        This study was carried out to investigate the effect of deformation induced martensite on the damping capacity of Fe-26Mn-4Co-2Al damping alloy. α‘ and ε-martensite were formed by cold working, and; deformation induced martensite was formed with according to the specific direction and the surface relief. With an increasing degree of cold rolling, the volume fraction of α‘-martensite increased rapidly, while the volume fraction of ε-martensite decreased after rising to a maximum value at a specific level of cold rolling. Damping capacity was increased, and then decreased with an increasing of the degree of cold rolling. Damping capacity was influenced greatly by the volume fraction of ε-martensite formed by cold working, but the effect of the volume fraction of α‘-martensite have a actually on effect on the damping capacity.

        본 연구는 울산항의 정박지 규모의 적정성을 평가하기 위한 방법을 제시하고, 이를 통해 현재 뿐만 아니라 항만개발에 따른 미래의 정박지 규모의 적정성을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 울산항의 정박지 적정성 평가를 위한 정박지 가동률 개념을 제시하였다. 그리고 이 가동률 개념을 울산항의 2014년 정박지에 적용하여 가동률을 계산한 결과 모든 정박지에서 가동률이 100 %를 넘지 않는 것으로 도출되어, 추가 정박지 지정이 필요하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 울산항의 2020년 가동률을 추정한 결과 E1정박지가 168.3 %로 가장 높았으며, E3정박지가 131.1 %, E2정박지가 118.5 %, 그리고 M정박지가 108.7 %인 것으로 계산되어, 2020년에는 정박지가 부족할 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 울산항의 항만개발에 따른 정박지 가동률을 100 % 수준으로 낮추기 위해서는 E1정박지는 11척, E2정박지는 1척, E3정박지는 2척, M정박지는 1척이 추가적으로 정박할 수 있는 수역이 필요할 것으로 분석되었다.

        It was confirmed that the extreme value distribution model applies to probability of exceeding more than once a day monthly the facility capacities using data of daily maximum inflow rate for 7 wastewater treatment plant. The result of applying the extreme value model, A, D, E wastewater treatment plant has a problem compared to B, C, F, G wastewater treatment plant. but all the wastewater treatment plant has a problem except C, F wastewater treatment plant based 80% of facility capacity. In conclusion, if you make a standard in statistical aspects probability exceeding more than once a day monthly can be ‘exceed day is less than a few times annually’ or ‘probability of exceeding more than once a day monthly is less than what percent’.

        본 논문은 유공형 판 형태로 전단 보강한 넓은 보의 중심에 기둥을 삽입하여 연속한 두 경간으로 설계하여 전단파괴 실험을 통해 넓은 보의 거동을 평가하였다. 유공형 강판으로 전단 보강된 시험체 5개와 유공형 GFRP판으로 보강된 시험체 3개 총 8개의 시험체를 전단파괴 실험을 통해 계측한 전단강도와 ACI-318 규준의 설계식을 통해 얻은 전단강도와 비교․평가하였다. 또한 넓은 보의 지지부 폭, 지지부의 형상과 전단보강재의 재료를 변수로 하여 넓은 보의 전단강도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 지지부 폭이 증가할수록 전단강도가 증가하고 하중의 집중을 방지하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 전단보강재의 재료인 강재와 GFRP에 상관없이 전단보강량이 동일하다면 넓은 보에서 비슷한 전단보강효과를 보이는 것을 확인하였다.

        This study deals with optimized structural analysis of stainless rectangular water reservoirs with 5,000ton capacity for various combined load cases. The objective of this study is to propose most efficient structural models through the comparison of various model cases. In order to perform an optimized analysis, three dimensional finite element analyses are carried out for large sized models. The numerical results obtained provides the detailed size and thickness for optimal design of water reservoir. In particular, results reported in this paper show the influence of various types of loading and dimensions of the wall and stiffened column on the structural behavior of the large sized water tanks.

