The purpose of the study is to assess morphological and chromosomal comparison of Mini type Phalanopsis ‘KS Little Gem’ and four domestic market available cultivars (‘Queen Beer’, ‘Tony Pink’, ‘Vaviche’ and ‘Rorens’). ‘KS Little Gem’ had the highest number of leaves (14.9), while the other four types had fewer than ten. The longest leaf length was 21.5㎝ for ‘Tony Pink’, followed by 16.2㎝, 18.0㎝ and 17.5㎝ for ‘Queen Beer’, ‘Rorens’ and ‘Vaviche’ respectively. The length and width of the petals of ‘KS Little Gem’ were 29.5㎜ and 25.6㎜ respectively indicating a round shape flower compared to other cultivars. When the flower lifespan of ‘KS Little Gem’ was compared to four cultivars of the domestic market, it was found that it had a 123-day shelf life, which was twice longer than that of the four cultivars. According to chromosome analysis ‘KS Little Gem’, ‘Rorens’, ‘Tony Pink,' and ‘Vaviche’ were tetraploid (2n = 4x = 76) while ‘Queen Beer’ was diploid (2n = 2x = 38). The estimated DNA content of ‘KS Little Gem’, ‘Rorens’, ‘Tony Pink’ and ‘Vaviche’ had 4918.4, 4794.2, 4705.2 and 4964.3 Mbp respectively, which were roughly double than that of P. cornu-cervi (control, 2n = 2x = 38). However, ‘Queen Beer’, had an estimated DNA content of 2802.2Mbp, similar to that of P. cornu-cervi. The morphological features, genome size and chromosomal data reported in these studies can be used by breeders to create more efficient Phalaenopsis breeding programs.

호접란 신품종 SM 5225은 2005년 상미원에서 Phal. Golden Peoker와 Phal. Leopard Prince를 모부본으로 인공교배하여 육성한 F1개체 중에서 선발한 바탕은 진적색으로 가장자리가 백색인 이중색 계통의 계통이다. 2006년부터 2007년까지 2년에 걸쳐 실생 300개체를 양성하여 이들 중에서 영양생장과 개화특성이 우수한 개체 05-05-25를 선발하였다. 2008년과 2009년에 1차, 2차 특성검정을 통하여 품종의 안정성과 균일성을 확인하고 SM 5225으로 명명하였다. SM 5225은 화색이 진적색(RHS#69D)이며, 화형은 안아 피기로 안정되어 있다. 꽃의 길이와 폭은 각각 7.3, 9.0cm이다. 총상화서로 꽃의 볼륨이 있으며 중형 분화에 적합하다. 잎의 길이와 폭은 각각 12.0cm, 6.9cm이며, 잎은 반수직으로 배열되어 있다. 기내증식율이 높고 변이가 거의 없으며 영양생장 우수하여 재배관리가 용이하다. 2012년 10월 31일 품종등록(등록번호 제4191호)하여 종자산업법에 의해 보호받고 있다. 신품종 SM 5225는 수입종묘를 대체와 분화시장 발전에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구에서는 압화와 꽃장식의 친근한 활동과 다양한 방법의 그룹 활동을 통한 원예치료 프로그램이 요양병원 노인의 생활만족도와 대인관계 향상에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 원예치료 실시장소는 부산광역시 동래구 낙민동 소재의 G 요양병원 내의 강당이었다. 실시 기간은 2015년 9월 4일 부터 10월 30일까지 매주 월요일, 금요일 주 2회 총 15회 실행하였다. 원예치료 실시 시간은 10시 30분 부터 11시 20분까지 회당 50분간 진행하였다. 대조군의 경우, 노인 생활만족도의 원예치료 사전 ‧ 사후 비교 결과, 하위 항목 중 현재생활만족도, 미래생활만족도 모두 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타 났다. 실험군의 경우, 노인생활만족도의 긍정이 3.5에서 5.1로 향상되었고(p>0.003) 부정은 7.8에서 3.3 으로 감소하여 생활만족도가 고도로 유의하게 개선(p>0.000***)된 것으로 나타났다. 대조군의 대인관계 평과 결과, 집단 내 대인관계 면에서 긍정이 3.2에서 4.2로 유의차를 보였고 그 외는 모두 유의차가 없 는 것으로 나타났다. 실험군의 대인관계척도 평가 결과, 의사 소통의 경우 긍정이 3.8에서 6.2로 증가하 여 유의한 차이(p>0.020)를 나타내었다. 부정은 4.6에서 2.8로 감소하여 0.038의 유의한 차이를 보였다. 일상생활 대인관계에서 긍정은 2.4에서 3.8로 증가하였으나 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았고, 부정은 4.8에 서 1.8로 많이 낮아져 대인관계에 유의하게 개선(p>0.001)된 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과로부터 압 화와 꽃장식의 협동 프로그램은 요양병원 입소 노인들의 생활 만족도와 대인관계 향상에 효과적인 것으 로 판단되었다.

