이 연구의 목적은 한국 천문 유산인 앙부일구와 고대 천문 기록을 활용한 과학 교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 시범 적용을 통해 활용 가능성을 탐색하는 것이다. 앙부일구와 고대 천문 기록의 TSK 구성적 특성, 과학 교육과정과의 연계성, NOS와의 연계성을 고려하여 앙부일구는 초등학생을 위한 핸즈온 활동으로, 고대 천문 기록은 중·고등학생을 위한 과학 탐구 활동으로 개발했다. 개발된 프로그램을 초등과 고등 집단에게 시범 적용하여 활용 가능성을 확인했다. 앙부 일구 활동을 통해 학생들은 절기별 태양 운동에 대한 오개념을 수정하며 개념 지식을 정교화했고, 이후 천구 좌표계 개념과의 연계 가능성을 확인했다. 학생들은 앙부일구의 과학적 가치를 인식했으며, 과학·기술·사회 간 상호작용의 본성을 이해했다. 고대 천문 기록 활동에서 학생들은 귀납 및 연역적 탐구 방법을 경험했고, 다양한 정보와 전략을 활용 했다. 활동을 통해 학생들은 TSK에 대한 과학적 이해와 태도를 발전시켰다.

본 연구는 지역의 자원을 발굴하고 지역주민의 삶의 질을 제고시키는 지역사회서비 스투자사업의 특성상 사업의 접근방식, 지역자원 발굴과정에 따라 사업의 진행양상이 전혀 다르게 나타날 수 있다는 것을 염두에 두고 새로운 지역발전의 전략으로서의 단서를 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 “지역사회서비스투자사업”의 개발과정 및 포괄보조내 우선순위 선정과정이 이용자와 지역사회 변화를 통해 도시환경을 개선하였는가에 주목하고, 지역사회서비스투자사업을 추진 중인 낙후지역을 선정하여 사례 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 지역사회서비스투자사업이 내생적 지역개발 수단으로 작용하기 위해서는 서비스 발굴 및 기획단계에서 지역주민의 욕구를 반영하는 것이 중 요함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 점에서 강원도 지역자율형사회서비스투자사업의 성공적인 추진을 위해서는 단체장의 관심이 매우 중요하고, 차별화된 지역 특성을 고려한 다양한 사업을 적극적으로 발굴·기획하는 노력이 필요하다. 향후 지역사회서비스투자사업이 활 성화되어 사회서비스 제공과 지역의 개발이 동반성장하길 기대한다.

본(本) 시험(試驗)은 임간지(林間地)(차광정도(遮光程度) 50%)에서 춘파초지(春播草地) 개량(改良) 가능성(可能性)을 나지(裸地)(자연광(自然光) 조건(條件))와 병행하여 비교(比較) 검토(檢討)하고자 파종시기(播種時期)를 3월(月) 20일(日)과 4월(月) 10일(日)로 하여 출현(出現), 식생피복도(植生被覆度), 목초율(牧草率), 잡초율(雜草率), 근중(根重) 및 수량(收量) 등과 주요(主要) 미기상(微氣象)을 1984년도(年度) 수원(水原) 축

This study was carried out to analyze the visitors’ program satisfaction, and to propose the direction of improvement in Korea Agriculture Exposition. The survey was conducted among 593 visitors during the exposition period from October 18 until October 27. Among visitors, female visitors were 19.4% more than male, the rate of 40s and 50s was high to 53.5%, farmers was most frequent to 26.5%, and residents in Gwangju and Jeonnam were the majority with 84%. The visitors with family as companion form were most frequent to 44.2%, the rate of first visiting was highest to 37.9% in number of visiting, and exposition held information was obtained most frequently to 49.9% by word of mouth. In survey of program contents, visitors preferred the subtropical garden the most among exhibition hall, and 65.9% of visitors were satisfied about guide. The rate of satisfaction was 71.6%, and 32.7% of visitors responded that it did not participate in experience program because there was no guide. In survey of satisfaction in agricultural products purchase, 73.9% of visitors purchased agricultural products, and 86.3% of purchaser were satisfied. The 65.1% of purchaser responded that they bought because of belief about agricultural products, and purchase amount between 10000 and 20000 won was the highest with 33.6%. On the other hand, 41.3% of visitors did not purchase because they do not need. The visitors’ overall satisfaction of in Korea Agriculture Exposition was high to 82.6%, and the most unsatisfactory part appeared to drinking water facilities and parking lot. In survey of development possibility of agriculture through Korea Agriculture Exposition, 86.2% of visitors were positive, and the rate of revisiting intention highly appeared to 80.4%.

Recently, in our country has been heightened awareness of the performance of non-combustible construction materialsand eco-friendly. In addition, bottom ash can be used as a high-value, but it is a situation that is buried. Therefore, thebasic experimental study results on the development possibility of eco-friendly nonflammable floor finishing materialsusing the bottom ash, which is an industrial byproduct, are as follows: (1) As a test result of the compressive strengthof mortar conducted to review the use possibility of bottom ash as a floor finishing material, the standard mix that didnot use bottom ash showed 31.3MPa, a 25% replacement mix showed 33.7MPa and a 50% replacement mix showed33.6MPa. Consequently, higher results of the compressive strength of mortar were demonstrated up to the 50%replacement mix, compared to the standard mix. (2) As a flow test result by addition of superplasticizer, the flow was215mm in the 0.2% added mix, and 253mm in the 0.4% added mix. However, material separation was confirmed inthe case of the 0.4% added mix. Therefore, the addition meeting 190mm set forth in the KS F 4041 was 0.2%. (3) Asa result of bond strength test to review bond strength with concrete structure, it was 1.26MPa in case polymer powdercontent was 2%, except for 1.02MPa of basic mix, and it was 1.75MPa in the case of 4%, and all these met1.2MPaand more of bond strength set forth in the KS. (4) As a result of a wear resistance experiment conducted to review theuse possibility as a floor finishing material for parking lot, the mix meeting 0.15mg/mm2 or less of wear resistance setforth in the KS F 4041 was the case of 4% of polymer powder addition, which showed 0.13mg/mm2.

산채시험장에서 선정한 80종의 자생 산채류 중에서 54종이 보고 되어 있으며 식물종류별로는 더덕에 관한 보고가 61편으로 제일 많았고 17종은 보고 되지 않았다. 분야별 논문편수는 화학분석 분야가 123편으로 제일 많았고 생태를 비롯한 5분야는 미비하였다. 고려엉겅퀴 및 부지깽이는 새로운 에너지원으로서 개발가치가 높을 것으로 사료되며 잔대 및 화살나무는 비타민 C의 함량이 높았다. 잔대 및 산마늘, 개미취, 갈퀴덩굴, 둥글레 등에서 항암물질 추출에 관한 연구가 행해지고 있고 자생향신료 개발을 위한 배초향 및 쥐오줌풀과 같은 식물의 이용가능성이 증대되고 있다. 부가 가치 창출을 위한 가공 및 기능성에 관한 연구가 필요한 것으로 사료된다.
