The condensation phenomenon can affect the product in terms of function and aesthetics, so it is a complaint of many users from the past, and continuous research has been conducted to solve it. A portable instrument panel is installed inside combat vehicles such as tanks and armored vehicles. Due to the nature of the combat vehicle operated in the special situation of battle, the internal heat generation of the instrument panel has increased significantly, which is presumed to be the cause of condensation inside the instrument panel. In this paper, a study on the development of subsequent processes was conducted to reduce the condensation phenomenon of the instrument panel for combat vehicles. In order to reduce the condensation phenomenon, the experiment was carried out by setting baking time and stabilization time as major factors. This paper is considered to be a reference research data for all systems in which similar assemblies are used as well as instrument panels for combat vehicles.
Domestic as well as global automobile manufacturers are making greater efforts in cost reduction to strengthen the competitiveness. In this study, we developed a program to effectively manage standard time of automobile assembly line, and confirm based on A-automobile factory data. For the purpose, we develop the system which is possible to manage standard time as well as calculate man-hour for automobile assembly line.
A manufacturing company should produce its products and make a profit to continue its management. With the adoption of a multi-category small-volume production system, manufacturers that produce concrete pump-cine products are carrying out improvement activities to increase their market share amid the business-to-customer business environment. However, the slump in the construction investment environment has led to a decline in sales of concrete pump trucks. The purpose of holding inventory is to prevent loss of sales opportunities with the rate of change in the sales plan, and reducing the rate of change in the product can reduce unnecessary inventory and, in order to realize this, the goal of reducing inventory can be achieved by reviewing the parts that can be designed for common use. Therefore, to reduce the inventory of concrete pump trucks, semi-finished publicization design is necessary. According to the analysis, the frame assembly process of the 32M model is common. Production capacity can be secured without loss of sales opportunity.
글로벌 경제 침체 속에서 기업은 날로 높아져 가는 소비자들의 수요를 만족하기 위하여 납기 대응 그리고 LB(Line Balance, 라인편성효율) 향상과 제조원가의 절감을 위한 생산성 향상은 중요한 개선 항목이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자동차 물류 중 조달물류를 대상으로 하여 불출자의 로드밸런스율을 증대할 수 있는 휴리스틱 알고리즘 개발에 대하여 연구를 진행함으로써 1차 목표 값을 적용하였을 load balancing율은 45.6%에서 91.7%로 개선 된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
The efficiency of the purchasing and procurement logistics is important in automotive industry. The rationalization of production system is directly impact on productivity and quality. For this reason importance of logistics is high. Despite we are continuously making effort, our country are still below the level than developed country on logistics efficiency. Rising labor costs is an important factor in increasing logistics costs. So workforce reduction in logistics department is a large part. We deal with A-company inbound logistics, especially procurement logistics in automotive logistics as research object. So in this study we do research on work load balance about workers. We do research on 1,475 kinds of components in procurement process. We applied work load balance algorithm on chassis, final, sequence, trim warehouses workers. According to number of workers and average M/H, algorithm is applied in two ways. After applied work load balance algorithm we reduced numbers of workers from 28 to 20 and improved worker load balance rate from 47.1% to 93.7%

Korean automobile industrial is in a difficult situation because of more competitive global market and lower demand. Therefore, domestic as well as global automobile manufacturers are making greater efforts in cost reduction to strengthen the competitiveness. According to statistical data, logistics cost in domestic manufacturers is higher than advanced countries. In this study, we developed program to effectively manage standard time of procurement logistics, and confirm based on A-automobile factory data. For the purpose, we develop the system which is possible to manage standard time as well as calculate man-hour. Program is not just for calculating and managing standard man-hour, scenarios analysis function will be added to calculate benefit while introduce logistics automated equipment. In this study we propose scenario using AGV instead of electric motor while move component. In the scenario analysis, job constitution is changed,and then we use system to compare the result. We can confirm standard man-hour is reduced from 22.3M/H to 14.3M/H. In future research, it is necessary scenario analysis function, and develop algorithm with realistic constraint condition.
Self-assembled monolayers(SAM) of microspheres such as silica and polystyrene(PS) beads have found widespread application in photonic crystals, sensors, and lithographic masks or templates. From a practical viewpoint, setting up a highthroughput process to form a SAM over large areas in a controllable manner is a key challenging issue. Various methods have been suggested including drop casting, spin coating, Langmuir Blodgett, and convective self-assembly(CSA) techniques. Among these, the CSA method has recently attracted attention due to its potential scalability to an automated high-throughput process. By controlling various parameters, this process can be precisely tuned to achieve well-ordered arrays of microspheres. In this study, using a restricted meniscus CSA method, we systematically investigate the effect of the processing parameters on the formation of large area self-assembled monolayers of PS beads. A way to provide hydrophilicity, a prerequisite for a CSA, to the surface of a hydrophobic photoresist layer, is presented in order to apply the SAM of the PS beads as a mask for photonic nanojet lithography.
CONWIP is robust and efficient for various type of operating system, such as series, parallel, and assembly systems. Especially, assembly system would be controlled couple of modified CONWIP system. In the following paper, we developed Critical Path CONWIP system that gives signal to sub-line from a station of critical path then, compared with m-conwip, discrete-card-buffer CONWIP. 2 representative asymmetric assembly system models are used to compare each control system. This research is to sequence flow shop with two parallel parts production and two assembly machines in sequence. Two different objective functions are studied. One is to minimize total completion time and the other is to minimize the difference of 1 job completion time and total completion time. A heuristic is designed to solve the sequencing problem. Initial solution is developed in the first stage and then the initial solution is improved in the second stage. Experimental 5 job problems are used to evaluate the performance of the suggested heuristic. The optimum solutions obtained by enumeration are used to comparisons. Also 20 job problems are generated for evaluations. 100 randomly generated sequences are evaluated and proved that the distributions are normal. And then presented how good the solutions obtained by suggested method. The initial solution stage is different for the minimization of completion time differences.

Diethyleneamine (DEA) surfactant was used to fabricate the micelle structure of Ba-DEA complex under various DEA concentrations. powders were synthesized with addition of Fe ions to Ba-DEA complex and then fabricated powders by spray-pyrolysis process at the temperature range of . The molar ratio of Ba/DEA and heat-treatment temperatures significantly affected the magnetic properties and morphology of powders. powders synthesized with Ba/DEA molar ratio of 1 and heat-treated at showed the coercive forces (iHc) of 4.2 kOe with average crystal size of about 100 nm.
