Germany), FT-IR(Nicolet, Magna-IR560), and GC-(Shimazu). The results of the experiment conducted to decompose and eliminate the harmful gas SO2with the Ca(OH)2 catalysis reactor and SPCP reactor show 96% decomposition efficiency at the frequency of 10 kHz. The conductivity of the standard gas increased at the frequencies higher than 20 kHz. There was a partial flow of current along the surface. As a result, the decomposition efficiency decreased. The decomposition efficiency of harmful gas SO2 by the Ca(OH)2 catalysis reactor and SPCP reactor was 96.0% under 300 ppm concentration, 10 kHz frequency, and decomposition power of 20 W. It was 4% higher than the application of the SPCP reactor alone. The highest decomposition efficiency, 98.0% was achieved at the concentration of 100 ppm.

        In this study, the changes in collection efficiencies due to the time changes of activated carbons were ascertained, and in order to identify the magnitude of adsorption, the before-use and after-use iodine adsorption values were analyzed. In addition, as a result of examining the characteristics of continuous process and non-continuous process and as a result of investigating whether the emission standards would be maintained, the continuous process and printing facilities were seen as not being able to maintain the emission standards. Also were found, in the case of non-continuous process,–taking into consideration the special nature of the job –for 4Ø palletized charcoal, a collection efficiency near 50% was shown even after 96 hours. Also, when the inlet concentration was about 300ppm, it is thought that the emission standards would be maintained if the activated carbons are replaced within at least 96 hours in the case of 4Ø palletized charcoal and the use was deemed pointless in the case of carbon. The results of this study are expected to provide assistance in selecting replacement periods for activated carbons and in selecting absorbents at the project sites, and are expected to be of significant help in the selection of precipitators that can collect total hydrocarbons for compliance of the emission standards.

        With industrial development, energy demands continue to rise. Fossil fuels release more air pollutants to produce the same amount of energy compared with other types of fuel. The harmful exhaust gas exacerbated by the increasing uses of vehicles also makes a contribution to the worsening of air pollution. Thus there is a need for various processing methods and technologies to eliminate harmful gases such as sulfur oxides released into the air. Researches on the elimination of sulfur and nitrogen oxides with catalysts and absorbents reported many problems due to elimination efficiency and complex devices. In an attempt to supplement them, this study set out to increase the decomposition efficiency of harmful gases by moving them through the plasma generated in the SPCP reactor and the catalysis reactor specially designed and manufactured. The study used calcium hydroxide(Ca (OH)2),CaO,andTiO2 as catalysts. Harmful air polluting gases such as SO2 were measured for decomposition efficiency, power consumption, and voltage according to changes to the process variables including frequency, concentration, electrode material, thickness of electrode, number of electrode winding, and additives to obtain optimal process conditions and the highest decomposition efficiency. The standard sample was sulfur oxide(SO2). Harmful gases were eliminated by moving them through the plasma generated in the SPCP reactor and the Ca(OH)2 catalysis reactor. The elimination rate and products were analyzed with the gas analyzer (Ecom-AC,Germany), FT-IR(Nicolet, Magna-IR560), and GC-(Shimazu). The results of the experiment conducted to decompose and eliminate the harmful gas SO2with the Ca(OH)2 catalysis reactor and SPCP reactor show 96 decomposition efficiency at the frequency of 10kHz. The conductivity of the standard gas increased according to frequency at high voltage of 20 kHz or more. There was a partial flow of current along the surface. As a result, the decomposition efficiency decreased. The use of tungsten electrode resulted in the highest decomposition efficiency by the Ca(OH)2 catalysis reactor and SPCP reactor, and it was followed by the copper and aluminum electrode in the order. As for the impacts of thickness of electrode at electric discharge, the thicker the electrode was, the higher decomposition efficiency became. As for the number of electrode winding, the more it was wound, the higher decomposition efficiency became. The decomposition efficiency of harmful gas SO2 by the Ca(OH)2 catalysis reactor and SPCP reactor was 96.0% under the conditions of 300ppm concentration, 10kHz frequency, and decomposition power of 20W. It was higher than 92% when only the SPCP reactor was used. Decomposition efficiency was the highest at 98.0% when the concentration was 100ppm. As for the effects of additives to fit actual exhaust gases, the more methane (CH4) was added, the higher decomposition efficiency became over 99%.         In this study, the air pollutant removal such as sulfur oxides was studied. A combination of the plasma discharge in the reactor by the reaction surface discharge reactor Calcium hydroxides catalytic reactor and air pollutants, hazardous gas SOx, changes in gas concentration, change in frequency, the thickness of the electrode, kinds of electrodes and the addition of simulated composite catalyst composed of a variety of gases, including decomposition experiments were performed by varying the process parameters. The experimental results showed the removal efficiency of 98% in the decomposition of sulfur oxides removal experiment when Calcium hydroxides catalysts and the tungsten(W) electrodes were used. It was increased 3% more than if you do not have the catalytic. If added to methane gas was added the removal efficiency increased decomposition.

