        PDP용 투명유전체 재료로 사용되는 PbO-B2O3-SiO2-Al2O3계의 소성과정 중에서 투명전극 (ITO)과의 반응성 및 광학적, 열적, 전기적 특성을 조사하였다. 본 연구에서 유전체막.두께는 12μm으로, 온도는 550-580˚C에서 소성한 후 여러 물성을 평가하였다 그 결과로, 유전체와 투명전극(ITO)의 반용에서, In 이온이 유전체층으로 확산이동하였으며, Sn 확산은 거의 발생하지 않았다. 선팽창계수, 유전상수, 유리전이온도,광 투과율은 유전체 조성의 PbO 양에 큰 영향을 받았다. PbO양 증가는 선팽창계수와 유전상수를 증가시킨 반면, 유리전이온도와 광 투과율온 저하시켰다. Al2O3/B2O3 비가 증가함에 따라서는 선팽창계수는 감소, 유전상수는 증가, 광 투과율은 감소하였으며, 유리 전이점 변화는 거의 나타나지 않았다.

        Drug delivery system(DDS) applied to various fields, such as medicine, cosmetics, agriculture and necessities of life. Among these application fields, DDS is often used as the method of drug dosage into the epidermic skin. We investigated characters of transdermal therapeutic system(TTS) and the skin permeability of that with applying DDS. Chitosan was selected as material of TTS. We investigated the permeation of chitosan ointment containing drug in rat skin using horizontal membrane cell model. Permeation properties of materials were investigated for water-soluble drug such as riboflavin in vitro. We used glycerin, PEG 600 and oleic acid as enhancers. Since dermis has more content water(hydration) than the stratum corneum, skin permeation rate at steady state was highly influenced when glycerin was used in water-soluble drug. The permeation rate of content enhancer and drug was found to be faster than that of content water-soluble drug only. These results showed that skin permeation rate of drug across the composite was manly dependent on the property of ointment base and drug. Proper selection of the polymeric materials which resemble and enhance properties of the delivering drug was found to be important in controlling the skin permeation rate.

        (Zr(sub)0.8Sn(sub)0.2)TiO4세라믹스와 소결조제로서 (B2O3.Li2O)의 첨가에 따른 마이크로파 유전특성 및 미세구조에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. 1.0 mol.% Sb2O(sub)5를 첨가하고 1300˚C에서 5시간 소결한 (Zr(sub)0.8Sn(sub)0.2)TiO4세라믹스의 경우 (B2O3.Li2O)첨가량 증가에 따라 치밀화 및 결정립 성장에 의해 유전상수와 Q.f값은 증가하여 첨가량이 0.35wt.%에서 최대값인 38과 59,000을 각각 나타내었으며, 0.50wt.% 이상 첨가한 경우에서는 제 2상의 생성으로 인하여 감소하였다. 1.0 mol% Sb2O(sub)5와 0.35wt.% (B2O3.Li2O)를 첨가한 (Zr(sub)0.8Sn(sub)0.2)TiO4세라믹스를 1250˚C와 1350˚C에서 5시간 소결한 경우에는 각각 미반응 TiO2의 존재와 과대입자성장에 의한 결정립내기공의 생성으로 인하여 마이크로파 유전특성은 저하되었다.

        We have observed the 10-9 transitions of HC3N and its 13C substitutes (H13CCCN,HC13CCN, and HCC13CN), and the vibration ally excited 12-11 (vr=1) HC3N transition toward the Sgr B2 molecular cloud. The observed HC3N emission shows an elongated shape around the Principal Cloud (~4.5 pc in R.A. × 7.4 pc in Decl.). The optically thin H13CCCN line peaks around the (N) core and we derive the total column density N(H13CCCN) = 4 ×10 13 cm-2 at this position. Toward the 2' N cloud which shows the peculiar chemistry, the HC3N lines show enhancements compared to the extended envelope. The shocks of the 2' N may have resulted in the enhancement of HC3N. The hot component of HC3N is strongly concentrated around the (N) core and its HPW is ~0.9 pc in diameter. We derive the lower limit of the abundance ratio N(HC3N)/N(H13CCCN) to be larger than 40 in most regions except the (M) and (N) cores. The fractionation processes of 13C at this region may not be as effective as previously reported.

