본 연구는 모바일 게임 플랫폼에서 게임 품질에 대한 정보의 비대칭을 해결하기 위해 게임이용자들이 사용하는 시그널에 대한 질적 연구이다. 시그널 이론을 바탕으로 인터넷 문화기술지 방법을 이용하여 데이터를 수집하였다. 연구결과로 시그널 유형에는 플랫폼 기반의 소비자 참여도가 높은 시그널, 플랫폼 기반의 소비자 참여도가 낮은 시그널, 게임회사 기반의 소비자 참여도가 높은 시그널, 게임회사 기반의 소비자 참여도가 낮은 시그널이 있다. 시그널을 이용한 게임 이용자들의 의사결정의 특징은 첫째, 순위와 다운로드 수는 게임이용자들의 판단의 기준이 되며 둘째, 게임 마케팅 플랫폼은 또 하나의 시그널이 될 수 있으며 마지막으로 게임이용자가 선호하는 시그널은 게임이용 목적이나 행태에 따라 다르다는 것이다.

본 연구에서는 임진강 상류유역과 같이 수리수문학적 분석에 필요한 측정데이터가 존재하지 않거나 혹은 데이터의 확보가 어려운 유역에 대하여 위성 데이터와 데이터 기반 모형을 활용하여 유출량을 산정하였다. SDF 시그널(Satellite-derived Flow Signal)은 하도내의 유량변화에 따른 하천 폭의 변화를 반영할 수 있다고 알려져 있으며, 그 상관관계는 하도단면의 형태와 밀접한 관계가 있다. SDF 시그널 데이터와 유출량 간의 비선형 상 관관계를 반영할 수 있는 인공신경망 모형을 활용하여, 모형의 입력변수인 SDF 시그널 데이터로부터 임진강의 임진교 지점에서의 유출량을 추정 하였다. 15개의 위성 이미지 픽셀의 SDF 시그널 값이 0~10일의 lag가 되어 활용되었으며, lag된 데이터를 포함하여 총 150개의 변수 중 유출량 과 가장 큰 관계가 있는 변수 선정을 위해 PMI(Partial Mutual Information) 기법이 활용되었다. 인공신경망 모형을 통해 산정된 유출량은 임진교 에서 측정된 지점 유출량과 비교·분석되었으며, 학습(training)과 검증(validation)을 통한 상관계수는 각각 0.86, 0.72로 좋은 결과를 보여주었 다. 추가적으로 SDF 시그널 데이터 외에 임진교의 1일 전 측정유량이 인공신경망 입력변수로 추가되었을 때 상관계수가 0.90, 0.83으로 증가함을 보였다. 결과로부터 계측수문자료가 부족하거나 접근 불가능한 유역에 대하여 하천 유량 변화에 대한 추정치인 SDF 시그널 데이터와 지상 데이터 가 결합되었을 때 신뢰성 높은 유역의 유출량을 산정할 수 있으며, 큰 유량이 발생하는 홍수사상에 대해서도 첨두 유량과 첨두 발생시간을 잘 모의 할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 향후 위성 데이터와 지점 데이터를 활용하여 미계측 유역의 홍수발생에 대하여 높은 정확도로 예측 가능할 것으로 기대 한다.

The signal characteristic of radar wave on concrete decks is determined by the attenuation of the radar due to the conversion of EM(Electromagnetic) energy to thermal energy through electrical conduction, dielectric relaxation, scattering, and geometric spreading. In this study, it is found that the attenuation of radar signal received on top rebars in bare deck concrete with 2 way travel time shows a general decreasing linear trend because of its same relative permittivity and conductivity. The radar signal after depth-normalization, can then be interpreted as being principally influenced by the content of chlorides penetrating cover concrete, which caused corrosion of rebars in bridge decks.

For purposes of studying intron structures and predicting consensus splice motifs, a total of 102 legume species were used to isolate introns across the family. Of 196 gene-targeted PCR primer pairs, we successfully amplified 118 intron-containing genes (60.2%) and obtained a total of 1,870 introns with an average size of 143 nucleotides. Species-based compilation of 5’- and 3’-splicing motifs showed lineage-specific conservation in each splicing motif. Compilation of the entire intron set permitted prediction of the consensus sequences of splicing signal motifs in legumes, AYGWGTABABGH and TVNC/TAGGHTV for the 5’- and 3’-splicing motifs, respectively. Interestingly, these consensus motifs are very similar to the corresponding splicing signals of two model systems, Arabidopsis and rice. This result is suggestive of conservation of pre-mRNA splicing mechanisms in higher plants. Multiple alignments of CALTL introns demonstrated that the region from the branch point to 3’ splice site was relatively more conserved than the region from5’ splice site to the branch point. Phylogenetic analysis demonstrated that each of three splicing motifs, 5’-splice sites, 3’-splice sits, and branch site, was relevant to evolutionary divergence of species and phylogenetically informative, suggesting that splice signal sequences would be useful as a potential tool for the molecular phylogenetic analysis.

