Gas turbine engines are widely used as prime movers of generator and propulsion system in warships. This study addresses the problem of designing a DS-based PID controller for speed control of the LM-2500 gas turbine engine used for propulsion in warships. To this end, we first derive a dynamic model of the LM-2500 using actual sea trail data. Next, the PRC (process reaction curve) method is used to approximate the first-order plus time delay (FOPTD) model, and the DS-based PID controller design technique is proposed according to approximation of the time delay term. The proposed controller conducts set-point tracking simulation using MATLAB (2016b), and evaluates and compares the performance index with the existing control methods. As a result of simulation at each operating point, the proposed controller showed the smallest in , which means that the rpm does not change rapidly. In addition, IAE and IAC were also the smallest, showing the best result in error performance and controller effort.

췌석은 만성췌장염에서 흔히 동반되는 소견으로 반복되는 복통과 췌장염의 원인이 될 수 있다. 췌석은 췌관 협착과 자주 동반되고 췌관내 박혀 있는 경우가 많아 바스켓을 이용하여 제거하기 어렵다. 체외충격파쇄석술(ESWL)로 치료하기도 하나 반복 시술이 필요하고 성공률도 높지 않았다. 최근에 개발된 SpyGlass™ DS II (Boston Scientific, Marlborough, MA, USA)는 직경이 3.5 mm로 가늘어 췌관이 확장되어 있을 때 안으로 삽입이 가능하게 되었다. 그리고 직접 췌석을 보면서 전기수압쇄석술(EHL)이나 레이저 유도 쇄석술(laser lithotripsy)를 시행하며 췌석을 제거해 볼 수 있게 되었다. 본고에서는 SpyGlass™ DS II와 EHL을 이용하여 10 mm 이상의 다발성 췌석을 제거하는 방법을 소개하고자 한다.

On June 18, 2014, the WTO’s Dispute Settlement Body adopted the Panel report on China – Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duties on Certain Automobiles from the United States case. There are questions that are still left open or ambiguous, and some notable findings have been introduced. For the procedure, the major issues are whether the non-confidential summaries of data were sufficient to reasonably understand the information, the admissibility of the delayed letter from parties and whether the notice and registration of Investigation Authorities could justify the facts available for determination of Residual rates. As regards the substantive issues, the discussion focuses on whether there is a self-selection process to distort the domestic industry definition and the price comparability between subject imports and the domestic like product. By analyzing the arguments, evidences and reasoning in these regards, this review points out questions that still need future clarification.

본 연구는 전이인자 Ac/Ds를 이용하여 세계적인 경쟁력을 갖춘 삽입변이 집단을 구축하고 Ds 삽입에 대한 분자학적 정보를 획득하여 database 화에 이용하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 또한 농업적 유용유전자들의 생물학적 기능을 구명하고 생명공학적 방법을 통하여 새로운 작물 창출에 활용하고자 한다. 본연구를 통하여 얻을 수 있는 자료와 정보는 벼의 유전자 기능분석을 보다 효율적으로 실시하고 유용 유전자를 선발하여 육종에 이용함과 아울러 또한 이들의 지적 소유권 획득에 기초자료로 이용될 수 있을 것이다. 1. T1 진전에 의한 대량 고정종자 생산 확보를 위해 Largescale screening 활용하고 발아 활력 유지를 위해 종자를 장기보존하였다. 그 결과 Ds Knockout 육종소재의 안정적 재료공급 체계 확립하였는데 종자 증식용 파종상의 규격화를 통한대량 증식 방법 확립였고 증식계통의 목적에 맞는 재배 방법채택을 통한 편의성을 증진하였다. 2. 변이체의 선발은 각 생육 시기별 변이체 특성검정 및 선발하였으며 2008년도에는 변이율이 5.15%를 보였으나 2009년에는 4.34%로 낮았으며 평균 4.75%의 변이율을 나타냈다. 2010년 증식계통은 생육이 불량하여 표현형 조사는 불가하여 바로 이앙하여 증식하였다. 특히 spotted leaf(spl)의 형태를 나타내는 변이형이 우점하였다. 유묘기의 Ds 증식 집단에서의 표현형 변이는 주로 엽록소 이상을 보이는 변이체가 많이 관찰되었다. 3. 흑미 삽입변이체의 종자특이 전사인자의 발현 분석을 수행하기 위하여 컴퓨터 분석법을 이용하여 흑미 종자의 안토시아닌 생합성 발현 유전자를 동정하고 안토시아닌 생합성 유전자의 발현 분석을 통한 합성 기작 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과 흑미 종자 삽입변이체 선발하였는데 115,000점의 Ac/Ds 삽입변이체 중 흑미 9계통을 선발하였다. 4. 흑미 종자의 유전자 발현 분석을 연구하기 위하여 Microarray 통계분석을 실시하였는데 672개의 안토시아닌 생합성 관련 유전자 중 전이인자 hyper-geometric 통계 분석으로 12개 전이인자 분류별 82개의 생합성 관련 전이인자 유전자 선발하였다. 5. 최근 기능유전체 연구의 효율을 높이기 위하여 변이체에대한 총체적인 해석과 함께 변이체의 표현형 변이와 삽입염기서열 분석의 연관성을 데이터 베이스화하는 이른바 Phenome 데이터베이스로 가는 추세이다. 이러한 Phenome 분석에 삽입변이집단의 데이터베이스가 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문에서는 닌텐도사의 DS 게임기에 본인이 제작한 홈브류 게임 프로그램을 사용할 수 있는 환경을 설정하는 방법과 이를 이용하여 간단한 2D 플랫폼 게임을 개발하는 과정에 대해 설명하고자 한다. 이러한 게임기를 이용한 프로그래밍 방법은 하드웨어 사양이 고정되어 있어 게임프로그래밍에 대한 강의를 진행시 일반 사용자가 게임 프로그래밍을 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 강의할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 또한, 2차원 게임 프로그래밍 이론과 NDS 프로그래밍 실습의 병행을 통해 실제 게임 개발 환경을 체험할 수 있다.

We investigated the structural parameters of a sample of 30 dwarf galaxies(15 dEs and 15 dS0s) in the Virgo Cluster using i-band images from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey Data Release 4. Among 28 galaxies for which surface brightness profiles were derived from ellipse fittings, 23 galaxies had a single component that was adequately described by a generalized Sersic function with a shape parameter ranging from n=0.5 to 2, while 5 galaxies(2 dEs and 3 dS0s) had bulge and disk components that were fitted by a generalized Sersic function and an exponential function, respectively. Since the majority of dwarf galaxies in the present sample had a single component, it seems likely that genuine dS0 galaxies that have disk and bulge components are quite rare in the Virgo Cluster. The similarity in structural parameters of genuine dS0 galaxies in the Virgo Cluster with those of Magellanic-type galaxies implies that the progenitors of dwarf lenticular galaxies in the Virgo Cluster were most likely Magellanic-type galaxies if dS0s are harassed late-type spirals.
