As the complexity and uncertainty of international construction projects increase, the importance of risk management capabilities in the construction industry has become more pronounced. Accordingly, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) has become a widely adopted approach among organizations as a new way for more effective risk management. Despite its growing application, research related to ERM is still in its infancy, and most of the existing studies have been limited to financial industries. Therefore, this study aims to empirically examine the influence of ERM’s core elements on project risk management (PRM) and project performance within construction firms. Our findings indicate that the key ERM components—organization, policy, and culture—significantly enhance PRM processes, underscoring their critical role and importance. Additionally, effective PRM positively affects project outcomes, highlighting its significance for construction companies engaged in international projects. While ERM does not directly impact project performance, it indirectly improves outcomes through enhanced PRM capabilities. It suggests that ERM will contribute to the firm’s performance by improving the firm’s PRM capability through policies and a risk-focused culture corresponding to the adopted ERM organization and system..
The Wolseong Wooden moat is a unique example. Which is a vertical wall made of wood. It shows a changing point how to make the wall by digging a hole and stacking stones vertically. This study tried to to make a assumption about the construction process of the wooden structure found in the Wolseong pit moat. I sorted out wooden elements and then analyzing these features and compared with the results of the excavation. After I made 3D modelling in the order to it was made. This moat is not only a function of digging up the ground to trap water, but also a technique of building structures to maintain walls. It is a valuable material that can show the woodworking engineering techniques of the Silla Dynasty.
Recently, due to the aging of workers and the weakening of the labor base in the automobile industry, research on quality inspection methods through ICT(Information and Communication Technology) convergence is being actively conducted. A lot of research has already been done on the development of an automated system for quality inspection in the manufacturing process using image processing. However, there is a limit to detecting defects occurring in the automotive sunroof sealer application process, which is the subject of this study, only by image processing using a general camera. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a system construction method that collects image information using a infrared thermal imaging camera for the sunroof sealer application process and detects possible product defects based on the SVM(Support Vector Machine) algorithm. The proposed system construction method was actually tested and applied to auto parts makers equipped with the sunroof sealer application process, and as a result, the superiority, reliability, and field applicability of the proposed method were proven.
PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to measure and analyze the fugitive dust generated by each process through field tests to develop a technology to reduce fugitive dust generated during excavation-restoration work on road pavements.
METHODS : The testbed was constructed based on a typical excavation-restoration construction section and comprised five sections for reproducibility and repeated measurements. The excavation-restoration work was divided into pavement cutting, pavement crushing, pavement removal, excavation, and restoration processes and fugitive dust generated by each process was measured. Fugitive dust (TSP, PM10, PM2.5, and PM1) was measured using a GRIMM particle spectrometer, which applies the principle of a light scattering spectrometer and can be measured in real-time.
RESULTS : Analyses of the average mass concentration of PM10 generated by the excavation-restoration process are as follows: 1286.3 μg/m³ from pavement cutting, 246.8 μg/m³ from pavement crushing, 697.0 μg/m³ from pavement removal, 747.9 μg/m³ from excavation process, and 350.6 μg/m³ from the restoration process. In addition, the average particle size distribution of the excavationrestoration construction was in the order of PM10~PM2.5 (67 %), PM1 or less (24 %), and PM2.5~PM1 (9 %). The pavement cutting process is characterized by the emission of high concentrations of fugitive dust over a short time, compared to other processes. The pavement crushing process has the characteristic of steadily generating fugitive dust for a long period, although the emission concentration is small.
CONCLUSIONS : In this study, it was found that the concentration and characteristics of fugitive dust generated during road pavement excavation-restoration works vary by process and the reduction technology for each process should be developed accordingly.