        This study shows an air-purification test by the UV lamp on which TiO2 catalyst is deposited with glass fiber in the reactor chamber. This test was based on the fundamental data of air-purifier as assessing a removing ability on various contaminants such as CH3COOH, NH3, NO and SO2 as variation of the TiO2 coating, the wave of UV lamp, and the additive CaO. As a result, the highest decomposing removal ratio was shown when 5-times coated glass fiber was used. It can be due to the recombination reaction of electrons and electron-hole in the loaded CaO. Thus, the decomposing removal ratio increased as the recombination ratio decreased. In addition, it was confirmed that the decomposing removal ratio lowered when CaO was considerably deposited because it hided the lamp of OH-1 radical.

If added to methane gas was added, the removal efficiency increased decomposition, the oxygen concentration increased with increasing degradation rate in the case of adding carbon dioxide decreased.

        This study examined into property of flour dust explosion to get the basic data for safety of industry by protecting accident of dust explosion. The experiment was conducted to know the effect of distance between explodes in the experiment device, effect of flour dust concentration, effect of humidity, effect of explosion pressure to the dust concentration and effect of inactive substance additive. The study indicated that explosion was happened effectively at the optimum distance 100mm or less in inter-polar distance, and minimum ignition energy was measured at 6mm. The data of feed concentration to the probability of explosion showed that the smaller the particle diameter was, the larger probability of explosion was, and the higher the dust concentration was, the more increased the pressure of explosion was, but more than upper limit of dust concentration, then the explosion of pressure decreased. For the effect of humidity, the more it contained water, the more decreased the ignition energy of dust was, so increased minimum explosive concentration, and effective water content was minimum 10% or more. Inactive substance additive was effective in adding more than 15% CaCO3 and CaO as substance inhibiting dust explosion, in which CaCO3 was more effective than CaO. the analysis of the flame of dust explosion was performed by high-speed video camera, it showed the size of flame bacame smaller in order that sub feed, main feed, wheat powder. As a result, sub feed was expected to be less dangerous than others.

        본 연구에서는 대기오염물질인 유해 황산화물 가스를 이산화티탄 촉매 반응기와 연면 방전 반응기를 조합한 반응기에서 플라즈마 방전반응에 의하여 주파수 변화, 체류시간, 전극의 굵기, 첨가 모의가스 등의 공정 변수를 변화 시켜 분해제거 실험을 하였다. 실험 결과 황산화물의 분해제거 실험에서 주파수 10kHz에서 소비전력 19W에서 분해제거율은 99%이었으며 이산화티탄 촉매반응기를 부착한 경우가 없는 경우보다 5%이상 증가효과가 이었다. 첨가가스로 메탄을 첨가

        In this thesis, I dealt whether the disposal of the Nominal-Trusted real estate constitutes property crime or not. Property crime such as Embezzlement or Breach of trust should protect the relationship worthy of being protected by Criminal Law. Even though the nominal trust agreement about the real estate is not Kondiktio wegen verwerflichen Empfanges, I think Act on the Registration of Real Estate under Actual Titleholder’s name”(below abbreviated as ‘Actual Name Law’) makes the nominal trust agreement be not worthy of being protected by Criminal Law. So except some cases Actual Name Law allows, the disposal of the Nominal-Trusted real estate does not constitute property crime such as Embezzlement or Breach of trust. *

