        Sustainable development is no longer an option, but a requirement. Under this awareness, UN adopted 17 goals for a new sustainable development agenda on September 2015, named ‘Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)’. The Korean Society of Rural Planning(KSRP) is established on July 1994 for the sustainable development of rural areas. On the purpose to quantitatively analyze the research trend of KSRP’s publications with the viewpoint of SDGs, the qualitative documents of 17 SDGs and 771 publications were mathematically transformed into vectors and the similarity was numerically measured with the ‘Vector Space Model(VSM)’. The results show that ‘Sustainable cities and communities(SDG 11)’, ‘Zero hunger(SDG 2)’, ‘Life on land(SDG 15)’ and ‘Responsible consumption and production(SDG 12)’ have strong relationships with KSRP, while those of ‘Affordable and clean energy(SDG 7)’, ‘Peace, justice and strong institution(SDG 16)’ and ‘Gender equality(SDG 5)’ are weak. It is also found that the relationships of KSRP publications with ‘energy’ and ‘climate change’ issues(SDG 7, 13) were greatly increased during the period of 1995-2016, in spite of their weak relationships.

        With the upcoming enforcement of the Fundamental Law of Resource Circulation in January 2018, changes are expected to occur in waste management policies. Until now, South Korea has worked hard to prevent waste generation and improve recycling. The recycling rate has improved, but recyclables are not considered high-quality. To resolve these issues in its member states, the EU is promoting resource efficiency policies. Their plan is to integrate the environment with the economy, achieve economic growth, and create jobs. A circular economy has also been adopted as a strategy to promote the resource efficiency policies. The key content of the strategy consists of an action plan and a waste law revision. Goals for the recycling of wastes by 2030 have been set in laws revised through this strategy, which also includes recycling evaluation standards and calculation methods. For Korea to cultivate a resource circulation society in the future, the EU’s resource efficiency policies and strategies must be preemptively implemented in a manner that suits the situation in Korea, and terms must be defined and standards established for recycling.

        In this study, to improve the marine bridge disaster prevention system, the trend of disaster accidents due to the extension of maritime bridges was analyzed and the status of domestic and foreign disaster prevention facilities was examined. As a result of the review, it was aimed at presenting the disaster prevention facility grade and installation items considering the size of the bridge and traffic volume.

        To determine the effect of air pollution reduction policies, the long-term trend of air pollutants should be analyzed. Kolmogorov-Zurbenko (KZ) filter is a low-pass filter, produced through repeated iterations of a moving average to separate each variable into its temporal components. The moving average for a KZ(m, p) filter is calculated by a filter with window length m and p iterations. The output of the first pass subsequently becomes the input for the next pass. Adjusting the window length and the number of iterations makes it possible to control the filtering of different scales of motion. To break down the daily mean PM10 into individual time components, we assume that the original time series comprises of a long-term trend, seasonal variation, and a short-term component. The short-term component is attributable to weather and short-term fluctuations in precursor emissions, while the seasonal component is a result of changes in the solar angle. The long-term trend results from changes in overall emissions, pollutant transport, climate, policy and/or economics. The long-term trend of the daily mean PM10 decreased sharply from 59.6 ug/m3 in 2002 to 44.6 ug/m3 in 2015. This suggests that there was a long-term downward trend since 2005. The difference between the unadjusted and meteorologically adjusted long-term PM10 is small. Therefore, we can conclude that PM10 is unaffected by the meteorological variables (total insolation, daily mean temperature, daily mean relative humidity, daily mean wind speed, and daily mean local atmospheric pressure) in Busan.

        Rural house came into the rapid change through the process of modernization and Saemaul movement in the past. This change continue to the current era, there is a such exotic forms and indiscriminate development of new house and Saemaul housing and existing conventional farmhouse in rural area. Such a phenomenon, ultimately creating disharmony in traditional environment of rural. In this respect, reflecting the location characteristics of the region which is based on the regional characteristics and unique model of rural housing, it is absolutely required for the development of rural housing customized to fit the diversity of modern. With that background, the purpose of the research is to try and find out the changes in rural houses and the transforming characteristics. To achieve this research purpose, this research selected a specialized magazine for architecture. Then, it identified contents which has specific keyword. lastly, it analyze type and contents of house in rural area from selected article. This process make up the rural housing for effective utilization. The result showed that the type of economic activity and residents information directly show the character of the members who located in the new homes after retuning to farming. The polarization of structure was clearly visible by the building time. And, propensity to western-style of major components was very high such as shape and form of housing. However, it was found to prefer to reflect traditional aesthetics in the components of the housing partially. Therefore, more research is needed to reflect of the results of a survey. Also, analyzing the characteristic of rural house’s element and suggesting ways to take advantage in order to present suitable element of modern rural house.