        In the case where a MR-damper is employed for vibration control, it is important to decide on how much control capacity should be assigned to it against structural capacities (strength and load, etc). This paper aims to present a MR-damper's control capacity suitable for the capacities of the structure which needs to be controlled. First, a two span bridge was built equipped with a MR-damper, which constitutes a two-span MR-damper control system. Then, inflicting an earthquake load on the system, a basic experiment was performed for vibration control, and a simulation was also carried out reflecting specific control conditions such as MR-damper and rubber bearing. The comparison of the results against each other proved their validity. Then, in order to calculate an optimal control capacity of the MR-damper, structural capacity was divided into eleven cases in total and simulated. For each case, an additional load of 30 KN was inflicted everytime, thereby increasingly strengthening structural capacity. As a result of the study, it was found that the control capacity of MR-damper of 30 KN was safely secured only with lumped mass of more than 150 KN(case 6). Therefore, it is concluded the MR-damper showed the best performance of control when it exerted its capacity at around 20% of structural capacity.

        Shelter that communication equipment and on-equipment material are mounted on is transported by airplane, vehicle and has a function such as waterproof and shielding EMI. Maintaining proper inside temperature of shelter is important in order to operate equipment. Accordingly proper cooling capacity of cooling equipment which installed on the shelter is important for equipment and operator. To calculate proper cooling capacity, There are some considerations such as environmental factors and equipment in the shelter. In Korea solar irradiation and outdoor temperature is difference in accordance with geological characteristic. Also electric equipment mounted on the shelter is increased by development of technology. But the capacity of air conditioner is not changed thus there is a problem about operating equipment. In this paper, Compare cooling capacity of shelter when using air conditioner that is not enough cooling capacity and calculate proper cooling capacity to consider geological solar irradiation and outdoor temperature.

        In the water supply pipeline system polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and ductile cast iron pipe are mostly used. However, they have some problems such as reduced durability due to material degradation, defects in connections, the pipelines breakage, and lack of continuous maintenance. Recently, research on durable and outstanding corrosion resistance glass fiber reinforced polymer plastic (GFRP) pipe is being actively conducted. GFRP is classified into the flexible pipe and when soil pressure and live load act on buried GFRP pipe, the load acting on the pipe is transferred to the surrounding soil. So, pipe will support the load with the surrounding soil. In this paper, to apply GFRP pipe for the water supply pipeline system, the structural reliability of GFRP water supply pipe buried underground should be investigated by examining the mechanical properties of GFRP pipe as well as the soundness of the pipe under buried state. The field test of buried pipe is conducted and the results are analyzed and discussed.

        Rainfall infiltration velocity into the surface of the earth is influenced by time sequential change of the urban surface spatial structure following urban expansion, and is the key factor in determining runoff discharge. In this regard, a comprehensive assessment and understanding of surface runoff associated with land cover change, as well as the changed structure of the landscape, is required to establish landscape planning. Sustainable development, planning and maintenance of the green space inside the city, based on results of the above, are a fundamental countermeasure for relieving fragmentation of the urban green space and increasing urban flood damage, directly or indirectly. In this study, we conducted analysis of landscape structure and change of Surface Runoff Reduction Capacity (SRRC) using the land cover maps from 1975 to 2000 at the lower reaches of the Jungrang stream (LRJS). The results are expected to provide baseline data for sustainable landscape planning that is ecologically healthy and can improve SRRC during torrential rains. The results of this study are as follows. Analysis of the results showed that land cover type underwent a remarkable change in terms of the total area of farm and urban types from 1975 to 2000. The total area of farm decreased by approximately 27.05% during the 25 years, while that of urban increased by approximately 25.61%. In this regard, the results of the landscape structure assessment using FRAGSTATS showed reciprocal tendencies, which intensified fragmentation of the landscape, as measured by all 6 of the selected factors, including LPI, NP, PD, LSI, AI and PLADJ. The Runoff Curve Number (CN) value steadily increased in the results of the time series landscape change assessment of the SRRC from 1975 to 2000. Based on analysis of the changed area associated with SRRC classes, the high SRRC class 1 area showed a steady decrease in accordance with the progression of the time series land use change associated with urban development.

