        본 연구의 목적은 2010년부터 2014년까지 경기북부지역에서 유통 중인 식품 18,446건을 대상으로 식품의 안전성을 조사하고자 하였으며, 식품공전과 식품첨가물공전의 시험방법에 따라서 분석하였다. 조사대상 18,446건 중 전체 부적합은 184건으로 부적합율은 1.00%수준이었다. 연도별로 부적합률을 보면, 2010년에 3,683건 중에서 61건이 부적합으로 1.66%의 부적합률을 보였고, 2011년에는 3,863건 중에서 부적합이 37건으로 0.96%, 2012년에는 3,721건 중에서 부적합이 44건으로 1.18%, 2013년에는 3,669건 중에서 부적합이 25건으로 0.68%, 2014년에는 3,510건 중에서 부적합이 17건으로 0.48%의 부적합률을 보여 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 또한 최근 5년간 부적합률을 월별로 분석하면 9월이 2.54%로 부적합률이 가장 높게 나타났다. 식품유형별 부적합 분포는 들기름이 204건중 23건이 부적합하여 11.27%, 참기름이 394건중 32건으로 8.12%, 절임류가 177건중 9건으로 5.08%, 고춧가루가 283건중 10건으로 3.53%, 추출가공식품이 451건중 15건으로 3.33%, 순으로 나타났다. 검사 항목별 부적합 건수의 분포는 전체 192건 중에서 세균수가 28건으로 15.22%로 가장 높았으며, 리놀렌산과 산가가 27건으로 14.67%, 요오드가가 19건으로 10.33%, 내용량이 16건으로 8.70%, 그리고 이산화황이 9건으로 4.89%을 보였다. 주요부적합 식품유형 및 검사 항목의 교차분석 결과는 참기름 32건에서는 리놀렌산이 27건으로 84.38%로 가장 높았으며, 요오드가가 6건18.75%, 그리고 벤조피렌이 2건으로 6.25%로 나타났다. 들기름 23건에서는 요오드가가 12건으로 52.17%로 가장 높았으며, 산가가 9건으로 39.13%와 벤조피렌이 2건으로 8.70%를 보였다. 과자류 20건에서는 산가가 10건으로 50.00%, 추출가공식품 15건에서는 세균수가 100%, 고춧가루 10건에서는 수분이 7건으로 70.00%로 각 품목에서 가장 높은 부적합율을 보였다. 식품유형에 따른 연도별 부적합 현황을 분석하면 참기름과 들기름의 경우, 2010년부터 2012년까지 10.00% 이상의 부적합률을 보이다가 2013년 이후 줄어들어 5.00%이하를 기록하였으며 2014년에는 부적합이 발생하지 않았다. 반면에 과자류의 경우는 부적합 건수가 줄어들지 않고 지속적으로 발생하고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 2010년에는 기타식초류가 9건 중에서 부적합이 5건으로 55.56%의 높은 부적합률을 보였다. 2011년과 2012년에는 참기름에서 각각 10.53%와 18.03%, 2013년에는 고춧가루에서 10.94%, 2014년에는 추출가공식품에서 12.50%의 부적합률을 보였다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면 최근 5년간 경기북부지역에서 제조되고 유통되는 식품에서 안전 기준에 부적합한 항목들이 검출되었으며, 이러한 결과는 식품으로 인한 위해가 발생할 가능성이 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러므로 식품으로 인한 위생상의 위해를 예방하고 안전성을 확보함으로써 국민의 건강을 증진하기 위하여 더욱 체계적이고 집중적인 식품의 안전관리가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

