        도로 위로 차량이 통과할 때 발생하는 타이어-노면 소음을 평가하기 위한 ISO 국제표준이 제정되어 있다. 갓길에서 통과소음을 측정 하고 차량속도와 소음 정보를 이용하여 통계 분석 방법으로 기준속도에서의 소음을 추정하는 SPB (Statistical Pass-by) 방법과 시험 타 이어를 이용하여 노면과 타이어 사이의 발생소음을 근접하여 측정하는 CPX (Close Proximity) 방법이 있다. 두 표준에서 제시하고 있 는 동일한 기준속도와 온도 조건에 대해서 국내 환경에 맞게 합리적으로 적용할 수 있는 방안을 검토하였다. 50 km/h, 80 km/h, 110 km/h 이외의 기준속도로 측정하는 것에 대한 적합성을 확인하기 위해, 80 km/h, 100 km/h, 120 km/h로 동일 현장에서 측정한 결과를 분석하여 속도와 소음과의 상관성을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 표준에서 제시한 속도 이외의 속도도 기준속도로 활용하여 측정이 가능한 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 표준에서 제시하고 있는 5℃ ~ 30℃ 온도 범위를 검토하여 국내 환경조건에 따른 측정 불가능한 일수를 최소 화 하고자 하였다. 고온에서 아스팔트 블리딩으로 인한 스틱 스냅 소음의 발생을 우려하여 측정 가능 온도 상한치를 두었으나, 국내 고속도로에 사용하고 있는 아스팔트 공용성 등급 등을 고려하였을 때, 보다 높은 온도에서의 측정도 가능할 것으로 판단된다. 다만, 실제 측정 데이터가 부족하여, 충분한 데이터 수집 및 분석을 통하여 온도 관련 제한 조건을 완화하여 측정할 수 있을 것으로 사료된 다.

        The Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (KOLAS) is the national accreditation body responsible for providing accreditation services to testing and calibration laboratories. The primary objective of KOLAS is to promote the quality and reliability of laboratory testing by providing nationally and internationally recognized accreditation services. Laboratories accredited by KOLAS are required to meet rigorous international standards set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and are subject to regular assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with the standards. KOLAS accreditation is highly regarded both domestically and internationally, and is recognized for providing high-quality and reliable testing services. The nuclear analysis laboratory at KINAC has been working to establish a quality management system to ensure the external reliability of analytical results and to secure its position as an authorized testing agency. To achieve this, a detailed manual and procedure for nuclear material analysis were developed to conform to the international standards of ISO/IEC 17025. This study presents the preparation process for establishing the management system, focusing on meeting technical and quality requirements for the implementation of the ISO/IEC 17025 standard in the KINAC nuclear analysis laboratory, specifically in the field of chemical testing (dosimetry, radioactive, and neutron measurement subcategories). The preparation process involved two tracks. The first track focused on satisfying technical requirements, with Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometer (TIMS) and Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometer (ICP-MS) selected as the major equipment for analysis. Analytical methods for determining isotope ratios and concentrations of nuclear materials were determined, and technical qualification was ensured through participation in proficiency test programs, inter-experimenter comparison tests, and uncertainty reports. The second track focused on developing the quality system, including quality manuals, procedures, and guidelines based on the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17025 standard. Various implementation documents were produced during the six-month pilot period, in accordance with the three levels of documents required by the standard. Implementation of ISO/IEC 17025 is expected to have a systematic quality management process for the analysis lab’s operations and to increase confidence in KINAC’s nuclear analysis.

        Both ISO 21001 and ISO 9001 are standards developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for quality management systems. However, while ISO 9001 focuses on the general requirements for Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 21001 is specifically designed for educational institutions. ISO 9001 is a widely recognized standard for QMS applicable to almost industries, including manufacturing and services. It defines the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuing improvement of QMS to improve customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements and improving overall performance. Meanwhile, ISO 21001 focuses specifically on educational institutions and is designed to develop and improve the curriculum efficiency by meeting trainees needs. It provides a system in which educational institutions can build, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Education Management System (EMS) for the purpose of improving the satisfaction of trainees and other stakeholders. ISO 21001 covers a wide range of educational organizations, including schools, universities, and education providers. KINAC/INSA, the Center of Excellence in Korea, is an educational institution in the field of nuclear control. So It has been developed and operated various international and domestic curriculum. KINAC/INSA obtained ISO 9001 certification in November 2016 and has been certified so far. However, in the scope of ISO 9001 certification, curriculum development process is not included so KINAC/ INSA needs to obtain additional ISO certification specialized in education to improve the education quality. That is why KINAC/INSA is developing the ISO 21001 system, and aims to acquire certification in November 2023. This paper explains the necessity for educational institutions to obtain ISO 21001 in comparison with ISO 9001. It also introduces the process of developing ISO 21001 system of KINAC/INSA. By implementing EMS based on ISO 21001, KINAC/INSA can expect to improve the educational satisfaction of trainees and other stakeholders through effective curriculum development and educational operation.

        There are three questions arise in radioactivity measurements: (1) Dose the measured value originate from the radioactivity being present in the sample? (2) Is the measurement procedure suitable for the intended measurement purpose with respect to the requirements? (3) What is a range of values fairly sure our true value lies in with a specified probability? These three questions are answered by determining characteristic limits (decision threshold, detection limit and limits of the coverage interval), which are widely used as part of quality assurance in radioactivity measurements. In the past, numerous papers have focused on the questions in different ways, and have drawn a variety of conclusions about the meaning of the different characteristic limits using various terms and symbols. In recent years, substantial efforts were made in order to obtain a systematic and unified way to calculate and express these limits. As a result, the ISO 11929 Series which specify a procedure for calculation of the characteristic limits have been developed. This paper is focused on the calculations of characteristic limits for noble gas monitor (NGM204 monitor) that offers the continuous measurements of radioactive noble gases discharged from the stacks of the HANARO reactor facility. The calculations are based on the standard ISO 11929 as well as the traditional formulas provided by NUREG 1576, ANSI N42-18, ANSI N42-17 and DIN 25482. A comparison is made among the results obtained from the formulas given in each literature.

