The choice of suitable companion plants is crucial for enhancing pest management strategies in agricultural fields. Riptortus pedestris, an important agricultural pest, has drawn attention for its serious damage on soybean. To identify an ideal companion plant for soybean, we investigated the pest’s behavioral patterns when exposed to corn seedlings in laboratory. Series of choice experiments were conducted for 4th instar nymphs and unmated female adults of R. pedestris when presented with corn and/or soybean pot against soybean or blank pot. In 4th instar nymphs, 56% preferred the treatment of corn pot plus soybean pot over soybean alone pot while 69% of unmated female adults preferred the same combination. These findings provide valuable insights into the behavior of this insect pest, which could be beneficial for establishing polycultures in agricultural fields.

2021년 우리나라 성범죄 발생은 6,321건, 범죄률 13.5%로 교정시설에서는 성범죄 예방을 위해 다양한 프로그램을 운영하고 있지만, 여전히 성범죄의 재범률은 증가하 고 있다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 변증법적 행동 치료이론을 기반으로 성범죄자의 재범 예방 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 프로그램의 개발은 선행연구와 요구조사를 바탕으 로 하였다. 프로그램은 변증법적 행동치료(DBT)의 4가지 핵심기술인 마음 챙김, 정서 조절훈련, 고통 감내, 대인 관계 증진 기술로 구성하였다. 연구설계는 비동등성 대조 군 사전-사후 설계(Nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design)로 혼 합연구 방법(Mixed Methods Design)으로 프로그램의 효과를 검증하였다. 연구대상 자는 G*Power 3.1 program의 표본 크기에 맞게 G시 교정시설에 수감 된 남성 성범 죄자 중에서 총 28명 선정하고, 무작위 할당 표집으로 실험집단 14명과 대조집단 14 명으로 배정하였다. 하지만 이감과 중도 연구 참여 거부로 인한 탈락자를 뺀 실험집단 13명과 대조 집단 12명의 자료를 최종분석하였다. 양적 분석은 SPSS 27.0 프로그램 독립표본 검증(Independent t-test)으로 동질성을 확보를 확인하고, 집단 간 변화를 이원 혼합설계 반복측정 변량분석(Repeated measures ANOVA)으로 살펴보았다. 질적 자료는 Braun과 Clark(2006)가 제시한 주제 분석방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결 과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변증법적 행동치료 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단이 대조집단 보다 대인 간의 공감 반응과 성인 애착에서 통계적으로 유의미하였으며, 변화의 효과 는 추후검사에서도 통계적으로 유의미하게 유지되었다. 둘째, 프로그램 참여 경험을 분석한 결과 36개의 하위 주제, 몇10개의 상위 주제가 나타났다. 이를 분석영역인 충 동성, 공격성, 자기통제력에 재배열하였다. 충동성에서는 이성에의 의지 폭력 행동의 자발적 제어, 예측 능력의 강화, 분노의 원인 탐색 주제가 돌출되었다. 공격성에서는 파괴 본능을 건강한 에너지로 전환, 타인에 대한 적대적 감정 없애기, 낮은 자리에 서 기라는 주제가 출연했다. 자기통제력에서는 유혹을 이길 수 있는 힘의 배양, 현재의 만족보다는 미래의 성공, 규범적인 행동 목표설정이 나타났다. 연구자들은 연구 결과에 근거하여 논의하였고, 교정기관 내에서 성범죄자들의 사회 재적응을 지지할 수 있는 실천적 접근을 제안함으로써 재범을 예방하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 교정시설 에서 시도하지 않은 변증법적 행동 치료이론을 접목한 프로그램의 개발하였기에 성범 죄자 프로그램에 새로운 패러다임을 시도하였다는 점에서 선행연구들과 차이가 있다.

