해상에서 유출된 기름은 방제를 잘 하였더라도 일부는 해안으로 밀려가 해안을 오염시키게 된다. 해양경찰청의 국가방제기 본게획에 의하면 연안이용 빈도가 높은 우리나라의 해안방제에 있어 지방자치 단체장은 주무기관 역할을 하도록 되어 있으며, 해안방 제시 방제종료기준에 있어서는 보다 세밀하고 구체적인 의사결정체계를 구축할 필요가 있다. 방제종료기준 관련 의사결정체계는 크게 방제종료기준 설정단계, 방제종료 판단단계 등 두 가지 단계로 이원화할 필요가 있다. 방제종료기준 설정단계는 주로 사고지역별 해당 지자체(해안을 이용 관리 보전하는 관리청)가 최고의사결정기구의 중심 역할을 할 필요가 있으며, 방제종료 판단단계에서는 방제대책 본부 및 지자체의 최고의사결정기구가 합동으로 중심 역할을 할 필요가 있다. 이와 같이 의사결정협의회를 구성하여 해안방제종료 결 정에 대한 기준을 우리나라 실정에 적합하도록 의사결정체계를 제시하고자 한다.

An Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) installed in a nuclear power plant is the primary power source, supplying AC power to Class 1E power systems when the main turbine generator and offsite power source are not available. Thus, reliability of the EGD is essential for plant safety and availability. In this paper, the EDG is selected for a Long Term Asset Management (LTAM) strategy and the results are summarized briefly. The LTAM strategy is intended to provide an effective long-term planning tool for minimizing unplanned capability loss and then optimizing maintenance programs and capital investments consistent with plant safety and an identified plant operating strategy. Such an operating strategy might include license renewal or retaining the option for license renewal.

Information is known to be a key element for the successful operation of a supply chain, which is required of the efficient ordering strategies and accurate predictions of demands. This study proposes a method to effectively utilize the meteorological forecast information in order to make decisions about ordering and prediction of demands by using the Taguchi experimental design. It is supposed that each echelon in a supply chain determines the order quantity with the prediction of precipitation in the next day based on probability forecast information. The precipitation event is predicted when the probability of the precipitation exceeds a chosen threshold. Accordingly, the choice of the threshold affect the performances of a supply chain. The Taguchi method is adopted to deduce a set of thresholds for echelons which is least sensitive to changes in environmental conditions, such as variability of demand distributions and production periods. A simulation of the beer distribution game was conducted to show that the set of thresholds found by the Taguchi method can reduce the cumulative chain cost, which consists of inventory and backlog costs.

The purpose of this study was to identify the determinants of decision-making confidence of clothing. As determinants, this study examined consumer susceptibility to interpersonal influence, vanity, and clothing knowledge. Data were collected through surveying university students in Seoul metropolitan area using convenience sampling method. Out of 324 distributed, 300 useful questionnaires were returned. The results showed that identical conformity among consumer susceptibility to interpersonal influence factors significantly influences, both directly and indirectly, decision making confidence through vanity. Although normative conformity does not influence decision-making confidence directly, it does significantly influence decision-making confidence indirectly through influencing vanity and clothing knowledge. The results suggest clothing is a manifestation tool for managing public self, which finally leads to increased clothing knowledge and decision-making confidence of clothing. These findings may be used by marketers in developing strategies for product development and promotion.

