        택코트란 아스팔트 포장 공사 시 기존 아스팔트층과 신설 아스팔트 층 사이에 부착성을 증가시키기 위하여 사용되는 재료이다. 교통 하중으로 인해 포장 경계면에서 수평전단응력 및 수직인장응력이 발생하게 되는데 택코트의 유실, 양생 부족 등의 문제로 접착 성능 이 부족하면 포장층의 분리, 밀림과 같은 도로 파괴가 형상이 나타날 수 있다. 현재 국내에서는 국토교통부 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장 시공 지침에 택코트 살포량에 대한 기준은 존재하지만 기존 및 신설 아스팔트 포장층 사이에 택코트의 접착강도에 대한 기준은 존재 하지 않는 실정이다, 이는 접착강도 특성이 분석되지 않은 택코트를 사용함에 따라 아스팔트 포장의 공용성 측면에서 문제를 초래할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 PG등급이 다른 택코트 4종류에 대한 인장 및 전단접착강도를 확인하기 위하여 인장접착강도 시험, 전 단접착강도 시험을 진행하였다. 택코트의 양생정도에 따른 접착강도 특성을 확인해보기 위하여 택코트의 수분이 증발됨에 따라 중량 변화가 없는 상태를 양생 100%로 하여 양생 0%, 50%, 100%로 진행하였으며, 살포량은 국토교통부 아스팔트 콘크리트 시공 지침에 따 라 0.5ℓ/m2로 진행하였다. 사용된 택코트 종류에 관계 없이 양생 정도가 증가함에 따라 접착강도는 증가하는 추세를 보였으며, 인장 및 전단접착강도 시험에 관계없이 초기 양생(양생 0%~50%)보다 양생 50% 이후에서의 더 높게 강도가 발현된 것을 확인하였다. 또한 PG등급이 높은 택코트가 인장 및 전단접착강도에 관계없이 접착강도 성능이 우수한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 추후 택코트의 종류를 추 가하여 PG등급이 분류가 이루어진 후에 접착강도 시험을 진행하여 결과를 확인할 예정이다.

        As a result of this study, the performance evaluation of the development of laminated paper automatic adhesive processing machine is considered and concluded as follows. The cardboard processing unit for automatic folding and gluing designed a feeder for supplying cardboard, and the prototype production was compared with the existing production and the developed product, and the production rate was improved from 31,100 to 46,500 pieces per day, and the production speed was increased from 68 to 98. The defect rate was solved by solving the folding problem by comparing the existing production and the developed product, and the standard of the defect rate of the product was based on the folding, and the X1-X4 average defect rate was confirmed to be 0,000607%.

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the production of jackets with high fit by comparing and analyzing the adhesive and non-adhesive production methods of men's jackets. An analysis of the manufacturing method showcased differences between the adhesive and non-adhesive manufacturing methods in the cutting and wick attachment method, the shape and attachment method of the chest reinforcing wick, the sleeve attachment method, and the shoulder pad and sleeve reinforcing cloth attachment method. In evaluating the outfit, the overall fit of the shoulder, the fit of the chest, and the fit of the armpit were found to be high in the non-adhesive production method. In evaluating appearance evaluation, the front shoulder, chest, and sleeve overall appearance showed a high non-adhesive production method. Therefore, in order to increase the wearability of the shoulder pad and the the attachment method of the upper sleeve reinforcing cloth, the non-adhesive production method should be used, and in order to increase the overall wearability and armpit wear of the chest, the difference in the attachment method, and the reinforcement method of the armhole should be used. In addition, to increase the appearance of the jacket, non-adhesive production methods such as differences in wick attachment methods, shoulder pads, sleeve reinforcing cloth, and sleeve attachment methods should be used.