뇌파 및 심전도 생체신호를 복합적으로 이용한 감정인식을 통한 실시간 사용자 인터페이스를 제안한다. 기존에 뇌파를 통한 감정인식의 문제점이었던 낮은 정확도를 개선하기 위해 뇌파의 Theta, Alpha, Beta, Gamma의 상대파워 값과 심전도의 자율신경계 비율을 혼합하는 복합 생체 신호 감정 인식 시스템을 개발했다. 기쁨, 공포, 슬픔, 즐거움, 화남, 혐오에 해당하는 6가지 감 정을 인식하기 위해 사용자별 확률 값을 저장하는 데이터 맵을 생성하고, 채널에 대응하는 감 정 인식의 정확도를 향상시키기 위해 가중치를 갱신하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 또한 뇌파로 구 성된 단일 데이터와 뇌파/심전도 생체신호 복합 데이터의 실험 결과를 비교한 결과 23.77%의 정확도 증가를 보였다. 제안된 인터페이스 시스템은 높은 정확도를 통해 게임 및 스마트 공간 의 제어에 필요한 인터페이스로 기기에 활용이 가능할 것이다.

최근 우리나라는 기상이상으로 인한 자연재해 현상의 증가뿐만 아니라 다양한 인적 및 사회적 재난이 증가로 매년 다양한 종류의 재난으로 인한 피해를 입음에도 불구하고 교통공학적으로 대응측면에서의 연구가 다양화되어 있지 않아 도로 파손, 차단 등의 상황이 발생한 경우 원활한 교통운영이 어려워 주변 도로는 극심한 정체를 겪는다. 이러한 문제는 최근 증가추세를 보이며, 특히 2011년 7월 서울 및 수도권 폭우로 인해 우면산 산사태 발생, 강남 및 서초구 일대의 도로 침수 발생으로 이 주변 일대의 교통이 마비가 되는 현상이 반복적으로 발생하였다. 재난 발생시 교통문제 발생 요인으로는 도로 자체가 파괴되어 통행이 불가능하게 되는 경우, 도로가 폐쇄되어 통행이 불가능하게 되는 경우, 대량의 자동차가 한정된 도로에 집중되는 경우 등으로 이를 해결하기 위해서는 도로망의 차단, O/D 변화 등을 고려한 대피방안 연구가 필요하다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 재난 발생시 최단시간 내에 도시망을 대피할 수 있는 신호운영 기본 설계원칙을 세워 대피 및 우회차량의 대피경로를 분석하여 최적의 교통운영기법을 선정하고자 한다.

In order to produce a convenient robot for the aged and the lower limb disabled, it is needed for the research detecting implicit walking intention and controlling robot by a user's intention. In this study, we developed sensor module system to control the walking- assist robot using FSR sensor and tilt sensor, and analyzed the signals being acquired from two sensors. The sensor module system consisted of the assist device control unit, communication unit by wire/wireless, information collection unit, information operation unit, and information processing PC which handles integrated processing of assist device control. The FSR sensors attached user's the palm and the soles of foot are sensing force/pressure signals from these areas and are used for detecting the walking intention and states. The tilt sensor acquires roll and pitch signal from area of vertebrae lumbales and reflects the pose of the upper limb. We could recognize the more detailed user's walking intention such as 'start walking', ''start of right or left foot forward', and 'stop walking' by the combination of FSR and tilt signals can recognize.

The purpose of the study was to find out what the lavender aroma have an influence on changes in human brain electroencephalogram(EEG). We have conducted an experiment on 10 men and women in their twenties. After comparing digtal EEG(dEEG) with statistical EEG(SEEG) that put advantages of two methods together was applied to this experiment. The measurement was made through 19 channels using 32 channel digital EEG system, and it was made for 20 seconds with the sampling rate set to be 250 Hz. Then the part, which was not polluted by artifact, was adopted. After a clinician judged, the data without the artifact were gathered from the ones, which were measured 9 times in 19 channels, to construct statistical data base. Lavender fragrance had such an influence that δ wave was found in frontal lobe and temporal lobes of both side brains(FP1, FP2, T7, T8, F7, F8, C3, C4, Cz, F3, F4). This can be considered a characteristic of lavender, and more study on another effects of it should be continued. The influence of lavender aroma on human brain EEG will contribute to reducing the stress from which humans suffer.

본 연구는 선박용 레이더로부터 디지털 신호처리보드를 통하여 영상신호를 획득하고, 일련의 디지털 신호처리 및 영상신호 분석을 통하여 선박에서 실시간으로 파향 및 파장 등의 파랑정보를 측정하기 위한 기법을 개발하고자 하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 영상신호 분석영역 을 사용자가 직접 설정하는 기존의 방법을 개선하여 분석영역을 자동으로 설정하는 기법 및 2차원 이산 푸리에 변환을 이용한 파향분석 알고리즘에 대하여 논하였다. 그리고, 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 파향분석 알고리즘의 유효성을 검증하였고, 기초실험으로 다양한 해상환경에서 X밴드 레이더로 획득한 13개의 영상신호에 대하여 파향정보 분석 결과를 예시하였다.
