        The study deals with crisis of Latin America and diakonia mission strategy to deeply problems in Latin America society and culture in which problems have been formed historically in the colonialism context from Spanish and Portugal. In this paper, crisis of Latin America analyzes the economical, social, religious, cultural and political factors to the problems, and mention mission strategy of diakonia for the social transformation against problems and issues. First, I explained on the crisis of the economic, political, social, cultural and spiritual problem of Latin America, the paper describes the present difficult situation and its historical roots resulting from the time of the Spanish and Portugal’s colonialism. They have a lot of problems in Latin America society; such as poverty, violence, population explosion, lack of job, diseases, lack of foods, and illiteracy. Second, this paper suggest some diakonia mission strategies to be able to the change in Latin America. There are 1) diakonia mission strategy through Christianity NGO group; 2) social development mission toward poverty region and slum area; 3) holistic education mission strategy; 4) global partnership and cooperation mission for crises and problems of Latin America. Third, this study focus on holistic mission and social service mission in various Latin America contexts. International mission agency and Christian community in the world should be help and participate about problems and pains of Latin America. We need partnership and cooperation with between world Christianity and Latin America community.

        This study is to focus on the contribution and application in practical models for aging welfare mission in Korea. The number of aging peoples has so rapidly increased from 2000s. This apparence has service some important as the aging welfare of the Korean is being considered. The practical models for aging welfare mission are very significant sphere of social welfare mission. This article is analyzed models and practices for aging welfare through social service in the church community. The church should be realize the missional direction toward the social responsibility. The church can also provide service not only spiritual needs but also social needs toward the aging poor peoples. By doing this way, the church and government can support together hand in hand to achieve better environment for spiritual and physical living. For this aging welfare mission, I want to recommend several suggestions to the church. Firstly, we can be recognize mission of aging welfare to church community. We should be understand that the church must practice important social responsibility for social welfare. Secondly, We need a networking and partnership among the church, NGO, and government for social service. Finally, We can use materially, financially, culturally practical resources in the church toward aging welfare mission. We need flexible strategy and plan in various missional direction for development of aging welfare mission in Korea society.

        This paper is studied on the efficient purification process of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) from the melt layer crystallization combining crystallization process, sweating process and distillation recovery process. Purity and yield of DMC crystal depended mainly on the crystallization temperature, cooling rate, sweating termperature sweating rate. Through the optimization of crystallization and sweating operation, DMC crystal can be upgraded to very high purity over 99.9% and high yield over 85%.

        In T-mixer crystallization, supersaturation is generated by mixing of another solvent or non-solvent in order to reduce the solubility of the compound. Also, T-mixer is a type of continuous crystallization. In order to induce micro-mixing, two solutions were mixed rapidly by T-mixer, which formed high supersaturation. As the results, mean size of HMX crystals decreased with increasing de-supersaturation rate (Rs). Eventually, HMX particles ranging from 0.5 to 5μm can be obtained by T-mixer crystallization. Mixing efficiency in T-mixer increased with increasing Rs values. In T-mixer crystallization without surfactants, homogeneous nucleation was formed when S and Rs was over 54 and 1.6×103/sec. In T-mixer crystallization with surfactants, homogeneous nucleation was formed when S and Rs was over 26 and 7.4/sec.

        As an additional high purification method of p-dioxanone monomer for a high molecular weight polymer, the sweating operation of crystalline layer obtained by layered melt crystallization from p-dioxanone-diethylene glycol system was studied. Purity and yield of p-dioxanone crystal depended mainly on the sweating temperature and sweating time. Increasing sweating time and sweating temperature, the purity of p-dioxanone crystal increase, whereas the yield of that decrease, respectively. Through the optimization of sweating operation, p-dioxanone crystal can be upgraded to very high purity over 99.9 % suited to monomer for polymerization.

        This study is to focus on the contribution and explain in Christian mission toward global society. Globalization can be defined as the set of processes that yields a single world. Globalization is the process by which societies become interdependent in aspects of their values, culture, economics, social, and political. It is easy to communicate interdependent relationships through multimedia in the electronic culture. Global society has entered the Online Age, the world of instant access. Accelerating change has reached a critical point where all parts of the globe are electronically linked. This global society is connected by the development of information technology. In the global society we see progress through the Internet. The Internet access connects us worldwide, which is software with a common shape of organizing and processing information. Concerns for challenge of missional issues in global society is an important task in this article of how best connect for Christian mission to the various issues in globalization. Some issues are Islam expansion and growth in the world, postmodernism, secularism, and religious pluralism. I have suggest some Korea church tasks toward Christian mission in the 21century. We need international mission partnership between Korea church and World church. We must be evangel frontier mission toward unreached people in the world. Finally we have flexible mission strategy and wholistic mission in various mission fields and contexts.

        This study focuses developing an effective mission strategy in a cyber culture to reach the new generation in Korea. It asks these important questions: "What are the barrier for the Korean churches in evangelism to the new generation?" "How can Korean churches change their Cyber culture in mission for the unchurched new generation?" In order to answer these questions, data was collected through questionnaires and interviews with members of the new generation in Korea. Both the characteristics of the new generation, and those of the emerging Cyber culture in Korea, were analyzed. Concerns for effective strategies of Korea church mission was an important issues in this study of how best to reach for Christ the Korean new generation. The writer's experience of mission in the Korean context led him to the strategy that the Korean churches need a multimedia mission approach using Cyber culture. Multimedia mission is a challenge for Korean churches seeking to reach the new generation. Korean churches need to be develop the mission strategies using multimedia appropriate for the Cyber culture of the new generation. Such multimedia must be part of an effective mission toward the new generation who embrace a Cyber culture.

