        본 문의 연구은‘제도이론(Institutional T heory)’이 다국적기업의 해외시장 진출전략 결정에 미치는 영향과 작용 메커니즘에 대한 이론적 연구성과를 이론적으로 풍부하게 확장하였다. 또한, 중국 다국적기업의 해외시장 진출전략 결정을 이해하고 해석하는데 이론적 분석방법을 했으며, 실천적으로는 정부와 기업의 관련 정책을 수립할 수 있는 근거를 마련하는 데 도움이 된다. 마지막으로, 본문 연구의 한계와 미래 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

        목적: 본 연구는 축구 경기력 결정 심리요인(이하 PFaFP)을 추출해 구조 및 중요도를 산출하고, 선행연구(윤영길, 2004)와 비교하여 시간 경과에 따른 PFaFP의 변화를 검토할 목적으로 진행하였다. 방법: 본 연구에서는 개방형설문 104명, 탐색적요인분석 223명, 확인적요인분석 179명, 계층분석 18명 등 총 524명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하 였다. 수집한 자료는 귀납적범주화, 탐색적요인분석, 확인적요인분석을 진행해 요인구조를 검증하고, 계층분석을 통해 중요도를 산출하였다. 도출된 PFaFP의 구조와 중요도를 선행연구(윤영길, 2004)와 비교해 시간 경과에 따른 변화를 탐색하였다. 결과: 첫째, PFaFP는 펀더멘틀, 경기지능, 정서조절, 소통역량으로 구조화되었다. 펀더멘틀은 투지, 의욕, 자신감, 집중력을 하위요인으로, 경기지능은 학습능력, 분석력, 창의성, 실천지능을 하위요인으로, 정서조절은 불안감조절, 압박감조절, 부담감조절을 하위요인으로, 소통역량은 동료소통, 지도자소통, 컨디션을 하위 요인으로 구성된다. 둘째, PFaFP의 상대적 중요도는 실천지능, 자신감, 집중력, 학습능력, 불안감조절, 컨디션, 창의력, 분석력, 부담감조절, 투지, 지도자소통, 동료소통, 압박감조절, 의욕 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, PFaFP의 구조에서 펀더멘틀과 경기지능 요인은 유지되었으나 동기와 정신력 요인은 삭제되고, 정서조절과 소통역량 요인은 추가 탐색되었다. 넷째, PFaFP의 중요도에서는 펀더멘틀 요인의 중요도는 유지되고, 경기지능 요인의 중요도가 증가하 였다. 한편 소통역량과 정서지능의 등장과 경기지능 요인의 중요도 증가는 대한민국 축구 환경의 변화, 사회문화 적 변동과 관련될 개연성이 있다. 결론: 시간의 경과에 따라 PFaFP와 하위요인의 구조와 중요도가 변화하고 있다. 축구 환경의 변화나 사회적 변동이 스포츠 현장에 반영되어 경기력 결정 요인으로 구체화되고 있다. 본 연구가 내용 중심으로 진행되고 있는 경기력 결정 심리요인 논의를 시간의 경과로 확장시키는 계기가 되기를 기대해 본다.

        본 연구는 마리나 개발 결정요인을 실증적으로 분석하여 마리나 개발을 활성화하고, ‘2차 마리나 항만 기본계획’의 효과적인 이행 과 마리나 산업발전을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 3개 권역 5곳의 마리나 개발지역에 거주하는 지역민 356명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 마리나 개발 결정요인으로는 일반적 특성인 연령, 소득수준, 이해집단, 거주지역 그리고 갈 등원인인 집단 이기주의, 개발과정 배제, 환경문제 요인이 포함되었으며, 종속변수로는 마리나 개발 찬/반 여부(찬성/반대)와 마리나 개발 갈 등유형(이익갈등, 가치갈등)으로 이분화된 데이터를 활용하였다. 수집된 유효표본은 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석 그리고 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 마리나 개발 찬/반 결정요인 분석결과 인구통계학적 특성 중 연령, 소득수준, 이해집단, 거주지역, 거주기간 요인이 마리나 개발 찬/반 여부에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 마리나 개발 찬/반 결정요인 분석결과 갈등원인에서는 집단이기주의 요인과 개발과정 배제 요인이 마리나 개발 찬/반 여부에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 마리나 개발 갈등유형 결정요인 분석결과 인구통계학적 특성 중 연령, 소득수준, 거주지역 요인이 마리나 개발 갈 등유형에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

