        기계가공으로 인한 사고는 작업자에게 치명적인 경우가 많다. 이러한 사고는 완벽한 가공지그을 통해 대부분 예방이 가능하지만 제품설계초기 후가공과 양산 공정은 고려되지 않고 설계되어 기계가공 시 재해로 연결되는 경우가 빈번히 발생하고 있다. 사형 주조법은 수작업으로 손쉽게 제품을 생산하는 장점을 가지는 반면 치수오차가 다른 양산공정 보다 크다는 단점을 가진다. 이런 사형 주조품을 기계 가공할 때 제품의 치수편차로 인해 불안전한 고정및 과다한 절삭, 제품이탈, 공구파손, 장비와 공구의 빠른 수명감소 등의 다양한 문제가 발생 하지만 사형주조의 특성상 개선하기 어려운 문제로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 원형의 용기형태의 제품을 사형주조 후 기계가공 하는 것을 금형으로 대체하기 위한 셸몰드법을 제시하고 셸몰드로 만든 셸주형으로 주조함으로서 표면조도 평균 Ra9.94㎛의 기계가공에 준하는 표면을 구현하였다. 외형의 정밀한 제품을 대량 생산하여 가공공정의 간소화 및 평균 두께 편차를 줄임으로서 제품파손 및 제작 시 발생할 수 있는 안전사고예방에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 기계가공전 제품의 치수정밀도를 높여 안전성, 생산성향상, 가공 공정단축, 환경개선 등을 이 가능함을 확인하였다.

        이 연구의 목적은 버려진 굴 패각을 재활용하여 감소시키는 것으로 굴 패각과 해조펄프를 이용하여 식품의 보존에 대한 항산화비드를 활용하는데 있다. 이 연구는 두 부분으로 나누었다. 첫 번째는 파일럿 규격조건으로 설계하고 제조하였다. 둘째는 [A],[B],[C-a],[C-b]화합물에 대한 최적제조 조건을 다루어 확립하고 이들 생성물을 분석하였다. 파일럿 규격 제조는 해조펄프의 분자수식합성과/Cl-전분 그리고 그의 다양한 비드 형태들이 극성용매에서 다양한 중량비율로 액상 혼합하여 제조되었다. 부가적으로, 혼합과정에서 해조펄프의 비율이 증가함으로서, 해조펄프/Ag-굴 패각을 섞인 것의 항균성은 감소되었으나 항산화와 비드의 견고성 성질은 증가되었다. 파일럿 규격의 생성라인은 해조 펄프와 Cl-전분을 분자수식으로 합성하였다. 그리고 극성용매를 사용하여 여러 가지 중량비율로 다양한 형태의 비드를 제조하였다.

        This paper is to study the energy absorption characteristics of CF/Epoxy(Carbon Fiber/Epoxy Resin) laminated shell with the various curvatures subjected to transverse impact loadings under the low impact velocity in consideration of design of structural members for use of transportation machine, which are consisted of the characteristics of high stiffness, strength and lightweight. The curvature radius are associated with the energy absorption characteristics of CF/Epoxy laminated shell which is brittleness material. In all tests, maximum load of CF/Epoxy laminated plate is higher than that of laminated shell with curvature, but maximum deflection is lower. And then absorbed energy of laminated shell with curvature is higher than laminated plate(curvature radius is unlimited). As curvature radius is increased, the absorbed energy is increased in laminated shell with curvature.

        하이퍼볼릭 쉘로 구성된 냉각탑에서 쉘의 형상은 풍하중에 대하여 냉각탑 전체의 동적 거동에 민감하게 응답한다. 이에 따라 냉각탑 설계 시 기하형상의 결정은 매우 중요하며 일반적으로 고유진동수를 기반으로 하여 산정한다. 본 연구의 목적은 냉각탑 쉘의 구조적 거동에서 형상변수가 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다. 기존의 냉각탑 형상변수를 변화시켜 32개의 모델을 선정하였고 이를 1차 고유진동수를 기반으로 하여 분석한 후, 3개의 대표적인 형상을 선택하여 선형 해석을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 전체적으로 작은 반지름을 가지는 기하형상이 높은 1차 고유진동수를 나타내고 풍하중에 대하여 덜 민감한 시스템이 되는 것을 알 수 있었다.

