        비인격적인 상사는 조직을 괴롭히고 직원들의 웰빙에 영향을 주는 심각하고 점점 더 큰 문제가 되고 있다. 이 연구는 비인격적인 상사가 인도네시아의 조직적 맥락에서 반생산적인 과업행동에 미치는 영향 에 대한 개요를 제공했다. 본 연구는 직원들의 감정적 고갈의 매개 효과와 상호 작용 정의의 조절 효과를 조사함으로써 비인격적인 상사에 대한 연구를 확대한다. 인도네시아 기업의 120명 응답자의 자료에 대한 회귀 분석 결과, 비인격적인 상사가 역효과를 내는 업무행태와 긍정적인 상관관계가 있으며, 직원들의 감 정적 고갈이 비인격적인 상사와 반생산적인 과업행동의 관계에 매개 효과를 가지고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌 다. 또한 본 연구는 상호 작용적인 정의가 비인격적인 상사와 직원들의 감정적 고갈 사이의 관계에 조절 영향을 미친다는 것을 발견했다. 상호 작용적 정의의 조절 효과가 상호 작용적 정의가 높았을 때 비인격 적인 상사와 감정적 고갈 사이의 더 강한 관계가 존재한다는 것과 같은 예기치 못한 패턴을 보인 것은 놀라운 일이다. 이러한 조사 결과는 , 비인격적인 상사, 직원들의 감정적 고갈 그리고 반생산적인 과업행 동 사이의 관계가 더 강하기 때문에 비인격적인 상사를 피하는 것이 더 심각하게 여겨져야 한다는 것을 보여주었다.

        Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion (MIC) occurring in underground buried pipes of API 5L X65 steel was investigated. MIC is a corrosion phenomenon caused by microorganisms in soil; it affects steel materials in wet atmosphere. The microstructure and mechanical properties resulting from MIC were analyzed by OM, SEM/EDS, and mapping. Corrosion of pipe cross section was composed of ① surface film, ② iron oxide, and ③ surface/internal microbial corrosive by-product similar to surface corrosion pattern. The surface film is an area where concentrations of C/O components are on average 65 %/ 16 %; the main components of Fe Oxide were measured and found to be 48Fe-42O. The MIC area is divided into surface and inner areas, where high concentrations of N of 6 %/5 % are detected, respectively, in addition to the C/O component. The high concentration of C/O components observed on pipe surfaces and cross sections is considered to be MIC due to the various bacteria present. It is assumed that this is related to the heat-shrinkable sheet, which is a corrosion-resistant coating layer that becomes the MIC by-product component. The MIC generated on the pipe surface and cross section is inferred to have a high concentration of N components. High concentrations of N components occur frequently on surface and inner regions; these regions were investigated and Na/Mg/Ca basic substances were found to have accumulated as well. Therefore, it is presumed that the corrosion of buried pipes is due to the MIC of the NRB (nitrate reducing bacteria) reaction in the soil.

        Considering that previous works on safety behavior relatively have not paid adequate attention to the influence of various leadership styles on safety behavior. The current paper investigates the impact of authentic leadership on safety behavior and its intermediating mechanisms. In specific, this paper delves into the mediating effect of job stress, as well as the moderating effect of perspective taking ability of employees in the association between authentic leadership and job stress. The results demonstrated that that authentic leadership has a negative (-) influence on job stress, which has a negative (-) influence on safety behavior. Moreover, job stress mediated the association between authentic leadership and safety behavior. Furthermore, perspective taking moderated the authentic leadership-safety behavior link.

        Since the competitive environment, it has become common for firms to reduce its workforce to diminish operating cost. Accordingly, job insecurity among employees has been increasing. Previous works on job insecurity have not paid adequate attention to the influence of job insecurity on safety behavior. The current paper investigates the impact of job insecurity on safety behavior and its intermediating mechanisms. In specific, this paper delves into the mediating effect of job stress, as well as the moderating effect of servant leadership in the association between job insecurity and job stress. The results demonstrated that that job insecurity has a positive (+) influence on job stress, which has a negative (-) influence on safety behavior. Moreover, job stress mediated the association between job insecurity and safety behavior. Furthermore, servant leadership moderated the job insecurity-safety behavior link.