        본 연구는 패널회귀모형을 이용해서 해외직접투자를 중심으로 한 강소성의 지역기술혁신능력 결정요 인을 실증분석을 하였다. 분석결과 단기간에 강소성의 기술혁신능력의 향상이 국내 연구개발투자규모, 현지의 경제수준과 금융시장규모 등 내적인 요인에 의존하고 해외직접투자는 모국의 혁신능력에 대해 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 장기적으로 OFDI변수가 기술혁신능력과 정(+)의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 실증분석 결과를 토대로 향후 강소성의 기술혁신능력 향상과 해외직접투자 활성화 방안도 제안하였다.

        The objective of this study is to analyze factors affecting purchase intention and conduct price sensitivity analysis of Korean Shine-muscat for Chinese consumers. Logit model has been set up to find purchase intention with survey data which was conducted in Beijing China. The results show that the high-income, unmarried consumers are more sensitive to the price of Korean Shine-muscat than low-income, married consumers, but have higher purchase intention. Also, consumers who perceive Korea positively and those who prefer Korean dramas are more sensitive to the price but have higher purchase intention. Consumers with a high monthly purchase frequency of Shine-muscat have higher purchase intention of Korean Shinemuscat, but are more sensitive to the price. The results of this study can be utilized as basic information for promoting the export of Korean Shine- muscat to China.

        목적: 본 연구의 목적은 청소년과 대학 운동선수의 정체성 결정요인을 탐색하여 이를 측정하는 질문지를 개발하고(연구 1), 종단적 관점에서 지각된 코칭행동, 동기, 정체성, 수행과 만족과의 관계를 검증하며(연구 2), 운동선수의 은퇴과정을 탐색하는데 두었다(연구 3). 방법: 연구 1에서는 청소년과 대학 운동선수(N=70)에게 수집된 면담과 개방형 자료는 귀납적 분석과 내용분석을 통해 분석되고, 질문지 개발을 위해 수집된 자료(N=345)는 상관분석과 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 분석되었다. 연구 2에서는 한국형 질문지의 요인구조를 검증하기 위해 수집된 자료 (N=574)는 확인적 요인분석과 신뢰도 및 상관분석을 통해 처리되었고, 인과관계 검증을 위해 수집된 자료(N=465) 는 구조방정식모형 분석과 다집단 분석을 통해 처리되었다. 연구 3에서 대학 선수와 은퇴선수(N=12)에게 수집된 면담자료는 귀납적 분석을 통해 처리되었다. 결과: (1) 운동선수의 정체성은 자기 정체성 탐색, 헌신과 몰입, 자기 정체성 재탐색 및 헌신에 대한 확인단계를 거쳐 발달된다. (2) 운동선수의 정체성은 자기정체성, 사회적 정체성, 배타성, 긍정적 정서성, 부정적 정서성으로 구성된 5요인 20문항의 측정모델이 타당하였다. (3) 자율적 동기조절 과 운동선수의 정체성은 자율적 코칭행동과 수행만족과의 관계를 매개하고 통제적 코칭행동은 통제적 동기조절과 운동선수 정체성을 통해 수행만족에 영향을 주지만, 그 인과적 관계는 남녀 집단에서 차이가 없다. (4) 운동선수는 운동 시작-훈련, 수행발달, 은퇴준비 및 사회적응 단계를 거쳐 진로를 전환하게 된다. 결론: 이 결과는 청소년기를 거쳐 형성되고 발전되는 운동선수의 정체성이 선수들의 동기와 수행 및 진로전환과정에 영향을 준다는 점에서 올바른 정체성을 확립하는 것이 중요함을 시사한다.

