For zero inventory and mixed assembly production, JIT (Just In Time) production system in Toyota and JIS (Just-In-Sequence) production system in Hyundai motor co. have been proposed in automobile production areas. Even though the production systems are popular in the areas, many subcontract companies producing part-modules for final production at a parent company suffers from excessive or shortage amount of inventory due to the time gap of production and delivery to the parent company. In this study, we propose an efficient real-time assembly sequence system applying a well-known Pareto method using Paint-In information in painting process and daily production planning information. Based on this system, a production line can estimate the shortage amount of UPH (Units Per Hour) at production line and recovers the amount before operating assembly production in the line. The proposed system provides efficiency on productivity compared with the previous system.

Most of metal cutting and processing companies are frequently used to mass-produce defectives by missing times to replace parts of CNC equipment. The paper describes the objectives, structure, functionality, content, utility and future prospects of the Country- Domestic Animal Genetic Resources Information System (DAGRIS) of ILRI. This electronic database is designed to cater for the needs of researchers, policy makers, development practitioners, eachers, students and farmers in developing countries for efficient access to available published and grey literature from past and present research results on the origin, distribution, diversity, present use and status of selected Farm Animal Genetic Resources (FAnGR) of the countries. Development of the country-modules of c-DAGRIS in English and French for Anglophone and Francophone countries is finalized and ready to be used.

본 연구에서는 인터넷 환경의 변화에 맞추어 참여형 GIS의 구성방안을 탐색하였다. 본 연구의 주요 내용을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인터넷 환경의 변화에 따른 참여형 GIS의 발전과정을 살펴보았다. 1990년대 PPGIS로 시작된 관리자 중심의 참여형 GIS는 Web 2.0 환경에서 자발적인 지리정보로서 참여형 지리정보(Volunteered Geographic Information)로 발전하였으며, 최근에는 공간정보 빅데이터를 구성하는 사용자 중심적인 참여가 강조되고 있다. 둘째, 참여형 GIS의 사례로서 복지분야의 자원봉사네트워크에 대한 참여형 복지 GIS 모델의 구성방안을 제안하였다. 복지 GIS는 자발적 참여가 중심이 되기 때문에 참여형 GIS를 적용하기에 적합한 분야이다.

Rice planthoppers (RPH) such as brown planthoppers (BPH), small brown planthoppers (SBPH), and white-backed planthoppers (WBPH) have been serious constraints to the rice production in Asian countries. It is important to manage their outbreak through the international cooperative network between concerned countries. RDA initiated a regional AFACI (Asian Food and Agriculture Cooperation Initiative) project for this purpose. And to facilitate information exchange of planthopper scouting data and technical knowledge between AFACI member countries, the internet-based AMIVS (www.amivs.org) Platform was being operated since 2011. In this system, scouting data includes daily light trap, aerial net data and weekly field collection data on BPH, WBPH, and SBPH and virus occurrence in scouting fields. Analysis results of the 2012 light trap and field collection data showed that each country or region has unique seasonal dynamics and dominance pattern of planthoppers according to the cropping pattern and environment. The high BPH density was mainly observed in Thailand and Vietnam. In other coutries, BPH density was rather low. Now, more and more scouting sites and data from member countries are entered in this system regularly, and we could expect that more substantial scouting information could be produced and shared in near future.

개인정보 보호 측면에서 살펴보면 세계 경제의 글로벌화, 인터넷을 기반으로 한 클라우드나 빅데이타 등 정보통신 기술의 급속한 발전, 다국적 기업의 독자적인 정보 생태계 구축 등이 상호작용하면서 온라인과 오프라인 양면에서 개인정보의 이전이 급속도로 증가하고 방법과 경로가 다양해졌다. 그러나 우리나라의 개인정보 보호법이나 정보통신망법은 개인정보의 보호에 치우친 나머지 국외 이전과 관련하여 획일적으로 정보주체의 사전 동의를 요구함으로써 법과 현실의 괴리가 심화되고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 현실적으로 얼마나 많은 규모의 개인정보 국외 이전이 발생하는지에 관한 현황도 파악되지 않은 실정이고, 한·미 FTA의 체결로 인하여 금융기관에서 보관하고 있는 금융정보가 국외로 이전될 것으로 보인다. 다른 정보들에 비하여 엄격한 규제를 받아왔던 개인신용정보에 관한 국외 이전의 빗장이 풀릴 경우 다른 업종과의 차별이 함께 문제될 것으로 보인다. 주지하다시피 개인정보의 국외 이전은 피할 수도, 무시할 수도 없는 수준이고 개인정보의 국외 이전을 통한 소비자 편익의 증진이라는 긍정적 측면이 있음에도 불구하고, 우리나라는 개인정보 국외 이전의 긍정적 측면은 도외시한 채 개인정보의 보호에만 방점을 두고 국외 이전의 억제에 몰두하고 있다. 패러다임의 변화가 필요한 시점이다. 기본적으로 개인정보 보호법이나 정보통신망법 등의 입법취지에 개인정보의 ‘적정한 이용’을 포함시키는 것과 동시에 개인정보의 국외 이전 문제에 관해서도 정보주체의 사전 동의 외에 일정한 조건 하에 자유롭게 이전할 수 있는 장치를 마련할 필요가 있다. 이러한 문제의식 아래, 본고에서는 최근 급속도로 증가하고 있는 개인정보 국외 이전에 관련된 국·내외의 법제를 살펴보고, 개인정보의 국외 이전 현황을 간략히 살펴본 뒤 관련된 문제점을 다양한 각도에서 검토하였다.