        이 연구에서는 감절점쉘요소의 개념에 근거한 새로운 4절점 곡면 쉘요소를 제시하였다. 회전장이 독립변수로 도입된 범함수에 의하여 면내회전자유도를 도입함으로써 개발된 쉘요소에서는 절점당 6자유도를 갖도록 하였다. 아울러 쉘요소의 면내거동 개선을위하여 4개의 비적합변위형에 의한 비적합변위를 면내방향의 변위성분에 추가하였으며, 면외거동 개선을 위하여 대체전단변형률장이 적용되었다. 이 연구에서의 비적합변위형의 수치적 구현에 있어서 일정한 변형률상태를 표현할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 비적합변위형의 직접수정법이 적용되었다. 이렇게 정식화된 쉘요소 강성행렬의 수치적분에 있어서는 부피적분을 위하여 9점 적분법이 사용되었다. 개발된쉘요소는 바람직하지 못한 영에너지모드를 갖지 않으며, 일정한 변형률 상태를 표현할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 개발된 4절점 곡면 쉘 요소에 대한 다양한 수치예제를 통한 검증 결과, 전반적으로 양호한 거동을 보여주고 있음을 확인하였다.

        Fe/SiO2 core-shell type composite nanoparticles have been synthesized using a reverse micelle process combined with metal alkoxide hydrolysis and condensation. Nano-sized SiO2 composite particles with a core-shell structure were prepared by arrested precipitation of Fe clusters in reverse micelles, followed by hydrolysis and condensation of organometallic precursors in micro-emulsion matrices. Microstructural and chemical analyses of Fe/SiO2 core-shell type composite nanoparticles were carried out by TEM and EDS. The size of the particles and the thickness of the coating could be controlled by manipulating the relative rates of the hydrolysis and condensation reaction of TEOS within the micro-emulsion. The water/surfactant molar ratio influenced the Fe particle distribution of the core-shell composite particles, and the distribution of Fe particles was broadened as R increased. The particle size of Fe increased linearly with increasing FeNO3 solution concentration. The average size of the cluster was found to depend on the micelle size, the nature of the solvent, and the concentration of the reagent. The average size of synthesized Fe/SiO2 core-shell type composite nanoparticles was in a range of 10-30 nm and Fe particles were 1.5-7 nm in size. The effects of synthesis parameters, such as the molar ratio of water to TEOS and the molar ratio of water to surfactant, are discussed.

        본 연구는 수산 폐기물인 굴패각을 공조시스템의 수분 흡착제로 사용하기 위한 가능성을 실험을 통해 살펴본 기초적인 연구이다. 연구의 주된 목적은 굴패각의 제습성능과 열전소자의 냉각효과를 파악하는 것이며 본 연구를 통해 굴패각은 공조시스템 내에서 사용가능한 수분 흡착제로서의 성능을 충분히 가지고 있으며, 또한 냉각효과를 통해 흡착성능을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다는 것을 알았다. 본 시스템은 신재생에너지인 태양광을 이용하기 때문에 시스템의 구동에 필요한 다른 전원은 필요 없어 환경적으로도 매우 바람직한 연구이다.

        This study was conducted to investigate the effect of chestnut inner shell powder on antioxidant activity and the quality characteristics of cookies. Cookies were prepared with different amounts of chestnut inner shell powder(in ratios of 0, 0.5, 1, 3 and 5% to the flour quantity). The antioxidant activity was estimated by DPPH free radical scavenging activity and the total phenol content in chestnut inner shell powder and cookies. For analyzing quality characteristics, bulk density and pH of the dough, spread factor, loss rate, leavening rate, color, texture profile analysis, and sensory evaluations were measured. The spread ratio, a values, total phenol contents and DPPH free radical scavenging activity of cookies significantly increased with increasing chestnut inner shell powder(p<0.001), while the pH of the dough, L values and b values of the cookies significantly decreased with increasing chestnut inner shell powder content(p<0.001). The consumer acceptability score for the 3% chestnut inner shell cookie groups ranked significantly higher(p<0.01) than those of the other groups in overall preference, flavor, taste and color. From these results, we suggest that chestnut inner shell is a good ingredient for increasing the consumer acceptability and the functionality of cookies.