        It has continuously promoted to scale up the agricultural management body in order to cope with the market-opening pressure such as the UR negotiation, the DDA negotiation, and more conclusions of FTAs and to enhance the competitiveness of our agriculture. This study evaluated the factors associated with production organization participation centered on environmentally-friendly agriculture farmers in order to improve the production efficiency of environmentally-friendly agriculture in the aspect of production. In order to achieve this objective, this study evaluated the factors that contributed to participating in an organization using the bivariate probit model focusing on environmentally-friendly agriculture farmers in Chungnam. This study examined the validity and reliability of the study model through exploratory factor analysis. The results of factor analyses identified four factors: “distribution”, “production”, “organization operation”, and “social capital”. The results of the bivariate probit model showed that distribution significantly affected production activities and distribution, organization operation, agricultural income, and gender significantly influenced sale activities. Environmentally-friendly production organization had not been able to provide the productive support that was needed for local farmers to produce environmentally-friendly agricultural products in a region. Additionally, farming education did not provide the information needed by the farmers. Although producers had a network within a production organization, it was operated mainly for administrators. Therefore, participants felt somewhat lacking. This study identified the level of organization of producer organizations in Chungnam area, where environmentally-friendly agriculture is well activated. This study suggested implications for future production organization participation by evaluating factors affecting participation quantitatively.

        Purpose - Since the local liquor industry uses the agricultural products produced in the region as the main raw material, cultivation of the industry can be a way to expand the demand for domestic agricultural products and can contribute to the income increase of the farmers. In addition, the local liquor industry can be developed into a region-specific industry differentiated from other regions by linking with the region's tourism resources. Therefore, in order to achieve various derivative effects through promotion of the local liquor industry, it is necessary to precisely understand the factors related to the purchase and consumption of local liquor which then will lead to an increase in consumption. This study analyzes the current status and problems of local liquor industries and examines the determinants of consumers' purchasing decisions of regional specialties through questionnaires. We will then propose a strategy to promote consumption of locally produced alcoholic beverages. Research design, data, and methodology - An online Domestic Consumer Survey was conducted to identify the actual purchases and uses of local liquors for 500 consumers nationwide. Based on the questionnaire results, the analysis uses an ordered probit model. Results - As a result of analyzing the effect of consumer characteristics on the purchase of local liquors, it was found that the average cost of drinking, income, local specialty, brewery experience, and health concerns have a significant effect on gender, drinking frequency. All the variables except the participation in the training of the special provincial manufacturing method were found to be statistically significant. The statistical significance was at a 1% significance level for the remaining factors excluding the bottle design. This shows that the higher taste, quality, price, and harmony with food, the higher the probability of purchasing local liquors. Conclusions - In the analysis of factors influencing the purchase intention of local liquors, it was found that factors such as taste, quality, price, and harmony with food had a significant effect. Given the diversity of purchasing factors, the importance of diversification strategies is emphasized again. In particular, it will be important to secure wide publicity for local liquors through various PR strategies.

        Purpose - Present study aimed at investigating the factors that may affect consumers' decision confidence and decision comfort inducing choice commitment taken place at the stage of post-decision/pre-outcome. This study explored whether there are positive effects of dominance and instrumentality of chosen product on the decision confidence, and also identified whether there are positive effects of choice easiness and goal achievement-related affect felt at the chosen product on the decision comfort. Research design, data, and methodology – Portable digital camera as experimental product was used. 260 data were collected from college students. Four were removed from the analyses because they did not complete the questionnaire. Eighteen were removed because they indicated not experiencing the camera in the past. 238 data were used at the analyses to verify hypotheses by structural equation model in AMOS 21.0. Results - First, both of the consumers' decision confidence and decision comfort positively affected choice commitment. Second, the dominance as well as the instrumentality had positive impact upon the decision confidence. Third, the choice easiness and goal achievement-related affect felt at the chosen product had positive impact on the decision comfort. In sum, present study identified the mediation roles of the decision confidence in the effects of both dominance and instrumentality of the chosen product on forming choice commitment, and also found the mediation roles of the decision comfort in the effects of choice easiness and goal achievement-related affect felt at the product on forming choice commitment. Conclusions - Focusing on the stage of post-decision/pre-outcome in decision making process, present study contributes to advancing the choice commitment theories by exploring the positive effects of both dominance and instrumentality of chosen product on the decision confidence, and by finding the positive effects of both choice easiness and goal achievement-related affect felt at the chosen product on the decision comfort. Marketers should promote their products’ dominance and instrumentality by showing the superior roles of their product attributes in achieving consumption goal, and should help consumers feel comfort by making choice process easier and giving information that could help feel the goal achievement-related affect at their product chosen.

