This research regard it as most meaningful to realize the importance of the hedgerow in cultivated areas functioning as a residual landscape element in rural landscape and set improvement guidelines through landscape character and value analysis to cope with landscape malfunction. The results of summary are as follows. 1) First of all, as a result of landscape character analysis of edge stripe in cultivated land in total of 7 case areas, for example, the edge stripe in cultivated land in case area 4 and 8 maintain the width of 10m and are assessed satisfactory in terms of vegetation development condition, appearance of living species, connectivity, buffer capacity and so on. Also, as a result of structural character of correlation analysis among items, the correlation coefficient between width and appearance of living species showed 0.941, the highest. Following are connectivity and appearance of living species and width and buffer capacity respectively: 0.841 and 0.740. 2) As a result of landscape character analysis of uncultivated stripe in total of 6 case areas, it is analyzed that case area 4 maintains the widest width as almost 4.5m average width and considered valuable as I degree in vegetation development condition, filtering, and connectivity. 3) As a result of problem analysis of uncultivated stripe, for example, case 3, 9, and 10 was analyzed that the width was below 1.25m which is too small to carry out the function of buffer and habitat for living creature, so minimum standard width was set between 4~5m through comprehensive analysis of character of each case area. Based on the result above landscape character, value and problem analysis, main improvement guidelines are set in terms of width, connectivity, filtering, and vegetation development, restrictive practices and so on.

This experiment was carried out to know adaptability and forage production and quality of corn and corn + soybean intercropping for silage at paddy field in Chungnam province. growth, forage production and quality of silage corn was higher in case of corn and soybean intercropping than that of corn single planting at paddy field. The height of stem of Kwangpyongok and Sword bean intercropping was somewhat lower than Kwangpyongok single planting and higher at ear height and stem diameter. Fresh yield of Kwangpyongok and Sword bean intercropping was the highest as 45.8 tons per ha among corn monoculture, corn + soybean intercropping. The dry yield of Kwangpyongok and Sword bean intercropping at paddy field was the highest as 20.5 tons per ha among corn monoculture and corn + soybean intercropping. The result of this study showed that 'Kwangpyongok and Sword bean intercropping' had good forage productivity and quality of silage compared with corn monoculture, corn and common bean intercropping.

게임산업은 정보 산업 중에 다른 사업과의 연계를 통해 큰 부가가치를 창출하고 침체된 IT 산업을 활성화시킬 수 있는 분야로 빠르게 성장하고 있으며, 게임소비자가 폭발적으로 증가하고 소비층이 폭넓어짐에 따라 엔터테인먼트의 핵심적인 분야로 떠오르고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일반적인 가치사슬 구조와의 비교를 통하여, 현재 게임산업의 가치사슬 구조를 제대로 분석하기 위해 게임비즈니스모델을 제시하고, 다변화하는 게임 가치사슬 구조를 재정립하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 게임산업과 의료산업의 융합 서비스 모델인 암치료 게임 ‘리미션’을 분석하여 가치사슬 융합을 통한 새로운 게임 산업 발전 모델을 도출하였으며, 향후 발전방향 및 전략적 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

2007년 경찰청 통계자료에 따르면 사업용 차량(시내, 시외, 기타버스)의 교통사고 건수는 당 해 교통사고 건수의 3.5%에 해당하지만 사업용 차량의 경우 운전자 외 다수 승객의 안전을 책임져야 하므로 더욱 심각한 사회적, 경제적 문제를 초래한다. 이러한 사업용 차량의 교통사고 감소 및 안전운전에 대한 사회적 요구에 부흥하기 위하여 디지털 주행기록계, 차량용 블랙박스 등 다양한 형태의 시스템이 사용되고 있으나, 이러한 시스템은 사고 후 차량데이터를 기반으로 위험운전여부를 분석하여 운전자를 관리하기 때문에 실시간으로 운전자를 관리하기에는 큰 한계가 있다. 또한 현재 운영되고 있는 주행기록계는 운전자에게 경고 정보를 제공하지만 실제 위험운전 여부와 상관없이 차량의 속도와 RPM정보만을 이용하여 운전자에게 경고를 제공하고 있어 효율이 매우 떨어지는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구의 선행연구에서는 차량 운전자의 운전행태에 따른 차량 동역학 데이터를 저장?판단하여 운전자에게 실시간으로 경고정보를 제공해 줄 수 있는 위험운전 판단장치를 개발하였으며, 개발된 위험운전 판단장치에서 운전자의 안전운전을 향상 시킬 수 있는 위험운전 유형에 따른 임계값을 개발하였다.