        With the addition of ethanol to wax gourd extract and by acetic fermentation, 5.0% acidity vinegar was produced. After putting 10% extract(10% concentration) of Chrysanthemum zawadskii in this, and by dissolving shell, Chrysanthemum zawadskii-pearl vinegar was produced. When a 1% of ark shell, oyster shell, or ear shell was added to wax gourd vinegar, 95.6~98.4% of the shell dissolved, and when a 2% content of shell was added, 97.2~98.4% was dissolved. The acidity of vinegar which dissolved 1% shell was pH 3.0~3.17, and the acidity of vinegar which dissolved 2% shell was pH 1.11~1.20. The pH values of vinegar which dissolved 1%, and 2% shell contents were 4.54~4.55, and 4.86~4.95, respectively. When 1% shell was dissolved, the acidity was higher than that of commercial vinegar, with a high pH value and low level of free acid. This shows that when Chrysanthemum zawadskii 1% is added during acetic acid fermentation, the inhibition was 44.4%, and 22.2% respectively. In this regard, Chrysanthemum zawadskii should be added after the fermentation of acetic acid. The calcium content of 1% shell vinegar is 0.4%, and that of 2% vinegar is 0.78%. Non-heated native wax gourd shows an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibition rate of 21.7%, an antioxidant activity of 5.23%, and a tyrosinase inhibition rate of 5.5%. In the case of heated-extracted wax gourd, the angiotensin converting enzyme inhibition rate was 16.1%, superoxide dismutase activity was 20.5%, antioxidant activity was 23.2%, and the tyrosinase inhibition rate was 7.1%. Also, in the case of Chrysanthemum zawadskii, the angiotensin converting enzyme inhibition rate was 28.8%, the xanthine oxidase inhibition rate was 28.2%, the superoxide dismutase activity was 14.5%, the antioxidant activity was 3.2%, and the tyrosinase inhibition rate was 9.2% Data also revealed that when a 10% sample of the heated-wax gourd extract was added to A549 human lung cancer epithelial cells of, the number of cancer cells declined by 80% in 72 hours, When a 10% native extract was added, the number of cells declined by, 74% in 48 hours, and when a heated-extract of Chrysanthemum zawadskii was added, 100% of the cells died after 72 hours.

        본 논문에서는 유한요소해석법을 사용하여 역우산형 쌍곡포물선쉘구조물을 해석하고 그 결과를 기존의 막이론에 의한 설계식의 결과치와 비교하였다. 또한 지붕면의 경사도를 달리하며 경사도에 따른 처짐 및 테두리보와 내부경사리브에 작용하는 부재력, 쉘면에 작용하는 막응력의 변화를 살펴보았다. 해석결과 기존의 막응력에 의한 이론해는 테두리보 및 내부경사리브에 대한 부재력을 과대평가하는 반면 막응력에 대해서는 반대로 과소평가를 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 유한요소법에 의해 해석한 지붕의 처짐은 경사도가 낮아짐에 따라 급격하게 증가되는 것으로 나타났다.

        Emulsion polymerization was carried out using RMA like MMA, EMA, BMA and Styrene(St.) as monomer for core-shell latex preparation. It was synthesized at 80℃ in the presence of anionic surfactant SLS. FT-IR, TGA and DSC analysis are used to confirm synthesized core-shell emulsion latexes and to investigate the thermal characteristics of them. From analysis of TGA and DSC, the differences of the decomposition rate and the activation energy are not so large. It considers that the pendent group is not affect of the thermal characteristics and stability on core-shell latexes, which is synthesized with RMA and Styrene.