유출유사고대응지원시스템은 환경 민감 지도 데이터베이스를 기반으로 유출유 확산예측 등의 기능이 탑재된 해양오염 방제 지원을 위한 시스템으로 기 개발되어 운영되고 있다. 여기서 환경 민감 지도 데이터베이스는 기름 유출 사고로 인해 피해받기 쉬운 해안의 자원과 방제 에 관련된 정보를 지도에 표시한 것으로 해안선의 유출유 민감지수, 해안 야생 동․식물 등 생물자원의 분포, 해수욕장이나 산업 시설물의 취수구 등 사회․경제 자원, 방제 기관과 방제 기자재 현황 등을 정해진 색상의 기호로 표시하여 방제 결정자가 신속하게 정보를 활용할 수 있는 있도록 지원하는 정보 지도이다. 그러나 해상교통 및 안전 분야 종사자는 전통적으로 해도 및 전자해도를 사용에 익숙하여, 현 환경민감지도의 색상 및 심볼의 낮은 친숙도가 지적된 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 유출유사고대응지원시스템의 지리정보 데이터베이스인 환경 민감도 지도에 대해 분석하 고, 이를 전자해도 형식으로 표현 시 추진할 수 있는 적용 방법과 고려사항에 대해 고찰 하였다.

사회복지 전문직은 휴먼서비스를 제공하는 분야로 고도의 윤리적 통찰과 결단이 요구되는 윤리 지향적 전문직이라고 할 수 있다. 하지만 윤리에 대한 사회복지학계의 이론적이고 실천적인 관심은 아직도 부족하다. 그간 수행된 사회복지 윤리관련 연구들은 하버마스의 보편윤리사상을 사회복지실천현장에서 활용할 수 있는가에 대한 탐색적 논의, 사회복지 실천 가치와 윤리가 지향하고 있는 내용, 자기결정과 관련된 문제 등 주로 이론적 논의에 머무르고 있다. 사회복지 실천현장에서 윤리적 문제는 여러 가지가 있을 수 있겠으나 그 중 가장 빈번하면서도 사회복지사들에게 부담으로 작용하고 있는 것은 바로 윤리적 의사결정이라고 할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 사회복지사들이 실천현장에서 실제로 겪고 있는 윤리적 의사결정 딜레마의 내용과 결정 과정 그리고 해결유형을 살펴보고자 질적사례연구방법으로 연구문제에 접근했다. 연구에 필요한 자료는 경기도 ○○노인주거복지시설에 근무하고 있는 10명의 현직 사회복지사들로부터 심층면접을 통해 수집했으며 수집된 자료의 분석은 Stake(1995)가 제안한 4단계에 따라 수행되었다. 연구결과 연구 참여자들이 윤리적 의사결정의 딜레마에 직면하여 이를 해결하는 유형을 가치론적 결정형, 절충형, 회피형으로 분류했다. 사회복지사들이 실천현장에서 직면하는 윤리적 의사결정 딜레마의 양상과 원인 그리고 결정과정은 매우 복잡하고 다양한 것으로 나타났다. 그럼에도 불구하고 본 연구에서 찾을 수 있는 함의는 연구 참여자들은 윤리적 의사결정 모델과 같은 이론적 기준에 의해 의사결정을 하는 것이 아니라 기관의 정책, 전문가의 조언, 기관 관계자들의 견해는 물론 자신의 가치관, 클라이언트의 구체적 상황 등 모든 맥락을 최대한 고려하여 의사결정을 하는 경향이 강하다는 점이다. 따라서 사회복지사들이 윤리적 의사결정을 좀 더 유연하게 극복해 나갈 수 있도록 윤리적 민감성을 높이는 방안이 강구되어야 할 것이다. 위를 위해서 슈퍼비전 과정에서 윤리적 민감성에 대한 과정을 포함하고 이를 지도할 수 있는 윤리슈퍼비전전문가의 양성 방안도 고려할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 담당 사회복지사들이 감당하기 벅찬 윤리적 문제도 적지 않게 발생되는데 이에 대한 대응으로 기관의 관계자, 성직자, 학계와 같은 외부 전문가들로 구성한 사회복지실천현장윤리위원회의 실효성 있는 운영도 검토해볼 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