본 연구는 원예활동이 돌봄 교실 아동의 호기심 유발과 주의 집중력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였 다. 주의 집중력 검사 결과, 대조군은 이해도, 선택적 주의 집중, 자기통제, 지속적 주의 집중 모두 유의 한 변화를 보이지 않았으나, 실험군은 대조군과 달리 자기통제가 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다. 식물 흥미도 검사 결과, 대조군의 경우 대부분의 항목에서 변화가 없었지만, 실험군의 경우 10개 항목 중‘나 는 우리 집 마당이나 베란다에 식물을 직접 길러보고 싶다.’를 제외한 9개의 항목 즉,‘나는 꽃이나 식물 을 심고 가꾸는 활동을 좋아한다.’,‘나는 꽃이나 식물을 관찰하는 활동이 재미있다.’,‘내가 직접 채소를 길러 먹어보고 싶다.’,‘나는 꽃이나 식물 이름이 궁금하면 식물도감을 찾거나 어른들께 여쭈어 본다.’, ‘나는 할머니나 어머니를 따라 텃밭에서 일하는 것이 재미있을 것 같다.’,‘나는 꽃과 식물을 보면 마음 이 즐거워지고 편안해진다.’,‘집에 키우는 식물에 내가 직접 물을 준 적이 있다.’,‘나는 길을 가다 예쁜 꽃이나 새로운 식물을 보면 걸음을 멈추고 관찰한다.’,‘나는 식물이 우리에게 주는 이로운 점을 잘 알고 있다.’에서 유의차가 있는 것으로 나타나 실험군의 식물흥미도가 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 문장완성 검사 는 대조군은 모두 유의차가 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 실험군의 경우 개인, 가족, 긍정적 표현이 통계적으 로 유의차가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The Ministry of Environment in Korea published 'The Compilation of National List of Indigenous Insect Species of the Korean Peninsula' in 1996 including 11,853 species. The National Institute of Biological Resources (NIBR) originally compiled the national species list of insects to establish a national inventory of endemic biological assets with the joined efforts from all distinguished Korean taxonomists since 2008. For the convenience of scores of professional taxonomic groups participating in the project concurrently, the NIBR has developed the NIBR inventory description method and inventory system from 2008 to 2016. For nine years in this study, the NIBR has established the national insect inventory of 16,558 species including Collembola. The insect fauna of the Korean Peninsula comprises 565 families from 30 orders. The largest orders are Coleoptera (110 families, 4,318 species), Lepidoptera (67 families, 3,733 species), Hymenoptera (61 families, 3,151 species), Hemiptera (88 families, 2,013 species) and Diptera (79 families, 1,944 species). The fractions of the main insect orders in the fauna of the Korean peninsula correspond to those in the Holarctic temperate zone. And totally 13 volumes of national list of insect species in Korea were published.

The oviparous female and male of Stomaphis betulidahuricae Zhang and Qio, 1999 (Aphidoidea: Lachninae) are described and illustrated in detail for the for the first time. Notes on distribution, biology and host plants are presented. Also, the morphology of the male genitalia are illustrated.

Saemankeum is the largest region, changed into reclaimed region in Korea, recently. The first purpose of Saemankeum reclaimed region is the development of new farmland. Since 2006, the construction of embankment, Saemankeum region has been isolated from the sea, slowly dried and changed into the land. In order to examine the change of reclaimed region related with the formation of new farmland, we examined the soil chemical properties and the emergences of the soil mesofauna and flora in Saemankeum reclaimed region in 2006, 2011, separately. We investigated three locations in Saemankeun in pedological parameters - pH, organic matter, P2O5, SiO2, EC, T-N, Ex. Cation and CEC. Also, soil mesofauna groups, such as Diplura, Homoptera, Coleoptera, Dilptera, Lepidoptera, Hymenoptera, Collembola, Acari, Annelida, etc, have been examined. Pedological parameters were improved, not enough for agriculture and many kinds of soil animal were newly appeared in reclaimed region. Additionally, new flora was formed and slowly changed into various communities.