There are insufficient models that find problems and solutions for accident prevention through risk assessment and suggest safe work process and work instruction from foundation works to finish work for accident decrease. This paper presents a quantitative risk assessment model by analysis of risk factors in each process such as appurtenant works, temporary works, structural works, equipment work, finishing work and etc based on accident examples and investigation on actual condition in plants construction work. In addition, the safety management system was developed to perform risk assessment of plants construction and use it for effective safety training for labor.

This paper reviewed the relationship between information technology system and knowledge management activities, and the moderating effect of industrial type. The results of multiple regression analysis, based on the responses from 219 employees in manufacturing and financing service sector, showed that information technology infrastructure and information technology usage have positive effects on knowledge acquisition, knowledge transfer, and knowledge usage. In moderating effects, information technology infrastructure more positively related with knowledge acquisition in financing service sector than in manufacturing sector. And also information technology usage more positively related with knowledge transfer in financing service sector than in manufacturing sector.

모듈러 강교량 제작, 조립, 설계, 시공단계에서 상부모듈의 부품정보를 효율적으로 제공하고 교환하기 위하여 BIM (Building Information Modeling) 프로젝트에서 정보교환을 위하여 사용하는 국제표준인 IFC 모델을 활용한 부품정보 라이 브러리 구축방법을 제시하였다. 모듈러 강교량의 상부모듈을 구성하는 부품정보를 IFC 모델로 표현하기 위하여 의미론적 인 관점에서 기존 IFC 모델에서 부품정보를 표현할 수 있는 엔티티와 모듈러 강교량의 구성요소를 매칭하여 적용하였으 며, 구성요소의 역할을 구분하기 위하여 매칭한 엔티티의 타입을 적용하거나 사용자정의 타입으로 정의하였다. 또한, 부품 정보 라이브러리에서 부품 및 조립품의 정보를 해당단계에서 효율적으로 제공하기 위하여 조립체계를 네 단계의 상세수준 (LoD)으로 구분하여 정의하였으며, 이를 IFC 모델로 표현하기 위하여 새로운 속성정보를 정의하였다. 마지막으로, IFC 모 델과 매칭하여 정의한 정보를 실제 모듈러 강교량 상부모듈에 적용하여 IFC 기반의 시범 라이브러리 정보를 생성하였다.

Recent technological advances in the domestic railway industry have turned out to deliver a profound impact on the forefront of other industries as well. Furthermore, the introduction of the high-speed railway systems has made it possible to travel around our country in a day, thereby changing our life styles a lot. However, it has been well recognized that many factors can cause unanticipated accidents during the operation. One of the causes is known to be the human errors made by the train operators in locomotive cabs. The problem is getting more serious as the trains run at high speed. As such, the objective of this paper is on how to improve the work environment of the locomotive cabs. Our approach is based on the systems engineering methodology. Specifically, we first identify the context and scope of the problem to be solved. We then continue our effort in deriving the requirements set to accomplish the improvement. These results are utilized in constructing a computer-aided management system for test and evaluation intended for the improvement. The approach taken and the results obtained in this paper is expected to make a contribution on the route to keeping our nation's technologies on the competitive edges in the high-speed railway systems industry.

The comparison shopping agent systems have provided price comparison information which is collected from various shopping malls to satisfy buyer's information craving. But the frequent price change caused by keen price competition is becoming the primary reason of information quality decline among price comparison sites. RSS which is a family of web feed formats used to publish frequently updated is applied even in on-line shopping malls. This paper develops a product information collection system which can provide up-to-date product information of real-time using RSS. To achieve this goal RSS crawling system for searching shopping mall RSS links automatically, RSS reader to collect product information from several shopping malls and a product DB where the application characteristic is high are suggested.

본 연구는 인문지리정보 통합시스템 구축에 있어서 온톨로지 지식기반 구축에 관한 연구로서 인문지리정보의 통합적 활용방안에 대해 논의하였다. 온톨로지 모델링의 방법을 이용하여 수집된 지리정보들을 조직화하고, 재사용가능한 정보로서 데이터들간의 관계를 설정하였으며 온톨로지를 활용하여 사용자 중심의 시나리오에 기반한 검색을 가능하게 하였다. 시범연구지역인 제주도를 사례로하여 다양한 지역지리정보를 수집하여 온톨로지 모델링을 통해 정의한 클래스에 맞추어 온톨로지 인스턴스를 구축하여 사용자를 위한 통합DB를 활용한 시맨틱 검색을 가능하게 하였다.

Now, The companies are building an integrated SCM(Supply Chain Management) system that is able to manage and operate procurement, production, distribution & logistics activity. Among the IT infra, The RFID technique is received special attention for this successful SCM System, continuously it is being researched and developed. Also, they recognize RFID techniques that offer various services at supply chain flow, create value of company. This study propose implications in other industry for biz model development and direction based on RFID in many industry through case study for development of the distribution logistics information system on using RFID.

To give a solution to solve personal information problems issued in this study, the domestic and overseas cases about information security management system including an authentication technique are analyzed. To preserve the outflow of personal information, which is such a major issue all over the world, a new security audit check list is also proposed.
