The family Erebidae (Lepidoptera, Noctuoidea) is one of four quadrifid noctuoid families recently redefined by Zahiri et al. (2011) and Zaspel et al. (2012). Fibiger and Lafontaine (2005) verified the monophyly of Erebidae in terms of morphology but retained Arctiidae and Lymantriidae as separate families. These two groups were readjusted as erebid subfamilies in the latest phylogeny of Noctuoidea (Zahiri et al., 2011), and by van Nieukerken et al. (2011). Erebidae, as currently defined comprises 1760 genera and 24.569 species (van Nieukerken et al., 2011), representing the largest family of the Lepidoptera. The quadrifid Noctuoidea describes taxa in which forewing vein M2 arises closer to the origin of M3 than M1, in the lower part of the discal cell, so that the cubital vein appears to be four-branched; M2 in the hindwing is present giving vein Cu a four-branched appearance. Taxonomic study of the Arctiidae in Cambodia has been done by a few foreign entomologists. As the results of this study, about 98 species of 45 genera belonging to Arctiidae were recorded from Cambodia, most of them are recorded for the first time in Cambodia.

AlN epilayers were grown on a c-plane sapphire substrate using hydride vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE). A series of AlN epilayers were grown at 1120˚C with V/III ratios 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5, and the influence of V/III ratio on their properties was investigated. As the V/III ratio was increased, the surface roughness (RMS roughness), Raman shift of E2 high peaks and full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) of symmetrical (002) & asymmetrical (102) of the AlN epilayers increased. However, the intensities of the Raman E2 high peaks were reduced. This indicates that the crystal quality of the grown AlN epilayers was degraded by activation of the parasitic reaction as the V/III ratio was increased. Smooth surface, stress free and high crystal quality AlN epilayers were obtained at the V/III ratio of 1.5. The crystal quality of AlNepilayers is worsened by the promotion of three-dimensional (3D) growth mode when the flow of NH3 is high.

Apolipophorin III (apoLp-III) is a well-known hemolymph protein having a functional role in lipid transport and immune response of insects. We cloned full-length cDNA encoding putative apoLp-III from larvae of the coleopteran beetle, Tenebrio molitor (TmapoLp-III), by identification of clones corresponding to the partial sequence of TmapoLp-III, subsequently followed with full length sequencing by a clone-by-clone primer walking method. The complete cDNA consists of 890 nucleotides, including an ORF encoding 196 amino acid residues. Excluding a putative signal peptide of the first 20 amino acid residues, the 176-residue mature apoLp-III has a calculated molecular mass of 19,146 Da. Genomic sequence analysis with respect to its cDNA showed that TmapoLp-III was organized into four exons interrupted by three introns. Several immune-related transcription factor binding sites were discovered in the putative 5’-flanking region. BLAST and phylogenetic analysis reveals that TmapoLp-III has high sequence identity (88%) with Tribolium castaneum apoLp-III but shares little sequence homologies (<26%) with other apoLp-IIIs. Homology modeling of Tm apoLp-III shows a bundle of five amphipathic helices, including a short helix 3’. The ‘helix-short helix-helix’ motif was predicted to be implicated in lipid binding interactions, through reversible conformational changes and accommodating the hydrophobic residues to the exterior for stability. Highest level of TmapoLp-III mRNA was detected at late pupal stages, albeit it is expressed in the larval and adult stages at lower levels. The tissue specific expression of the transcripts showed significantly higher numbers in larval fat body and adult integument. In addition, TmapoLp-III mRNA was found to be highly up-regulated in late stages of L. monocytogenes or E. coli challenge. These results indicate that TmapoLp-III may play an important role in innate immune responses against bacterial pathogens in T. molitor.

예이츠는 『비전』의 제 3권 ｢심판받는 영혼｣에서 생과 사의 경계선에서의 6가지의 단계를 묘사하고 있다. 그의 진정한 목표는 이미 선험적으로 결정지어진 “존재의 통일에 이르는 길,” 더 나아가서는 “문화의 통일” 또는 “다문화”와 “초국가”의 길에 이르는 연단의 문제였고, 결국 보편적인 영혼의 초문화/초국가적인 시학의 지형도를 그려내는 작업이었다. 이미 먼저 온 “앞선 미래”의 영혼의 눈은 초국가주의 시학을 예견하고 있었고, 예이츠의 ｢심판받는 영혼｣은 바로 이 시학의 중핵을 이루는 중요한 증언이 되고 있다.