본 연구는 학문적으로 꾸준히 관심을 두어야 할 20세기 이후의 창의적이고 독창적인 음악극 작품을 찾아 개별적으로 탐구하려는 목적으로 그동안 국내외에서 연구 대상이 되지 않았던 헨체 의 ≪쿠바의 여인 또는 예술을 위한 삶≫을 구체적으로 살펴본 것이다. 이 작품은 ‘무대 위의 실 재(實在) 음악’으로 설명할 수 있는 새로운 창작 방식을 작품 전체에 활용한 특별함이 있는 음악 극이다. ‘무대 위의 실재(實在) 음악’은 모든 장면에서의 음악을 극의 이야기 진행에 포함되는 필수적인 구성 요소로 만들고, 악기 주자는 모두 극 중의 등장인물이 되어 무대 위에서 직접 연주하도록 하 는 방식이다. 이 방식을 통하여 전통적인 오페라에서는 오케스트라석에 머물렀던 악기와 연주자 가 무대 위에서 관객에게 직접 모습을 보이고 스스로 이야기 전개의 일부가 되어 사실적인 음악 행위를 하는 새로운 형태의 음악극이 나왔다. 또한, 이러한 ‘무대 위의 실재(實在) 음악’의 방식을 작품 전체에 활용함으로써 나타나는 전통적인 오페라 오케스트라의 성악 반주 기능의 부재(不在) 를 이 방식의 실행 안에서 가능한 방법으로 구상하고 적용하는 독특함도 보였다. 음악극 ≪쿠바의 여인 또는 예술을 위한 삶≫은 이렇게 ‘무대 위의 실재(實在) 음악’의 방식을 토대로 작곡가 고유의 창의성과 독창성을 지닌 작품으로 의미가 있다는 것을 분명하게 했다.

잎새버섯 봉지재배에 적합한 영양원을 구명하기 위하여 밀기울, 건비지 및 맥주박을 다양하게 혼합하여 생육 및 수량특성을 조사한 결과, 수확소요일수는 혼합배지 Mix II가 61.3일로 가장 적었으며, 수량에서는 혼합배지 Mix IV가 142.6g으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 밀기울과 맥주박의 적정 혼합율을 구명하기 위한 시험 결과, 맥주박 첨가율 이 높아질수록 수확소요일수가 줄어들었으며, 수량은 맥주박 15%와 밀기울 5% 혼합율 처리에서 140.8 g으로 가 장 높게 나타났다.

To develop a more efficient detection method for Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, we first generated monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) specific to B. xylophilus. Among 2,304 hybridoma fusions screened, a hybridoma clone named 3-2A7-2H5 recognized a single protein from B. xylophilus specifically. We finally selected the MAb clone 3-2A7-2H5-D9-F10 (D9-F10) for further studies. To identify the antigenic target of MAb-D9-F10, we analyzed proteins in spots, fractions or bands via nano liquid chromatography electrospray ionization quadrupole ion trap mass spectrometry (nano-LC-ESI-Q-IT-MS). Peptides of galactose-binding lectin-1 of B. xylophilus (Bx-LEC-1) were commonly detected in several proteomic analyses, demonstrating that this LEC-1 is the antigenic target of MAb-D9-F10. The localization of MAb-D9-F10 immunoreactivities at the area of the median bulb and esophageal glands suggested that the Bx-LEC-1 may be involved in food perception and digestion. The Bx-LEC-1 has two non-identical galactose-binding lectin domains important for carbohydrate binding. The affinity of the Bx-LEC-1 to D-(+)-raffinose and N-acetyllactosamine were much higher than that to L-(+)-rhamnose. Based on this combination of evidences, MAb-D9-F10 is the first identified molecular biomarker specific to the Bx-LEC-1.

본 연구는 배양 각막 상피세포에 anti - F AS and anti - F AS ligand antibody를 노출시 킨 후 세포고사 메커니즘을 결정하기 위해 시행하였다. 배양각막 상피세포에 antihuman FAS(N-18) goat polyclonal IgG를 50, 200, 500, 1,000 ng/m~ 또는 anti-human FAS ligand(C• 20) goat polyclonal IgG를 500 ng/m~으로 2 일과 4 일 동안 처 리 하였다. 주어진 기간 동안 배양한 후 배양액에 부유한 세포와 부착된 세포를 원심분리와 트립 신 처리 원섬분리를 이용하여 수확하였다. 각막상피세포에 대한 anti - F AS and antiF AS ligand antibody 의 영향을 알아보기 위해 Hoechst 33342 staining과 TUNEL stammg 방법을 이용하여 세포 세포고사 유도를 확인하였다. 세포막 수용체인 FAS protein의 발현을 알아보기 위해 ìmmunocytochemistry 를 시행하였다. anti-FAS antìbody를 처리한 군에서는 대조군에 비해 시간과 농도에 비례하여 후기 세포고사 소 견이 증가하였다. 그러나 anti - F AS ligand antibody를 처리한 군에서는 대조군과 차이 가 거의 없었다. 본 연구의 결과 FAS-FAS ligand system 이 각막상피세포에 발현되었 으며 이는 정상 각막 상피 생리 즉， 세포 탈피에 중요한 기능을 갖는 것으로 사료된다

