A two-dimensional land and sea breeze model has been used for the investigation of the circulation over Cheju Island. The model which has different diffusion coefficients for the heat and for the momentum transfer is subdivided into two layers: the surface layer and Ekman layer. A Z^* coordinate system and non-uniform mesh have been applied for the model simulation. From the model simulation, we were able to conclude that low-level wind was much stronger over Cheju city than over Seoguipo city during sea breeze, and vice versa during land breeze. The sea breeze circulation was distinctive over Seoguipo area, and weak land breeze circulation was seen over Cheju area. Meanwhile sea breeze and land breeze circulations over Cheju and Seoguipo area, respectively, were not found in the model simulation.
An emphasized analysis and reviews on the progress of pesticide managements for the past 10 years through the statistics in Korea are summarized in this continued studies in connection with the fundmental aspects and direction of advanced pesticide industry and improved plantprotection policies for 1980's. Remarkable development and changes are observed in the plant species and varieties, plantation practices and production techniques as well as pest infestations and controls in the last decade, but no normal achievement and operations are recognised on the pesticide management and marketing system especially. Realistic plant protection adminstration and pesticide regulations in accordance to the industrial modernization and pest management advancement must be adjusted in accordance with national economic progress and desirable agricultural structure for 1980's. Special considerations are stated on the strengthening of research and inspection program for the quality products and control with the efficacy and safety use of pesticides. More serious attentions are noted on the over production and flooded stocks under struggled market demands and sales competitions with lethal financial difficulties by producers. Through the status analyzed for the last decade, the integrated past management and cooperative basic control pattern under positive self-forecasting system by farmers are also urged for the effective and economic pest control measures. The problems and solutions discussed here ell the advanced pesticide management as well as the cooperation on the self-ordered quality control and market managing systems in 1980's as it is a desired projection for the further improvement. Most of outstanding and necessary statistics and data in the past decade are also summarized here for references in connection with the previous report.
본 연구에서는 4대강 살리기 사업 후 퇴적현상이 지배적으로 발생하는 남한강과 섬강 합류부 구간을 대상으로 2차원 수치모형인 CCHE2D 모형을 이용하여 하천의 흐름 및 하상변동에 대한 해석을 수행하였다. 대상지점 합류부는 남한강 본류의 만곡부에 지류 섬강이 유입되는 특성을 갖는다. CCHE2D 모형은 비평형 유사이송을 해석하며 소류사와 부유사 조정거리가 중요한 입력변수로 대상지점에서는 소류사 조정거리가 하상변동에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 수치모의 결과 유량비(Qr) 변화가 남한강과 섬강 합류부 지점에서 흐름 및 하상변동에 영향을 미쳤으며, Qr≤ 2.5인 경우에는 합류전 본류의 유속이 증가하여 흐름박리구역을 감소시켰으며 이로 인해 합류부 내측의 퇴적이 감소하였다. Qr>2.5이면 합류부 구간에 퇴적이 증가하여 사주가 형성될 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 수치모의를 통해 2013년에 발생한 유량비 변화에 의해 합류부에 고정사 주가 형성된 것을 알 수 있었다.
관망의 해석은 관망의 설치, 운영에서 매우 중요한 요소이다. 이를 위한 연구 방법은 1차원 모형과 3차원 모형이 있으나 각각은 정확도와 계산속도의 면에서 관망 해석에 장점과 한계점을 보인다. 2차원 모형의 경우 1차원 모형과 달리 난류 점성을 이용하여 보다 정확한 마찰을 모의할 수 있게 하는데, 이때 사용되는 난류 점성을 모의하는 모형은 Five-Region Turbulence Model을 이용하였다. 그러나 이들 모형에 사용되는 매개 변수들은 실험에 의한 값이기 때문에 이러한 매개변수에 따른 2차원 부정류 해석 방법의 응답 특성을 알아보았다. 이를 위해 실제 상수관망에서의 수격압 데이터와 부정류 해석 모형으로 부터의 수격압 데이터를 비교하고, 다양한 매개변수에 따른 속도 분포 모의 특성을 조사하였다. 이를 통해서, 난류 해석 모형의 마찰 거동과 매개변수와의 관계를 규명하였다.