        ISG (Idle Stop & Go) 시스템이 적용되는 자동차에 적합한 납축전지를 개발하기 위해 전극 재료인 3BS (3PbO·PbSO4·H2O)와 4BS (4PbO·PbSO4)의 생성조건과 활물질의 화성 방법에 따른 납축전 지 초기 성능과 심방전에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구 하였다. 양극과 음극 활물질을 숙성반응 중 온도 제 어로 최종 생성 활물질의 상이 변하며, 납축전지의 수명에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 초기 성 능에는 3BS 활물질을 적용한 AGM 납축전지와 Flooded 납축전지가 우수한 성능을 나타내는 반면 4BS 활물질을 적용한 AGM 납축전지는 상대적으로 낮은 성능을 나타내었다. 또한, 활물질 화성 효율을 비교 분석하기 위해 화성을 3 step과 9 step으로 구분하여 시험한 결과, 3BS로 제작된 AGM 납축전지에 비 해 4BS 활물질을 적용한 AGM 납축전지의 초기 성능이 우수 하였다. DOD17.5% 수명시험으로 수명 성능을 비교한 결과, 잦은 심방전이 요구되는 ISG 시스템에서 Flooded 납축전지는 적합하지 않았으나, AGM 납축전지는 적합한 결과를 나타내었다. 결론적으로 AGM 납축전지가 ISG 시스템 적용 자동차에 적합하였고, AGM 납축전지의 숙성, 화성 방법에 따라 수명 성능이 80% 차이를 나타내는 것으로 확인 되었다.

        This study was conducted to analyze fishing capacity and bycatch by mesh size and entrance size of spring net pot conductedby water tank and field experiment. The water tank experiments were conducted by using traps with mesh size of 22 mm and entrance size of 120 mm and 140 mm, respectively in the water tank of NIFS. The field experiment was conducted using 5 kinds of spring net pot with mesh sizes of 20 mm, 22 mm, 35 mm and entrance size of 120 mm, 130 mm, 140 mm, 360 mm by coastal trap fishery vessel operating around the area of Geoje island. In the result of water tank experiments, the catch of conger eel was 1.5 times higher when using trap with entrance size of 140 mm than that of 120 mm. In the field experiment, when using same mesh size, the larger the entrance size, the higher amount of conger eel catch, bycatch and number of bycatch species. When using the same entrance size, the larger the mesh size, the lower amount of conger eel catch and number of bycatch species, whereas the amount of bycatch showed increasing trend.

        Malaysia, situated between East and West, is an interface in world maritime trade, playing a crucial role in the business of moving container boxes in South-eastern parts of Asia. The prominent container terminals in Malaysia such as Port Klang and Port of Tanjung Pelepas are positioned among the top twenty ports in terms of volume handled. The annual average growth of throughputs in Malaysian container ports increased more than three-fold from the year 2000 to 2010. Within this context, the development of Malaysian seaports has been significantly influenced by three forces: increased use of containerisation, significant growth in domestic economic activities and ever-changing patterns in both supply and demand chains, all of which have led to increased transshipment activities and altered shipping routes. This phenomenon has brought dynamic change to Malaysian container ports, resulting in the establishment of new terminals and adapting emerging technology to enhance the ports’ ability to accommodate larger vessels and an increased number of containers. This paper aims to present the development of Malaysian container seaports by addressing changes to acreage size and handling volumes during the last three decades. The results of the analysis suggest that major Malaysian ports are experiencing an exponential growth in container trade with the expansion of port capacity following trade growth and need effective strategies to reduce the operational pressures of Malaysian seaports. The results of this research offer directions for development strategies of seaports by utilising the existing inland freight facilities as an effective strategy for capacity enhancement and develop efficient distribution network to meet future demands.

        The coastal stow net (stow net hereafter) in Korea is one of the major fishing methods for yellow croaker (Larimichthys polyactis), ribbon fish (Trichiurus lepturus), and anchovy (Engraulis japonicus). In terms of energy efficiency, the stow net fishery is more competitive than towing fishing gears such as trawl gears. The fishing vessels in stow net fishery have consumed less fossil fuel and also have had less carbon dioxide emission into the atmosphere. however, the stow net fishery is necessary to be regulated due to its increased output of the fleet. Therefore, it is required for fisheries authorities to manage the fishing capacity or fishing power for the assurance of fishery’s sustainability. For fisheries management authorities, it is necessary to quantify data related to fishing capacity and fishing power to deploy fishery policy in a sustainable way. In terms of data for decision-making, Data envelopment analysis (DEA) method was conducted to estimate fishing capacity. Fishing power index (FPI) was also applied to calculate relative fishing power to approach the problem in a quantitative way.