        본 연구에서는 hexagonal-ferrite에서 NiO, CuO의 몰비와 B-Bi-Zn 첨가제에 따른 미세구조, 밀도 흡수율, 수축율, 주파수에 따른 투자율 등의 특성을 관찰하여 수 GHz대역의 고주파 침 인덕터용 재료로서의 가능성을 확인하고자 하였다. 투자율의 측정은 impedance analyzer 와 network analyzer를 이용하여 100kHz∼3GHz 대역까지 실시하였다. 특성의변화를 살펴본 결과 사용된 B-Bi-Zn 유리분말은 전극돠의 동시소결이 가능하게 보였으며, 복수투자율의 결과에 의하며, 1.8GHz까지는 그 값이 변화를 보이지 않고 일정하였고, 복소투자율의 허수값이 최고값에서 나타나는 공진주파수는 2 GHz 부근에서 관찰되었다.

        본 논문에서는 요소를 사용하지 않은 수치해석기법인 무요소법 중에서 다중해상도(multi-resolution)특성이 내재되어 있는 Reproducing Kernel Particle Method (RKPM)의 이중스케일 분해기법을 사용하여 RKPM의 형상함수를 상단성분과 하단성분으로 분리하고 이를 3차원 선형탄성해석과정에 적용하여 von Mises 응력장의 상하단성분을 유도하였다. 유도된 응력장의 상단성분을 이용하여 후처리과정을 거치지 않고도 응력의 고변화도 부위를 손쉽게 파악할 수 있는 기법을 개발하였으며 이를 이용한 효율적인 적응적 세분화기법의 적용가능성을 연구하였다. 대표적인 2차원 및 3차원 응력집중 문제에 적용하여 응력집중부위를 파악하고 간단한 적응적 세분화과정에 따른 절점추가를 통하여 해의 정도 향상을 파악해 본 결과, 본 연구에서 개발된 기법이 응력집중부위를 정확히 판정할 수 있었으며 효율적인 적응적 세분화기법의 유용한 도구로서 활용될 수 있음을 검증하였다.

        강재 수문은 일반적으로 상대습도가 높고 부식에 대하여 열악한 환경에 설치되므로 다른 강구조물에 비하여 부식열화가 빠르게 진행될 수 있다. 강재 수문의 경우 수문부재의 설치환경에 따라 발생되는 부식환경의 차이가 나타날 수 있으며 이에 따라 발생되는 부식속도가 변화할 수 있다. 따라서 동일 구조물이라도 국부적 부식환경이 구조물 특성에 따라 변화할 수 있으므로 수문구조의 경우 수문의 구조형태와 이에 따른 수문부재의 설치 높이에 따라 변화할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 강재 수문의 구조형태에 따른 상대적 부식환경차이를 수문부재의 높이에 따라 평가하기 위하여 실제 강재수문을 대상으로 모니터링 시험체를 부착하여 부식손상 모니터링을 실시하여 그 영향을 분석하였다.

        본 연구에서는 분절형 콘크리트 블록과 아웃리거를 적용한 분절형 프리캐스트 패널 아치 교량의 분절형 프리캐스트 콘크리트 패널 연결부의 형상과 상세를 개선하기 위하여 프리캐스트 패널 연결부에 대한 3차원 비선형 구조해석을 실시하였다. 콘크리트 프리캐스트 패널의 경우 아치 교량의 특성에 따라 압축력이 작용하게 되므로 패널 연결부에 대한 지압 거동 특성을 반영할 수 있도록 원형 연결부를 적용하였으며, 본 연구에서는 이러한 패널 연결부의 특성과 상세에 따른 영향을 고려하기 위하여 프리캐스트 패널 연결부 상세와 지압 하중의 방향을 변화시켜 그 영향을 확인하였다.

        The durability of a steel floodgate can have disadvantage to corrosion damage, because it is often come in contact with high humidity condition. In this study, to evaluate the corrosion rate depending on installation environment of a steel floodgate, atmospheric exposure test was performed using corrosion environment measurement sensors and monitoring specimens. From the correlation between the mean corrosion depth and corrosion current, the corrosion rate was estimated depending on the installed environment for the member of a steel floodgate.

        For PHC pile, mechanical connection joints can be essential to connect PHC piles over 15m in length for deep foundation. This study was examined flexural capacity of PHC pile connected with high-performance connection device. To examine flexural capacity of PHC pile, two PHC piles with 5m length were connected using ring-type connecting plate developed recently. Its connection capacity and failure mode were evaluated through four-point flexure test.

        본 연구에서는 국내에서 사용되고 있는 우레탄계, 세라믹계, 폴리실록산계 및 불소수지계 강교량용 도장계를 대상으로 실내 부식실험을 실시하여 도장계별 노화모델을 도출하였다. 상도를 구분하여 각 도장계별로 시험편을 제작하였으며, 직경 0.5, 1, 3, 5 mm의 원형 결함을 도입하였다. ISO 20340를 이용하여 극한환경을 모사한 부식촉진실험을 실시하였다. 도장계별 노화곡선은 원형결함의 노화면적을 기준으로 평가되었다. 노화곡선을 사용하여 공용중인 강교의 도장 사용수명을 평가하기 위하여 촉진배율을 산출하였으며, 촉진배율은 ISO 20340과 ISO 9223의 대기환경 부식속도를 기준으로 산출되었다. 실험결과, 노화진전속도는 원형결함의 크기와 상관없이 증가하였으며, 노화면적이 3%일 때 우레탄 도장계의 노화수명은 C2, C3, C4 및 C5 등급에서 약 31.8, 15.8, 9.9 및 3.9년으로 평가되었다.
