This study was attempted to solve the problem that the current training is not consistent with the actual working environment of the fishing vessel, even though the advanced fire extinguishing training for international fishing vessels is mandatory. As a result of the survey, the lack of timely use of fire extinguishing equipment and the difficulty of organizing the fire extinguishing organization were found, and the main problems were analyzed as low understanding of fixed fire extinguishing facilities, low awareness of fire-related laws and regulations, and inefficiency of fire extinguishing training. It was found that the current Seafarers Act does not clearly define the roles and responsibilities of advanced fire extinguishers, and lacks specific standards for designated educational institutions, so there is a problem that the accuracy and reliability of the training contents with the STCW-F Convention and STCW Convention are inconsistent. In addition, it has been confirmed that the fire extinguishing organization, internal communication, and fire extinguishing training in ships, as stipulated in international agreements, are not properly reflected in the domestic curriculum. In particular, the current training consists of general contents that do not take into account the characteristics of fishing vessels, so there is a lack of practical emergency response fire extinguishing training manuals. Therefore, this study proposes the development of customized training content for fishing vessels considering the special working environment and risk factors of fishing vessels based on international agreements, and emphasizes the need for policy support, such as strengthening participation of fishing vessels in education and training, and establishing a legal basis for the operation of emergency fire extinguishing organizations.

최근 팬데믹으로 인해 혼술 및 홈술 문화가 확산되고, 고급 주류에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 온라인 주류 구매 및 픽업 서비스 이용이 활성화되고 있다. 이에 따라, 온라인 주류 앱과 같은 디지털마케팅 채널에서 차별화된 사용자 경험(UX)이 핵심 경쟁 요소로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서, 본 연구는 디자인씽킹 기반 디지털마케팅 교육과정을 통한 UX 디자인 개선 프로젝트를 진행하여, 주류 앱 ‘데일리샷’의 온라인 주류 구매 경험을 향상시키기 위한 방안 도출 과정을 분석하는 것을 목표로 한다. 본 프로젝트는 디자인씽킹 기반 디지털마케팅 프로세스의 단계적 접 근을 활용하여 진행되었으며, 교육과정의 실습 활동으로 운영되었다. ‘탐색(Discover)’ 및 ‘정의(Define)’ 단계에서는 데스크 리서치를 통해 주류 시장과 소비자 트렌드를 분석하고, 사용자 리서치(사용성 평가, 앱 리뷰 분석, 심층 인터 뷰)를 수행하여 사용자의 니즈를 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 팬데믹 이후 증가한 주류 입문자들을 위한 ‘주류 입문 가이 드’의 필요성이 높아졌으며, 주류 소비가 단순한 음용을 넘어 취향을 공유하고 사회적 상호작용의 수단으로 활용되 고 있음이 확인되었다. 이러한 발견점을 바탕으로 ‘개발(Develop)’ 단계에서 개인화된 주류 추천 기능 강화, 네비게 이션 간소화, 커뮤니티 상호작용 기능 활성화 등의 UX 디자인 개선 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 통해, 데일리샷이 단순 한 주류 픽업 서비스를 넘어, 개인의 주류 취향을 탐색하고 차별화된 구매 경험을 제공할 수 있는 플랫폼으로 발전할 기반을 마련하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 디자인씽킹 기반의 디지털마케팅 프로세스가 주류 앱 UX 디자인 개선에 효과 적인 접근법임을 강조하고, 디자인씽킹을 적용한 디지털마케팅 교육과정이 학생들의 UX 실무 역량 향상에 기여할 수 있음을 보여주었다.

This study attempted to solve the problem that the current education does not match the actual working environment of the fishing vessel despite the mandatory lifeboat training of international fishing vessel. The survey analyzed the difficulties of using life rafts and communication facilities and found that the main problems were the launch of life rafts, lack of communication equipment proficiency, and absence of emergency training scenarios. Due to the lack of standards for designated educational institutions, the current Seafarers Act has been discovered to be a problem that the accuracy and reliability of education are not consistent with the international fishing vessel agreement and the merchant vessel agreement. Additionally, the training for retreat and emergency response as stipulated by international agreements were not properly reflected in the domestic curriculum. In particular, the current training consists of general contents without considering the characteristics of the fishing crew, and there was a lack of practical emergency response training manuals. Therefore, based on international agreements, this study proposes the development of customized training contents for fishing vessel that takes into account the special working environment and risk factors of them. In addition, it emphasizes the need for policy support, such as strengthening participation of fishing boats in education and training and establishing a legal basis for the operation of emergency life raft organizations.