This study researched the art-educational thoughts as a modern idea influenced with the social and philosophical transitions in the 19th century. Moreover, this study focused on Frank Lloyd Wright's educational thoughts, because those educational revolutions had appeared as one of the results that Western society's character was rapidly changed by those revolutions, so called, Industrial Revolution, American and French Revolution, and Cultural Revolution of Romanticism, from late 18th century, and eventually because that revolutionary educational ideas had closely and basically many relations with Wright's thought. As a result, even though Wright's education such an apprenticeship was a traditional shape, which was not the old-fashioned educational method discipling to the skillful man, but against the existing education through the self-learning from experiences in nature. That is similar to transcendentalists such as Emerson who searched for having an inspiration in Nature. Namely, Wright himself had struggled against the existing dualistic educational concepts through Wright's monistic thoughts on art-education including architecture based on not naturalism but the philosophy of nature by romantic idealistic philosophers such as Shelling, Fickle, Kant, Hegel including with his Master, Sullivan, and by revolutionary educators such as Freobel, Ruskin, Dewey, and above all by his Unitarian doctrine. However, Wright's thoughts was at that time so radical, and as Wright himself acknowledged that, 'because the philosophy back of it, of course, as you know, is midway I guess between East and West', such all philosophical objects to influence on Wright were so abstruse idea which is usually called 'Romantic' or 'Mystic' that is mingled with East's and West's essence. That is, because Wright himself catched that the theories and methods of the art-educational thoughts would not be easily perceived, and he judged that in a word as a character which could not be taught. After all, Wright's romantic progressivist art-educational thoughts have not been perceived, disseminated in general and widely.

본 연구에서는 Al-10wt%Ti-4wt%Fe 복합재료를 in-situ공정으로 제조할 수 있는 가능성 및 2 원계 Al-10wt%Ti 복합재료의 낮은 기계적 성질(탄성계수, 상온 고온강도, 내마모특성 등)을 PM SiC/2124 복합재료 수준 흑은 그 이상으로 향상시킬 수 있는 가능성을 조사하였다. 제조된 Al-10wt%Ti-4wt%Fe 합금은 불연속 SiC 강화상으로 보강된 Al-기지 복합재료(SiCw/2124)와 유사한 미세구조를 보여주었으며, 탄성계수 및 인장강도, 내마모성질 등의 기계적 특성이 2원계 Al-10%Ti 합금각 비교해 현저하게 향상되었음이 관찰되었다. 위의 결과는 초정 Al3Ti상 외에도 Fe 원소의 첨가를 통한 추가적인 AlxFe의 분산강화 효과에 기인한 것으로 해석된다.

For F,G,K stars, their photometric data and metallicity, [Fe/H] are collected and their correlations between δ δ (U-B) and [Fe/H] for each spectral group are examined, using a reference sequence which is defined by the stars in Woolley's catalogue and other reference sequences. Detailed examination shows that the reference sequence by Woolley's catalogue appears to be properly defined for the calculation of δ δ (U-B) of population I stars in the solar neighborhood. It is suggested that accuracies of metallicities derived from δ δ (U-B) can be improved if we derive the correlations between [Fe/H] and δ δ (U-B) from the stars in each spectral group.

The electric coupling between the lithosphere and the ionosphere is examined. The electric field is considered as a timevarying irregular vertical Coulomb field presumably produced on the Earth’s surface before an earthquake within its epicentral zone by some micro-processes in the lithosphere. It is shown that the Fourier component of this electric field with a frequency of 500 Hz and a horizontal scale-size of 100 km produces in the nighttime ionosphere of high and middle latitudes a transverse electric field with a magnitude of ~20 mV/m if the peak value of the amplitude of this Fourier component is just 30 V/m. The time-varying vertical Coulomb field with a frequency of 500 Hz penetrates from the ground into the ionosphere by a factor of ~7×105 more efficient than a time independent vertical electrostatic field of the same scale size. The transverse electric field with amplitude of 20 mV/m will cause perturbations in the nighttime F region electron density through heating the F region plasma resulting in a reduction of the downward plasma flux from the protonosphere and an excitation of acoustic gravity waves.