The purpose of the present study was to examine the relationship between personal value and the motivation for drinking of Korean undergraduate student alcohol drinkers. Data were obtained from undergraduate students experienced in alcohol consumption in Seoul, Kyeonggi-do, and Kyeongsangnam-do. Trained researchers for this particular study conducted the survey and data from 208 students was analyzed using the SPSS package program. In this study, two personal values were examined: 'internal value' and 'external value', and four motives for drinking alcohol were identified: social motive, coping motive, enhancement motive, and conformity motive. The results of the present study showed that personal value had significant effects on the motives for drinking of Korean undergraduate student alcohol drinkers: 1) The internal value was significant on the coping motive and enhancement motive. 2) The external value was significant on the social motive. 3) Neither value was significant on the conformity motive. Based on the findings of the present study, personal value would be a useful variable in the field of alcoholic beverage marketing such as alcohol consumption, consumer behaviors and segmentation of the alcoholic beverage market.

This study investigated the influences of the addition of lactic acid bacteria inoculants and an enzyme during the crush processing of com silage on the nutritive value, nutrient intake and aerobic deterioration. The fermentation quality of the silages showed that although all of the silages were of good quality, the V-score of U was 91.0 points and significantly lower than those of other silages (P＜0.01). On the chemical composition of silages, the crude protein concentration of U was 7.1%DM and significantly lower than those of other silages (P＜0.05). On the digestibility, the nutritive value and nutrient intake did not significantly differ among the silages examined. After silo opening, a rapid rise in heat was seen from the 6th after opening for 11C38 and SLA, and from the 9th in U and SL, respectively.

The objective of this study was evaluated the influences of the nitrogen fertilization level on timothy silage fermentation quality, nutritive value, and nutrient intake. In both the first and second crops, high level nitrogen fertilization (H) led to a lower WSC content and higher CP content than standard nitrogen fertilization (S). The silage fermentation quality was good in the presence of a Lactobacillus inoculant (SI and HI) than uninoculant (SC and HC). In the first crop silage, the TDN content and intake were significantly higher (P＜0.01) for HI than for SI. In the second silage, the DM, DE, and TDN intakes did not significantly differ among the 4 treatments.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of condensed tannin (CT) on the quality of fermentation and nutritive value of "Demark" alfalfa. During the ensiling, the production of NH₃-N and NDF decreased while the concentration of lactic acid in increased apparently as the CT was added.

This experiment was conducted to evaluate forage yield and feed value of warm season grass in subtropical area. The species having the fastest heading date was bermudagrass 'ecotype' (24th April) while the heading date of bahia grass 'Argentine' was the latest as 13th August. Plant height and dry matter of switch grass was the highest. Dry matter yield of switch grass was usually greater t㏊n the other entries in Jeju and Wando. Bermudagrass cultivars had higher CP concentration t㏊n the other entries. NDF and ADF concentration in switchgrass was higher t㏊n in bermudgarss and bahiagrass cultivars.

The advent of various arts and remarkable development of mass media since 1980s accelerate fashion photographs' advancement. The expression of fashion through photographs can represent characteristics of ages, societies, cultures, traits of designers and techniques of photographers. This study focuses on Cindy Sherman's fashion photographs, which represent different kinds of respect to the women's states and identity. Cindy Sherman describes neglected women, sexual characteristics, and tries to overcome the limitation existing in modern society. By analyzing her fashion photographs, women's identities can be examined and the new trial of fashion photographs' expression is able to be considered as well. The results are summarized into two traits. The first is grotesque images, which have strange cuts, dissolved and deformed bodies. Those are expressions to subvert the stereotype of women. The second is amusement, which is expressed with uncanny and ridiculous appearances. These fun images are challenges to depict human instinct and also symbolic plays.

본 연구의 목적은 한국의 일반 학령기 아동의 놀이 가치와 놀이 선택에 대한 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 연구대상의 선정을 위하여 2007년 10월 19일부터 20일까지 경남 G시에 소재한 초등학교 중 지역별로 2개교를 선택하였다. 대상자는 초등학교 4학년부터 6학년 중 204명으로 무작위로 선정하였다. 자 료 분석은 놀이 가치와 놀이 선택의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 상관분석을 사용하였다. 결과 : 아동의 놀이 선택 빈도는 컴퓨터하기가 139명(13.6%)으로 가장 많았고 그 다음으로는 TV보기가 117명 (11.4%)으로 나타났으며, 아동이 가지는 놀이 가치는 정서적 가치(20.0 ± 3.53), 사회적 가치(17.2 ± 4.08), 신체적 가치(15.3 ± 3.81), 인지적 가치(13.7 ± 4.77)순으로 나타났다. 놀이 선택은 대상자의 성별과 주거형태, 놀이를 하 는 장소, 아동이 다니고 있는 학원의 수, 놀이를 함께하는 인원수, 놀이를 함께하는 사람에 따라 차이가 있었다. 놀이 가치와 놀이 선택의 상관관계에서는 축구하기와 아동의 신체적 가치, 그림그리기와 인지적 가치, 만화책 보기와 정서적 가치, 인지적 가치 사이에서 유의한 관계가 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구는 아동이 가지는 놀이 가치와 놀이 선택이 상관관계가 있을 것이라는 가설에 기인하여 실시하였 다. 연구결과에 따르면 놀이 가치와 놀이의 상관관계에서 축구하기와 아동의 신체적 가치, 그림그리기와 인지 적 가치 사이에서 양의 상관관계가 나타났으며 만화책보기 놀이는 정서적 가치, 인지적 가치사이에서 유의한 음의 상관관계가 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 초등학생의 놀이 가치와 놀이 선택의 관계에 대한 자료를 제시하는 데 유용하며, 아동의 작업을 선택할 때 의미 있으리라 생각된다.