The stability of the river in the restored river is an important issue in maintenance and management. Bed elevation change simulation can be an effective way to predict the direction of river restoration by predicting long and short term bed elevation change of river. A 2D numerical model (CCHE2D) was implemented to simulate the long-term bed elevation change. The study area is located in the Cheongmi-Cheon Notap-ri and 1.2 km long. The flow scenario was constructed using the flow data that was measured at the water level observatory located upstream at the Janghowon Bridge. The bed elevation change pattern according to restoration of abandoned channel was analyzed and the stability of river was evaluated.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of two-dimensional factor of motivators and hygiene on civil servants’ job satisfaction using the partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) as a technique employed to analyze the measurement and structural models. Exploratory study was deployed to evaluate the relationship among variables. By using multistage stratified sampling, statistical data was collected from a survey of 441 public municipal civil servants who have employed in various levels (municipal government, districts and communes) in Vietnam. The findings provided evidence that hygiene factors (relationship with leader, salary, relationship with coworker and working environment) directly impact on civil servants’ job satisfaction. Meanwhile, only career development factor from motivators significantly influenced on public employee’s job satisfaction. Based on the empirical results, the hygiene factors of job satisfaction are more dominated that the motivators one. This finding suggests that municipal governments should focus policies on improving the hygiene factors which lead to higher job satisfaction on civil servants. Gaining a thorough understanding of the determinants of job satisfaction toward municipal public servants will enable policy makers to grasp the factors that results in retaining employees. Finally, the policy makers can use this knowledge to promote civil servants’ job satisfaction.
Acoustic based localization is essential to operate autonomous robotic systems in underwater environment where the use of sensorial data is limited. This paper proposes a localization method using artificial underwater acoustic sources. The proposed method acquires directional angles of acoustic sources using time difference of arrivals of two hydrophones. For this purpose, a probabilistic approach is used for accurate estimation of the time delay. Then, Gaussian sum filter based SLAM technique is used to localize both acoustic sources and underwater vehicle. It is performed by using bearing of acoustic sources as measurement and inertial sensors as prediction model. The proposed method can handle directional ambiguity of time difference based source localization by generating Gaussian models corresponding to possible locations of both front and back sides. Through these processes, the proposed method can provide reliable localization method for underwater vehicles without any prior information of source locations. The performance of the proposed method is verified by experimental results conducted in a real sea environment.
Tunnel were the inverse analysis based on the crown displacement calculated based on the generation of the result 63.80mm crown displacement measurement result. Inverse result was mainly to review the most significant impact on the interpretation weathed rock modulus of elasticity was smaller than the measurement when evaluating design values.*
Localization of underwater vehicle is essential to use underwater robotic systems for various applications effectively. For this purpose, this paper presents a method of two-dimensional SLAM for underwater vehicles equipped with two hydrophones. The proposed method uses directional angles for underwater acoustic sources. A target signal transmitted from acoustic source is extracted using band-pass filters. Then, directional angles are estimated based on Bayesian process with generalized cross-correlation. The acquired angles are used as measurements for EKF-SLAM to estimate both vehicle location and locations of acoustic sources. Through these processes, the proposed method provides reliable estimation for two dimensional locations of underwater vehicles. Experimental results demonstrate the performance of the proposed method in a real sea environment.