This study was conducted to determine the F0-values of a retort machine at different locations and to evaluate the effects of these F0-values on various quality characteristics of retorted Samgyetang samples. Samples were divided into three groups based on F0-values-T1, 10~20; T2, 20~30; T3, >30. Mineral content in Samgyetang broth and breast meat mostly increased with increasing F0-values. In general, the free amino acid values, hardness, and springiness, except for bone springiness, of Samgyetang decreased significantly at higher F0-values. Protein content of meat and broth of the treated samples were significantly lower than that of the control. An increase in the digestion rate of meat and porridge, as well as the turbidity of the broth was observed in most of the treated samples with increasing F0-values. With increasing F0-values, the L* and b* values of meat and the b* values of broth tended to increase, while the a* value of broth increased significantly. Electronic nose analysis revealed different flavor patterns for samples treated at different F0-values. For sensory traits, samples treated with higher F0-values tended to receive lower evaluations. Particularly, the color and texture of T3 samples were lower than those of T1 and T2 samples. In conclusion, to improve the quality of Samgyetang, the efficiency and optimization of retort machines as well as the standardization of sterilization techniques are needed.

In this study, we documented the midlatitude F2-layer response to five strong geomagnetic storms with minimum Dst < –150 nT that occurred in solar minimum years using hourly values of the F2-layer critical frequency (foF2) from four ionosondes located in different hemispheres. The results were very limited, but they illustrated some peculiarities in the behavior of the F2-layer storm. During equinox, the characteristic ionospheric disturbance patterns over the Japanese station Wakkanai in the Northern Hemisphere and the Australian station Mundaring in the Southern Hemisphere were consistent with the well-known scenario by Prölss (1993); however, during a December solstice magnetic storm, both stations did not observe any noticeable positive ionospheric disturbances. Over the “near-pole” European ionosonde, clear positive ionospheric storms were not observed during the events, but the “far-from-pole” Southern Hemisphere station Port Stanley showed prominent enhancements in F2-layer peak electron density in all magnetic storms except one. No event produced noticeable nighttime enhancements in foF2 over all four ionosondes.

유채의 F1 수량이 획기적으로 증수되고 있으나 유질과 유박의 성분이 개량된 F1 육성 보급하는 것이 가장 바람직한 일이라 하겠다. 필자 등은 유질과 유박의 성분이 완전 개량된 세포질 유전자적 웅성불임 계통을 개발한 바 있다. 그러나 화분친으로 이용할 수 있는 성분개량 품종수는 극히 적다. 따라서 국내 육성계통중 성분이 개량된 O-erucic acid, Low-glucosinolate 계통을 화분친으로 이용하는 문제를 검토코저 511육성 계통을 공시하여 F1 의 임성회복력과 F1 의 유용형질의 Heterosis 발현에 대해 조사하였다. 1. MS를 이용한 F1 임성회복력에서 공시 화분친중 81%의 계통들이 완전 임성회복 유전자를 가지고 있었으며 부분 임성회복 품종이 5%, 비회복 계통이 14%에 불와해서 국내 육성계통들의 임성회복능력이 매우 높은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 2. 비회복 육성계통중 11계통은 Fertility index가 1～3으로 웅성불임 계통의 불임성을 유지하는 능력을 가지고 있어 성분개량 유지계통으로 다양하게 활용할 수 있게 됐다. 3. 이들 MS의 Maintainer는 대부분 핵내 유전자가 Sterile인 Isuzu, Bronowski, 유달, Chisaga에 유래하고 있었다. 4. F1 의 Heterosis 발현에서 개화기와 초장은 대부분 중간친보다 늦어지고 긴 경향이며 평균 중간친보다 4일 늦었으며 초장은 45cm나 길었다. 5. 수량구성 형질들은 협장과 1협결실립수만이 중간친보다 짧거나 같은 외는 모든 형질들이 월등히 많고 긴 방향으로 발현하였다. 6. 특히 분지수와 수장 등이 크게 F1 Heterosis를 발현하였을 뿐만 아니라 1 수협수에서도 중간친보다 8개나 더 많았다. 7. 국내 육성계통을 화분친으로 공시한 F1 의 10a당 수량성은 511조합의 F1 중 91%가 다수성 강세를 발현하는데 그 중에서 10a당 450kg이상 560kg나 증수는 조합만도 11조합이 있었다.
