본 연구에서 Pemphigus populitransversus 미루나무면충(신칭)을 국내에서 처음으로 보고한다. 이 종의 형태학적 정보, 분포지역, 기주식물, 한국에 분포하는 Pemphigus 속 종들에 대한 분류키를 제공한다.

India has been a member of the BRICS group since 2009. It has been a staunch advocate for the synergistic power. Their summits have focused on a wide range of topics, all of which share the common goal of reorganizing the global economic and political order. The BRICS nations have together accomplished several significant milestones which include the establishment of the New Development Bank, the BRICS Payment System, collaborative anti-terror programs, climate mitigation, green energy, and other such initiatives. South Africa played home to the 15th BRICS Summit, which took place in the August of 2023 and was centered around the theme of “BRICS and Africa: Partnership for Mutually Accelerated Growth, Sustainable Development, and Inclusive Multilateralism.” This essay considers issues from an Indian perspective that may pop up in the future BRICS summit.

본 연구는 1960년대에 향수(Nostalgia) 주제를 가진 트로트 곡의 특징을 연구하였다. 1960년대 트로트 가사가 고향에 대한 향수를 어떤 방식으로 다뤘으며, 해당 트로트 가사가 의미하는바가 무엇인지를 고찰하였다. 그리고 고향에 대한 그리움과 회상을 표현하는 가사 속 단어들 및 타향을 부정하는 단어들 속에 내재된 감정을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 트로트 곡에서 드러나는 고향에 대한 향수에 관한 내용의 가사를 분석함으로써, 가사 분석의 다양성을 고찰하는 것에 목적을 두고 있 다. 1960년대 트로트 가사에는 고향에 대한 그리움과 회상 그리고 가족과 연인에 대한 사랑이 주 로 나타났으며 한국적 정서가 드러나는 시대를 반영한 이야기들을 표현한 단순 명료한 가사로 이 루어져있었다. 또한 1970년대에는 추상적인 이별이야기를 담는데 주력하는 양상을 보인 반면, 1960년대에는 직접적인 단어로 표현함으로써 곡의 애절함과 씁쓸함이 보다 더 잘 드러났으며 대중 들 기억에 남는 가사로 공감을 더했다. 대중가요에서 고향을 주제로 한 가사에서는 사람의 감성을 움직이게 하며 향수를 불러일으키지만 시대적 배경과 대중들의 상황과 상태, 염원을 분석한다면 가사에 담긴 함의를 구체적으로 파악할 수 있으며 많은 창작자들이 가사를 분석하는 것에 도움이 될 것이라고 예상한다.

This study critically examines the integration of ILO Convention C111 into Vietnamese labour law, specifically examining its impact on sex-based discrimination. Employing feminist legal methodology, it assesses the reflection of the Convention’s anti-discrimination principles in national legislation and their effectiveness in promoting workplace gender equality in Vietnam. Preliminary findings suggest that, despite the Convention’s influence, there are significant obstacles to the full achievement of its objectives, largely due to socio-cultural and economic factors. The paper underscores the practical challenges of aligning the international labour standards with local laws preventing the implementation of C111’s provisions in combating gender-based discrimination in an employment setting. It argues that achieving true gender equality in employment transcends the simple adoption of international norms; it necessitates a holistic and profound approach. These insights are crucial for enhancing labour laws so as to foster genuine gender equality and emphasising the importance of practical implementation alongside the harmonisation of international standards.

이 연구의 목적은 지난 20년간 국내에서 개최된 세계한상대회의 특성을 고찰 하고 해외에서 처음 개최된 세계한인비즈니스대회와의 비교를 통해 한상네트워 크 특징과 구축과정, 시사점과 향후 개선점을 도출하는 데 있다. 연구 방법은 2023년 LA에서 개최된 세계한인비즈니스대회에 참여하여 총 15명의 한상을 인 터뷰했다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 세계한상대회에서 한상네트워크 구 축 활동은 ‘개인적 네트워크 구축 활동’과 ‘소개자를 통한 네트워크 구축 활동’ 등으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이번 미국 LA에서 열린 세계한인비즈니스대회 특징은 주로 재외동포 기업인, 외국인 기업인, 한국광역단체장과 상공인단체 등이 대거 참여한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 세계한인비즈니스대회에서 신뢰 관계와 비즈니 스 관계 구축과정은 한민족의 공통된 언어와 문화 기반 신뢰 형성, 한상의 가교 역할 기능, 상호신뢰의 확인 장소, 파트너기업과 비즈니스 거래관계로의 전환 등으로 나타났다. 넷째, 세계한인비즈니스대회는 한상과의 약한 개인 관계에서 상호 비즈니스가 가능한 강한 연대의 거래관계로 발전해 가는 과정을 지원하는 프로그램이지만 실제 대회 현장에서는 개최목적과 비즈니스 성과 사이의 괴리 가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 향후 이러한 문제를 해결해나가기 위한 다각적인 노력 이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. 결론적으로 이번 계기를 통해 세계한인비즈니스대 회가 한상네트워크 구축과정이라는 취지를 명확히 이해하고 이를 바탕으로 향 후 실질적으로 한상 간 네트워크 구축과 실천에 도움이 되는 프로그램으로 보 완해 나갈 필요가 있을 것이다.