        운임시장의 심한 변동성과 시계열 데이터의 불안정성으로 해운시황 예측에 대한 연구가 큰 성과를 내지 못하고 있지만 최근 대표적인 비선형 모델인 기계학습모델을 적용한 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 대부분의 기존 연구가 계량모델의 설계단계에서 입력변수에 해당하는 요인들을 기존 문헌연구와 연구자의 직관에 의존하여 선정했기 때문에 요인선정에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 케이프선 운임을 대상으로 단계적 회귀모형과 랜덤포레스트모델을 이용하여 중요 영향요인을 분석하였다. 해운시장에서 비교적 단순한 수급구조를 가져 요인파악이 용이한 케이프선 운임을 대상으로 하였으며 총 16개의 수급요인들을 사전 추출하였다. 요인간의 상호관련성을 파악하여 단계적 회귀는 8개 요인, 랜덤포레스트는 10개 요인을 분석대상으로 선정하였으며 선정된 변수를 입력변수로 하여 예측한 결과를 비교하였다. 랜덤포레스트의 예측성능이 아주 우수하였는데 수요요인이 주로 선정된 단계적 회귀분석과는 달리 공급요인이 비중 있게 선정되었기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 운임예측 연구에 있어 운임결정요인에 대한 과학적인 근거를 마련하였으며 이를 위해 기계학습 기반의 모델을 활용하였다는데 연구적 의의가 있다. 또한 시장정보의 분석에 있어 실무자들이 어떤 변수에 중점을 두어야 하는지에 대해 합리적 근거를 제시한 측면에서 해운기업의 의사결정에 실질적 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

        By using the raw data of the 2015 Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery Consensus that surveyed the farmers engaged in agriculture, forestry and fishery in 2015, this study investigated the effects of the characteristics of the farms in Gangwon-do on the utilization of the digital devices, which was classified into computers usage only, smartphones usage only, both computers and smartphones usage, and no digital device usage. This study used the Multinomial Logit Model for the above purpose. Moreover, the IIA(Independence of Irrelevant Alternatives) method of the Multinomial Logit Model was analyzed to be suitable. Upon the result of the analysis, when all the other variables were constant in the average, the probability of choosing both computers and smartphones increased by 0.02% as the family member living together with the farm owner increased by 1 person. In addition, the farms with agricultural machineries have 0.03% increased probability of using smartphones to sell their agricultural products, when compared with the farms without agricultural machinery. Moreover, for the farms with high sales profit of the agricultural products, the probability of using computers and the probability of using smartphones increased by 0.04% and 0.01%, respectively, and the probability of using both computers and smartphones increased by 0.02%. On the other hand, for the farms affiliated with the agricultural organization, the probability of using both computers and smartphones increased by 0.17%, and the probability of using only smartphones and the probability of using only computers increased by 0.16% and 0.15%, respectively. In case of selling to the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation(NACF), the probability of using smartphones increased by 0.11% if all other variables were to be constant in the average. In particular, the farms participating in the agriculture-related industries have 1.09% increased probability of using computers, have 0.92% increased probability of using smartphones, and 0.85% increased probability of using both computers and smartphones. Therefore, the implications suggested based on the results of the analysis are as follows. First, the farms' choices of the digital devices are made independently. Hence, the future agricultural industry business platform establishment should necessarily consider the types of farms' choices of the digital devices in the future. Second, since the usage of digital devices has a generally positive influence on the farm household income, digital education to improve farmers’ ability to use the digital devices should be urgently provided in order to improve the farm household income in the farms in Gangwon-do. Third, because the digital devices used to sell agricultural products differ depending on the age of the farm owner, it would be desirable to target the younger generation of the farm owners rather than establishing the agricultural industry business platform for the farms in the aged farm villages. Fourth, it would be advisable for the future agricultural business platform to consider the characteristics of agricultural products sales source.