『삼국사기』에는 백제가 나당연합군의 침공에 의해 660년 7 월 18일 멸망하였다고 기록되어 있는데, 『일본서기』에는 663 년 9월 7일 주유성(州柔城)이 함락되어 백제의 이름이 끊어졌 고 두 번 다시 선조들의 무덤에도 갈 수 없게 되었다는 한탄이 기록되어 있다.1) 백제의 마지막 수도였던 그‘부여(扶餘)’땅에, 일본제국주의 식민정책의 영구화를 위한 내선일체의 영지를 표 방하는 ‘부여신궁’이 조영되었는데, 이 계획이 어떻게 시작되었 으며 어떠한 과정을 거쳐 계획되고, 공사 진척을 위해 전국적 으로 동원된 인원들과 그들의 봉사일정 등을 언론에 발표된 내 용을 중심으로 시간대별로 살펴보았다. 그리고 국내에서는 사 라졌던 부여신궁 본전 설계도를 입수하여 살펴보고, 현재 입구 가 거의 막힌 채 남아 있는 지하 터널의 용도와 설계도에서의 위치를 추정하여 본다. 기억하기 싫은 뼈아픈 치욕의 역사도 정확히 기억하고, 이를 극복하는 노력이 없으면 되풀이하는 실수를 범할 수가 있다. 실수를 반복하지 않기 위하여서라도 그때 당시를 적확히 찾아 기록하여 후대의 거울로 삼는 것도 의미가 있는 일이리라.
The Sacheonwangsa temple in Silla was completed in 679, just after the unification of the Three Kingdoms. In recent years, we have been critically considering the history of the chronology based on the existence of ‘Geumdang of the previous generation’, which has emerged through the research report of the Sacheonwangsa temple. It is the one to reconsider the construction process of the Sacheonwangsa temple centering on the re-interpretation of the construction time and the character of the first stage of the foundation which was confirmed from within the Geumdang site. The results of this study are as follows : 1)The “Chang(創) of Sacheonwangsa temple” in [Three Affairs that Queen Seondeok had already known] that it is presumed that the construction of the Sacheonwangsa temple, which was designed by Anham before 640 years ago, will convey the fact that the first of the King Munmu's reign (661∼) has been finalized after the initial discussion. 2)Although the theories after excavations are predicated on the existence of ‘Geumdang of the previous generation’, there is no reason to believe that a lasting predecessor building with roof and pillar walls on predecessor buildings is considered to have been built. The foundation was associated with the “build a temple out of coloured silk(以彩 帛營寺)” i.e. ‘Jochang(祖創)’ in 670 years before the construction plan was formally finalized. However, it is presumed that the remains of the platform construction on the premise that it will be used on the construction of Geumdang. 3)The decision to ‘rebuilding(攺刱)’ based on a formal construction plan is determined to be from 670 to 672 years. The maintaining of the original cathedral axis line, to the north on the boundary of the southern limit of the foundation flat portion, the result of developing and embodied the relative position of the Geumdang in the newly determined cathedral unfold and embody, the center of the building base and Geumdang, it is presumed that the centers of them are divided into North and south. 4)The completion of the Sacheonwangsa temple in 679 is understood as the conclusion of ‘rebuilding’ to “build a temple out of coloured silk” i.e. ‘Jochang’ in 670 years. The pent roof of the Geumdang was initially considered not to be in the plan, but it is judged to be before the completion of the Sacheonwangsa temple.
기후변화에 따른 영향으로 전 세계적으로 물부족 문제는 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 물부족 문제를 해결하기 위하여 다양한 대체수자원 확보기술이 개발되고 있으며, 그 중에 해수담수화 기술이 가장 활발하게 도입되고 있다. 최근 새로운 개념의 해수담수화 기술이 검토되고 있으며, 그 중 막증발법(Membrane distillation, MD) 기술이 활발하게 연구되고 있다. 국토교통부 국가연구개발사업으로 진행 중인 “Global MVP 연구단”에서는 세계 최대 규모인 400 m³/일 규모의 복합탈염 플랜트를 구축하고 있으며, 국산 중공사 막증발 모듈을 이용하여 새로운 개념의 복합탈염 설계기술과 구축기술을 확보하고자 현재 다양한 연구를 진행 중에 있다.