본 연구는 평생교육 실습생들의 감정 조절 및 스트레스 관리 능력 향상에 대 한 감정코칭의 효과를 탐구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 현재 평생교육 실습은 실 습생들이 직면하는 다양한 문제와 체계적이지 못한 운영으로 인해 실습생들의 스트레스가 증가하고 감정 조절이 어려운 상황에 놓여 있다. 이에 따라 실습생 들이 효과적으로 스트레스를 관리하고 감정을 조절할 수 있도록 지원하는 감정 코칭의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 2023년 9월부터 11월, 그리고 2024년 3월부터 5월까지 두 차례에 걸쳐 진행되었으며, 코칭을 받은 실습생 80명과 받 지 않은 실습생 80명을 대상으로 하였다. 최종적으로 총 156명(78명 실험집단, 78명 통제집단)의 데이터를 SPSS27 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결 과, 코칭에 참여한 실습생들은 감정조절 능력과 스트레스 관리 능력이 유의미하 게 향상되었으며, 이는 감정코칭이 실습생들의 자존감과 긍정적 정서를 증진시 키고, 부정적 정서와 스트레스를 감소시키며, 개인 역량 향상에 기여할 수 있음 을 시사한다. 본 연구는 평생교육 현장에서 실습생들의 전문성 개발을 위해 감 정코칭이 중요한 역할을 할 수 있음을 강조하며, 실습생들이 보다 나은 교육 환 경에서 학습할 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 중요한 기초 자료를 제공한다. 이를 통 해 평생교육 실습 프로그램의 개선과 실습생 지원 전략 개발에 중요한 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

This study attempted to solve the problem that the current safety education contents of Korean fishing vessels are not consistent with the STCW-F Convention and do not properly reflect the actual operating environment of the fishing vessels. Despite the reinforced duty of safety education for fishing vessels after the Ferry Sewol accident, the problem has been pointed out that the effectiveness is still low due to merchant-oriented education contents and uniform education methods. Therefore, this study compared and analyzed laws related to safety education for fishing vessels and the STCW-F Convention, and derived improvement measures by collecting voices from the field through a survey of fishing vessels. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the current fishing vessel safety education does not take into account the reality of fishing such as fishing vessel type, navigation distance, and ship output, and that the core curriculum required by STCW-F Convention is omitted. In addition, it was found that education content on major accident types that frequently occur along the coast was also insufficient. In order to improve this, this study proposes to re-establish the target of safety education for fishing vessels based on STCW-F Convention related to fishing vessels, and to prepare a segmented education system by reorganizing the training contents to suit reality. In addition, the need to clearly distinguish the education of merchant and fishing vessels through the revision of the Seafarers Act and the Ship Employees Act was suggested, and to establish a safety education system for fishing vessels that meets STCW-F Convention and domestic conditions.

본 연구는 장애인 고용 비의무 기업 고용주의 장애인식과 사회적 책임 과의 관계에서 장애인 인식개선 교육 효과의 조절효과를 검증하기 위한 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 2021 장애인 고용기업체 고용실태조사를 근거로 장애인 고용 비의무 기업 고용주로 50인 미만 기업 고용주 359명을 대 상으로 하였고, 통계분석은 SPSS 26.0 프로그램과 jamovi 2.5.22로 하 였다. 연구결과 첫째, 장애인 고용 비의무 기업 고용주의 장애인식이 사 회적 책임을 높이는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 장애인 인식개선 교육 효 과가 사회적 책임을 높이는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 장애인 고용 비의 무 기업 고용주의 장애인식과 사회적 책임과의 관계에서 장애인 인식개 선 교육 효과가 이를 조절하는 것으로 확인되었다. 위의 연구결과를 중 심으로 장애인 고용 비의무 기업 고용주의 장애인식 증진과 사회적 책임 을 높이는 실천적 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 2024년 상반기 기준 국내 공영동물원에서 시행 중인 교육프로그램 현황조 사를 통하여 『동물원 및 수족관의 관리에 관한 법률』의 개정(2022) 이후 동물원 교육 프로그램의 현황을 살펴보고 동물원 교육의 개선방안을 제시하는 데에 목적을 두었다. 이 를 위해 국내의 공영동물원을 대상으로 교육프로그램 현황조사를 수행하였으며, 조사 결 과를 바탕으로 국내 동물원 교육의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 현재 국내의 공영동물원 18개소 중 총 11개소의 공영동물원만이 교육프로그램을 운영하며 ‘동물과 인 간’을 주제로 관람식, 체험식 형태의 교육프로그램이 가장 많이 운영됨을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 동물원 교육이 개선되기 위해서는 다양한 대상으로 동물원 교육프로그램이 운영되 어야 하고, 동물복지를 기반으로 동물원 교육이 이루어져야 하며, 효과있는 교육을 위해 연속형 프로그램이 늘어나야 할 필요성을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 국내 공영동물원 교육프로그램에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고, 국내 동물원 교 육의 개선방안을 제시했다는 것에 의의를 가진다.

