        This study is based on Parasuraman, Zeithaml 8l Berry[19]`s SERVQUAL measure that develop for estimation of service quality, so this study proposes the present condition of customer service and improvement method on internet search engine. This study also develops a questionnaire for analyzing customer satisfaction considering the present condition of internet service. We're going to analyze the customer service quality that classified by search engines, service quality with university students who use usually internet.

        Nowadays advanced manufacturing companies are trying to find a way to check the performance of their production equipments and plants from remote sites. However, it is hard to monitor the status of machine or to check the performance of the processes because the regional limitation of distributed environment. This paper presents research results in the real time monitoring of machining processes and internet_based operation of machining centers via internet, which is implemented using VRML and JAVA.

        The Internet, as one of the most rapidly developing industries in China in recent years, has made great contributions to China’s economic development. Internet enterprises are both an important pillar of China’s current economic development, but also a great source of scientific and technological development and innovation. For Internet companies, the core of enterprise development people-oriented, talent is the foundation of enterprise development, enterprise development cannot be separated from the team, team building cannot be separated from the talent, in the final analysis, talent is the core of enterprise development. Therefore, enterprises want to develop, we must retain talent, enterprises want to retain talent, we must incentivize the enterprise staff. Incentives are vital in human resources management, and every enterprise should design a mechanism that suits its specific circumstances. The mechanism should motivate staff to make better contributions to the enterprise, thus promoting its growth and development. This paper reviews relevant domestic and foreign literature, as well as the results of a questionnaire survey of Internet enterprise employees, to study the employee incentive mechanism in Internet enterprises. The paper puts forward measures to existing problems to facilitate the better development of Internet enterprises.

        이 연구는 한국어교육 어휘의 토대 연구로써, 한국어에서 ‘인생/ 삶’의 은유적 개념화 중 구조적 은유가 어떤 양상으로 나타나는가를 살펴 보는 데 그 목적이 있었다. 그 내용을 정리하면 인생/삶의 본질에 관한 은유에서는 인생/삶을 꿈, 이야기, 사계절, 온도, 농사, 건축, 하루, 배움, 9품사, 문장, 그림, 연극, 여행, 항해로 이해하고 있었다. 그리고 인생/삶의 본질에서 벗어난 은유에서는 인생/삶을 상거래, 경영, 전쟁, 스포츠, 도박, 게임, 키보드로 이해하고 있었다. 이 연구를 통해 인생/삶을 ‘이야기, 사계 절, 온도, 건축, 배움, 9품사, 문장, 그림, 항해’ 그리고 ‘상거래, 경영, 전쟁, 스포츠, 게임, 키보드’로 이해하는 것을 새롭게 밝혀낼 수 있었다. 특히 우 리가 인생/삶을 ‘상거래’나 ‘경영’으로 이해하는 것은 최근 국제적 금융자 본의 지배와 세계화의 영향 아래 있음을 보여준다. 또한 인생/삶을 ‘도박, 게임, 키보드’로 이해하는 것은 금융자본과 세계화에서 낙오한 이들이 갖 는 요행수와 인터넷 게임과 함께 성장한 젊은 세대들이 갖는 욕망을 보여 주는 근거가 된다고 할 수 있다.

        This study aims to examine the effect of perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEU), trust (TR), subjective norm (SN), and attitude (AT) on customer’s Intention to Adopt Internet Banking (IAIB) at Islamic banks and conventional banks before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The research model is based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study involves 213 respondents for Islamic banks and 410 respondents for conventional banks from 25 provinces in Indonesia. Data was analyzed using partial least square (PLS) regression with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The result of data analysis confirms several hypotheses taken from the literature. The results before the Covid-19 pandemic showed that AT and SN influence IAIB in Islamic banks. Whereas in conventional banks, AT, PU, SN, and TR influence IAIB. While during the Covid-19 pandemic, it shows that the AT, PU, IB, SN, and customer TR influence IAIB in Islamic banks and conventional banks. From the analysis, it was found that the PEU variable did not have a significant effect on the intention of customers of Islamic banks and conventional banks to use Internet banking.