PURPOSES : This study aimed to predict the number of future COVID-19 confirmed cases more accurately using public and transportation big data and suggested priorities for introducing major policies by region. METHODS : Prediction analysis was performed using a long short-term memory (LSTM) model with excellent prediction accuracy for time-series data. Random forest (RF) classification analysis was used to derive regional priorities and major influencing factors. RESULTS : Based on the daily number of COVID-19 confirmed cases from January 26 to December 12, 2020, as well as the daily number of confirmed cases in Gyeonggi Province, which was expected to occur on December 24 and 25, depending on social distancing, the accuracy of the LSTM artificial neural network was approximately 95.8%. In addition, as a result of deriving the major influencing factors of COVID-19 through random forest classification analysis, according to the number of people, social distancing stages, and masks worn, Bucheon, Yongin, and Pyeongtaek were identified as regions expected to be at high risk in the future. CONCLUSIONS : The results of this study can help predict pandemics such as COVID-19.

This study examined whether the perceptions of the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and individual and environmental factors related to healthy eating changed after the COVID-19 pandemic among adults living in Daqing, China. Data were collected through two rounds of online surveys conducted from April to May 2021 and from March to April 2023, using a questionnaire previously validated for use in Daqing. Using the snowball sampling method, 571 adult participants were recruited, most of whom were Daqing oilfield workers or members of their families. Multiple linear regression analyses were used to determine if the differences in the perceptions of the TPB and dietary environments exist during and after the pandemic after controlling for potential confounders. Scores of several subcomponents of TPB and mean scores of longterm intentions increased but scores of subcomponents and overall mean of motivation decreased after the outbreak. Multiple linear regression showed that only motivation for healthy eating decreased after the pandemic. Influenced by the pandemic, people increased their healthy eating behaviors. Nevertheless, as the pandemic subsided and the pace of life accelerated, people tended to choose convenient foods over healthy options. Consequently, the motivation for healthy eating has declined post-pandemic compared to during the pandemic.

『Hasimdangga Eumsikbeop』 is the second cookbook discovered in the Honam region. It is believed to have been copied by Hong Ju-song between the late 1800s and early 1900s, and excluding the missing parts, it contains a total of 14 items, including 7 liquor items and 7 general food items. Judging from the proofreading marks, it was not considered a complete creation. However, it was confirmed that the book was not influenced by existing ancient cookbooks from the Seoul-Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, and Yeongnam areas. Therefore, it is highly likely that the book was based on an undiscovered recipe book from an ancient family. It is valuable as a basis for comparative research on regional food culture in the traditional era in that the manufacturing methods, ingredient quantities, and description methods are different from existing cookbooks in many ways and contain unique terminologies and regional dialects.

유두주위게실은 담석의 발생 및 재발에 영향을 주는 위험인자로 보고된 바 있다. 하지만 유두주위게실이 내 시 경 역 행 담 췌 관 조 영 술 ( e n d o s c o p i c r e t r o g r a d e cholangiopancreatography) 시행 중 선택적 담관 삽관의 성공률에 영향을 주는지에 대해서는 논란의 여지가 있다. 다만, 실제 임상에서는 유두주위게실로 인해 선택적 담관 삽관이 어려운 경우가 분명히 존재하며, 이를 해결하기 위한 다양한 방법이 보고되었다. 본고에서는 생검겸자를 이용해 선택적 담관 삽관에 성공한 증례를 보고하고자 한다.

본 연구는 프로그램 운영기준을 확인하기 위해 2018년부터 국내외에서 발표된 치유농업 관련 분야의 실험연구 동향을 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 식물자원 및 치유농업과 관련된 논문은 총 103편으로, 치유농업 프로그램에 참여하는 연구대상자 규모는 31명 이상, 총회기는 11~20회, 단위 활동당 시간은 60분 이내, 단위 활동간 간격은 주 1회, 기간은 2개월이 가장 많았다. 데이터 정보 변인간 관계를 알아보기 위해 논문기초정보와 그에 따른 데이터 정보 변인인 대상자 정보, 프로그램 정보의 유의한 연관성이나 차별성이 있는지 확인하기 위하여 카이제곱 검정을 실시한 결과, 저자전공과 대상자정보·프로그램 정보는 대부분 항목에서 관계가 있었으나 저자소속, 발행연도, 논문구분, 치유유형 등은 1 또는 2개의 항목에서만 관계가 있었고, 종속변수 치유문제-중분류는 저자소속을 제외한 저자전공, 발행연도, 논문구분, 치유유형 항목 모두에서 유의미한 관계를 보였으며, 치유문제-대분류는 저자소속과 발행연도를 제외한 저자전공, 논문구분, 치유유형 3개의 변인과의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 향후 치유농업 연구에 기초자료로 제공하고 현장에서의 활용도를 높여 치유농업의 신뢰도를 높이는 데 기여하고자 한다.