본 연구는 전문가 집단의 의견을 수렴하여 결과를 도출하는 델파이 기법으로 수상안전을 위 한 교양으로서 대학 생존수영 교육의 문제점을 분석하고 개선방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구의 결론으로 대 학 생존수영 교육의 문제점 중 지도자 측면 문제점은 생존수영에 대한 지도자의 전문성 부족 및 자격증 미비로 나타났다. 프로그램 측면 문제점은 교육내용 및 환경이 현실과 차이로 실용성이 저하된다는 점이 문제점으로 나타났고, 시설 측면 문제점은 대학 내 수영장 시설의 부재로 나타났다. 이러한 문제점에 대 한 개선방안 중 지도자 측면은 지도자 자격 과정 이수가 필수라고 하였다. 프로그램 측면은 실제와 유 사한 환경에서의 교육진행이 이루어져야 한다고 하였으며, 시설 측면은 대학 내 수영자 시설 확충의 필 요성을 주장하였다. 본 연구에서 제기된 문제점과 개선방안을 바탕으로 보완이 이루어 진다면 보다 체계 적이고 전문적인 교육이 가능할 것으로 기대되며, 또한 변화가능성 및 희망척도를 바탕으로 개선해 나간 다면 생존수영 교육적 흐름이 연결되어 사회적 안전의식 확보와 더 나아가 높은 수상안전의식 확립에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단된다.

This study analyzed effective capacity building education plans for public institution management supervisors. A survey was conducted on 635 management supervisors of public institutions (99 institutions) subject to the safety management rating system to understand the characteristics of educational participants and the impact of educational satisfaction on professionalism improvement after capacity building education. As a result of statistical analysis, the professional improvement according to the affiliation of educational participants was higher in the workplace and construction site divisions than in the research facility division, and the professional improvement according to the working period was higher for more than 15 years than for less than 5 years and less than 15 years. In addition, the quality of education had a significant positive (+) effect on the degree of professional improvement. This study can be used as basic data for further research related to capacity building education for public institution management supervisors