교통사고의 여러 요인 중 대부분의 사고가 운전자의 특성과 운전행태가 교통사고에 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있음을 2006년 경찰청 사고건수 자료를 통하여 파악할 수 있다. 현재 교통사고 감소 및 안전운전에 대한 사회적 요구에 부응하기 위하여 디지털 주행기록계, 차량용 블랙박스 등이 출시되고 있다. 주행기록계, 차량용 블랙박스 등은 사고 후 차량의 주행데이터를 이용하여 사고발생 원인에 대한 명확한 해석이 가능하다. 그러나 사고를 미연에 방지해 줄 수 있는 시스템은 현재 개발되지 못하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 본 연구는 실험차량을 이용하여 디지털 주행기록계, 차량용 블랙박스 등의 안전운전관리 시스템의 업그레이드가 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 운전자의 위험운전 정도를 분석할 수 있는 임계값을 개발하였다. 개발된 임계값을 이용하여 운전자의 안전운전 습성을 도모하고 안전운전 관리업무를 체계화하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

저작권 보호의 범위는‘저작권의 독점으로 인한 공공이익 손실’과‘창작을 위한 동기유발’사이에 균형을 잡는 선에서 결정되는 것이 가장 이상적이다. 따라서 저작권 보호의 바람직한 범위에 관한 토론은 저작권 보호의 사회적 비용 그리고 사회적 혜택에 중점을 두어야 한다. Matthew J. Baker, Brendan M. Cunningham은 저작권에 관한 미국 연방법원 판결 및 연방 저작권법상의 변화들에 관한 데이터베이스를 구축하고, 이 데이터베이스를 저작권 보호의 범위에 있어서의 변화들을 측정하는 지표들을 도출하는 데 활용한다. 그들은 그 지표들을 저작권 관련 기업군 주식의 초과수익과 결합시키고, 저작권 보호의 범위의 변화가 저작권 관련 기업 주식의 시장 가치에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 측정한다. 저작권 보호의 범위를 확대하는 전형적인 법률은 관련 기업 주식의 초과수익의 0.40~2.09% 증가를 가져오는데, 이는 정확한 기간, 기업의 크기, 법률적인 변화의 중요성에 달려 있다. 전형적인 연방대법원의 저작권 확장판결은 초과수익의 0.13~1.05% 증가를 가져온다. Baker 등의 견해는 저작권 보호의 폭에서의 새로운 변화들을 기업의 시장가치와 연관시키고 수학적 방법론을 사용한 점에서 참신하고 탁월하다. 그러나 Baker 등은 결론을 도출하는 과정에서 저작권자측만 일방향적으로 분석하였고, 주식의 초과수익률 증가의 원인에 관해, 입법 또는 판례의 변화가 이미 존재하는 저작권을 더욱 가치 있는 것으로 만들기 때문인지 혹은 새로운 창작물을 창작할 동기부여 때문인지 결론을 내리지 못하고 있으며, 음악산업의 경우 우리의 경험과 배치된다는 문제점을 안고 있다. 장래 우리나라에서도 Baker 등의 연구결과를 기초로 출판, 음악, 영화, 광고 등 산업별로 세분화되고 더욱 정치해진 연구성과가 나온다면 입법이나 재판에서 더욱 설득력 있는 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

The purposes of this study identify how attributes of the website impact on consumer attitude toward the website. For this purpose, the study tested covariance structural model which set relationships among independent variables (interactivity and shopping value), meditated variable (relationship commitment), and dependent variables(attitude toward website). The data were collected from a sample of 239 internet shopper of college female students. The covariance structural model and research hypothesis analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 5.0 program. The results are as follows: First, the structural model is accepted significantly. Second, interactivity and shopping value of website have a positive influence on relationship commitment. Third, interactivity, shopping value of website, and relationship commitment have a positive impact on attitude toward the website. Forth, even if shopping value has not a positive influence on attitude toward the website, it was found to have a significant effect on attitude toward the website through the relationship commitment.