        본 연구는 경남지역 야계사방사업지의 적지적소를 판정하기 위해 사방댐 총 526개소와 계류보전시설 총 230개소의 기시공지 및 시공예정지를 대상으로 입지 및 임상, 수문조건을 분석하였다. 사방댐 시공 지과 계류보전시설은 입지환경인자 중 퇴적암, 표고 201∼400m, 경사 21∼30°, 산사태위험등급 2등급 인 곳에 가장 많이 시공되었고, 임상환경인자인 임상, 경급, 영급, 밀도 중 소경급, Ⅲ영급 임분에서만 시공빈도가 유사하였다. 또한 사방댐의 크기 및 개소수를 결정하는 수문환경인자 중 유역면적의 경우 50ha 이하, 수계밀도 2.1∼4.0km/km2, 종장형 수계, 1시간당 최대강수량 61∼90mm, 1일 최대강수량 201∼300mm인 곳에서 가장 많이 시공되었다. 따라서 사방댐 시공지와 계류보전시설지 간의 입지 및 수문조건이 다소 유사한 것으로 추후 야계사방사업을 실시할 경우 산각붕괴 및 침식 발생위험이 높은 지역에 한해서는 사방댐과 계류보전시설의 병행이 가능한 것으로 판단된다.

        본 연구는 환경보전해역에 서식하는 대형저서동물의 출현 종수, 개체수 및 군집구조를 파악하 는 목적으로, 2009년 춘계(5월)와 하계(8월)에 현장조사를 실시하였다. 연구해역에서 출현한 대 형저서동물은 총 195종과 18,685개체(667개체 m-2)로 나타났으며, 그 중 환형동물의 다모류가 각각 96종과 12,075개체(431개체 m-2)가 출현하여 전체의 49.2%와 64.6%를 차지하였다. 환경 보전해역의 주요 우점종은 다모류의 긴자락송곳갯지렁이(Lumbrineris longifolia, 76±224개체 m-2), Mediomastus californiensis(42±117개체 m-2), Tharyx sp.3(26±110개체 m-2), 연체동물 이 매패류의 아기반투명조개(Theora fragilis, 54±78개체 m-2) 및 절지동물 갑각류의 단각류인 Eriopisella sechellensis(70±146개체 m-2) 등이었다. 출현 종과 개체수의 자료를 근거로 대형저 서동물의 군집구조를 분석한 결과, 크게 3개의 그룹으로 구분되었다. 그룹 1은 모든 조사 시기 의 함평만 정점과 8월의 득량만 정점 4, 그룹 2는 모든 조사 시기의 가막만 정점 4와 5로 구성 되었다. 마지막으로 그룹 3은 그룹 1과 2를 제외한 모든 정점들이 포함되었다. 연구해역에서는 공통적으로 긴자락송곳갯지렁이와 아기반투명조개가 우점한 가운데, 그룹 1에서는 오뚜기갯지 렁이(Sternaspis scutata)와 짧은다리안경옆새우(Ampelisca cyclops iyoensis) 등이, 그룹 2에서는 등가시버들갯지렁이(Capitella capitata)가 전반적으로 높은 밀도를 나타내었다. 또한 그룹 3에 서는 Heteromastus filiformis, Tharyx sp.3 및 Sinocorophium sinensis가 우점하였다. 본 연구해 역에서 대형저서동물의 군집구조는 공간적으로 폐쇄된 형태의 내만과 열린 형태의 만입구의 정점군으로, 세부 정점별로는 함평만의 정상해역 정점군, 득량만의 일부 오염심화 정점군 및 가막만의 오염심화 정점군으로 구분됨을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 환경보전해역에 서식하는 대형 저서동물의 군집은 만의 형태와 오염심화의 정도에 따라 구조를 달리하는 것으로 파악할 수 있었다.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate eating habits and dormitory foodservices’ satisfaction in university students using dormitory foodservice in the Jeollabuk-do Iksan area. Self-administered questionnaires were completed by 195 students (86 male, 109 female). Many students (58.5%) ate less than two meals per day and spent around 30 min eating meals. The results show that snack and midnight meals were the main reasons (37.9%) for unhealthy eating habits. Main source of nutritional knowledge and information were TV and the Internet (58.5%), followed by friends and people (25.1%), nutrition books (10.3%), elective courses (4.6%), and newspapers and magazines (1.5%). Men had significantly higher satisfaction scores for nutrition, taste, diversity of menu, as well as hygiene of dormitory food court compared to women (p<0.05). Salty taste was the most important factor in evaluation of taste satisfaction, whereas sour taste was opposite. The reason for taste dissatisfaction in the dormitory food court was not salty enough, and it may be related with their eating habits. The results show that students need education for adequate knowledge and information about the relationship between health and nutrition.