Cambodia covers an area of 181,035 sq km, among them, forests cover 53 percent, so there are abundant Insect diversities. Collecting expeditions of Insect were conducted several times from 2009 to 2010 (09. 7.2-7.11, 10.16-22, 12.25-12.30, 10. 4. 30-5.6) in Cambodia sponsored by Natioanl Biological Resources, Korea. Central Cadamon Protected Forest (N 11 41' 13" E 103 26' 31.3"), Seima Biodiversity Conservation Area (N 12° 08' 20.8", E 106 55' 2.7") and Prov. Pursat, Roveang (N 12° 19' 06.5", E 103° 3' 03.8") were main area surveyed by pitfall trap, light trap and sweeping, searching etc. Numerous individuals were collected and more than 150 species belonging to 40 families were founded, among them, there were lots of new and new recorded species. Among Cambodian insects, species of Lepidoptera, Coleoptra and Hymenoptera were preferentially introduced in here. The photos for species of dominant, rare, new and new recorded were provided, and also collecting sites and activities were presented.

목적 : 본 연구는 한국형 발달프로파일-Ⅲ(K-DP-Ⅲ) 국내의 실정에 맞게 표준화하기 위한 예비연구로, 전문가들의 논의를 거쳐 한글로 문항을 번역하고 한국 실정에 맞게 수정하여 K-DP-Ⅲ를 개발하고, 이에 대한 신뢰도와 타당도를 제시하고자 시행되었다. 연구 방법 : 아동전문가들의 번역과 관련 전문가들의 고증을 거쳐 한국형 발달프로파일-Ⅲ를 개발하였으며, 2009년 11월 5일부터 동년 11월 10일까지 두 개 도시(서울, 원주)에서 3세부터 5세까지 정상발달을 보이는 아동 49명을 대상으로 신뢰도와 타당도 검증을 실시하였다. 한국형 발달프로파일-Ⅲ의 타당도 비교에는 한국판 덴버발달선별검사Ⅱ(K-DDST-Ⅱ)와 한국판 적응행동척도(K-ABS)를 사용하였다. 결과 : 평가결과 한국형 발달프로파일-Ⅲ의 신뢰도는 .86􀅭.90로 조사되었으며, K-DDST-Ⅱ와 K-ABS와의 항목별 상관관계에서도 높은 수준의 상관관계를 보여 타당도가 높은 평가도구임을 확인하였다. 결론 : 본 예비 연구를 통하여 한국형 발달프로파일-Ⅲ는 아동의 발달을 평가하는데 있어 신뢰할만하고 타당한 평가도구임을 검증 하였다.

Apolipophorin-III (apoLp-III) is a hemolymph protein whose function is to facilitate lipid transport in an aqueous medium in insects. Recently, apolipophorin-III in Galleria mellonella and Hyphantria cunea was shown to play an unexpected role in insect immune activation. We show here a novel possible function/role of the apoLp-III in insects. To investigate the genes which have a relationship with apoLp-III in fall webworm larvae, we reduced endogenous Hc apoLp-III mRNA levels in larvae via RNA interference (RNAi). The RNAi-mediated Hc apoLp-III reduction resulted in the reduction of antioxidants, like MnSOD, catalase, and glutathione S transferase as well as immune proteins. In particular, expression of MnSOD commonly decreased in fat body, midgut, and hemocytes following the knockdown of Hc apoLp-III, which induced an elevated level of superoxide anion in Hyphantria cunea larvae. The observed effect of Hc apoLp-III RNAi suggests that Hc apoLp-III is related to the action/expression of antioxidants, especially MnSOD.