        Recently, wind turbine industry have received more attention than before. Many countries including South Korea focus on the offshore wind turbine because of its geographical advantage. However, domestic technique level is much lower than that of advanced countries such as Europe. In this study, analysis on development trend of offshore wind turbine and design standard in Europe is carried out to develop the original design standard.

        High temporal resolution precipitation data can provide information about rainfall intensity, and can better reveal the essential physical process of precipitation intensity than daily totals do. Using hourly precipitation data at 14 stations during 1961-2014, the changes in the characteristics of summer precipitation in South Korea analysed. Although the precipitation amount in summer has increased at all stations, hourly precipitation in summer shows different directions and magnitudes of changes at each station in South Korea. Results showed that the change pattern of hourly precipitation is mostly attributed to change in the frequency of hourly precipitation of 10mm or more.

        The purpose of the study was to review ecosystem service researches and show the trend to guide researchers who want to study ecosystem service. Ecosystem service has been a theoretical base for conservation of nature such as grand mountains, rivers and so on. Moreover, reviewed studies showed economical, social, environmental values of ecosystem service in nature as well as in urban to support ecosystem service theory. By leading metropolitan governments in America, Canada and european and asian countries, the urban tree canopy(UTC)s’ ecosystem services have been evaluated quantitatively and accumluated as urban forestry data. This global trend has an implication that the study of UTC and its ecosystem service can support the provision of urban forestry and green spaces and especially, Korean cities should realize UTCs’ values on ecosystem services and start to apply them institutionally to enhance their urban environment.

        Ministry of Environment has been operating water quality monitoring network in order to obtain the basic data for the water environment policies and comprehensively understand the water quality status of public water bodies such as rivers and lakes. The observed water quality data is very important to analyze by applying statistical methods because there are seasonal fluctuations. Typically, monthly water quality data has to analyze that the transition comprise a periodicity since the change has the periodicity according to the change of seasons. In this study, trends, SOM and RDA analysis were performed at the Mulgeum station using water quality data for temperature, BOD, COD, pH, SS, T-N, T-P, Chl-a and Colon-bacterium observed from 1989 to 2013 in the Nakdong River. As a result of trends, SOM and RDA, the Mulgeum station was found that the water quality is improved, but caution is required in order to ensure safe water supply because concentrations in water quality were higher in the early spring(1~3 month) the most.

        The analysis of research trends is used to identify key subject areas, research trends over time, and new discussions in a study field. The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of research articles published in the area of rural planning using bibliometric methods. Research articles published in the Journal of Korean Society of Rural Planning 「Rural Plannin g」 from 1995 to 2014 were analyzed to determine the annual publications, the number of periodical contributions, the authorship patterns, and popular research subjects and keywords. The results of this study are as follows; (1) The number of research papers and authors has increased over the 20 years periods (1995-2014); (2) The most published authors are associated with the study of rural planning. Seoul National University, Rural Development Administration, and Chonnam National University have highly contributed to the paper publications; (3) The most frequent word in titles is “Rural“ for the whole period from 1995 to 2014. The most frequent words are “Village“ and “Planning“ from 1995-2006, and “Landscape“ and “Village“ in 2007-2010, and “Village“ and “Area“ from 2011-2014; and (4) The most used keywords are “Rural amenity“, “Rural village“, and “Rural landscape“ for all of the different time frames.

        The government has conducted a plan of total maximum daily loads(TMDL), which divides with unit watershed, for management of stable water quality target by setting the permitted total amount of the pollutant. In this study, BOD concentration trends over the last 10 years from 2005 to 2014 were analyzed in the Geumho river. Improvement effect of water quality throughout the implementation period of TMDL was evaluated using the seasonal Mann-Kendall test and a LOWESS(locally weighted scatter plot smoother) smooth. As a study result of the seasonal Mann-Kendall test and the LOWESS smooth, BOD concentration in the Geumho river appeared to have been reduced or held at a constant. As a result of quantitatively analysis for BOD concentration with exploratory data analysis(EDA), the mean and the median of BOD concentration appeared in the order of GH8 〉GH7 〉GH6 〉GH5 〉GH4 〉GH3 〉GH2 〉GH1. The monthly average concentration of BOD appeared in the order of Apr 〉Mar 〉Feb 〉May 〉Jun 〉Jul 〉Jan 〉Aug 〉Sep 〉Dec 〉Nov 〉Oct. As a result of the outlier, its value was the most frequent in February, which is estimated 1.5 times more than July, and was smallest frequent in July. The outlier in terms of water quality management is necessary in order to establish a management plan for the contaminants in watershed.