        Endocrine system of hormones is the critical factor for the development of testes. The levels of hormones are orchestrated by a positive or negative feedback system controlled by the hyphothalamic-pituitary-gonad axis. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of unbalanced endocrine system induced by the hemi-castration on testicular development in stallions. Four Thoroughbred stallions (age ranging from 3 to 5 yr) were used in this study. To disturb endocrine system, hemicastration has been performed on the stallions. Several parameters including testicular weight, volume, germ cell population on the cross-sections of round tubule, and the area of seminiferous tubules of stallion testes collected at the 1st hemi-castration and the 2nd hemi-castration (about 1 year after 1st hemi-castration) were compared. Testosterone levels were compared for 3 weeks before, after 1st castration, and before 2nd castration using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) analysis. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) procedure was conducted to compare germ cell populations between after 1st and 2nd castration using VASA antibody. The VASA positive cell population per a cross section of round seminiferous tubule was obtained by monitoring 100 tubules. Interestingly, the weight of testes obtained at 2nd hemi-castration (384±14 g) were significantly higher compared to that of testes collected at the 1st hemi-castration (288±34 g). The volume of testes (306±34 ml) collected at the 2nd hemi-castration was higher than that of testes (169±18 ml) collected at the 1st castration. In contrast, VASA positive germ cell population on the cross section of round tubule (124.9±12.4 vs 142.9±21.6) and the area of round tubule (124±9.7 vs 122.9±1.7 mm2) were not different after 1st castration and 2nd castration. the testosterone levels in the blood collected before, after 1st castration, and before 2nd castration were not significantly different. In conclusion, the hemi-castration induces testicular development to maintain the normal reproductive systems in stallions.

        Zika virus, mosquito-borne disease, caused by mosquitoes has been increased the importance. From March to September, twice a month from 7 different points (3 residential areas, 3 migratory bird sanctuary and 1 cattle shed) were collected using BG trap and BL trap. After identifying the mosquitoes collected, we confirmed the virus infection. Total 26,531 mosquitoes (6 genus 9 species) were collected, virus has been detected from the 3 species (Aedes vexans, Cuilex tritaeniorhynchus, and Amigeres subalbatus) of mosquitoes of them. It showed the highest peak in August, and then gradually decreased. The most common mosquito species was collected Aedes vexan (16,637) in the cattle shed.

        PURPOSES : In this study, noise reduction effect of a two-layer porous asphalt pavement was investigated through site measurement and computer simulation. METHODS: To examine noise reduction effect, a 3 km long quiet pavement was installed by removing previous normal pavement, which had a rather low porosity. The studied site was a high-rise apartment building surrounded by the quiet pavement and Seoul ring road with heavy traffic volume, indicating relatively high background noise. RESULTS: The measurement result before and after installing the quiet pavement showed a noise reduction effect of 4.3 dB(A) at a distance of 7.5 m from the road. After validating the accuracy of simulation using SoundPLAN, the reduction in SPL(sound pressure level) at the facades by the quiet pavement was predicted by considering five different road conditions generating traffic noise from each road or in the combination of the quiet pavement and Seoul ring road. In the case of no noise from Seoul ring road, noise reduction at the facades was 4.2 dB(A) on average for 702 housing units. With background noise from Seoul ring road, however, the average SPL decreased to 2.0 dB(A). Regarding subjective response of noise, the number of housing units with a noise reduction of over 3 dB(A) was 229 out of 706 units (approximately 32%). For 77 housing units, the noise reduction was between 1~3 dB(A), while it was less than 1 dB(A) for 400 housing units. CONCLUSIONS: The overall result indicates that the quiet pavement is useful to reduce noise evenly at low and high floors compared to noise barriers, especially in the urban situation where background noise is low.

        Nine species of fossil plants were described based on the new material collected from the Hasandong Formation. They are as follows: Thallites yabei, Onychiopsis elongata, Cladophlebis denticulata, C. shinshuensis, C. (Eboracia ?) lobifolia, C. (Klukia ?) koraiensis, Brachyphyllum japonicum, Elatocladus tennerima, and Taeniopteris ? sp. cf. T. auriculata. The floristic composition of the Hasandong flora is very similar to that of the Nakdong flora. This means that both floras might have flourished under subtropical warm arid climate. This flora contains both the Tetori-type and Ryoseki-type floras. It is considered that the Hasandong flora is a member of the Mixed-type floras that existed in eastern Eurasia during the Late Jurassic to Early Cretaceous time.

