A Smart factories are systems that enable quick response to customer demands, reduce defect rates, and maximize productivity. They have evolved from manual labor-intensive processes to automation and now to cyber-physical systems with the help of information and communication technology. However, many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are still unable to implement even the initial stages of smart factories due to various environmental and economic constraints. Additionally, there is a lack of awareness and understanding of the concept of smart factories. To address this issue, the Cooperationbased Smart Factory Construction Support Project was launched. This project is a differentiated support project that provides customized programs based on the size and level of the company. Research has been conducted to analyze the impact of this project on participating and non-participating companies. The study aims to determine the effectiveness of the support policy and suggest efficient measures for improvement. Furthermore, the research aims to provide direction for future support projects to enhance the manufacturing competitiveness of SMEs. Ultimately, the goal is to improve the overall manufacturing industry and drive innovation.

The smart factory is an important system that can reduce defects, maximize productivity, and respond to customer needs, from the labor-intensive era of traditional small and medium-sized manufacturing companies through the automation era to CPS using ICT. However, small and medium-sized manufacturers often fall short of the basic stage due to economic and environmental constraints, and there are many companies that do not even recognize the concept of a smart factory. In this situation, to expand the smart factory of small and medium-sized enterprises, the project to support the establishment of a smart factory for the win-win between large and small enterprises. The win-win smart factory construction support project provides a customized differentiation program support project according to the size and level of the company for all domestic manufacturing SMEs regardless of whether or not they are dealing with Samsung. In this study, we analyze the construction status and introduction performance of companies participating in the win-win smart factory support project to find out whether they have been helpful in management and to find efficient ways to improve support policies, and to suggest the direction of continuous support projects to improve the manufacturing competitiveness of SMEs in the future.

Developed countries that have experienced decline in productivity due to the economic crisis in the past have come to recognize the smart factory as an important means to strengthen the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry due to the increase in labor costs, the avoidance of the manufacturing industry, and the resolution of the shortage of skilled manpower. The necessity of nurturing manpower for self-maintenance was felt through identifying factors for successful smart factory introduction by companies and providing smart factory education. Therefore, the effects of educational satisfaction and operational competency on self-efficacy as a parameter and self-efficacy as a parameter were analyzed using research models and hypotheses to determine whether there was an effect between job satisfaction as a dependent variable. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the mediating effect of self-efficacy and self-efficacy on job satisfaction was found to have significant effects on operational competency and self-efficacy as parameters, as well as educational satisfaction and operational competency. The implication of this study is that continuous education and innovation activities are important in order to increase the business performance of companies, and through this, the manufacturing competitiveness of SMEs can be improved.

최근 정부에서는 전자적 대금지급시스템을 고도화하여 건설 현장에서 체불을 해결하고 양질의 일자리를 창출하고자 방안을 모색하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 논의 되고 있는 방안은 다단계 하도급을 구성하는 발주자-수급인-하수급인-노무자, 자재·장비업자 사이의 직접 지급 합의를 통한 대금지급시스템의 적용 수준에 머물러 있다. 이렇게 직접 지급 합의를 통한 대금지급시스템의 고도화는 신속한 공사대금 지급을 할 수 없을 뿐만 아니라 체불 및 하도급대금의 미지급 위반 등의 하도급법 위반 문제까지 해결하기 어려울 것으로 본다. 이에 대금지급시스템에 민간 건설 현장에 시범적으로 적용되고 있는 공사대금 채권신탁 방안을 보완 적용 함으로써 공사대금 채권 가압류 및 정산분쟁 등으로 인해 발생되는 다수의 대금 지급시스템의 문제점을 해결함으로써 건설 현장 관련 이해관계인 모두가 동반성장 상생 협력하는 공정한 문화를 정착해 나가야 한다.

본 논문은 오늘 한국적 상황에서 대형교회들이 어떻게 작은(개척/ 미자립)교회들을 지속가능한 방법으로 도우며 상생할 수 있을지에 대한 질문으로부터 시작되었다. 연구자는 이 질문에 답하고자 최근 새로운 방법으로 작은교회들을 도우며 상생하는 3개 교회의 모델들을 사례연구하고 비교분석 하였다. 연구자는 이 상생 프로그램들이 가지고 있는 특징들과 공통점들로부터 얻은 선교적 통찰에 근거해서 대형교회와 작은교회들 간의 성공적인 상생협력을 위한 제언을 다음과 같이 정리하였다. 첫째, 지역교회는 하나님 나라의 신학으로 개교회주의를 극복하고 서로 협력해야 한다. 둘째, 지역사회는 지역교회들이 협력해야 할 선교지이다. 셋째, 교회는 하나님의 선교에 참여하는 선교공동체이다. 넷째, 성도는 하나님의 선교적 백성들이다. 다섯째, 지역교회들 간의 관계는 상호존중의 파트너십에 근거한 네트워크이어야 한다. 여섯째, 상생협력이 지속가능할 때, 상생운동으로 성장할 수 있다. 한국교회들이 하나님에 의해서 세상, 즉 지역사회로 파송된 선교공동체임을 인식하고 상호 존중의 파트너십을 가지고 하나님의 선교에 참여한다면, 양극화를 극복하고 상생협력을 통한 부흥을 경험할 수 있을 것이다.