        Purpose - This study is to propose discriminative management strategies to long-term care facilities based on the empirical analysis after reviewing the effects of social support, perceived by long-term care facility employees, to service orientation. Research design, data, and Methodology - The research model designed social support, job stress, organizational commitment, and service orientation. The survey collected data from 453 customers in a long-term care facility in jeju. The SPSS 18.0 package was used for analysis. Results - First, social support for long-term care facility employees has a negative(-) effect to job stress. Test results, social support factors except appraisal support had a negative impact on job stress. Second, social support has a positive(+) effect to organizational commitment. Test results, informational support, tangible support and appraisal support had significant effects on organizational commitment. However, emotional support had a positive impact on affective commitment and normative commitment. Third, social support has a positive(+) effect to service orientation. Test results had a positive impact. Fourth, job stress has a negative(-) effect to organizational commitment. In the test results, employee's continuance commitment and normative commitment had significant negative effects in job stress. However, affective commitment had no significant impact. Fifth, job stress has a negative(-) effect to service orientation. Test results showed a negative impact. Conclusions - The study implies the following. First, that there should be a change in the social perception of long-term care facilities. 'Long-Term Care Insurance for The Elderly' was enacted to emphasize this responsibility for the elderly problems as a new system. Enactment of this Act was expected to improve the quality of life of the people by stabilizing the elderly life and reducing the burden of families. Therefore, long-term care facility system should be as efficient as possible for making plans for systematic and organizational support. Second, the efforts of facility managers to minimize job stress of employees is necessary. Accordingly, performing spontaneous work is required for a comfortable working environment and management. Third, the systematic education and training to employees for service oriented behavior of the facility will be required in the long term.

        여객선은 선박사고가 발생을 하게 되면 인명의 피해로 직결되기 때문에 선장의 순간적인 결정이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 선박의 이상증후가 발생하였을 때 선박 및 승객대피 의사결정을 위한 주요요인을 정량적으로 분석하고 의사결정에 있어 기초 자료를 제공하고 자 하였다. 8개의 주요요인에 대하여 전문가 설문조사를 실시하였으며 계층분석방법(Analytic Hierarchy Process: AHP)을 이용하여 가중치를 선정하고 우선순위를 결정하였다. 그 결과 가중치가 가장 높은 주요요인은 전복(횡경사 발생)이었으며, 그다음이 화재/폭발로서, 의사결정에 있어서 가장 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 추후 세부 설문조사를 실시하여 유효수를 높여 신뢰도를 향상시킬 것이며, 본 결과는 선박과 승객대 피 의사결정의 주요요인을 결정하는 기초자료로 활용 될 것이다.

        Purpose - This work analyzes, in detail, the specification of vector error correction model (VECM) and thus examines the relationships and impact among seven economic variables for USA - balance on current account (BCA), index of stock (STOCK), gross domestic product (GDP), housing price indices (HOUSING), a measure of the money supply that includes total currency as well as large time deposits, institutional money market funds, short-term repurchase agreements and other larger liquid assets (M3), real rate of interest (IR_REAL) and household credits (LOAN). In particular, we search for the main explanatory variables that have an effect on stock and real estate market, respectively and investigate the causal and dynamic associations between them. Research design, data, and methodology – We perform the time series vector error correction model to infer the dynamic relationships among seven variables above. This work employs the conventional augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) and Phillips-Perron (PP) unit root techniques to test for stationarity among seven variables under consideration, and Johansen cointegration test to specify the order or the number of cointegration relationship. Granger causality test is exploited to inspect for causal relationship and, at the same time, impulse response function and variance decomposition analysis are checked for both short-run and long-run association among the seven variables by EViews 9.0. The underlying model was analyzed by using 108 realizations from Q1 1990 to Q4 2016 for USA. Results – The results show that all the seven variables for USA have one unit root and they are cointegrated with at most five and three cointegrating equation for USA. The vector error correction model expresses a long-run relationship among variables. Both IR_REAL and M3 may influence real estate market, and GDP does stock market in USA. On the other hand, GDP, IR_REAL, M3, STOCK and LOAN may be considered as causal factors to affect real estate market. Conclusions – The findings indicate that both stock market and real estate market can be modelled as vector error correction specification for USA. In addition, we can detect causal relationships among variables and compare dynamic differences between countries in terms of stock market and real estate market.