        This study investigates the effects of working memory capacity (WMC) and the types of vocabulary learning, i.e., explicit vs. implicit, on the acquisition of English multi-word verbs. For this purpose, a total of 60 middle school students, divided into two groups (control and experimental), participated in the study. The participants in the control group were taught multi-word verbs in a traditional and explicit manner, whereas the participants in the experimental group were exposed to multi-word verbs with short passages. The results manifested that both of the instructional styles had positive effects on the learners’ acquisition of multi-word verbs in the short-term. Although there was not a significant interaction between WMC and the overall scores on the immediate post-test, according to the scores on the gap-fill tasks which tested learners’ productive knowledge, there were significant differences between the low-WMC and high-WMC groups. High-WMC students learned more target multi-word verbs than low-WMC students on average. The results also showed that WMC and the two different learning types did not affect the students’ acquisition of multi-word verbs in the long-term. Further, the interaction effect between WMC and learning type in the long-term was not significant.

        본 연구는 예비유아교사를 대상으로 교양교과를 활용한 인성코칭 모형을 개발하고자 하였 다. 이를 위해 인성교육 관련 문헌을 분석하고 현장경험이 있는 유아교사 면담과 전문가 협의 를 통해 교육모형을 구성하고, 이에 대한 적용가능성을 탐색하였다. 자신의 내면을 가꾸는 영역과 타인, 공동체, 자연과 더불어 살아가는데 필요한 성품과 역량 기르기 영역으로 구분하여 4개 요소를 중심으로 32개 세부요소로 구분하여 중심내용을 선정 하였고, 이를 바탕으로 지도계획을 수립 후 실행하였다. 본 연구는 신입생을 대상으로 15주 동안 2시간씩 교양교과를 활용해 활동중심으로 실시한 결과, 미래 교직에 대한 비전과 이를 위한 계획을 구체화하여 긍정적 측면의 변화로 심리적자 원이 증가하는 기회가 되었다. 본 연구의 교육모형은 예비교사양성과정 뿐 아니라 현직교사 직무 및 승급교육 등 다각적으로 실효성 있는 인성코칭 과정의 실천방안을 모색하는데 기초자 료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

        국내 미기록종 Pyemotes moseri Yu et Liang (Acarina: Pyemotidae)는 곤충기생성 응애로 매실 씨앗 속 유충에서 처음 발견되었다. 발견 당시 응애가 기생하고 있었던 기주의 미토콘드리아 유전자를 증폭하여 염기서열을 분석한 결과 복숭아씨살이좀벌의 유충으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구 는 실험실 조건하에서 P. moseri의 번식과 기생 능력을 조사하였다. 복숭아씨살이좀벌의 유충을 기주로 이용하여 P. moseri의 교미한 암컷 성충을 사육하면서 주기적으로 관찰하여 새로 태어나는 자손의 수와 성별을 조사한 후 제거하였다. 기생 능력 조사는 원예용 상토가 깔린 스테인레스 바 트에 대량 사육한 응애가 들어 있는 튜브와 복숭아씨살이좀벌 유충이 가해한 매실 씨앗을 함께 담은 후 지퍼백에 넣어 인큐베이터에 보관하였다. 복숭아씨살이좀벌 유충 또는 번데기에 응애의 기생 여부를 확인하고자 한달 후 매실 씨앗을 조사하였으며 본 실험은 5반복씩 3회 실시하였다. 교 미한 암컷이 기생하기 시작한 이후부터 생식이 끝날 때까지의 기간은 평균 24.4일(n=8)이었으며 교미한 암컷 한 마리당 평균 104.0마리(n=8)의 암컷을 낳았디. 복숭아씨살이좀벌의 유충 또는 번데기가 들어 있는 매실 씨앗은 바트당 평균 7개 이상이었고 이중 단 2개의 씨앗에서만 기생에 성 공한 응애를 관찰하였다.

        이온교환막은 전기투석, 연료전지 외에도 수처리 공정에 있어 관심도가 매우 높다. 본 연구에서는 이온교환막에 사용되는 이온교환수지를 대신할 물질로써 입자를 제조하였다. 나노단위의 입자가 표면적을 증가시켜 기존의 이온교환수지보다 더 높은 이온교환능이 기대된다. 단분산된 나노크기의 입자를 제조하여 양이온은 -NH3+,-NR3+,-PR3+,-SR2+등의 관능기를 그리고 음이온은 –SO3-,-COO-,-PO3-,-C6H4O- 등의 관능기를 도입함으로써 각각 양전하와 음전하로 높게 하전시킬 수 있다. 입자를 제조하고 이에 따른 제타전위를 측정하고 IEC, FT-SEM, TGA 및 FT-IR을 측정하여 특성을 파악하였다.