본 연구는 식재된 개수로에서 흐름특성을 모의할 수 있는 수심 적분된 2차원 수치모형을 이용하여 원형 식생역 주변의 흐름을 수치모의하였다. 식생영향을 고려하기 위해 식생항력 항을 지배방정식에 추가하였고 다양한 식생체적비율(SVF) 조건에 따른 수치모의를 수행하였다. 흐름이 원형 식생역을 통과하고 하류에 저유속 구간인 후류영역(wake region)을 형성하며 식생체적비율이 0.08 이상이면 재순환 영역이 발생하였다. 재순환 발생위치는 식생체적비율이 감소하면 식생역 에서 더욱 하류로 이동하였다. 후류영역을 지나 원형 식생역 양 측면에서 유발된 전단층들의 상호작용에 의해 von Kármán 와열이 발생하였다. 원형 식생역 하류에서 발생하는 와류는 식생체적비율이 0.08 이상이 되면 나타나기 시작하였고 발생위치는 난류운동에너지가 최대값을 보이는 위치와 일치하였다. 최대 난류운동에너지는 식생체적비율이 감소하면 줄어드는 것으로 나타났고 최대값의 발생위치는 점점 하류로 이동하였다.
본 연구에서는 SMS(Surface Modeling System)내의 Tuflow 모형을 이용하여 2차원 홍수범람모의를 수행하고 1차원 홍수범람모의 결과와의 단순비교를 실시하였다. 1차원 홍수범람모의는 HEC-RAS 모형을 통하여 얻어진 수위를 WMS 모형을 통해 홍수범람을 실시한 결과를 이용하였으며, 이를 2차원 홍수범람모의와 비교하였다. 홍수위를 중심으로 단순홍수위 비교를 수행하였으며, 비교결과 최대수심을 중심으로 일반적으로 2차원 홍수범람모의가 작게 산출되는 경향을 보였으나 일부구간에서는 1차원 홍수범람수위가 작게 나타나는 등 예측가능한 일반적 경향성은 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 홍수범람상황의 재현성 등에 대한 조사가 이루어졌을 경우 보다 신뢰할 만한 자료를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 추가적인 연구가 지속되어야 할 것이다.
In this study, when seawall or harbor gate is installed for coastal disaster prevention, a two-dimensional water analysis in the bay is carried out to consider the flood amount of river inflow and effect of harbor gate. The Yeongsan river and the port Mokpo area are selcected for the study region. Then, by analyzing the hydraulic characteristics of flood flow of the Yeongsan river, we analysed the compatibility of the results in the two-dimensional hydrodynamic model. A twodimensional water analysis were conducted for the four cases considering whether a arbor gate is installed or not, and whether the inland water boundary condition is considered or not, also with open sea boundary condition. The results of the two-dimensional water analysis shows that water level change near the port Mokpo area is mainly caused by the discharge of the estuary barrage of the Yeongsan river because the harbor gate was installed. In addition, it is revealed that the volume of reservoir created by the harbor gate and the estuary barrage is too much small compared to the volume of the discharge from the Yeongsan river. Therefore, when the harbor gate is installed in the open sea, we concluded that a flexible management between the harbor gate and the estuary barrage of the Yeongsan river is required. A initial water level of the bay and outflow from the harbor gate are proposed for disaster prevention in the coastal area of port Mokpo.
The objective of this study is to examine the nonlinear fluid characteristics near and inside a moonpool in various sea conditions. We estimate the flow of the free surface in a moonpool taking into account the viscosity effect and the hydrodynamic forces that affects a moonpool and hull through CFD calculations. The comparison of horizontal forces per wave length shows that the hydrodynamic force is greater for the long wave length than short wave length, and the greatest hydrodynamic force acts on the moonpool when the wave length is equal to the ship’s length. The horizontal force decreases as the wave amplitude decreases, and the hydrodynamic force acting on the moonpool in λ=LBP is 10 times that in λ=LBP/3. The free surface demonstrates the piston mode, in which it oscillates up and down while remaining essentially flat, and the rise of the free surface level increases as the wave length increases. We can assume that the hydrodynamic force acting on the moonpool increases owing to the effect of a strong vortex for λ=LBP and owing to the rise of the free surface level for λ=LBP ×2.
