The country has been to industrialization, urbanization, centralization due to rapid economic growth and industrial facilities are aging by focusing on economic growth. These industrial facilities are often due to an unexpected accident occurred. This study was performed for suggesting the plan to promote the function of safety management for national infrastructures. In order to achieve the goal of study, safety association laws were analyzed, and safety-related organizations were investigated by business fields.

Recently buildings are constructed in larger and higher scales and becoming more complex. However from small to large scale buildings and on construction sites there still are fire safety accidents that occur continuously. Therefore to improve fire safety plan, examining the actual fire safety management and understanding fire risk analysis Using Fire Modeling through Computer Simulation. On this study, the permissible evacuation times were estimated for smoke fall, temperature, CO concentration, viability, etc. Fire safety management plans for fire safety were suggested.

The occupational safety and health expenses in construction since 1988 has contributed significantly to the reduction of injury occurrence rate. But the appropriation standards for the Occupational Safety and Health Expenses in Construction(OSHEC) have been pointed out so many issues. The purpose of this study is to present ways to improve the appropriation standards for OSHEC through the reviewing of several issues about the current system and analysis of existing statistical data. Based on the result of the research, it is proposed the new model for OSHEC.

The purpose of this study, perform analysis of the effectiveness of the occupational safety and health expenses through the reviewing of several issues about the current system and analysis of existing statistical data. Based on the result of the research, it is concluded that the contribution survey of the occupational safety and health expenses on the safety accident prevention program qualitatively evaluated as an average of 4.39(standard deviatin 0.652) on the five point scale based was very positive.

In this study, disinfection effect of coliform group treated with ozone was analyzed for the effluent discharging from activated sludge treatment process in hospital wastewater treatment plant. Based on these results, it aims to get basic data to establish the disinfection facility in hospital wastewater treatment, suggesting affecting factors according to hydraulic retention time of the activated sludge process and design basic factors necessary to ozone disinfection. Removal efficiencies of coliform group for the effluent according to HRT such as 4hr, 8hr, 12hr were analyzed using a lab-scale activated sludge process, respectively. To decay the microorganism regulates the CT value multiplied disinfectant concentration by contact time. CT value is highly correlated with a removal efficiency of coliform group and according to increasing an injected ozone concentration, the CT value was increased.. When HRT was 4, 8, 12 hours , CT value takes place at minimum condition 50, 40, 334 mg/L-min, respectively.

The safety management of the small sized enterprise is very important to decrease industrial disaster in the area of industry. On this research, to give the effective measures to decrease industrial disaster, we administered the workplaces in Kyunggi area to search actual condition of industrial disaster and to disclose a link between industrial and industrial safety management. The results show industrial accident characteristics of small sized enterprises in Kyunggi area. So it is shows that we need to put in effective safety political measures to small sized enterprises.

이 연구에서는 식빵의 표준 묘사분석 절차를 확립하였으며, 그 결과, 식빵에서 23가지의 특성 묘사 용어를 선정하고 개발하였으며 평가 절차를 확립하였다. 개발된 표준 묘사분석 방법을 이용하여 숙성온도와 배합비가 다른 4종류의 식빵에 대해 관능적 특성을 평가한 결과, 4종류의 식빵 간에는 23개의 관능적 특성에서 모두 유의전인 차이(p<0.05)가 있었다. 따라서 이 실험에서 개발된 식빵의 특성 용어와 그 정의 및 평가 기술이 종류가 다른 식빵의 관능적 특성의 차이를 잘 설명탈 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 앞으로 이와 같은 연구 결과가 식빵의 품질향상에 기여할 수 있으려면, 원료와 제조 방법에 따른 식빵의 품질평가에 묘사 분석이 적용되고, 이 결과와 소비자 기호도 검사 또는 기계적 측정 결과와의 상관관계를 분석하는 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야겠다.

Sprague-dawley 흰쥐를 고지방식이로 6주간 식이하면서 영지열수추출액을 경구투여하여 혈장, 간장 및 부고환조직에서 지방성분, 지단백질의 분포, 변 중의 담즙산과 중성스테롤들의 배출량을 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과을 얻었다. 고지방식이와 영지(GL군)열수추출액을 투여한 흰쥐의 혈청 중 총콜레스테롤, 중성지질 및 유리지방산의 농도는 고지방식이로만 사육한 대조군(CON군)에 비해 낮았다. 한편 인지질과 HDL-cholesterol의 농도는 다소 높았다. 또한 간장과 부고환의 지방성분들을 조사한 경우에도 위와 같은 결과를 얻었다. Low density lipoprotein(LDL)과 very low density lipoprotein(VLDL)은 고지방식이가 급여되는 동안 정상군 보다 대조군에서 증가하였고 영지투여군은 대조군에 비하여 LDL과 VLDL은 감소하였으나 HDL은 증가하였다. 그리고 분변을 통한 답즙산과 중성스테롤의 배설량이 증가하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 영지 투여군이 지방축적 및 고지혈증의 완만한 개선경향을 나타내고 있음을 알 수 있다.

In recent localized heavy rainfalls have been arising from abnormal climate change. People are concerning about damages with increasing the frequency of flooding. Therefore, we need to understand river hydraulic characteristics and management to reduce damage from flooding. To study hydraulic characterization of Sincheon experimental catchment HEC-RAS (Hydrologic Engineering Center River Analysis System) model which provided by U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) was applied. This study analyzed and compared water level the frequency flood for 100 years and 200 years by clark unit Hydrography. The change of the water level of Daejeon bridge, Sincheon bridge and Singi bridge showed increased for all conditions. The flow rate for the Daejeon bridge and the Sincheon bridge showed an increase, but the Sinki bridge showed a decreasing flow rate overally, except for 1hour-100 years. The verification result showed that the model was able to simulate the water level with 0.4709 coefficient of determination and error ration ranging from 1 to 3%.

풍기와 금산지방의 백삼포장을 대상으로 인삼의수량, 재식본수, 결주율, 근중엽면적 수확근수간의 상호관계를 조사하였다. 1. 금산지방은 풍기지역보다 재식본수가 거의 2배나 되며 박엽을 및 결주율이 높고 수량은 낮았다 2. 수량이 밀식재배에서는 근수에 의존하고 소식재배에서는 근중에 의존하였다. 결주율이 수량에 주는 영향은 밀식재배에서 더욱 현저하였으며 재식본수는 유의성은 없으나 수량과 부상관이였다. 결주율과 재식본수와는 무관하였다. 3. 채굴본수는 재식본수에 의존하고 특히 결주율에 의해 제한되었다. 4. 수량은 수확기 엽면적지수(LAI) 특히 생육 최성기 LAI 에 의존하였으며 LAI는 밀식재배에서는 채를 본수에만 소식재배에서는 주엽면적에만 의존하였고 LAI 는 밀식과 소식재배간 차이가 없었으며 MR에 의하여 제한되었다. 5. 주엽면적은 근중에 고도로 의존하였으며 밀식에 의하여 LAI 가 증대하지 않는 원인이고 모든 포장은 최적 LAI 이하였다.
