With the development of computer technologies and the increase of internet users, Internet plays an important role in job-recruitment business. However, almost of the sites which provide job offering and job hunting service, merely have the function such as simple inquiry for information corresponding to job offering and job hunting. In this research, the online website whose task is supporting whole procedure of recruitment for real enterprises is constructed to apply the interview procedures of the real enterprises through internet. We utilize the video conference to increase the reality for interview. Also it has functions such as presentation of application form and resume and self introduction using the video conference. Through the online recruitment website we can expect time and cost saving for recruitment for both sides of enterprise to hunt the person and people to seek the job.

Since 1990's, the Information Technology(IT) of combination between PC and Internet has progressed rapidly. As a fast development of Information Communication Technology and spreading of network, the previous economic state, the method of dealing, transaction object and a scope of transaction is changing. Like this, as raising of IT, the existing off-line commercial transaction is moving to electronic commercial one which based on the web. These days, a electronic distribution system of enterprise and the electronic commercial transaction between small company and customer is being operated, but there is no full developed proper system between small retailor and mid distribution center. So on this paper, the system which manage a simple marketing as well as Inventory Management & customer management will be presented.

As we analyze in the surveys for the maintenance management of domestic enterprises and the causes of Industrial accident, there will be necessity of drawing up countermeasures for prevention of industrial accidents and for ensuring expertise maintenance technologies. Based on these analyses, this study studied the safety information system, maintenance management information system, and the machinery condition diagnosis technique by using of the knowledge-based system under the internet environment. This web based knowledge-based diagnosis system can easily provide not only the knowledge of expert about deterioration phenomenon of industrial robot, but also the knowledge of relating safety and facility on everywhere, everytime. Therefore, when we use this system, it is expected to improve the efficiency of business processes in the production and safety.

컴퓨터 기술의 발전과 인터넷 사용자의 증가로 인터넷이 취업의 중요한 통로로 이용되고 있다. 하지만 지금까지 인터넷상에서 운영되고 있는 구인·구직 사이트의 대부분은 단순한 정보조회수준에 그치고 있다. [4,5,6] 본 연구에서는 기업의 전체적인 채용프로세스 중에서 면접과정을 온라인으로 지원하여 오프라인채용의 시간과 공간의 제한을 극복함으로써 보다 효율적인 인재채용과 구직이 이루어지게 온라인 면접 웹사이트를 구축하고자 한다.

오늘날 인터넷의 일상적인 사용은 웹의 발달을 가져온 것으로 인식되고 있다. 학습도구로서 웹을 사용한 것을 WBI라 한다. WBI의 구축은 교육 현장에 현재 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 그러나 사이버 공간에서 수많은 WBI 프로그램을 사용할 때 학습자들에 많은 문제점들이 도출되고 있다. 거의 모든 프로그램 사용 시 교사와 학생간의 상호 작용이 충분하지 못하며 필요한 학습자료들을 찾을 때 그들 자료들이 충분하게 마련되어 있지 않다. 학습 현장에서 교사들이 WBI 프로그램을 고안하고 구축하는 것은 매우 어려운 일이다. 그러나 상호 작용하는 WBI 프로그램의 고안과 구축은 그보다는 쉬운 일이다. 그러므로 만약 학생들과 친근한 교사들이 웹 페이지를, 만들어 사이버 공간에 제공한다면, 학생들은 쉽게 사이버 공간에서 접속할 수 있을 것이다. 그들은 e-메일, 여론 광장 또는 채팅을 사용할 수 있을 것이다. 사이버 공간은 학교 생활에서 불충분한 상호관계를 마련하게 될 것이다. 그러나, 이 프로그램은 모든 학생들이 필요한 적절한 장치들을 가지고 있어야 때문에, 이를 마련하지 못하는 학습자에게는 또 다른 형태의 포기를 가져오게 될 것이다. 이렇기 때문에 이 문제는 정부가 이러한 모든 필요한 장치들을 값싸게 보급하고 적절한 프로그램들을 공급할 때 풀릴 수 있다고 사료된다.

감성공학과제에서는 연구보고서, 문헌, 지표, 생체데이터, 감성유발자극 등 많은 자료가 산출되고 있지만 단위연구과제에서 분산, 관리되고 있어 연구자원의 공유가 쉽지 않은 상황이다. 본 연구는 감성공학연구원과 감성응용제품 개발기업으로 사용자를 분류하고 요구분석, 설계 구축 단계를 거쳐 감성데이터베이스를 제작하여 연구자원을 공유할 수 있는 기반을 구축하였다. 데이터베이스 모델에는 연구보고서로부터 추출된 감성지표와 더불어 실험과 관련하여 독립변수, 종속변수, 실험자극, 생체데이터 등에 포함되었다. 이러한 데이터모델을 기초로 감성공학 데이터가 체계적으로 축적되면 사용자 웹에서 원하는 자료를 복합 검색할 수 있게 된다. 감성공학시스템은 사용하기 쉽도록 메뉴를 구성하였고 현재 한국표준과학연구원에서 운용하고 있다.

This study presents the design of integrated safety, quality, and environmental information system based on the internet environment. Quality management system, environmental management system, and safety management system are adapted in many manufacturing and service organization respectively but those system does not work effectively. Especially safety management system and environmental management system are very similar with format and contents. Therefore, Those system must be integrated to increase effiency.