장기생태연구는 미국국립과학재단이 1980년 LTER(Long term ecological research)이라는 이름으로 연구를 하기 시작한 이후부터 활발히 진행되었다. 장기생태연구는 생태계의 역할에 대하여 다방면으로 관찰하여 이에 대한 시계열적 생태정보처리를 할 수 있도록 생태 데이터베이스(ecological database)를 구축하는 것으로 생태계 동태파악에 있어 기초가 된다. 우리나라 장기생태연구의 목적은 우리나라 산림생태를 장기적으로 관찰함으로써 동식물 및 입지환경과의 상호작용 을 이해하고, 시계열적 변화과정 그리고 기후변화에 대응한 생물다양성, 산림생산성과 생태계 서비스를 보전하기 위한 산림생태계 관리방안을 마련하는데 있다. 우리나라에서의 장기생태연구는 생태계 관련 분야의 과학자 및 연구자간의 의사소통, 조정 및 협력을 촉진하기 위하여 1997년 KLTER(Korea Long-Term Ecological Research) 위원회가 설립되었다. 장기생태연구의 목적은 환경변화에 따른 생물다양성의 변화, 임분동태 분석 그리고 양분순환 등 우리나라 생태계의 전반적인 구조와 변화에 대한 분석이 다. 우리나라 장기생태연구조사지는 산림청 국립산림과학원 에서 광릉숲, 남해 금산, 계방산 등에 구축되어 있으며, 환경부 에서도 산림을 포함한 수변생태, 도서연안생태 등의 지역에 서 장기생태모니터링을 구축하여 다양한 서식처와 경관을 대상으로 연구사업이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구대상지인 면봉산은 보현산 일대에 위치하며 군락 내 접근성이 떨어져 외부의 간섭을 적게 받아 임분 내 종조성과 계층구조가 건전하고 생태계의 안정성이 유지되는 곳이다. 또한 면봉산일대 상층부에는 대부분 신갈나무군 집이 우점하고 있고 관목층에는 생강나무, 쇠물푸레나무 등 이 주로 생육하고 있어, 한반도 삼림식생형에 따른 식물사 회학적 식생분류체계에 대한 연구 중, 중‧남부 산지 삼림식생형을 신갈나무-생강나무군단으로 분류한 것으로 보아 본 연구대상지는 우리나라 중‧남부지역 온대활엽수림의 전형 적인 식생상태의 종조성을 보이는 곳으로 판단된다. 본 연 구대상지의 장기모니터링 구축을 통하여 온대림 식생의 종 조성 변화 및 임분동태를 분석하여 타지역의 장기모니터링 연구결과와 비교·분석하는 데 용이할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구의 목적은 면봉산 일대 신갈나무림을 대상으로 장기모니터링 조사구를 설치하여 향후 임분동태를 파악하기 위한 기초자료를 마련하는데 의의가 있다. 현장답사는 2014년 3월에 실시하였으며 장기모니터링 조사구를 설치할 장소를 물색하였다. 애초에 계획했던 1㏊의 조사구를 설치하기에 힘든 지형조건으로 이를 보완하여 종조성, 사면방위, 해발 고도, 경사 등을 고려하여 생육상황이 비슷한 조사구를 0.25㏊로 4개소 구획하였다. 4개소의 조사구 내 10×10m의 소조사구를 각각 25개씩 설치하여 총 100개소를 설치하였으며 2014년 5월에 실시하였다. 조사구 내 흉고직경 2㎝ 이상의 목본류 개체를 중심으로 흉고직경, 수고 및 공간좌 표를 측정하였으며, 소조사구 내 braun-blanquet의 식물사 회학적 방법을 이용하여 하층식생의 종을 식별하고 피도 및 수도를 조사하였다. 조사년도는 식물의 생육이 왕성한 시기인 여름에 실시하여 2014년 8월, 2015년 7~8월, 2017 년 7~8월에 걸쳐 3회 실시하였다. 중요치 분석결과 상층에 서 신갈나무, 소나무의 순으로 나타났고, 중층에서 신갈나무, 박달나무 등의 순으로 나타났다. 장기모니터링 조사구 내 출현한 개체수는 2014년 3,070본/㏊에서 2017년 3,233 본/㏊로 조사되었다. 이는 교목층 수종의 고사로 인한 숲틈 (forest gap)으로 관목층 목본류(철쭉, 진달래, 쇠물푸레나무 등)의 치수발생에 의한 결과로 사료된다. 흉고직경급은 역J자형으로 나타났으며, 주요 수종이 대부분 집중분포하는 것으로 분석되었다. 장기생태모니터링의 연간 조사에 관한 사항은 국립수목원에서 점봉산 일대와 광릉시험림의 신갈나무와 졸참나무에 대하여 시행하고 있으나 이러한 정밀 한 조사데이터의 구축이 식생대별 그리고 특이서식지별 등 이 국내에서 더욱 요구되는 사항이라고 사료되며 앞으로도 면봉산 일대의 연간 장기모니터링을 통하여 우리나라 참나 무림의 임분동태를 해석하는 데 있어 기초자료를 제공하는 데 연구를 진행할 계획이다.