        본 연구는 빅데이터 분석 기법을 활용하여 COVID-19전·후의 도시공원의 이용행태를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면, COVID-19와 공원이용행태는 접근성이라는 물리적 요인이 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 다음으로 COVID-19 이전의 공원이용행태는 다양한 행태가 나타났지만, COVID-19 이후에는 행태의 종류가 줄어들고 공원 이용의 제한으로 인한 스트레스, 우울과 같은 부정적인 심리적 표현이 나타나 공원이용 제약이 시민들의 여가활동에 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한, 2021년에는 COVID-19 이전과 같이 적극적인 활동을 수반하는 행태는 나타나지 않지만 드라이브, 차박 등 제약적인 환경을 개선하여 공원을 이용할 수 있는 새로운 이용행태가 나타나며 점점 적극적인 활동을 수반하는 행태가 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 COVID-19 이전에는 별다른 제약 없이 공원을 이용하던 시민들에게 어떠한 행태변화가 일어나고 있는지, 또한, 사회적 거리두기 등 COVID-19 감염의 확산을 완화하기 위한 제약에 어떠한 방법으로 공원을 이용하는지 알아보는데 의의가 있다. 향후 공원 이용자를 대상으로 심층면담 등을 실시하여 질적 연구가 진행된다면 도시민들에게 공원이 어떠한 의미를 가지고 있는 공간인지, 장기화되는 COVID-19 시대에 공원이 필요로 하는 요구가 무엇인지 심도있게 탐색하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

        Thanks to the support and encouragement of the Chinese government over the past decade, China’s platform economy has made rapid progress. However, as some large-scale big-tech companies grew into super-platforms, they formed a structure that dominated the market and their behaviors of “choose between two” became widespread. On February 7, 2021, the competition authorities promulgated the <Anti-Monopoly Guidelines on the Platform Economy of the Anti-Monopoly Committee>, which ended the era of unlimited policy support for Chinese platform companies and entered an era of strong management supervision. The platform’s forced act of “choosing between two” is currently receiving the most attention among the platform's anti-competitive acts, and three routines are currently being used simultaneously in China to regulate this. The first is legislation, and the second routine is the strong administrative punishment of competition authorities. In addition, China is actively applying the means of corporate interviews to suit the characteristics of its social system. These measures have sufficiently shown the attitude of competition authorities and serve as a preventive and warning to other platform companies. There are still problems to be solved, for example, whether to view each side as a separate market or a unified market in defining related markets in a two-sided market (multi-market) formed by platform is the first problem. In addition, legislation is inconsistent in the analysis method, creating confusion in the enforcement law in practice. Then, there are still many difficulties in determining the platform’s dominant market position, and due to the confidentiality and technology of some “Choose between two” actions adopted by the platform, there will be many difficulties in proving them and obtaining damages.

        본 연구는 스포츠 휴먼브랜드의 굿즈상품(Goods) 가치, 감정반응(PAD), 소비 행동 간 일어나는 현상을 분석하기 위해 2021년 10월 18일~2022년 1월 12일까지 온라인 서베이(URL), DM, E-mail 등을 활용하여 371명을 편의 표준추출법으로 표집하였으며, 불성실한 응답자 51명을 제외한 유효 표본 320명을 인과 관계(SEM)를 적용하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 휴먼 브랜드의 굿즈 가치는 감정반응에 정(+)의 영향으로 가설이 채택되었다. 둘째, 감정반응은 소비 행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 가설이 채택되었다. 셋 째, 휴먼 브랜드의 굿즈 가치는 소비 행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며 부분적으로 가설이 채택되었다. 마지막 으로 굿즈상품(goods) 가치와 소비 행동의 관계에서 감정반응의 간접효과는 통계적으로 유의 의미한 것으 로 나타났다.

        The objectives of this paper are to evaluate the factors affecting the fatigue crack propagation(FCP) behavior in AZ31 magnesium alloy. FCP experiments have been performed on the specimens of AZ31 magnesium alloy under various conditions such as a loading frequency, a specimen thickness, a maximum fatigue load, and a load ratio and the obtained results were analyzed to find the influence factors on the FCP behavior in magnesium alloy. It is necessary to consider the influence factors for the design and the maintenance of lightweight structures. The correlation between the crack growth rate exponent and the crack growth rate coefficient, which are FCP behavior parameters, was also analyzed and the regression model was presented.

