An issue of globalized and competitive business environment is a transformation of manufacturing strategy for rapidly product development. To copy with these trends, building up a market from various product is becoming conspicuous the core strategy of manufacture. Therefore, it is increasing of necessity for the environment of collaborative product development. As a part of corresponding for these demands, we propose the method that allows easy and rapid integration of legacy resources within the company and between departments. The use of the Internet and Web-based instruction (WBI), that is, individual instruction delivered wholly or in part via the Internet or an organization's intranet, is growing at an amazing pace in China. This article describes the status of using the Internet and WBI for learning in China, and examines the many cultural and pedagogical implications and challenges presented by WBI in China. The People's Republic of China is the third largest and the most populous country in the world. Because of a weak economic foundation and the difficulty of feeding an immensely large population, China is still a developing country. However, recently, China has been experiencing a rapid growth in the use of the Internet and its Web technologies, and many researchers are looking into the implications and impact of this phenomenon. The purpose of this article is to discuss the cultural and pedagogical implications related to the use of WBI in China. To this end, it synthesizes pertinent literature published both in the Western world and in China to reveal the status of using WBI in China and address the many challenges and issues presented by WBI there.

Recently, growth of internet causes rapid changes in many areas of statistics such as statistical computation and education. Especially, bootstrap is the most interesting statistical methods applying computer resampling simulation. In this study, we try to present how to use a method of bootstrap on the internet. We also develop to user a statistical system which is programed with java applet for user to handle easily.

Web-based services have fundamentally confidential problems due to characteristics of internet environment such as anonymity. These problems are serious obstacles to grow the web-based services. The security and confidence of web-based services rely on both service provider and users' opinion. But the former has difficulty in trusting the service provider and the latter takes too long time to propagete all users after converging their opinion. Therefore it is necessary to establish the objective and confidential evaluation and certification program for web-based service. In this paper, the internal and external web-based services evaluation and certification programs are compared and analyzed. The critical factors and evaluation methodology for secure and confidential web-based service are identified. Finally, this paper provides the improvement and strategy for web-based services evaluation and certification program.

최근 건설이 증가하고 있는 곡선교는 1960년대 까지는 직선 거더의 조합으로 구성하여 건설되어 왔으나, 현재 곡선 거더의 사용이 증대되고 있는 추세이다. 곡선 거더를 사용하는 경우에는 시간과 건설비용의 절감 뿐 아니라 미관상으로도 유리하다. 판형교에서는 전단좌굴을 방지하기 위하여 전단 좌굴강도의 검토와 보강재의 설계가 반드시 필요하다. 직선 복부판과 비교하여 곡선 복부판은 형상비와 곡률에 따라 전단좌굴 강도가 변화하나, 현재까지 곡선 복부판의 전단좌굴강도에 대한 연구는 그다지 이루어지지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 곡선복부판의 선단좌굴 강도를 유한요소해석을 통하여 알아보고 이론 산정하는 간략식을 제시하였다.

최근에 수행된 보 플랜지 절취형 (Reduced Beam Section, RBS) 내진 철골모멘트접합부의 실험 결과에 의하면, 보 웨브를 볼트 접합한 시험체는 보 웨브를 용접 접합한 시험체에 비해서 조기에 스캘럽을 가로지르는 취성파단이 발생하는 열등한 내진성능을 보였다. 실험결과에 의할 때, 이러한 접합부 취성파괴가 발생하는 주요 원인은 웨브 볼트의 슬립과 고전 휨이론에 의한 예측과는 전혀 다른 응력 전달메카니즘에 의한 스캘럽 부근의 응력집중 때문으로 사료된다. 이는 고전 휨이론에 기초한 전통적 보 웨브 볼트접합부의 설계법을 재검토할 필요가 있음을 시사하는 것이다. 본 연구를 통하여 고전 휨이론에 기초한 현행의 보 웨브 설계법에 문제가 있음을 지적하였다. 실험 및 해석결과를 바탕으로 RBS 접합부의 실제 응력전달경로에 부합되는 새로운 보 웨브 볼트접합 설계법을 제안하였다.

On-machine automatic measuring software from 3-D solid modeler is generally applied to assess the functional performance of a final produce for computer numerical control (CNC) machine. Automatic measuring software may also be performed on individual components of CNC machine in which some functional aspect of the component must be examined and cannot be implicity determined by means of a mechanical inspection. The manufacturing specialist, combined with the appropriate software simulation, can not only create the commands to drive the virtual measuring but also can check for mistakes by viewing the computer graphics simulation of the tool cutting sequence.

가구 제품 설계 및 디자인의 과정이 고도로 높은 기술력을 바탕으로 이루어지고 있으며, 국내의 가구 기업체도 우수한 기술력과 높은 품질로 경쟁력을 키우며 다양한 고객의 요구에 대응하여 고객만족을 꾀하여야 한다. 이의 기반이 되는 제품의 품질과 사양은 설계에서 시작되는데 아직 국내의 많은 가구기업들은 설계 및 제작 단계에서 많은 시간과 비용을 낭비하고 있다. 3D Modeling Solution은 설계오류가 적으며 시각적인 설계를 할 수 있어 최소의 인력으로 제품을 설계할 수 있는 장점이 있지만 너무 많은 기능으로 인해 사용자가 쉽게 적용하고 사용하기 어려운 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Autodesk사의 Inventor와 Microsoft Visual Basic으로 Inventor에서 제공하고 있는 API함수를 이용하여 조립자동화를 위한 조립조건 생성, 조립자동화, 부품 재질변경, 수동조립 그리고 부품의 DB화를 구현하고 Add-ln 기능과 미리보기 기능을 구현하였다. 그리고 Actify사의 SpinFire Professional 프로그램을 이용해서 웹에서 모델링된 가구 부품이나 제품을 볼 수 있게 하였다.