        자체연소반응법에 의하여 탄화붕소(B4C)를 합성함에 있어서 자체적으로는 반응이 이루어지지 않아서 간접점화법인 화학로법(Chemical Furnace)으로 합성을 하였으며, 성형압력과 몰비를 변수로 하여 연소온도 및 연소속도의 변화를 측정하였다. 성형밀도가 이론밀도의 70%에서 연소온도와 연소속도가 가장 높았으며, 몰비에 대한 영향은 표준비였을 때 연소온도와 연소속도가 가장 높았다. 그리고 성형밀도에 따른 입자의 크기변화는 성형밀도가 높을수록 입자의 크기는 작아졌으며 따라서 비표면적은 커졌다.

        We have observed the emission of HC3N J=4-3, 5-4,10-9 and 12-11 transitions toward the Sgr B2 central region in an area of $150 with resolutions of 16'-48'. The intensities and central velocities of line profiles show significant variations with positions. In contrast to the intensities of the low J-level transitions which gradually increase from the central source toward the outside region, the HC3N emission of the high J-level transition become stronger toward 'the central radio continuum source MD5. Systematic change in the radial velocity of each line profile occurs along north-south direction. There are a few peaks in most line profiles, and these indicate that there are multiple velocity components along the line of sight. Distributions of excitation temperature and column density which were estimated from the excitation calculations show the existence of a small (1 X 2pc), hot (Tex>50K) core which contains two temperature peaks at-15' east and north of MD5. The column density of HC3N is (1-3)X1014cm-2 Column density at distant position from MD5 is larger than that in the central region. We have deduced that this 'hot-core' has a mass of 105M⊙, which is about an order of magnitude larger than those obtained by previous studies.

        We report the good results of two stage treatment in split depression type pilon fractures. A retrospective study of 9 cases among the 12 cases of split depression type pilon fractures from January 2009 to December 2015, who underwent two stage treatment of pilon fractures with minimum 24 months follow-up. And mean follow-up periods are 29 (24-41) months. In the first stage of the operation, reduction of articular surface using minial incision and external fixation were performed. As soft tissue heals, locking compression plate fixation was done with MIPO (Minimally Invasive Plate Osteosynthesis) technique. Radiographic evaluation was graded by the criteria of Burwell and Charnley. And functional assessment of ankle were evaluated by American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society ankle-hindfoot score. Fractures were united in all cases within 17 (12-24) weeks. Radiologic results were showed anatomical reduction in 8 cases and the mean AOFAS score is 87.8 (80-96). The mean range of ankle motion is 44 degree. There are one superficial wound complications and 3 cases of ankle osteoarthritis. Two stage treatment of split depression type pilon fractures is one of the good treatment methods, because of definitive second stage operation is more easier after first stage opertation designed to get early anatomical reduction, and shows good radiological and clinical outcomes.

        Purpose - The focus of this study is to investigate the structural influences such as brand value, relationship value, market orientation, long-term orientation, and performance. The effects of brand value and relationship value on the differences on transaction performance in b2b was investigated. Research design, data, and methodology - The subject of this study was a liquor and beverage distribution company that deals in b2b. The research hypothesis is based on literature of the preceding research analysis of brand value, relationship value, market orientation and long-term orientation. This study has constructs that was defined operationally by referencing previous studies. Operational questionnaire was used to investigate the target key staff who work in the liquor and beverage distribution company. 178 survey data were used for empirical analysis to prove the hypothesis. This study used structural equation techniques(AMOS) to prove the research hypothesis. Results – The main results of this empirical study were as follows. First, supplier’s brand awareness has a positive effect on market orientation, but did not affect long-term orientation. Brand awareness of suppliers indicates that they are not directly related to long-term orientation. Second, supplier’s brand image has a positive effect on market orientation and long-term orientation in b2b transaction. So, the brand image and reputation of the supplier suggest that it is important for the b2b transaction to have a market orientation tendency or a long-term orientation. Third, supplier’s relationship value has a positive effect on long-term orientation, but does not affect market orientation. Relationship value indicates that they are not directly related to market orientations of the buyer. Fourth, Market orientation has a positive effect on long-term orientation and marketing performance and long-term orientation has a positive effect on marketing performance in b2b. Additionally, the buyers market and long term orientation are important factors in marketing performance in b2b. ’ Conclusions – Based on empirical results, this study confirmed that brand image rather than brand awareness positively influenced long-term orientation as well as market orientation in b2b. Relationship value can be found in transactions, which is important for long-term orientation. Especially, these findings are suggestive in the consumer goods distribution market.