        The technology of the SWG (Smart Water Grid) as one of most important national projects results in significant assignment that is closely associated with systematic management and effective operation. The individual component technics are required to establish directory and classification for the purpose of effectively managing their information related to research and development (R&D). The national science technology (S&T) standard classification tree which results in the representative example has been established with an intention to manage R&D information, human resource, and budget. It has been also revised every five years and then used in the various fields related to the evaluation, administration, and prediction of the national R&D projects. In addition, the standard classification system for R&D projects has been widely used in the UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) and EU (European Union) since the Frascati Manual was established in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Therefore, it is necessary for SWG techniques to develop the standard S&T classification tree for research management and evaluation. For this, it is essential to draw the core techniques for the SWG, which are incorporated with IT (Information Technology), NT (Nano Technology), and BT (Biology Technology).

        에듀테인먼트는 미래교육과 소프트웨어 분야 외에도 많은 분야에서 언급, 활용되고 있다. 그럼에도 에듀테 인먼트에 대한 개념이 연구자의 관점에 따라 다양한 의미로 사용되고 있어 미래 교육환경 조성 및 에듀테인 먼트 디자인 산업환경 구축을 위한 기초자료가 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구의 방법 및 범위는 국내 학술논문 데이터베이스에서 검색한 에듀테인먼트 기반 디자인 관련 40편의 국내 학술논문들을 대상으로 7가지 분석 준거를 통해 연구동향을 파악하였다. 분석준거 범주는 발행년도, 학술지, 연구목적, 연구대상, 디자인분류체 계, 주제어 분석, 에듀테인먼트 기반 디자인 구현유형 등 일곱가지 분석 준거에 따라 연구 내용 및 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2010년부터 에듀테인먼트에 대한 연구가 증가추세였다. 둘째, 다양한 학술지에서 다양 한 분야의 에듀테인먼트 디자인에 대한 연구가 이루어지고 있었다. 셋째, 연구대상이 다양하게 나타났으나 초등학생을 대상으로 한 경우가 많았다. 넷째, 연구목적상 개념에 대한 연구가 부족하게 나타났다. 다섯째, 주제어와 출현빈도수를 살펴보았을 때 스마트 기술의 발전과 더불어 교육용 게임에 대한 연구가 활발하다 는 것을 알 수 있었다. 여섯째, 시·공간에 대한 구분이 희미해지고 가상현실과 체험현실을 이용한 시설기반 연구가 증가하고 있었다. 마지막으로 에듀테인먼트 기반 디자인 구현 유형 분석을 준거로 한 게임분야에 연 구가 몰려있었다. 전반적으로 에듀테인먼트 다자인은 더더욱 많은 발전이 요구되는 영역이다. 결론 및 향후 과제에서 에듀테인먼트에 관련된 많은 교육학적 이론과 연구 결과들이 관련 시설 및 설치물의 디자인이라 는 실제와 보다 더 유기적으로 연계되기 위한 융합적인 연구가 더 많이 요구된다.

        도덕교육의 목표는 지적, 정의적, 심동적 도덕성을 함양하여 올바른 인격을 형성하는 것이다. 이를 위해 도덕 과목에서는 동화, 고전, 속담, 우화, 신문기사, 미담, 전기 및 다 양한 문학작품을 아울러 활용하여 왔다. 이렇듯 도덕 교과의 교육과정 상 큰 변화를 주 지 않고도 도덕 교과의 목표 달성에 큰 기여를 할 수 있는 방법 중 하나가 내러티브 접 근이다. 또한 다른 교과와는 달리 지적 성장 뿐만 아니라 정서적, 실천적 도덕성을 성장 시키는 것이 목표인 만큼 도덕 교과에서 내러티브를 활용하는 것은 학생들의 도덕성을 성숙시키는 데 매우 훌륭한 방법으로 쓰여 질만하다. 그러므로 도덕 교과는 교수 내용 및 방법 상 내재되어 있는 ‘내러티브’를 살려 도덕 교과에 대해 내러티브적으로 접근함 으로써 학생들로 하여금 더욱 ‘이해’하기 쉽고, ‘의미 있게’ 전달될 수 있는 방식이 요구 된다. 본 논문에서는 도덕 교육에서의 내러티브 접근의 동향을 파악하고, 도덕 교육에서 의 내러티브적 특징을 알아보고자 한다.