        Although chemical fertilizers have a quick effect and broad applicability to agricultural fields, they have caused many problems like increasing soil acidity or decreasing soil organic matters. Environmental-friendly agriculture has been attempted in various ways such as organic agriculture, natural farming, low input and sustainable agriculture. The common interest of all environmental-friendly systems is to decrease burden to agricultural environment by low input of agricultural labor and materials. This study was conducted to estimate overwintering capacity and genetic distance among Chinese Milk Vetch (Astragalus sinicus, CMV) collections based on morphological characteristics and AFLP (Amplified fragment length polymorphism) analysis. Furthermore, the effect of CMV as green manure was observed in mix-cultured paddy fields with rice, sesame and sweet-potato. An another objective of this study was also to compare the pattern of weed occurrence in paddy fields with or without CMV and different rice transplanting times. The CMV collected from Paju district in central region of Korea was successively occurring through self-reseeding without artificial management. However, there was no noticeable difference in growth habit between Paju native CMV and introduced CMV from China which is currently used in farm fields. On the basis of multi-dimensional scaling and tree analyses, there are no significant difference of agricultural growth characteristics among Paju and chinese collections only excepting leaf angle and root length. The flowering time of Gurye collection was fast for 1 week as compared to other collections. AFLP that was commonly used for plant classfication, was applied to exam the genetic variation of CMV collections. Total 579 PCR products and 336 polymorphic fragments were generated using 8 primer pairs.

        The objective of this study is to investigate patent trends of Daegu city which tries to introduce environment friendly energy and to develop new technology or new industry sprung from technology convergence on smart decentralized energy technology and other technologies. After applying network analysis to corresponding groups of technology or industry convergence, strategy for future energy convergence industry is provided. Patent data applied in Daegu city area are used to obtain research goal. The technology which contains several IPC codes (IPC Co-occurrence) is considered as a convergence technology. Path finder network analysis is used for visualizing and grouping by using IPC codes. The analysis results categorized 13 groups in energy convergence industry and reclassified them into 3 cluster groups (Smart Energy Product Production Technology Group, Smart Energy Convergence Supply Technology Group, Smart Energy Indirect Application Technology Group) considering the technical characteristics and policy direction. Also, energy industry has evolved rapidly by technological convergence with other industries. Especially, it has been converged with IT industry, and there is a trend that energy industry will be converged with service industry and manufacturing industry such as textile, automobile parts, mechanics, and logistics by employing infrastructure as well as network. Based on the research results on core patent technology, convergence technology and inter-industry analysis, the direction of core technology research and development as well as evolution on decentralized energy industry is identified. By using research design and methodology in this study, the trend of convergence technology is investigated based on objective data (patent data). Above all, we can easily confirm the core technology in the local industry by analyzing the industrial competitiveness in the macro level. Based on this, we can identify convergence industry and technology by performing the technological convergence analysis in the micro level. 1

        To understand size fractioned chlorophyll a and material cycles of coastal ecosystem in Uljin marine ranching area (JMRA) of East Sea, 4 times of survey were conducted from April to November 2008. Picoplankton, nanoplankton and netplankton in the surface of UMRA fluctuated with an annual mean of 0.26 μg L-1 between the lowest value of 0.03 μg L-1 and the highest value of 0.87 μg L-1, annual mean 1.32 μg L-1 between 0.11 μg L-1 and 5.60 μg L-1, annual mean 0.45 μg L-1 between no detected (nd) and 4.68 μg L-1, respectively. And the relative ratio of picoplankton, nanoplankton and netplanktons on the phytoplankton biomass was on annual average 12.9%, 65.0% and 22.1%, respectively. The 10 m layer was similar to the surface. The relative ratio of pico- and nano-plankton was higher throughout the year. That is, the material cycle of UMRA consists of a microbial food web rather than traditional food chain at a lower trophic levels. Primary production is deemed to have a higher possibility of being adjusted by top-down dynamics, such as micro-zooplankton grazing pressure rather than nutrients supply.