온대저기압화는 중위도 기압계에 큰 영향을 주고 때로는 악기상의 원인이 되기도 한다. 그러나 온대저기압화에 대한 예보와 연구 양쪽 모두 많은 과제가 남아있다. 왜냐하면 태풍으로부터 변질된 온대저기압 자체의 모호한 형태 때문이다. 또한, 온대저기압화의 정의가 예보나 연구 양쪽 모두 만족시켜줄 만큼 정확하지도 않다 따라서 기상청은 2007 년에 "온대저기압화 현엽매뉴얼"을 개발하여 온대저기압화의 일련의 과정과 구조 변화 진단에 사용하였다. 이 매뉴얼에서는 1단계 최대풍속과 해수면온도, 2단계 위성영상, 3단계 단열선도, 그리고 최종단계인 4단계에서 지상일기도를 분석하였다. 이 현업매뉴얼은 온대저기압화가 일어날 때 구조변화의 이해와 감시에 도움이 될 것이다.

A vendor selection problem consists of two different kinds of decision making. First one is to choose the best suppliers among all possible suppliers and the next is to allocate the optimal quantities of orders among the selected vendors. In this study, an integration of the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) and a multi-objective mixed integer programming (MOMIP) is developed to account for all qualitative and quantitative factors which are used to evaluate and choose the best group of vendors and to decide the optimal order quantity for each vendor. A solution methodology for the vendor selection model of multiple-vendor, multiple-item with multiple decision criteria and in respect to finite vendor capacity is presented.

This paper deals with selecting an optimal rapid prototyping(RP) machine that suits the end use of a part. Evaluation factors include only major attributes such as accuracy, roughness, strength, part cost and build time that greatly affect the performance of RP machines. Accuracy, surface roughness and strength are presented as crisp values. The part cost and build time identified as just approximate ranges due to different human cost and many variable parameters are presented by linguistic values. It can be described with triangular fuzzy numbers. Based on the evaluation values obtained, an appropriate RP process for a specific part application can be selected by using the modified TOPSIS(Technique of Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method including crisp data as well as linguistic variables, and each weight on the alternatives is assigned by using a fuzzy weight. The ranking order of all machines provides the decision information for the selection of RP machines.

본 연구는 소비자가 모바일 기기를 구매함에 있어서 어떤 멘탈 모델을 가지고 있는지를 파악하는데 중점을 두고 멘탈 모델의 추출과 분석을 시도하였다. 본 연구는 모바일 기기 구매 의사결정 과정에서 IT 친숙도에 따라 서로 다른 멘탈 모델을 가지고 있을 것이라는 가설을 가지고 크게 두 부분으로 나누어 연구를 진행하여 인지 과제 분석 방법의 하나인 Critical Decision Method를 이용하여 멘탈 모델을 이루는 27가지 구성요소들을 추출하였고, 이렇게 추출된 구성요소들을 바탕으로 IT 친숙도에 따라 소비자의 멘탈 모델을 두 그룹으로 구분하여 Pathfinder 알고리즘과Social Network Analysis를 이용하여 각각의 멘탈 모델을 분석하고 있다. 분석결과 IT 친숙도가 높은 그룹은 멘탈 모델을 구성하는 요소들이 각각의 독자적 특성에 따라 구매 의사결정 과정에서 비교적 조직적이고 분명하게 구분된 역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타난 반면, IT 친숙도가 낮은 그룹은 멘탈 모델 구성 요소들 간의 관계나 역할이 불분명하고 혼재된 경향을 보였으며 구매 의사결정 과정에서 외부 의견이나 사회적 통념을 중시하는 것으로 나타났다.

Multi-criteria decision making is deducing the relative importance in the criterion of decision making and each alternative which is able to making a variety of choices measures the preferred degree in the series of town ranking criterions. In general, a fundamental problem decision maker solve for multi-criteria decision making is evaluating a set of activities which an considered as the target logically, and this kind of work is evaluated and synthesized by various criterions of the value which a chain of activities usually hold in common. In this paper, we use the compensatory models for the optimal decision making. For the purpose of optimal decision making, the data of five different car models are used in Europe.