Sequence diversity was accumulated through evolution and breeding process. A set of 595 PCR-based novel insertion/deletion (InDel) markers was designed in order to widen the genetic basis for national rice breeding programs. The markers were generated by analyzing of 40 Korean cultivars and published genome sequences of rice(Oryza sativa L. spp japonica). We selected 112 markers spread across all rice chromosomes among the 595 InDel markers, and they showed polymorphic between rice cultivars, which are 284 Korean japonica and Tongil varieties. Due to their simplicity in design and robustness in genotyping, these InDel markers have been routinely used in quantitative trait loci (QTL) mapping studies and marker assisted selection programs for rice. Moreover, the PCR amplification type of InDel markers was converged to digital code, 0 or 1 and then finally represented as one- and two dimensional bar-code system, which could easily differentiate genetically highly homologous japonica rice cultivars. The developed InDel markers uniquely discriminated among each of the Korean cultivars. Therefore, the systems we developed may be valuable tools in discrimination from cultivars
홍수시 하천의 유속을 효율적이고 안전하게 측정할 수 있는 방법의 하나로 제시된 것이 표면 영상 유속 측정법이다. 일반적인 표면영상유속계(SIV)는 두장의 정지영상에서 영상 조각을 잘라낸 뒤 여기에 상호상관법을 적용하여 유속을 산정한다. 이 방법은 짧은 시간간격의 유속분포 측정에 매우 효율적이다. 그러나 장시간의 평균 유속장을 산정하는 데는 많은 시간이 소요되며, 순간 유속장을 산정하기 때문에 흐름 조건이나 촬영 조건에 따라 생기는 잡음이나 불확실성의 영향을 많이 받게 된다. 이를 개선하고자 개발된 방법이 시공간 영상을 이용하여 일정 시간동안의 유속의 평균을 한번에 산정하는 시공간영상유속계측법(STIV)이다. 시공간영상유속계측법 중의 하나인 휘도경사텐서법은 일정 시간동안의 시공간 영상을 한 번에 분석하기 때문에, 유속 산정 시간을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다. 그러나 이 방법은 하천의 일방향 유속만을 계산할 수 있기 때문에 구조물 주변이나 만곡이 있는 경우의 2차원 흐름 측정은 불가능하다는 한계가 있다. 이를 개선하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 상호상관법을 이용하여 2차원적으로 시공간 영상을 분석하는 방법(상호상관 시공간영상유속계측법)을 개발하였다. 이 방법은 시공간영상에서 시간축 방향으로 상관분석을 통해 영상변위를 산정하는 방법이다. 기존의 시공간영상분석기법 중 하나인 휘도경사텐서법이 주흐름 방향만 분석이 가능하였던 데 비하여, 상호상관 시공간 영상분석법은 2차원 유속분포 측정이 가능하고, 시간적인 평균을 취하기 때문에, 공간 해상도가 높으며, 전체적인 유속 분석시간이 매우 짧아지는 장점이 있다. 또한 공동 흐름에 대한 인공 영상을 이용한 오차 분석결과 최대 10% 이내, 평균적으로 5% 이하의 오차를 보여 상당히 정확하게 2차원 유속분포 측정이 가능한 것으로 나타났다.