        By Medical Service Law(below, abbr as ‘Law’), the medical institutions should be established and run by ‘the doctors or the qualified persons’(below, abbr as ‘doctors’), who are permitted by the related laws. And there is a case such as non-doctors establish the institutions, hire doctors and run the institutions, or non-doctors and doctors co-establish the institutions and run the institutions. This kind of act is treated as violations under Law. When, in their running the institutions, doctors treat the patients, which means doctors give the patients the medical care in place of National Health Insurance Service(below, abbr as NHIS), doctors ask the costs of the medical care to NHIS. If the costs of the medical treatment(the medical care) do not exist or are exaggerated, the act of asking the costs will constitute Fraud. But if doctors in such institutions described above treat the patients fairly, and then ask NHIS the costs with no falsity or exaggeration, does that act constitute Fraud? This kind of act has not been treated as Fraud until 2013. But from the second half of 2013, this kind of act has been prosecuted as Fraud. Is that prosecution right? Is it guilty as Fraud? Medical treatment has a broad effecion on the health and welfare of people, so business mind should be excluded from medical treatment. And Law has regulations on the qualification of establishing the institutions to prevent the substantial distortion of medical treatment. But if doctors’ treatment is true, which means there is no falsity or exaggeration in medical treatment, then there can not exist the substantial distortion. And the article 57 ① of Law regulates ‘trick or the other undue method’, but I think this kind of act does not conform to the article 57 ① of Law. And even if this kind of act conforms to the article 57 ① of Law, it does not mean that it is Fraud. Because Fraud has the strong character of mala in se, transcendentally the act of Fraud should be evaluated anti-social and immoral. But this kind of act can not be assessed anti-social and immoral transcendentally. And the criminal control on this kind of act can not be the fundamental measure to prevent the financial aggravation of NHIS. And because this kind of act is treated as violations under Law, if the punishment of Fraud is added, it could violate the principle of proportion or principle of subsidiarity.

        최근 게임에도 다국어를 대상으로 하는 음성인식에 대한 요구와 여러 나라의 서로 다른 언어로 표현된 음성을 하나의 음성 모델로 표현하는 다국어 시스템의 개발에 대한 필요성이 점차 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 언어로 구성되어 있는 음성을 하나의 음성 모델로 표현할 수 있는 다국어 음성인식 시스템의 발전에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 다국어 음성 모델을 통합적으로 구축하기 위한 기본 연구로 한국어 음성과 영어 음성을 국제음소기호(IPA)로 인식하는 시스템을 연구하였고 한국어와 영어 음소를 동시에 만족하는 IPA모델을 찾는데 중점을 두어 실험한 결과 한국어 음성에 대하여 90.62%, 영어 음성에 대하여 91.71%라는 인식률을 얻을 수 있었다.

        자동 음성 인식(Automatic Speech Recognition)기술은 세계적인 의사소통과 협력을 원활히 할 수 있는 가능성을 제시한다. 현재까지 대부분의 연구들은 주로 사용되는 단일 언어의 말하기에만 집중되어 있다. 따라서 다른 언어들과 함께 사용되는 특정 ASR 시스템을 도입하는 데에는 비싼 비용이 뒤따른다. 본 논문은 다국어 음성 인식에 대한 일반적 접근으로 각 나라 언어를 대표한 발음사전(어휘모델)을 만들기 위하여 음성 인식에 이용하는 어휘 모델을 만들기 위하여 음소 언어 인식(PLI, Phonetic Language Identity) 형식의 입력된 파일을 해석하는 국제 음소 엔진(IPE, International Phoneticizing Engine)를 제안한다. IPE는 독립적이며 규칙을 기본으로 한다. 어휘모델 생성 과정은 Java 언어로 구현된 프로그램에 의해 이루어지고, 이 과정들은 규칙 상충을 줄여주며, 언어학적 훈련을 받지 않은 사람의 규칙 생성도 가능하게 한다. IPE에 의해 생성된 어휘모델을 연속 음성 인식기에 적용한 결과 우리말 인식률이 92.55%, 영어에 대하여 89.93%를 얻었다.