        The objectives of this study are to analyze life satisfaction between agricultural and non-agricultural households using 1~4th KReIS (Korean retirement and income study) data, to investigate whether to affect on life satisfaction according to the employment industry of householder. and to examine various determinants of life satisfaction between agricultural and non-agricultural households. The summary of analysis results is as follows. First, life satisfaction is influenced by economic value. Also it is examined that both physical and mental health have a significant effect for life satisfaction. Especially, it is analyzed that the effect of mental health is larger than one of physical health for life satisfaction. In addition, it is investigated that life satisfaction of single-person households is higher than two or more person households. Second, there was significant difference between agricultural and non-agricultural households in life satisfaction. It was proved that life satisfaction of agricultural households is higher than non-agricultural ones. As a result, it is confirmed that life satisfaction is influenced by industrial characteristic and mental health rather than another determinants.

        계획적이고 안정적인 영농을 위해 영농작업 인력을 확보하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 하지만 농가인구의 감소로 인한 농업인력 확보의 어려움과 농업노동 임금의 지속적인 증가는 경영주에게 이중의 고통이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 농가처분가능소득이 전국에서 가장 높은 강원도를 지역 표집으로 선정하여 Bivariate Probit 모형을 이용해 내국인과 외국인 고용의 상호 관계를 고려한 고용인력 수요 결정요인을 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 첫째, 3개월 이상 노동력을 고용하는 농가들의 경우 내국인 고용수요와 외국인 고용수요 간에는 양(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전형적인 도시근교 농업의 특징을 나타내는 춘천시에 비해 강원도내 타 지역 농가들은 다른 변수들이 일정할 경우 내국인과 외국인의 고용 수요가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 젊은 경영주일수록 내국인 상시 고용에 대한 수요가 높고, 농가조직에 참여하고 있는 농가일수록 자가노동 확률은 0.13% 감소하고, 상시 농업 노동력에 대한 수요가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 종합한 농업 노동력 확보를 위한 정책적 시사점으로는 첫째, 상시고용된 농업인력들을 대상으로 국내외 문화 차이를 인지하고, 내국인 노동자와 외국인 노동자간의 협력 네트워크 구축을 위한 영농교육 확대가 필요하다. 둘째, 각 지역별로 내국인 또는 외국인 노동자의 상시고용 수요가 상이한 것으로 나타나 강원도내 지역별 농산업 현황을 기반으로 「(가칭)강원도 농업 인력 수급 플랫폼」구축이 필요하다. 셋째, 청년창업농과 농가조직 참여 농가들을 대상으로 농작업 상시고용 인력을 우선적으로 매칭해 주는 것이 필요하다.

        IT기술 진보로 인하여 국내 복화운송(Street Turn) 시스템도 많은 발전을 거듭하고 있지만 복화운송 물량의 증가로 귀결되지 않고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 기존 복화운송 시스템을 사용하고 있는 사용자 입장에서 시스템을 이용하게 하는 의사결정 요인을 제시하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 퍼지계층분석(Fuzzy-AHP)을 이용하여 국내 복화운송을 사용한 경험이 있거나 해운기업에 종사하고 있 는 경력자를 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 총 5개의 대요인과 17개 세부 요인을 추출하였으며, 연구결과 대요인으로 적시성 요인이 가장 중요한 요인이며 그중 정보제공 시기(0.207)가 가장 중요한 요인으로 선정되었으며, 다음으로 플렛폼 이용 프로세스(0.079), 참여 화주의 수 (0.074)가 뒤를 이었다.