        온실에서 재배되는 어윈 망고는 그 수관이 복잡하여 생육을 정확하게 진단할 수 있는 생육 지표 결정이 어렵다. 엽면적, 엽생체중과 엽건물중은 생육을 진단할 수 있는 지표이며, 이를 비파괴적으로 추정할 수 있는 모델 확립이 필요하다. 본 연구의 목표는 어윈 망고 (Mangifera indica L. cv. Irwin)의 엽장, 엽폭, 엽병장, SPAD 값 등의 비파괴적 생육지표를 이용하여 엽면적, 엽생체중과 엽건물중을 추정하는 모델을 확립하는 것이다. 6년생 어윈 망고의 성엽에 대하여 엽장, 엽폭, 엽병장과 SPAD 값을 측정하였으며, 이에 따른 엽면적, 엽생체중과 엽건물중을 측정하였다. 기존에 사용되는 모델식 중에서 14종의 모델을 선정하였으며, 회귀분석을 통해 각 모델의 계수를 추정하였다. 이중에서 높은 R2 과 낮은 평균제곱근오차 값을 보이는 세 모델식에 대하여 검증한 결과, R2 값은 각각 0.967과 0.743, 0.567로 나타나 신뢰성이 있다고 판단되었다. 이러한 방법은 작물의 생육 지표로 편리하게 추정하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다.

        Currently the forest area is 6,370,000 hectare (ha) which occupies 63.7% in Korea. The forest has good functions such as production of forest products, conservation of national land, prevention of disasters, etc. However constructing houses near the forest area make bad situation like illegal waste incineration by resident. So research subject is forest fire caused by waste incineration place including facility. And this study was conducted about statistical analysis and research analysis of the 100 waste incineration places including facilities at the country town. Statistical analysis shows that March is 27% which percentage is the highest number of forest fire in 10 years’ average. The number of forest fire caused by waste incineration is 45 which is the third highest number in the fire statistic. The distance between waste incineration place including facility and forest area is 30m, 40m and 50m. That 40m (36%) is the most common distance from forest area. The types of waste incineration are ground (62%), the temporary facility made with oil drum can (35%) and other made with steel sheet, concrete, etc. The result of this study is that government and local government must conduct the improvement measure to reduce illegal incineration such as waste pickup area made with rain and wind proof type installed near residence, expenses for waste treatment, enlightenment and training, etc. Also considering their age and income are needed for realistic improvement.

        The survey was conducted to investigate biomass and distribution of fisheries resources using a quantitative echo sounder and a fixed gillnet around Marado coast of Jeju to obtain the scientific basic data for dispute resolution with a large purse seine fishery and coastal fishing and policy establishment of reasonable fisheries resources. Hydroacoustic surveys were conducted six times (November 28~29, 2015 (night), February 23~24, 2016 (night) and March 3~4, 2016 (night/day), March 30~31, 2016 (night/day)) using a quantitative echo sounder. The pelagic fish densities were relatively higher around Marado in November 2015, February 2016 and March 3~4, 2016. However, demersal fish densities were relatively higher in Jeju coastal waters on March 30~31, 2016. Catch data using fixed gill net were used to calculate biomass. Based on the hydroacoustic data, fish length-weight function and target strength information of dominant fish, the biomass of fishes were estimated as follow: 5.64 ton CV = 70.2% at night on November 28-29 2015, 7.14 ton CV = 35.8% of pelagic fish and 530.77 ton CV = 34.6% of demersal fishes at night on February 23-24 2016, 2.34 ton CV = 56.7% of pelagic fish and 571.93 ton CV = 40.3% of demersal fish at daytime, 1.39 ton CV = 48.4% of pelagic fish and 194.59 ton CV = 54.3% of demersal fish at night on March 3~4 2016, 0.37 ton CV = 72.9% of pelagic fish and 338.79 ton CV = 99.7% of demersal fish at daytime, 0.24 ton CV = 21.3% of pelagic fish and 68.61 ton CV = 53.8% of demersal fish at night on March 30~31 2016.