본 연구는 공동생활시설에서 거주하는 지적장애인을 대상으로 원예치료가 일상생활동작 및 대인관계 향상에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 원예치료대상자는 제주시 용담동 J시설에 거주하는 지적 장애인 대조군 8명, 실험군 8명 이었다. 원예치료 프로그램은 2009년 3월부터 2009년 7월 중순까지 주 1회 2시간씩 총 20회 실시하였다. 일상생활동작 평가 결과 대조군의 경우 식사동작을 제외하고 모든 항목의 기능이 실험기간 동안 변화가 없거나 오히려 떨어졌다. 실험군의 경우 대조구와는 반대로 원예치료에 의해서 이동동작을 제외한 일상생활동작평가의 모든 항목이 유의하게 향상되었다. 대인관계 평가 결과 대조군은 실험 전 42.25점에서 실험 후에도 42.25점으로 변화가 없었으나, 실험군의 경우 대조구와는 달리 실험 전 41.75점에서 실험 후 50.37점으로 8.62점이 증가하여 99% 수준에서 고도로 유의한 변화를 보였다. 그룹활동 평가 결과 신체적·지각적 능력, 사회적 교류, 인지능력, 감정상태, 직업적 관심이 통계적으로 고도로 유의하게(99%) 향상되었다. 이상의 결과로부터 원예치료 프로그램이 공동 생활시설 내 지적 장애인들의 일상생활동작 및 대인관계 향상에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

This study purposed to examine how the window display of flower shops affects consumers' buying desire, and for this purpose, we surveyed flower buying customers' interest in window display according to their gender, age, and occupation. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire with flower shop customers in Seoul, Daegu, and Gyeongju. Interest in window display was over 1.5 times higher in women than in men. Among criteria for choosing a flower shop, window display was more important than other factors. With regard to experience of being stopped by unique window display, many of the respondents replied that they had such an experience, and the frequency was higher among women than among men. Among different types of window display, theme-type window display was most effective in stimulating customers' curiosity and buying desire. According to occupation, housewives showed particularly high interest in window display. The results of this study show that the window display of flower shops has a significant effect on consumers' buying desire.

본 실험은 폐타이어칩이 심비디움 Pine Clash ‘Moon Venus’의 생장 및 양분함량에 미치는 영향에 대해서 조사하였다. 잎, 줄기의 지상부 생장은폐타이어칩과 바크를 혼용한 경우에는 관행구인 바크와 차이가 없었다. 그러나 폐타이칩 단용구에서는 지상부의 생장이 현저하게 감소하였다. 총근수, 신근수, 근장 등 지하부의 생장도 지상부의 생장과 유사한 경향을 나타내었다. 부패근수는 폐타이어칩 중립과 대립의 단용구에서 증가하였다. 전당, 전분, 엽록소와 N, P, K 등 무기양분의 함량도 폐타이어칩과 바크를 혼용한 경우에는 관행구인 바크와 차이가 없었으나, 폐타이칩 단용구에서는 감소하였다.

본 연구는 원예치료가 시설보호아동의 집중력 및 친 사회적 행동에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 실시 하였다. 대상자는 대구광역시 동구에 소재하고 있는 B 아동시설에서 생활하고 있는 초등학생 7명을 대상으로 2006년 4월 29일부터 2006년 9월 9일까지 주 1회 총 20회 실시하였다. 대상자 전체에서 주의력 결핍 과잉행동장애 진단검사결과 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상 되었다. 교사용 친사회적 행동검사결과 모든 항목에서 점수가 높아지는 것을 볼 수 있었으며 특히 돕기, 협 력하기에서 유의하게 향상되었다. 아동용 일상적 생활 스트레스 척도검사결과 유의한 변화는 나타나지 않았 으나 전체적으로 향상되었다.

본 연구는 원예치료가 정신지체장애인의 성격 및 행 동변화에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 실시하였 다. 대상자는 경상북도 경산시에 위치한 생활시설에 거 주하는 정신지체장애인 5명을 대상으로 2006년 3월부 터 2006년 7월까지 주 1회 총 23회 원예치료프로그 램을 실시하였다. 대상자 전체 적응행동검사 결과 개인 차가 심하여 나타나며 유의미한 변화는 없었으나 대상자 개개인의 문제행동에 긍정적인 변화를 나타내었다. 원예치료 평가표 정서발달 결과 통계적으로 유의한 변 화는 나타나지 않았으나 전체적인 평균은 높아졌다.