Industrial disasters cause lots of damages from individuals to companies and country. Especially, damages caused by constructional disasters take very large portion in the whole industry and are accompanied by huge personal·physical damages.
For the prevention of disasters, roles of safety manager are very important and especially, effects of disaster prevention can be changed by occupational ability of construction safety manager. To improve job abilities of safety manager, job education is very important.
This research suggested a model for job education management of construction safety manager and proposed improvements as a study on improvement of curriculum for vitalization of job education of construction safety manager so as to improve occupational ability of safety manager. To achieve them, this research examined standard and operation status of current job education of safety manager and the problems and suggested a model materializing job educational contents as a measure to vitalize job education system of safety manager.
Fishing dredge in Jeollabuk-do began to become widespread in the 1960s and has continued to catch diverse kinds of shellfish in the productive fishing grounds around Dongjin River, Mangyeong River and Geum River estuaries. Since the 1970s, the construction of various large-scale industrial complex and the implementation of Saemangeum reclamation project have resulted in a decrease in main fishing areas and a sharp decline in shellfish production. As a result, dredge fishery has faced many difficulties. Dredge fishery in Jeollabuk-do is carried out with a total of 30 fishing permits as of 2016. Surf clams, hen clams, bladder moon snails, and common orient clams were mainly caught before the construction of Saemangeum dike while comb pen shells, purple whelks and ark shells are mainly caught afterwards. Inside the Saemangeum dike, most fish species have disappeared due to low water level and low salinity, and littleneck clams are caught using a jet pump type of fishing dredge. Outside the dike, the diversity of shellfish species has been reduced; comb pen shells are mainly caught. In this process, a lot of friction occurs due to the use of a reformatted dredge. Therefore, a lot of research needs to be conducted in the near future.
Assessment of noise exposed population is to check the environment noise level and social influence in order to reduce the risks such as annoyance and disturbance that are generated by environmental noise. Also, this method suggests the preferential noise abatement policy and action plan by accurately finding the area that the noise causes harmful effect to human health. Recently, a noise map, which can predict noise in comprehensive area, is used for the assessment of noise exposed population, breaking from the methods using existing measures. In particular, countermeasure for noise can be considered more effectively by using assessment methods of noise exposed population for specific noise level, area, and building types which are the main input factors in noise maps. In this study, we propose noise reduction ranking decision at ship construction and repair process due to noise map.
The object of this paper is to examine the noise generating mechanism at ship construction and repair precess. To accomplish the object; A noise generating mechanism of high noise machine, which is mounted in the ship construction and repair process, was investigated. The measurement method of the noise for the machine by ship construction were investigated. The noise at the 250 points of the manufacturing process machine in the 40 processes of the 3 factories, 3 business fields was measured. The database of the noise was built from the measurement data. The major sound sources and frequency range for the manufacturing process of metal material product machine was investigated.
This paper suggests a specific model that could efficiently improve the interaction and the interface between MES(Manufacturing Execution System) server and POP(Point of Production) terminal through electronic document server and electronic pen, bluetooth receiver and form paper in disassembly and process inspection works. The proposed model shows that the new method by electronic document automation system can more efficiently perform to reduce processing time for maintenance work, compared with the current approach by handwritten processing system. It is noted in case of the method by electronic document automation system that the effects of proposed model are as follows; (a) While the processing time per equipment for maintenance by the current method was 300 minutes, the processing time by the new method was 50 minutes. (b) While the processing error ratio by the current method was 20%, the error ratio by the new method was 1%.