        먼지 필터 막은 인간의 건강, 안전 및 환경 보호의 몇 가지 중요한 측면에 기여하기 때문에 인간의 삶과 다양한 산업에서 중요한 역할을 한다. 이 연구는 고온 조건에 대한 우수한 열안정성과 접착 특성을 가진 polysulfone@polyphenylene sulfide/polytetrafluoroethylene (PSf@PPS/ePTFE) 복합 먼지 필터 막의 개발을 제시한다. FT-IR 분석은 PSF 접착제가 PPS 직 물에 성공적으로 함침되고 ePTFE 지지체와의 상호 작용을 확인한다. FE-SEM 이미지는 향상된 섬유 상호 연결 및 PSf 농도 와 함께 접착력을 보여준다. PSf@PPS/ePTFE-5는 가장 적합한 다공성 구조를 보여준다. 복합 막은 400°C까지 예외적인 열 안정성을 보여준다. 박리 저항 테스트는 먼지 여과에 대한 충분한 접착력을 보여 공기 투과성을 희생시키지 않고 힘든 고온 조건에서 신뢰할 수 있는 성능을 보장한다. 이 막은 산업 응용 분야에서 유망한 잠재력을 제공한다. 더 나아가 최적화 및 응 용 가능성을 탐구할 수 있다.

        In order to respond to environmental pollution, developed countries, including Korea, have begun to conduct research to utilize hydrogen energy. For mass transfer of hydrogen energy, storage as liquid hydrogen is advantageous, and in this case, the volume can be reduced to 1/800. As such, the transportation technology of liquefied hydrogen for ships is expected to be needed in the near future, but there is no commercialized method yet. This study is a study on the technology to test the performance of the components constituting the membrane type storage container in a cryogenic environment as a preparation for the above. It is a study to find a way to respond by analyzing in advance the problems that may occur during the shear test of adhesives. Through this study, the limitations of ISO4587 were analyzed, and in order to cope with this, the specimen was supplemented so that fracture occurred in the adhesive, not the adhesive gripper, by using stainless steel, a low-temperature steel, to reinforce the thickness. Based on this, shear evaluation was performed under conditions lowered to minus 243℃, and it was confirmed that the breaking strength was higher at cryogenic temperatures.

        본 연구는 딥러닝을 위한 비선형 변환 접근법을 사용하여 Single-lap joint의 접착 영역을 조사하기 위한 진동 응답 기반 탐지 시스템 을 제시한다. 산업 혹은 공학 분야에서 분해가 쉽지 않은 구조 내에 보이지 않는 부분의 상태와 접착된 구조의 접착 부위 상태를 알기 어려운 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구는 비선형 변환을 이용하여 기준 시편의 진동 응답으로 다양한 시편의 접착 면적을 조사하는 탐지 방법을 제안한다. 이 연구에서는 CNN 기반 딥러닝으로 진동 특성을 파악하기 위해 비선형 변환을 적용한 주파 수 응답 함수를 사용했고 분류를 위해 가상의 스펙트로그램을 사용했다. 또한, 제시된 방법을 검증하기 위해 알루미늄, 탄소섬유복합 재 그리고 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 시편에 대한 진동 실험, 분석적 해, 유한요소해석을 수행했다.

        Conversion to modern hydrogen energy is required, and research on liquefied hydrogen cargo containment systems is needed for large-capacity transport and storage. In this study, changes in the mechanical properties of the adhesive required for storage and transport in liquid hydrogen were confirmed. The lap shear test was performed by realizing cryogenic conditions in a small chamber using liquid nitrogen and liquid helium. There was an increase of 11.0% in the -180℃ condition compared to room temperature, and an increase of 1.8% in the -230℃ condition compared to the -180℃ condition was confirmed. In the case of shear strain, it is known that it decreases as the temperature goes down. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the value at room temperature and the value at -180℃ reduced the shear strain by 5.0%, and -230˚ compared to the -180℃ condition. An increase of 1.5% was confirmed in the C condition. In the case of the specimen tested at -230℃, the deformation in the gripper part was larger than in other tests, and it is judged that the maximum shear strength and shear strain were affected. In addition, in this study, there is a limitation in the experiment at -230°C rather than 253°C, which is the boiling point of hydrogen