        Purpose – The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between customer trust and intention to return to the traditional market by using empirical analysis. Research design, data, and methodology – For the empirical analysis of this study, questionnaires were conducted for adults and over 20s. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed to consumers with experience in traditional markets, and 163 of them were used for empirical analysis. In order to analyze the relationship between customer trust and return visit intention by consumers visiting the traditional market, variables were selected through 10 constructive concepts and revised based on previous studies. The SPSS for win 18.0 was used for data analysis. Results – In order to clarify the relationship between consumer's visit to traditional market and customer's trust, it was found that the tolerance values of both the visiting factors and the consumers' perceptions of traditional markets were higher than .01. In the relationship between visitor's visit to traditional market and customer's trust, price was positively related to customer trust at 0.1% level. Image, product quality and freshness of traditional market were 5% Positive effects were found. These results show that consumers who visit traditional markets gain customer's trust in price, image, product quality and reliability of traditional market. Conclusions – In this study, the results of this study are as follows: First, the effect of customer trust on customer satisfaction is affected by the image (emotion) consumers feel about traditional market, the trust level about the price of goods offered by the market, The confidence level of freshness, the reliability of consumers' connection with the local economy, the consumer's traditional marketplace, and the level of awareness of the service (kindness) of the variables on the independent variables. As a result of the analysis, it was found that among the influence variables of customer trust used in this study, consumers had a high level of confidence about the price of commodities offered by the market, quality of goods, and freshness, The same relationship, market environment such as hygiene or cleanliness, connection with a local economy, service (kindness) of traditional market did not affect consumers' trust in traditional markets.

        In order to export Korean spray roses to the China, it is needed to analyse chinese preferences, rose attributes, and purchase intentions. The purpose of this study is to present the implications on the production and distribution of roses for export by analyzing the quality preference attributes and purchase intention of Korean rose for Chinese flower experts. A survey on the preference and purchase intention of Korean flower roses by Chinese flower experts was conducted through face - to - face interviews with flower show participants in China. Approximately 100 Chinese flower experts who participated in the Flower Show in 2016 received the questionnaire, and 86 survey results could be used for analysis. Survey data were analyzed using ordered probit and bivariate probit models. As a result of an analysis, it was found that Chinese flower experts were more likely to buy Korean roses than Chinese roses even if they consider flower color, leaf shape and size and color diversity. The probability of purchasing more than twice the price was higher than that of the color diversity considering the flower shape, leaf shape and size, but the bivariate order probit model was larger than that of flowers, leaves and size, and the order of probability size was changed. In order to increase the export of Korean spray roses to the Chinese market, We need to increase Chinese experts’ preferences and satisfaction. For this purpose, it is very important to develop export varieties of roses with large flower buds and shape / coloring, and to apply the useful post-harvest technology that can extend freshness and distribution period of export roses.

        Purpose – The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that cause consumers to frequently visit large – Super Store and goods for large – scale retailers using Super Store. Research design, data, and methodology – The purpose of this study is to present the empirical analysis of 53 adult males and females living in the Mokpo area on the relationship between perceived level of satisfaction and loyalty of the large – scale marts. The results were analyzed. The statistical data of the questionnaire were verified by the SPSS. Results – In the empirical analysis of this study, four variables were found to be the main loyalty factors, which were found to affect the satisfaction of Super Store and the decision to return again. Therefore, in this study, the quality of goods, price, diversity, and image were analyzed as loyalty factors, and it was analyzed as factors influencing satisfaction. It was confirmed that loyalty factors were important. In particular, consumers’ perception of behaviors such as local specialties and community service that can be distinctly differentiated from other distribution agencies was very low. Conclusions – It is necessary to construct a comprehensive systematic system to analyze the detailed factors influencing the satisfaction and loyalty of users of Mokpo ticket consumers and to systematically manage and evaluate them. In order to raise awareness of consumer loyalty factors, consumer satisfaction and loyalty survey should be regularly conducted. Consumers should look for ways to improve them and develop improvement plans. The various direct and indirect services provided by Super Store to consumers include price, quality, assortment, customer service, accessibility, and feelings for large marts. However, since the services provided by the Super Store are different from those of the consumers, the loyalty factors for the different factors can be different. Therefore, in order to differentiate them from traditional markets or other distribution centers, it It should be used as a weapon of competition. In this study, it is generally recognized that the services provided by Super Store are very simple and inexpensive, so that consumers are not aware of the difference of particular stores.