이 연구는 현재 시행되고 있는 보건복지부 주관의 교육통합관리시스템의 기능 개선 방안 모색을 목적 으로 한다. 이를 통해서 어린이집에 관련 된 기존 교육(신청,접수, 이수 확인) 의 수기 관리 방식에서 벗어 나 보육교직원 교육의 효율적 관리 및 사용자 편성 제고를 위한(one-stop) 가칭 “교육통합체계 플랫폼 (LMS)을 통해 교육관리체계의 일원화를 통해 활성화하여 어린이집 보육교직원 맞춤교육에 상생을 더하 고자 한다. 이를 위해 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교직원들의 다양한 교육은 여러 기관(17개)에서 분산되어 실시되고 있다. 타부처 및 공공기 관의 교육 이수 결과를 교육통합체계 플랫폼(LMS)과 연동하여 수시로 확인할 수 있도록 하여 사용자의 불편을 최소화하고자 한다. 둘째, 민간기관에서도 보육교직원의 의무;필요 교육을 실시하고 있다. 그러나 교육이수 결과는 본인이 출력하여 보관하는 번거로움이 있어 교육통합체계 플랫폼(LMS) 이수결과를 업 로드하여 사용자의 교육시간 이수결과 등 이력관리에 편리성을 제공한다. 셋째, 2022년도 보육사업안내 보육교직원 보수교육을 위한 시스템이 있으나 보육교직원의 자격관리 등에 한정되고 있으며 지존 시스템 교육통합관리시스템을 가칭 교육통합체계 플랫폼(LMS)으로 명칭변경 하여 교육시스템의 기능확대 개선 을 통해 활성화하는 방안으로 보육교직원등의 의무 및 필수 교육중 온라인(사이버)교육을 신청, 접수, 이 수결과 확인, 인정시간 이력관리 등을 한번에 할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이 연구를 통해 최종적으로 교육통합체계 플랫폼을 구축하여 비효율적인 어린이집 교육관리에 소요되 는 시간 및 행정력 낭비의 불편을 줄이고, 보육환경에 대한 보육서비스 질 저하의 문제를 해소하여 어린 이집 운영의 효율성을 개선할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 한국에서 예체능 계열 박사 과정에 재학 중인 중국인 유학생들의 교육 현황을 조사하고 분석하여, 한국 대학의 외국인 유학생 모집부터 교육에 이르기까지 합리적인 개선과 유용한 유학 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 다음과 같은 연구 절차를 거쳤다. 먼저, 한국 대학의 예체능 계열 박사 과정에 재학 중인 중국인 유학생들이 선호하는 사립 대학 상위 3곳을 선정하여 이들 대학의 학과, 전공 구분, 입학 요건, 지원 절차, 장학금 혜택 등의 내용을 분석하였다. 다음으로 인터뷰와 설문을 통해 예체능 계열 박사 과정 중국인 유학생들의 대학 선택 요인, 일상 및 학교생활 현황, 학습 상태, 학습 만족도, 한국어 능력 수준, 논문 진행 등의 교육 현황을 파악하였다. 이에 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교 지원 절차, 중국인 유학생 수, 어학 성적 여부 그리고 지인과 유학 중개소의 추천을 대학 선택의 선결 조건으로 생각하기 때문에 대학교에서 유학생 모집 홍보, 한국과 중국 학교의 교류 프로그램 및 연합 과정 개설 등을 적극적으로 고려해야 한다. 둘째, 한국어 능력이 부족하여 일상, 학교생활에 불편한 데가 많다는 조사 결과에 따라 학교 측은 유학생들의 원활한 언어 소통에 관한 적극적인 지원과 도움이 필요하다고 판단된다. 셋째, 모든 교과목의 타당성과 전문성은 높은 반면, 실용성은 상대적으로 낮은 편이기 때문에 예체능 계열의 특수성을 고려한 맞춤형 한국어 연계 교과목의 개설이 매우 필요하다. 넷째, 논문의 진행에 있어 어느 정도의 한국어 실력을 갖추어야 하는 상황이므로 해당 학과에 속하거나 전문 용어를 통역할 수 있는 실력을 갖춘 통역자가 논문 통역을 담당해야 한다. 다섯째, 논문 작성 프로그램이나 사이버 시스템의 사용법을 가르치는 수업이 매우 필요하다. 이뿐만 아니라 유학생들이 희망하는 한·중 교류프로그램 등을 만들어 일상과 학교생활을 풍부하게 하고 불안감을 약화시킬 수 있다고 생각된다. 저자는 현재 한국 대학 외국인 박사 과정 모집에 있어, 언어 능력이 떨어지는 학생들을 선발하는 것이 본질적인 문제라고 생각한다. 그러나 각 대학의 운영 및 모집에 있어 실제적인 해결이 어렵다고 본다. 이를 본 연구의 한계점으로 보고, 가장 현실적인 상황을 고려하여 예체능 계열 중국인 유학생들의 교육 환경, 수업 설계, 학생 지원, 혜택 및 학습 방향과 관련된 근본적이고 구체적인 방안을 제공하였다. 본 연구가 한국의 고등 교육 기관의 외국인 유학생 모집 시스템 구축, 입시 그리고 유학생 교육, 지원 등 상황에 따른 교육 개선과 발전에 보다 유용한 자료로 활용되기를 바란다.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the effect of a simulation-based patient safety performance improvement education program on caregivers’ knowledge, attitude, and performance toward safety. Methods: This study adopted a quasi-experimental design that applied before-and-after designs for the test and control groups. It was configured focusing on “infectious disease,” “fires,” “falls,” and “drug abuse.” Results: There was a significant difference in knowledge and patient safety performance between the experimental group and the control group. However, there was no significant difference in attitudes toward safety. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the simulation-based patient safety performance improvement education program is effective in improving patient safety performance. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously apply and evaluate the simulation-based patient safety performance training program to enable caregivers to develop professional prevention and management capabilities within elderly care facilities