        In modern times, where problems due to environmental pollution are continuously occurring, hydrogen is in the spotlight as the energy of the future. Hydrogen is an eco-friendly energy resource that does not even generate CO2, and is actively supporting research to utilize hydrogen energy at the national level. This study is a study on the cryogenic mechanical properties of the elements constituting the cargo hold during the transportation of liquid hydrogen. Among the various components, the evaluation of mechanical properties of the cryogenic adhesive under liquid helium conditions was confirmed. The related contents are summarized as follows. As a result of performing SSRT by curing the adhesive, it was confirmed that tensile strength and maximum strain were increased at cryogenic temperature (-230°C) compared to room temperature (25°C). It was confirmed that the adhesive-hardened specimen showed a brittle fracture mode at both room temperature and cryogenic temperature during tensile. Improvements in this study, such as pores occurring during adhesive curing, the use of standard specimens, and experiments at -253°C, the boiling point of hydrogen, exist, and are planned to be carried out in subsequent studies.

        This paper aims at investigating the adhesive property at damage analysis according to the shape of the DCB test specimen made of Titanium, Dualumin as the high strength nonferrous metals. In this analysis, all three specimens had the lower holes bound by the cylinder support and the top holes were elongated with the rate of 6mm/min. The study results show that the longer the load block of DCB specimens, the more reliable and durable they are. It is utilized as the basic data at investigating the damage properties of adhesives in DCB specimens made of high strength nonferrous metals.

        PURPOSES : The feasibilities of cohesive elastoplastic contact model and discrete element method (DEM) for asphalt concrete mixture compaction process were evaluated. METHODS : The contact models that were used to simulate the dynamic behavior of construction materials were reviewed. The characteristics of cohesive elastoplastic models were discussed from the perspective of integration with existing contact models. Two asphalt mixtures that were fabricated with specific aggregate gradations and binder contents were compacted according to the Superpave gyratory compaction specification. The parameters for the model were determined via trial-and-error method. The heights of the specimens were plotted with respect to number of gyrations. The results of the laboratory tests were compared to those of numerical simulations. The displacement of particles in asphalt mixture specimen was also visualized to understand the effect of gyratory compaction on asphalt mixture specimen. RESULTS : The DEM model exhibited a significant friction coefficient dependency on compaction degree and slop. The DEM model with parameters determined through trial and error demonstrated reasonable simulation results in terms of specimen height at a gyration number. CONCLUSIONS: Even though a little discrepancy was observed between the results of the experimental test and numerical simulation, a combination of DEM with cohesive elastoplastic contact model seems to be applicable for the simulation of asphalt mixture compaction in laboratory. However, the model needs to be enhanced to be used for more realistic compaction processes, including heat transfer, phase change, and vibratory loading.

        PURPOSES: This study proposes a cohesive shrinkage particle model that can be used to simulate a variety of dynamic behaviors and phase changes of construction materials, including road subsidence and debris flow, and phase change curing, via discrete element method (DEM). METHODS : From the perspective of DEM modeling, the water-content-dependent characteristics of soil particles and related modeling techniques are reviewed from literature. The static friction, cohesion, and particle size change are considered as the major parameters that should be reflected in DEM modeling for a more realistic simulation. The relationships of water content with cohesive force and particle radius, as determined from experimental test results in the relevant study, are utilized to develop the cohesive shrinkage model. For each water content value, the snapshot in simulation is compared to that in the experimental study. RESULTS: The numerical simulation shows very good agreement with the experimental test in terms of overall sample radius and thickness change due to drying. However, the local curling of soil sample in the DEM simulation does not perfectly match that in the experimental test. CONCLUSIONS : The cohesive shrinking particle model seems to be good enough for simulating the volumetric and phase changes of soil samples due to drying. However, it seems necessary to consider both bonding and cohesive contact models in DEM modeling because the only cohesive contact model exhibited limitations in the simulation of curling and crack development.