본 실험은 국내 고추종자 12 품종을 대상으로 SMP 처리시 최적의 발아온도와 건조기간을 구명하고, 3 종류의 종자처리기술을 적용하여 고추종자의 입모율과 수확량을 비교하고자 하였다. 발아온도에 따른 결과는 무처리 종자가 15℃에서 12 품종 모두 전혀 발아가 되지 않았다. SMP 처리종자는 발아율이 77(여명)∼100%(대왕)로 높았으며, 15℃ 여명품종의 77%와 35℃의 부강품종 85%를 제외한 나머지 품종은 모든 온도에서 93% 이상으로 높은 경향이었다. 건조조건은 45℃에서 3시간이 적절한 품종으로 금수레, 동방, 종가네, 향촌, 여명, 광복, 왕 품종이었으며, 35℃에서 6 시간이 적절한 품종은 마니따, 조양 품종이었고, 25℃에서 12시간이 적절하다고 판단된 품종은 부강, 다보탑, 대왕 품종이었다. 건조기간에 따른 고추종자의 수분 함수율 변화는 품종마다 다소 차이는 있겠으나, 45℃에서 3∼6시간으로 판단되었다. SMP, osmopriming, pH조절처리에 따른 입묘율을 비교한 결과 낮은 입모율을 보이는 처리는 향촌품종의 pH 조절처리, 다보품종은 무처리, osmopriming 처리였다. 또한 광복품종은 입모율이 낮았고, 대왕품종은 다른 품종에 비해 양호한 경향이었다. 정식 후 90일째 수량에서 무처리가 낮은 경향이었으며, 결주율 또한 높게 나타났다. 품종에 따라 수량의 차이는 있었으며, pH 조절과 osmopriming의 처리 또한 모든 품종에서 안정된 입모율을 보이는 것은 아니었다. 결론적으로 SMP 처리조건은 모든 품종에서 안정된 입모의 확보를 가져올 수 있었으며, 다양한 환경조건에서 반복적인 연구가 진행되어야 할 것으로 사료되었다.

Various silanes, amino silane, vinyl silane, sulfur silane (TESPD), and ZS (TESPD/zinc soap complex), are added into chlorinated isobutylene-isoprene copolymer (CIIR)/soft clay/carbon black (CB) and CIIR/hard clay/CB compounds and they are investigated with respect to the vulcanization characteristics, the processability, and the mechanical properties. Comparing hard clay and soft clay filled compounds, hard clay (Suprex) filled system shows a higher die C tear than the soft clay (GK) filled one. The other properties (Mooney, extrusion torque/pressure, torque rise (MH-ML), modulus at 300%) are close to each other. Among various silanes, the ZS treated hard clay (Suprex) compound shows the highest mechanical property following hard clay(S)/vinyl silane(V) and soft clay(GK)/vinyl silane(V) compounds. The TESPD and the ZS effectively helps a formation of a strong 3-dimensional network structure between silica and CIIR via coupling reaction due to bifunctional nature of TESPD. In addition to that, the ZS added compounds show both a better processability and mechanical properties compared to the S2 ones at low concentration due to improved compatibility between zinc soap and CIIR matrix. Only the ZS added compound shows both improved processabilities (Mooney, Extrusion torque-& pressure) and improved mechanical properties (degree of crosslinking, elongation modulus, tear, and fatigue to failure counts) on both CIIR/hard clay/CB and CIIR/soft clay/CB compounds.

목적 : 본 연구에서는 SCIM III를 국내에 소개하고 SCIM III의 검사자간 신뢰도와 타당도를 제시하고자 시행되었다. 연구방법 : 척수손상 환자 31명을 대상으로 두 명의 검사자가 SCIM III을 시행하여 검사자간 일치율과 Kappa계수를 통하여 검사자간 신뢰도를 제시하였고, SCIM III과 더불어 FIM평가를 동시에 실시하여 그 상관관계를 제시함으로써 공인타당도를 구하였다. 결과 : 본 연구 결과 SCIM III의 두 검사자간 일치율은 67%이상이었으며, 19개 세부항목 중 16개 항목은 80%이상이었다. 또한 SCIM III에서 Kappa 계수의 범위는 .62～1.00이었다. 첫 번째 검사자와 두 번째 검사자에 의한 SCIM III와 FIM 총점간 상관계수는 각각 .97, .98로 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 결론 : 척수손상환자의 일상생활동작을 평가하기 위한 SCIM III의 검사자간 신뢰도와 공인타당도는 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 추후 검사-재검사 신뢰도, 문항의 난이도와 척도의 적합성을 확립한다면 앞으로 국내에서 SCIM III의 활용이 가능할 것이다.