Numerous spent nuclear fuels are generated every year in Korea. To solve the spent nuclear fuel problem within saturated temporary storage, the authorities are readying to build an interim storage and a permanent disposal facility in the country. At the same time, the authorities are readying to establish a management procedure for spent nuclear fuel. In the future, the authorities need to make and apply the Database of spent nuclear fuel to practice the management procedure. However, the structure of a traditional database is not reasonable for information management because it has a problem with listing data and identifying data features due to its structure. In addition, the traditional database always exists human error from working in Excel program by a human. Therefore, this research proposes a new standard information management model based on Semantic Web technique. Semantic Web uses a data structure named ontology. By using the ontology in the information database of the spent nuclear fuel, users, such as institutions related to management, could more easily recognize and understand the Database. Furthermore, since this task proceeds in the ontology construction program, the human error in the new model reduces rather than an environment of the traditional database.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to recognize the role and necessity of public data visualization through prior research, investigation, and data verification processes. In addition, this study intends to check what factors should be considered in order to visualize data on the mobile web. Through this process, by identifying the cognitive load affecting information visualization by type, as a result, I would like to propose an effective information visualization method to effectively deliver public data related to government policies. Research design, data and methodology: In this study, we analyzed the case of information visualization according to infographics, which has been widely used in the public field among various visualization methods. For this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted for young people in their 20s and 30s with the highest mobile usage rate. Results: Based on the results, IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) was performed to conduct cognitive load test tools for information visualization of public data and confirmed the implications for each type of infographics. Conclusions: As a result of research, in order to efficiently deliver public data on the mobile web, first, it is necessary to construct a visual screen that can be easily identified through clear data. Appropriate graphic elements can be used according to the type to make it easier for users to acquire and understand information. Second, it is necessary to provide useful content in visualizing information. Third, in order to efficiently transmit information and increase understanding of data, it is necessary to visualize information that can induce interest in data and form metaphors. Fourth, it is necessary to visualize information to reduce cognitive load in terms of physical and mental aspects in order to accommodate users' comfortable information. Fifth, in order to effectively deliver public data, it is necessary to compose contents and information that are easy for users to understand. This study examines effective information visualization methods to increase the communication effect of public data in response to changes in the data-based intelligent information society and suggests implications for each type considering cognitive loads to help future public institutions to communicate and accept information.

This study aims at unveiling phonetic cue weighting of English word recognition by Korean learners of English using a web-based online perception experiment. The longer duration of a high front tense vowel than that of a lax counterpart is used as a cue by native English speakers and presumably as a cue by Korean learners of English. The longer duration of a vowel before voiced stops than that of an equivalent before voiceless stops serves as a cue by native Speakers of English and also probably by Korean learners of English. A web-based online experiment has been designed to examine how Korean learners of English cope with a mixture of fine grained phonetic cues. Results of the web-based online experiment reveal that duration is primarily and robustly used to distinguish a tense vowel before voiced stops and a lax vowel before voiceless stops. At the same time, spectral cues are also put to use, though to a lesser extent, to help make a distinction from a tense vowel before voiceless stops and a lax vowel before voiced stops. The study implies that learners of English try to utilize a complex mixture of acoustic cues to distinguish words.

The importance of information system evaluation has increased according to ICT development and this evaluation is required for objective verification. The aim of this study is to develop evaluation indicators for web-based information system and verify the availability of these evaluation indicators through applying to agricultural water integrated information system. This study finds and provides eight evaluation items and 64 indicators for a web-based information system using 3×3 Mandal-Art matrix that is a tool for creating creative ideas. These evaluation items are design, contents, navigation, stability, community, convenience, usefulness, and accuracy. Total 64 evaluation indicators were presented by deriving eight evaluation items for each using 9×9 Mandal-Art matrix. When evaluating information system using evaluation indicators, it can be identified the vulnerable items in the information system. Also, the comprehensive results of the information system could be understood when appearing a single score after weighting. In addition, it can also help to prepare a questionnaire for evaluation systematically.

Currently in Korea, there are about 1200 dam (height 15m or more) Recently, natural disasters are caused by abnormal climate and they have caused a lot of damage. but many institutions about dam don’t resolve this problem because dam was owned and managed by other institutions. Therefore, to develop Web2.0 Smart Management System, it will be possible to combine different institutions and do efficiently intelligent management of dam.

본 연구는 웹 게임 스토리텔링이 갖는 의미와 발전방향에 대해 논한다. 디지털 문화 산업은 기술혁신에 의해 성장을 거듭하고 있다. 그러나 웹 게임 스토리텔링은 기술적 발전보다 덜 주 목 받고 있다. 온라인 게임 산업의 미래가 클라우드 환경에 기반한 웹 게임 이라고 보고, 웹 게 임의 성장을 위해서 스토리텔링이 얼마나 중요한지 연구해보고자 한다. 국내 웹 게임의 대표작 인 ‘삼국지를 품다’를 성공사례로 하여 배경 스토리인 ‘삼국지 연의’가 웹 게임과 만나 어떤 상 호보완적 관계를 이루었는지를 분석하여 웹 게임 스토리텔링의 방향성을 제시해보고자 했다.