A framework for knowledge management system has been explored which enables the semantic search of knowledge on the web. Knowledge representation by RDF and RDF schema enables machine cognition of knowledge documents. Dublin core was adopted for structured metadata representation. Thereby, it enables the CBR and rule based reasoning for intelligent knowledge retrieval. Grafting of the WFMS technique unto the KMS facilitates the effective utilization of process knowledge and creation of new knowledge.

So, this system will provide decreasing operation time, human resources, and accessing easily because of web based system, and finally decrease logistics cost and improve national competitive power.

본 논문에서는 웹 페이지의 배색에 따른 감성 평가치를 바탕으로 감성기반 웹 페이지 검색 시스템을 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템은 웹 페이지의 색상 정보를 자동으로 추출하여 데이터베이스에 색인하는 모듈과 감성 형용사가 주어졌을 때 감성과 관련된 색상 배색이 많이 포함된 웹 페이지를 내림차순으로 검색하는 모듈로 구성된다. 구현된 시스템의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 실제 웹 페이지를 대상으로 시스템이 검색한 순위와 사용자 설문조사와 전문가 평정에 의한 순위를 비교 분석한다. 사용자 설문조사 결과 18개의 감성 형용사 중 10개의 형용사에 대해 통계적으로 적합한 결과를 보였으며, 상/하위 5개의 사이트만을 고려한 전문가 평정에서는 14개의 형용사가 적합한 결과를 보였다.

본 연구에서는 과학 교과에 적합한 웹기반 프로젝트 수업과정을 설계하고 이를 수업 현장에 적용하여 중학생의 과학 학업 성취도와 학습 태도에 미치는 효과를 조사하였다. 웹기반 프로젝트 학습에서 학습자는 과제를 수행하기 위하여 웹을 활용하여 정보를 교수자, 학습자를 비롯한 여러 사람과 교환하였다. 남녀 공학의 중학교 3학년 4개 학급을 대상으로 실험 집단에 대하여 웹기반 프로젝트 수업, 그리고 통제 집단에 대하여는 전통적인 수업을 실시하였다. 웹기반 프로젝트 수업은 전통적인 수업에 비하여 학생들의 과학 학업 성취도와 학습 태도에 긍정적인 효과를 가져왔다. 이러한 웹기반 수업은 학업 성취 수준별 비교에서 특히 상위 집단의 학업 성취도를 향상시키는 데 효과적이었다. 또한, 웹기반 프로젝트 수업은 과학 교과에 대한 흥미 유도를 통하여 여학생들의 성차에 대한 부정적인 인식을 해소함으로써 과학학습 태도 향상에 유의미한 효과를 주었다.

본 연구는 웹 페이지 디자인의 감성모형을 구축하기 위해 실시되었다. 감성요소를 추출하기 위하여 첫째, 감성을 표현하는 어휘를 수집하고, 둘째, 감성어휘를 의미미분법을 사용해서 분류하고 셋째, 요인분석과 다차원척도법의 통계분석을 사용하였다. 본 연구결과로 얻어진 18개의 대표 어휘는 '독특하다. 신선하다, 화려하다. 소프트하다. 차갑다, 따뜻하다. 생생하다, 간단하다, 간결하다, 이색적이다, 도회적이다, 환하다, 칙칙하다, 밝다, 어둡다. 동적이다, 남성적이다, 딱딱하다'였으며, 세 개의 '밝다-어둡다', '소프트하다-딱딱하다', '간단하다-화려하다'의 감성 공간을 얻을 수 있었다.

서비스 지향 구조(SOA, Service Oriented Architecture)는 인터넷상에서 구현되는 웹 서비스의 출현으로 인하여 급속도로 발전하고 있으며 활성화 되고 있다. 인터넷 환경이 발달함에 따라 분산되어 있는 자원에 쉽게 접근할 수 있고, 시맨틱 웹이란 기술로 보다 광범위하게 지식과 자원을 표현할 수 있다. 그러나 웹 서비스의 사용과 이에 따른 지식과 자원을 보호하기 위해서는 정보보안이 필수 요건이나 웹 서비스의 활성화에 비하여 웹 서비스의 보안 표준이나 웹 서비스 보안이 미비한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 요건을 충족하기 위하여 CPC(Collaborative Product Commerce) 웹 서비스를 위한 접근제어 프로세서를 제안한다. 각각의 CPC 웹 서비스마다 독립적인 접근제어 프로세서를 설계하기 위하여 기본적으로 사용할 수 있는 웹 서비스 표준과 개념에 따라 통합 웹 서비스를 위한 분산 접근제어 프로세서를 설계한다.

Evaluating projects is one of the key activities in managing projects, and thus it should be implemented as a part of the entire project management system. However, currently deployed evaluation systems suffer from several deficiencies such as the lack of supporting distributed environment and integrity. In this paper, the web service technology is applied to evaluation management systems. The process of evaluation is designed based on the web service, and a pilot system is implemented to test the feasibility of the technology to the domain of project evaluation.