        최근 들어 컴퓨터 및 소프트웨어 기술의 발달로 전산모사 관련 연구가 급격하게 늘어나고 있는데, 특히 원자의 개수 및 모델 크기의 문제로 기존에는 많은 제약을 받던 고분자 관련 다양한 전산모사 결과들이 발표되고 있다. 본 연구에서 는 고분자 소재를 필름형태의 분리막으로 활용하기 위한 중요한 특성 중 하나인 기계적 특성을 분자동역학 전산모사를 이용 하여 분석하고자 하는 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위하여 이미 관련 물성이 널리 보고되어 있는 상용 고분자 소재인 polyethylene (PE)과 polystyrene (PS)을 대상으로 선정하여 주쇄길이 차이를 통한 각 고분자들의 인장특성을 비교하였고, 최종적 으로 분자동역학 전산모사의 기계적 특성 분석이 적합한지 확인하고자 하였다. 밀도, radius of gyration, scattering 분석을 통 해 본 연구에서 제작된 모델이 실제 실험에서 얻어진 기계적 특성 경향과 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었고, 따라서 분자동역학 전 산모사를 이용한 기계적 특성 분석이 다양한 고분자 소재들의 분자 구조에 따른 기계적 특성을 예측할 수 있게 해주며, 실제 실험에서는 적용하기 어려운 다양한 변수들을 반영한 기계적 특성 해석도 가능하게 해 줄 것으로 기대된다.

        This study aimed to investigate the effect of the five senses activities involving food ingredients on the eating behavior of infants. The study was carried out four times over 6 months. We surveyed 65 nursery school infants and teachers who were registered at the 2020 Guro-gu Center for Children’s Food Service Management in Seoul. They participated in the five senses education specialization project. The results of the study showed that the scores relating to unbalanced diet, hygiene management, dietary attitude, and dietary manners were visibly higher than those before participating in the five senses educational activities. In addition, there was a significant difference in the perception of the food ingredients used in the five senses education activities. Finally, as a result of investigating the types of education used before, during, and after the five senses education activities, and the need for education by type, cooking activities were observed to rank higher than other activities in all questions. Based on this, if dietary guidance is provided through a variety of five senses education activities over a long period rather than as a one-time event, it will be beneficial to the children's healthy eating habits.

        Recently, high-entropy carbides have attracted considerable attention owing to their excellent physical and chemical properties such as high hardness, fracture toughness, and conductivity. However, as an emerging class of novel materials, the synthesis methods, performance, and applications of high-entropy carbides have ample scope for further development. In this study, equiatomic (Hf-Ti-Ta-Zr-Nb)C high-entropy carbide powders have been prepared by an ultrahigh- energy ball-milling (UHEBM) process with different milling times (1, 5, 15, 30, and 60 min). Further, their refinement behavior and high-entropy synthesis potential have been investigated. With an increase in the milling time, the particle size rapidly reduces (under sub-micrometer size) and homogeneous mixing of the prepared powder is observed. The distortions in the crystal lattice, which occur as a result of the refinement process and the multicomponent effect, are found to improve the sintering, thereby notably enhancing the formation of a single-phase solid solution (high-entropy). Herein, we present a procedure for the bulk synthesis of highly pure, dense, and uniform FCC single-phase (Fm3m crystal structure) (Hf-Ti-Ta-Zr-Nb)C high-entropy carbide using a milling time of 60 min and a sintering temperature of 1,600oC.

        Transition metal carbides (TMCs) are used to process difficult-to-cut materials due to the trend of requiring superior wear and corrosion properties compared to those of cemented carbides used in the cutting industry. In this study, TMC (TiC, TaC, Mo2C, and NbC)-based cermets were consolidated by spark plasma sintering at 1,300 oC (60 oCmin) with a pressure of 60 MPa with Co addition. The sintering behavior of TMCs depended exponentially on the function of the sintering exponent. The Mo2C-6Co cermet was fully densified, with a relative density of 100.0 %. The Co-binder penetrated the hard phase (carbides) by dissolving and re-precipitating, which completely densified the material. The mechanical properties of the TMCs were determined according to their grain size and elastic modulus: TiC-6Co showed the highest hardness of 1,872.9 MPa, while NbC-6Co showed the highest fracture toughness of 10.6 MPa*m1/2. The strengthened grain boundaries due to high interfacial energy could cause a high elastic modules; therefore, TiC-6Co showed a value of 452 ± 12 GPa.