기후변화로 인한 기상이변으로집중호우가 빈번히 발생함에 따라서 대규모 사면 재해의 발생 빈도 및 피해규모가 급증하고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 사면 재해 중, 토석류는 이동속도가 빠르고, 이동거리가 길어 피해 범위가 넓은 특징을 지니고 있어 인구와 재산이 밀집된 도심지에서 토석류가 발생시 대규모의 인명 및 재산피해를 예상하게된다. 이러한 토석류 재해로부터 시민의 생명을 보호하기 위해서는 토석류로 인한 하류부 피해 예상범위를 사전에 파악하는 일이 무엇보다 중요하다. 본 연구는 2차원 토석류 모의 수치모형인 Flo-2D와 RAMMS를 이용하여 토석류 흐름에 의한 대모산 하류부 피해 예상지역을 예측하였다. 수치모형의 검보정을 위하여 2011년에 발생한 우면산 산사태 자료를 이용하여 점성, 항복응력, 유사체적 농도 값을 보정한 후, 대모산에 100년 빈도 강우가 발생했을 때에 하류부 피해 영향 범위를 예측한 후 두 모형의 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 작성된 토석류 재해지도는 추후 토석류 예경보 및 주민대피계획 수립 등에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
The proteins from functional rice cultivars (Nogwonchalbyeo, Giant embryonic, Arhyangchalbyeo, and Goamibyeo) and general white rice were extracted and separated using two-dimensional (2D) gel electrophoresis. A wide variation in the molecular weight (MW) and pH range of the expressed proteins in rice samples were observed. The green-kerneled rice (Nogwonchalbyeo) exhibited proteins with MW of 9-57 kDa and appeared at a pH range of 4-7. The Giant embryonic contained proteins with MW of 31-63 kDa and a pH range of 5-6. The aromatic glutinous rice (Arhyangchalbyeo) showed proteins with MW of 24-28 and pH of 5.8-6.8. The high-amylose rice (Goamibyeo) exhibited proteins with MW of 3-63 and pH of 5.2-5.6. The identified proteins uniquely found and highly expressed in each cultivar may have a significant role on rice functionality. The results illustrate that the 2D gel electrophoresis is a valuable method in the determination of the protein expression profiles in functional rice grains and may be useful in the identification of specific marker proteins associated with the functional property of rice.
이차원 전기영동 분석을 이용하여 국내 밀 32 품종의 HMW-GS 단백질 발현의 정성 및 정량적인 분석을 통해 품 HMW-GS 발현 정도를 평가하여 국내 밀 품종 육성의 초 자료로 활용하고자 수행하였다. 평균 HMW-GS 스팟 수는 11.78개였으며, Glu-A1 1.31개, Glu-B1 5.53개, 그리고 Glu-D1에서 4.94 개였다. Glu-B1과 Glu-D1에서는 subunit에 따른 단백질 스팟 수가 차이가 없기 때문에, Glu-A1에서는 1과 2* subunit을 지닌 품종이 null allele 품종에 비하여 단백질 스팟 수가 많았다. 단백질 스팟 수는 조경밀이 18개로가장 많았으며, 다홍밀은 7개로 제일 적었다. 단백질의 상대적인 발현량을 조사한 결과 평균 0.44로 대비 품종인 Chinese Spring에 비하여(1.0) 낮았고, 고분밀이 1.11로 가장 높았으며, 은파밀이 0.24로 가장 낮았다. 단백질 스팟수와 발현량을 이용한 유연관계 분석 결과, 국내 밀 품종을 6개 그룹으로 분류할 수 있었다.
To evaluate expression level of HMW-GS protein qualitatively and quantitatively, we separated glutenin fractions and conducted two-dimensional electrophoresis (2DE) in 32 cultivars of Korean wheat for the use of as the basis of wheat breeding. The average spot number of HMW-GS in all Korean wheat cultivars was 11.78 which included 1.31, 5.53 and 4.94 to Glu-A1, Glu-B1 and Glu-D1 loci, respectively. Cultivars harboring 1, 2* subunits had many spots more than ones harboring null allele in Glu-A1 loci because there is no difference of spots between Glu-B1 and Glu-D1 loci. In total spot number of HMW-GS, the highest one was Jokyung as 18 and Dahong the lowest as 7. When the Korean wheat cultivars were compared with the Chinese spring in the average relative expression level, Korean one’s were lower as 0.44. Especially, Gobun was the highest as 1.11 and Eunpa was the lowest as 0.24. Also we investigated phylogenetic relationship based on both frequency of HMW-GS spots and quantification value of each spot to all HMW-GS spots. As a result, Korean the varieties of Korean wheat could be classified into six groups.