현대 기업의 경쟁력은 공급사슬 경쟁력으로 대변되고 있다. 급변하는 시장 상황에 능동적으로 대응하 기 위하여 중소기업의 자생적인 역량 강화가 절실하다. 또한, 상호 신뢰를 기반으로 대·중소기업, 중소기업 간 사회적 자본 형성 및 호혜적인 관계가 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한국 반도체 장비 산업의 1, 2차 공급기업 대상으로 상생협력과 핵심역량, 관계 자본이 어떻게 설명되는지, 구조방정식을 활용하여 모형과 가설을 확인하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 한국 반도체 장비산업의 대·중소기업, 기업 간 상생협력의 협력활동은 중소기업의 핵심역량을 통하여 관계 자본에 기여한다는 결론을 얻었다. 또한, 중소기업의 핵심 역량은 상생협력의 협력활동과 관계자본 사이에 매개 작용을 한다고 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 한국 반도체 장비산 업의 대·중소기업, 기업 간 상생협력의 공정한 거래는 관계 자본에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 즉, 기업 간 상생협력의 협력활동은 중소기업의 핵심역량을 통하여 관계 자본에 영향을 주고, 공정 거래는 관계 자본에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관계 자본은 상생협력, 핵심역량과 중소기업 운영성과 사이의 매개 효과를 확인하였다.

인간의 뇌는 수많은 유전자들과 돌연변이들에 의해 변화되어 왔고, 환경의 변화에 적응해 나가면서 점점 커져갔 다. 그러나 신석기 시대 이후 뇌의 용적의 변화는 없다. 신석기 시대 이후 질병은 계속해서 늘어나고 있고, 현대인 들은 급변하는 환경에 적응하지 못하고 질병으로 고생하고 있다. 자연치유의 원리는 자연계로부터 주어진 항상성 을 통해 질병의 근본 원인을 제거하고 예방하는 것이다. 카이로프랙틱에서는 Innate Intelligence라는 개념으로 이 를 설명하고 있다. 전통의술, 자연의학을 포함한 다양한 형태의 보완대체의학을 현대 서양 의학적 진단과 치료에 접목시키고자 하는 것이 통합의학이다. 보완대체의학의 한계는 과학적 데이터의 부족과 표준화된 진단기준이다. 사회적으로 환자 중심의 의료 서비스 필요성이 대두되고 있는 현 시점에서 현재 자연치유가 기존 제도권 내로 들 어가도록 그 한계를 극복하고 환자의 요구에 맞출 수 있는 맞춤형 치료를 위해서는 보완대체의학이 가지고 있는 장단점과 현대의학의 한계점을 돌아보고, 서로의 약점을 메워주며, 상호존중과 통합을 통해서 서로의 상생의 길을 찾아야 하고, 인공지능의 발달에 따른 의료적 의사결정 문제에 대한 고민을 지속해야 한다.

교도소와 구치소와 같은 교정시설은 범죄인을 격리·구금하고 교정·교화하여 사회에 복귀시키는 국가가 운영하는 교육시설이다. 교정시설은 신축한 후 통상 30-40년이 경과하고 시설이 노후화 되고 협소하거나, 현재의 교정시설 주변이 도시화의 진전 등으로 인해 지자체 지역주민들의 이전요구로 보다 외곽지역으로 신축·이전이 추진되고 있으며. 최근에는 경찰서 대용 구치시설 해소를 위해 교정시설이 신축되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 10년간의 교정시설 신축 이전사례를 중심으로 그 유형을 ① 대체적으로 계획에 따라 추진된 사례, ② 지방자치단체의 적극적인 지원·협조로 순조롭게 추진된 사례, ③ 지자체 및 지역주민들이 교정시설 신축을 적극 유치한 사례, ④ 지자체 및 지역주민들의 반대로 지연･중단되고 있는 사례로 구분하여 각 사례별로 특성을 정리하고 교정시설의 바람직한 신축･이전 사업과 지역사회 상생방안을 제시하였다. 그 방안으로 지방자치단체의 적극적 협조와 지원, 지역사회 주민 친화형 상생모델 제시, 교정시설 이전을 대신한 재건축･리모델링 추진, 법원･검찰청･구치소의 통합 법조타운 조성 추진, 신축·이전 대상 교정시설의 일정연한경과제 실시, 교정시설의 중층화 및 도시미관을 고려한 사회 친화적 설계 등을 제시하였다. 최근 군비행장, 한전 발전소, 폐기물 처리시설 등과 교도소·구치소는 비선호시설로 인식되어 입지단계부터 주민 반대 등으로 사업추진에 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 우리사회에서 법원, 검찰청, 경찰서와 함께 교정시설은 반드시 필요한 형사사법시설이며 국가 주요시설이다. 따라서 교정시설의 신축·이전사업도 병원 등 의료시설이나 교육시설, 상업시설, 사회체육시설 등의 선호시설처럼 보다 효율적으로 원활하게 추진되어야 할 것이다.