        Rare earth elements, which are important components of motors, are in high demand and thus constantly get more expensive. This tendency is driven by the growth of the electric vehicle market, as well as environmental issues associated with rare-earth metal manufacturing. TC 298 of the ISO manages standardization in the areas of rare-earth recycling, measurement, and sustainability. Korea, a resource-poor country, is working on international standardization projects that focus on recycling and encouraging the domestic adoption of international standards. ITU-T has previously issued recommendations regarding the recycling of rare-earth metals from e-waste. ISO TC 298 expands on the previous recommendations and standards for promoting the recycling industry. Recycling-related rare earth standards and drafts covered by ISO TC 298, as well as Korea’s strategies, are reviewed and discussed in this article.

        1. 이 연구는 목재합법성 제도의 핵심이라 할 수 있는 실사 체계의 요건을 ISO 위험 관리 표준과 국외 우수 사례분석을 통해 탐색·분석함. 2. 이 연구는 ISO 위험 관리 표준에 기반하여 불법목재 위험 관리 실사체계에서 주요하게 다루어야 하는 요건을 1) 위험 정의, 2) 위험 평가, 3) 위험 조치, 4) 모니터링 및 검토, 5) 기록 및 보고 등 다섯 가지로 설정하고, 이 분석틀을 기반으로 호주의 목재합법성 제도 내 실사체계를 분석함. 3. 호주의 목재합법성 제도 실사체계는 ISO 표준에 비추어 불법목재 위험성을 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 요건을 세부적으로 잘 갖추고 있었기에 우리나라의 실사체계 설계 시 벤치 마킹이 용이한 우수 사례임. 4. 이 연구는 국외 사례 조사를 통해 우리나라의 합법목재 교역촉진제도 내 실사 체계 수립 및 운영에 대한 의미 있는 정책 제언을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대함. 5. 특히 우리나라가 2019년도에 도입한 합법목재 교역촉진 제도의 실사체계 구축을 위한 논의가 현재 진행되고 있는 바, 본 연구가 제공하는 구체적인 실사 틀과 실사 요건에 대한 고 찰이 우리나라 임업정책에 시사하는 바가 큼.

        The ISO 9000 Quality Management System(QMS) standard is an effective tool that can consistently meet the various requirements of stakeholders and promote customer satisfaction management. However, in the recent business environment, not only quality issues but also risks in various other areas are increasing. In particular, risks related to product safety problems which are arised from product convergence, diversification of methods of production and globalization of supply chain pose a great threat to the sustainability of companies. Accordingly, ISO published standards of Product Safety Management System(PSMS) for suppliers such as ISO 10377 and ISO 10393. This study aims to suggest an integration framework of QMS and PSMS based on ISO international standards. To this end, the relationship of QMS and PSMS are analyzed and the requirements of the both systems are integrated based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act(PDCA) cycle and risk-based thinking. In addition, guidelines that can systemize the integrated requirements are presented in the aspect of processes and documentation. This study is expected to be used as a guideline that helps companies that have already acquired QMS certification to build an international level product safety management system early.

        본 논문에서는 배관의 ISO 도면 교환파일을 이용하여 AR/VR모델을 실시간으로 생성하는 방법을 소개한다. 도면 교환 파일 중에서 산업 표준으로 활용되는 IDF 파일을 분석했으며, 속성 정보의 추출과 함께 형상을 파라메트릭한 방법으로 정의하는 방법을 사용하였다. 이 방법을 통해서 파일 크기가 작은 도면 교환 파일을 사용함으로써 원거리 데이터 교환이 용이하면서도 형상과 속성을 모두 전달 할 수 있는 효과를 가질 수가 있다. 이 과정에서 본 논문에서는 배관과 컴포넌트의 형상을 템플릿 형태로 정의해 놓았으며, 이를 통해 배관의 도면 교환 파일로부터 실시간으로 배관 형상을 생성함과 동시에 설계 정보와 함께 AR/VR모델로 가시화가 됨을 검증하였다.

        Since the ISO decided to deal with rare-earth elements at the 298th Technical Committee (TC) in 2015, Korea has participated in four plenary meetings and proposed four standards as of June 2019. The status of ISO TC 298, the standards covered by the TC, and the standardization strategies of Korea are summarized. Korean delegations are actively engaged in WG2, which deals with recycling, proposing four standards for fostering the rare-earth recycling industry. However, the participation of domestic experts is still low compared with the increase in the number of working groups and the number of standards in TC 298. The aim of this article is to summarize the current status of ISO international standards related to rare-earth elements, to encourage relevant experts to participate in standardization, and to develop international standards that accurately reflect the realities of the industry.

        The government announced that it would ask the contractors not only the supplier but also the contractors to take the same responsibilities if they did not observe industrial accident safety measures from 2019. The semiconductor manufacturing process belongs to the representative disaster industry group in which the facility is directly located inside a closed space called clean room. According to previous studies, the semiconductor industry group used checklists for safety management of their suppliers. This study has developed a model for assessing suppliers by constructing a quantitative checklist item through the risk assessment methodology, laws and regulations. The evaluation model of the supplier set up through this study becomes the safety management standard in the semiconductor industry .Furthermore, it is applied to the partner companies in the operation of ISO 14001, 45001, I would like to apply it as a measure of performance management for CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