        Ricinus communis, belongs to the family Euphorbiaceae, has been known as medicinal plants for treatment of inflammation, tumors, antidiabetic, hepatoprotective and laxative. Compared to many pharmacological studies, the effect of R. communis extract on regulating adipogenesis as therapeutic drug for treating obesity has not been reported. R. communis extract (RCE) was investigated to determine its effects on the adipogenesis by monitoring the status of Wnt/β-catenin signaling and factors involving the differentiation of adipocytes. The differentiation of 3T3-L1 cells monitored by Oil Red O staining was inhibited in concentration dependent manner by RCE. The luciferase activity of HEK 293-TOP cells containing pTOPFlash with Tcf4 response element-luciferase gene was increased approximately 2-folds by the treatment of RCE at concentrations of 100 μg/mL compared to the control. Activation of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway by RCE was further confirmed by immunocytochemical analysis which shows an increment of nuclear localization of β-catenin. In addition, safety of RCE was verified through performing neural stem cell morphology assay. Among the identified flavonoids in RCE, isoquercitrin was the most abundant. Therefore, these results indicate that the adipocyte differentiation was significantly reduced by isoquercitrin in R. communis. In this study, RCE suppresses the adipogenesis of 3T3-L1 cells via the activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling.

        The perturbation of the steady state of reactive oxygen species due to biotic and abiotic stresses in a plant could lead to protein denaturation through the modification of amino acid residues, including the oxidation of methionine residues. Methionine sulfoxide reductases (MSRs) catalyze the reduction of methionine sulfoxide back to the methionine residue. To assess the role of this enzyme, we generated transgenic rice using a pepper CaMSRB2 gene under the control of the rice Rab21 promoter with/without a selection marker, the bar gene. A drought resistance test on transgenic plants showed that CaMSRB2 confers drought tolerance to rice, as evidenced by less oxidative stress symptoms and a strengthened PSII quantum yield under stress conditions, and increased survival rate and chlorophyll index after the re-watering. The results from immunoblotting using a methionine sulfoxide antibody and nano-LC-MS/MS spectrometry suggest that porphobilinogen deaminase (PBGD), which is involved in chlorophyll synthesis, is a putative target of CaMSRB2. The oxidized methionine content of PBGD expressed in E. coli increased in the presence of H2O2, and the Met-95 and Met-227 residues of PBGD were reduced by CaMSRB2 in the presence of dithiothreitol. An expression profiling analysis of the overexpression lines also suggested that photosystems are less severely affected by drought stress.         소매화원중 택배·탁송 유통 경험이 있는 대상자를 선정하여 설문조사한 결과 운송 배달 수단으로서의 택배 서비스가 차지하는 부분이 더욱 커질 것으로 나타났다. 현재 택배업체와 탁송 직원은 신속한 배송이 중요한 업무이지만, 화훼류와 같은 물품에 대해서는 특별한 취급 방법이 추가로 요구되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 현재 일반 택배업체는 구조적으로 화훼류 유통에 최적이지 않다는 것과, 택배회사의 직원 교육이나 택배 차량의 시설 개선보다는, 화훼류 전문 택배업체 지정의 필요성을 알 수 있었다.