2017년까지 정부는 사회적기업 3천개를 육성하고 사회적기업에 10만명을 고용하려는 계획을 가지고 있다. 우리나라의 사회적기업은 2007년 사회적기업 육성법이 제정된 이래 본격적으로 육성을 시작, 2015 년 현재 1400여개의 가파른 양적 성장을 기록하였다. 하지만 양적 성장은 이루었지만 여전히 대다수 사회적기업이 그 경제적․사회적 목적에 맞는 자립을 이루어내지 못하고 정부에 대한 높은 의존을 하고 있는 점과 규모의 영세성이 해결해야 할 문제점으로 남아있다. 이에 내실화를 이루고 안정적인 사회적기업의 정착을 위해 사회적기업을 위한 생태계 조성에 또 하나 의 토대가 될 수 있는 상생모델의 제시를 통해 앞으로의 발전방향을 모색해보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 행복나래(주)의 사회적기업 지원에 대한 성과분석을 바탕으로 사회적기업의 안정적 생태계 조성을 위한 또 하나의 방안으로서 모범적 상생모델과 앞으로의 발전방향에 대해 제시하였다.

MgB2 bulk superconductors are synthesized by the solid state reaction of (MgB4+xMg) precursors withexcessive Mg compositions (x=1.0, 1.4, 2.0 and 2.4). The MgB4 precursors are synthesized using (Mg+B) powders. Thesecondary phases (MgB4 and MgO) present in the synthesized MgB4 are removed by HNO3 leaching. It is found thatthe formation reaction of MgB2 is accelerated when Mg excessive compositions are used. The magnetization curves ofMg1+xB2 samples show that the transition from the normal state to the superconducting state of the Mg excessive sam-ples with x=0.5 and x=0.7 are sharper than that of MgB2. The highest Jc-B curve at 5 K and 20 K is achieved forx=0.5. Further addition of Mg decreases the Jc owing to the formation of more pores in the MgB2 matrix and smallervolume fraction of MgB2.

한국응용곤충학회는 1962년 이래 국내외 곤충 분야의 연구발전에 많은 분들의 노력과 열정을 담아왔습니다. 곤충연구에서 기초분야뿐만 아니라 응용분야까지 연구영역을 확대함으로써 산/하/연의 긴밀한 관계를 유지해 올 수 있었습니다. 이 를 통하여 새로운 인재들이 선진화된 연구환경에서 보다 우수한 연구성과들을 얻 을 수 있게 되었습니다. 산업적인 측면에서 해충관리에 대한 연구개발 활성화와 우 수 인재의 배출은 특히 작물보호제 관련 산업의 질적인 성장을 뒷받침해 왔습니다. 국내외 연구기관과 작물보호제 산업체와의 콘소시엄을 통해 괄목할만한 작물보호 제 제품들과 프로그램들이 생산, 활용되고 있습니다. 본 2013년 춘계 한국응용곤 충학회에서는, 이러한 발전 과정중에 있는 작물보호제 관련 기업들과의 컨퍼런스 를 통하여 기업들의 연구개발 및 관련 활동에 학회가 일조할 수 있고, 더 나아가 상 생협력 할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 자유로운 토론의 장을 마련하고자 합니다.

Large corporations and SMEs Businesses have tried finding cooperative partner models through win-win activity. In this study, certain factors were researched, which affect on the achievements by win-win activity of large corporative and SMEs from a standpoint of development by SMEs, the establishment of confidence, technical innovation and competence of value chain competence in order to enforce supplying value under the win-win activity. The result of this research presents that the achievement of win-win activity by large corporations and SMEs is related positively to developmental capability, cooperative culture, developmental innovation, innovation of process, outer technological innovation and value chain.

In this study, the importance of win-win collaboration was emphasized in the point of long term partnership between parent companies and cooperation companies. Although parent company is trying to enhance internal capacity in setting up global management quality system as a standard model of national quality award, interest and effort in building inter-business management quality system linked with cooperation company are not enough. So win-win quality management system in long term viewpoint should be established to reinforce inter-business global management quality competitiveness.

Quality management has been applied to the industry for strengthening the competitiveness regardless of the size of company. However, it has been argued that the operational models for quality management used in the large-sized enterprise could not be applied to the small & medium-sized enterprise (SME) directly. This paper analyzes the states and outcomes of movements for quality innovation in the SME and tries to give some suggestions for improving and spreading the movements within the framework of the cooperation with the large sized company. Survey results show that the preferable quality movements depends on the size of company. Especially, the Single PPM movement is most preferable in the SME. It contributes th decreasing the fraction defective and to vitalizing the communication and cooperation between large-sized company and SME.