        Magnesium hydroxide-melamine core-shell particles were prepared through the coating of melamine monomer on the surface of magnesium hydroxide in the presence of phosphoric acid. The melamine monomer was dissolved in hot water but recrystallized on the surface of magnesium hydroxide by quenching to room temperature in the presence of phosphoric acid. The core-shell particle was applied to low-density polyethylene/ ethylene vinyl acetate (LDPE/EVA) resin by melt-compounding at 180˚C as flame retardant. The effect of magnesium hydroxide and melamine content has been studied on the flame retardancy of the core-shell particles in LDPE/EVA resin according to the preparation process and purity of magnesium hydroxide. Magnesium hydroxide prepared with sodium hydroxide rather than with ammonia solution revealed higher flame retardancy in core-shell particles with LDPE/EVA resin. At 50 wt% loading of flame retardant, core-shell particles revealed higher flame retardancy compared to that of the exclusive magnesium hydroxide in LDPE/EVA composite, and it was possible to satisfy the V0 grade in the UL-94 vertical test. The synergistic flame retardant effect of magnesium hydroxide and melamine core-shell particles was explained as being due to the endothermic decomposition of magnesium hydroxide and melamine, which was followed by the evolution of water from the magnesium hydroxide and porous char formation due to reactive nitrogen compounds, and carbon dioxide generated from melamine.

        Much oyster shell is breeding by character and conduct of oyster-industry for a long time among them. An experimental study was carried out to investigate the recycling possibility of waste oyster shells, which induce environmental pollutions by piling up out at the open or the temporary reclamation. The purpose of this study is to develope eco-friendly binder using waste oyster shells, and to reinforce soils fur soft soil improvement. In this paper, a series of laboratory tests including compressive pot tests were performed to evaluate characteristics of soils treated by developed waste oyster shells with different water content of soils. Based on test results, eco-friendly Supporter manufactured from waste oyster shells were estimated as good resource materials for soft soil improvements. We got the conclusion by a series of experiment, It is verified that change of pH of soil is improved by mixing with oyster shells. The homogenization method for deducing apparent of oyster shells, which can consider micro-structure of mixed soil, is introduced. The improvement treatment leaded to enlarge fluctuation of soil moisture content. The effect of calcium concentration was good though improvement treatment of physical property. In addition, the crop yield in amelioration plots increased. It means that the increase of crop yield was caused by improvement of soil physical properties rather than improvement of calcium concentration.

        This paper analyzed the partial differential equations of laminated composite shells of revolution by using the finite difference method. The proof that numerical results are reasonable and accurate is obtained through converge ratio analysis and commercial program LUSAS for the structural analysis. The purpose of this study is to examine closely the engineering advantages and to analyze the structural behaviors of the anisotropic shells of revolution. Thus, the relevant reinforcement and most suitable arrangement of fiber to produce the highest strength are proposed through the numerical results according to a variety of parameter study. Namely, the distribution of displacements and stress resultants are analyzed according to the change of meridian's curvature, the ratio of height-width of shell, subtended angle, fiber angle, and so on. Using these distribution, the most suitable shell may be proposed to produce the highest strength. Also, the configuration of the entire laminated composite conical shells is analysed, and a variety of the design criterion of circular conical shell are proposed and studied in engineering view points.

        Multi shell graphite coated Ag nano particles with core/shell structure were successfully synthesized by pulsed wire evaporation (PWE) method. Ar and (10 vol.%) gases were mixed in chamber, which played a role of carrier gas and reaction gas, respectively. Graphite layers on the surface of silver nano particles were coated indiscretely. However, the graphite layers are detached, when the particles are heated up to in the air atmosphere. In contrast, the graphite coated layer was stable under Ar and atmosphere, though the core/shell structured particles were heated up to . The presence of graphite coated layer prevent agglomeration of nanoparticles during heat treatment. The dispersion stability of the carbon coated Ag nanoparticles was higher than those of pure Ag nanoparticles.

        Core-Shell polymers of silicone dioxide-styrene system were prepared by sequential emulsion polymerization. In inorganic/organic Core-Shell composite particle polymerization, silicone dioxide adsorbed by surfactant sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate (EU-DO133L) was prepared initially and then core silicone dioxide was encapsulated emulsion by sequential emulsion polymerization using styrene at the addition of potassium persulfate (KPS) as an initiator. We found that SiO2 core shell of SiO2/styrene structure was formed when polymerization of styrene was conducted on the surface of SiO2 particles, and the concentration sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate (EU-DO133L) was 0.5~2.0g. The structure of core-shell polymer were investigated by measuring to the thermal decomposition of polymer composite using thermogravimetric analyzer and morphology of latex by scanning electron microscope(SEM).