본 연구의 목적은 과학적 모델의 사회적 구성 수업을 적용한 야외지질학습에서 학생들이 만드는 조별 모델 구 성 과정에 대해 제약조건을 중심으로 이해하는 것이다. S 영재원 지구과학분과 3조, 12명의 학생들을 대상으로 진행하 였다. ‘관악산은 어떻게 형성되었을까?’를 주제로 야외지질답사 2차시, 과학적 모델의 사회적 구성 수업 3차시로 진행하 였다. 조별 모델 구성과정에 관해서는 Nersessian (2008)이 제시한 제약조건을 이론적 근거로 하여 반-구조화된 인터뷰, 야외지질답사, ‘과학적 모델의 사회적 구성 수업’의 모든 담화, 활동지를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째 야외지질학습에 적용한 과학적 모델의 사회적 구성 수업에 나타난 제약조건의 출처는 과학 이론, 야외지질답사에서 관 찰한 내용, 과학적 모델의 사회적 구성 수업에서 추가로 제공된 것이 있었다. 두 번째 조별 모델링에 영향을 미치는 3 가지 종류의 제약조건이 있다. 조별 모델에는 조별 구성원 모두가 동일하게 가지고 있던 것으로 ‘공통적인 제약조건’,조별 구성원 일부가 가지고 있던 것 중 조별 모델에 반영된 ‘채택된 제약조건’, 마지막으로 초기 모델에는 없었으나 조 별 모델 구성과정에서 새롭게 나타난 ‘생성된 제약조건’이 있었다. 이번 연구는 학교 과학에서 제약조건을 기반으로 조 별 모델이 만들어지는 과정을 이해할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 야외지질학습이라는 수업 사례를 보여줌으로서 실제 적용하 는데 이바지 하고자 하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
급격한 산업화 및 인구증가로 물부족 문제가 가속화됨에 따라 최근 수처리 공정은 방류수 수질기준을 준수하여 방류하는 단순한 수준을 넘어서 보다 엄격한 수질을 만족시켜야하는 방향으로 발전하고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 노력의 일환으로 많은 하⋅폐수 처리장에서 생물학적 처리와 멤브레 인이 결합된 MBR 공정을 적용하고 있으나, 적용 현장별 특징을 충분히 반영하지 못한 설계로 MBR 공정의 우수한 처리성능을 제대로 활용하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 산업단지 내에 설치되는 폐수처리시설의 입지여건과 특성을 반영하여 저유량 및 수질의 불균질화 문제를 해결하기 위한 설계사례 등 을 제시하고자 하였다.
This study researched changes over time regarding the location and spatial characteristics of modern meteorological stations, and examined the characteristics of modern meteorological station construction using the location and spatial characteristics of the Busan Meteorological Station. First, meteorological stations were located in port areas, and then moved to high altitude areas for stable meteorological observation beginning in the transition phase. Here, office buildings and residences were joined, but were separated due to the increase in functions from the stabilization phase. Second, as for spatial composition, in the establishment phase, existing buildings were used, and the scale of newly constructed buildings differed according to time and area. However, after the Japan-Korea Annexation, with increased funds and increased observation equipment, floor plans subdivided by function started to appear. In the stabilization phase, space was subdivided with redundancy due to the increase in functions. In the wartime transition phase, ‘ㅡ’ shaped floor plans with redundancy became the norm. Meanwhile, the location of the maritime customs where the first meteorological observations took place after the opening of the ports, and the location and construction of the Busan Temporary Observatory built in the meteorological observation transition phase (1905) were investigated. Also, through the investigation of the Busan Meteorological Observatory, newly constructed before 1934, the location and spatial characteristics of modern era meteorological observatories were studied.
The recent trend in modern systems development can be characterized by the increasing complexity in terms of both the functionality and HW/SW scale that seems to be accelerated by the growing user requirements and the rapid advancement of technology. Among the issues of complexity, the one related to systems safety has attracted great deal of attention lately in the development of the products ranging from mass-transportation systems to defence weapon systems. As such, the incorporation of safety requirements in systems development is becoming more important. Note, however, that since such safety-critical systems are usually complex to develop, a lot of organizations and thus, engineers should participate in the development. In general, there seems to be a variety of differences in both the breadth and depth of the technical background they own. To address the problems, at first this paper presents an effective design process for safety-critical systems, which is intended to meet both the systems design and safety requirements. The result is then advanced to obtain the models utilizing the systems modeling language (SysML) that is a de facto industry standard. The use of SysML can facilitate the construction of the integrated process and also foster active communication among many participants of diverse technical backgrounds. As a case study, the model-based development of high-speed trains is discussed.
