식물사회를 이해하기 위한 새로운 방법으로 식물사회와 사회 연결망 분석을 결합한 식물사회네트워크 분석이 시도되고 있다. 본 연구는 부산 태종대를 대상으로 식물사회네트워크 분석을 활용하여 종간 관계를 살펴보고 이를 관리에 활용하기 위한 기초자료 구축의 목적으로 수행하였다. 우리나라 난온대림에 위치한 태종대는 부산광역시의 대표적인 해안림으로 곰솔-사스레피나무군락이 폭넓게 분포하고 있다. 태종대를 대상으로 100㎡ 크기의 방형구 100개소를 설치하여 출현 수종을 조사하였고, 주요 종을 중심으로 종간결합 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 Gephi 0.9.2를 활용하여 소시오그램을 작성하였으며, 네트워크 중심성 및 구조를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 곰솔, 사스레피나무, 졸참나무, 팥배나무, 광나무, 때죽나무 순으로 출현빈도가 높았으며, 대상지의 환경적 특성상 상록활엽수가 다수 출현하였다. 태종대 식물 사회네트워크는 노드수가 50개, 연결정도가 172개의 소규모 네트워크로 구축되었으며, 모듈화를 통해 4개그룹으로 나누어졌다. 구축된 소시오그램을 통해 천이계열을 살펴보면, 현재 곰솔, 사스레피나무가 포함된 그룹은 벚나무, 개옻 나무를 매개자로 하여 졸참나무, 개서어나무가 우점하는 낙엽활엽수군락으로, 후박나무를 매개자로 하여 후박나무, 참식나무가 우점하는 상록활엽수군락으로 천이될 가능성이 높았고, 일부지역에서는 생강나무, 팽나무를 매개자로 하여 팽나무, 굴참나무, 느티나무가 우점하는 낙엽활엽수군락으로 천이가 예상된다.

The successful implementation of green supply chain management(GSCM) practices requires a level of cooperation that can be difficult to conduct. Despite this challenge, limited scholarly attention has been paid to exploring how the implementation of GSCM practices can be effectively facilitated and enhanced through accumulated social capital with suppliers. Based on social capital theory, this study postulates that supplier network characteristics derived from social capital with key suppliers can be critical antecedents of GSCM, which in turn enhances the firm’s environmental performance. To test hypotheses, data were collected from 330 firms in 15 countries, and structural equation modeling was employed. Results show that GSCM improves environmental performance, and structural and cognitive social capitals of the supplier network act as antecedents and lead to GSCM implementation.

본 연구는 남원 관광목적지 네트워크를 분석하여 관광지 관리방안을 도출하기 위하여 수행되 었다. 이를 위해 남원 주요 관광지 4개소에서 조사된 설문지를 가지고 관광행태 분석(n=552)과 사회네트워크 분석(n=311)을 진행하였다. 남원에서 하루 이내로 체류하는 관광객의 비율이 매 우 높으며 방문 관광지수도 2곳 이내로 한정되어 있다. 그러므로 활성화를 위해 관광객의 체류 시간을 증대할 수 있는 관광지관리 전략의 수립이 요구된다. 남원 관광지 중심성 분석 결과, 광 한루원이 절대적 우위를 차지하고 있었다. 광한루원은 명실공히 남원의 대표적 관광지이자 관 광 네트워크의 핵심적인 역할을 하는 관광지라 할 수 있다. 광한루원을 중심으로 인접한 남원 관광단지를 비롯하여 시내권 관광지를 연계하는 전략이 필요하다. 매개 중심성이 높은 정령치 를 중심으로 지리산권 관광지를 연계하는 콘텐츠의 확대가 요구되며 나아가 시내권 관광지와 지리산권 관광지를 연계할 수 있는 관광거점으로서의 관광지관리 전략을 수립해야 한다. 혼불 문학관은 북부권 대표적 관광지로 거리상 인접한 시내권 관광지와 연계하는 전략이 요구된다. 남원은 시내권, 북부권, 지리산권으로 관광지가 산재되어 있으나 관광객은 특정 장소에 편중되 므로 관광콘텐츠 및 관광지의 적절한 연계와 체류시간 연장을 유도하는 관광 프로그램의 개발 은 남원 관광의 매력을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

수출입 증명, 위생등급제, 식품 민원처리, 식품 관련 인증, 식품 위해정보 관리 및 식품이력추적 관리제도 등 식품안전관리 시스템에 블록체인 기술도입의 적절성을 효과성과 제약성 평가지표에 따라 전문가 대상 설문조사를 실시하여 평가하였다. 식품안전 업무영역별 블록체인 도입 적절성에 대한 포트폴리오 분석을 진행하여 블록체인 도입 우선순위를 설정하였다. 블록체인 도입 시 효과를 기대할 수 있는 영역은 식품인증, 위생등급제, 위해정보 및 수출입 증명 업무였다. 반면, 이력추적 및 민원처리 업무의 경우 블록체인 도입의 효과성이 낮아 도입대상에서 제외할 것으로 평가되었다. 한편 조사된 6가지의 식품안전관리 업무영역 모두에서 블록체인 도입 시 비용, 법·제도 개정 등 보통 이상의 제약성이 존재하였다. 특히, 식품이력추적관리 분야는 도입 추진 시 가장 제약사항이 많을 것으로 평가되었다. 블록체인 도입 시 수출입 증명 업무의 효과는 높으나 비용과 법 개정 등 제약성이 높아 블록체인 도입을 위해서는 제도개선 등이 필요할 것으로 판단되었다. 평가대상 업무분야들 중 식품인증, 위생등급제 및 위해정보 관련 업무는 블록체인 도입 시 신뢰성과 투명성을 크게 향상시키면서 제약성이 상대적으로 낮아 블록체인을 우선적으로 도입하는데 적합할 것으로 평가 되었다.

Recently, the advancement of information and communication technology(ICT) is expanding the connectivity through Internet of Things(IoT), and the media of connection is also expanding from wire/cable transmission to broadband wireless communication, which has significantly improved mobility. This hyperconnectivity has become a key element of the fourth industrial revolution, whereas the supervisory control network of purification plants in korea is operated as a communication network separated from the outside, thereby lagging in terms of connectivity. This is considered the best way to ensure security, and thus there is hardly any consideration of establishing alternatives to operate an efficient and stable communication network. Moreover, security for management of a commercialized communication network and network management solution may be accompanied by immense costs, making it more difficult to make new attempts. Therefore, to improve the conditions for the current supervisory control network of purification plants, this study developed a industrial security L2 switch that supports modbus TCP(Transmission Control Protocol) communication and encryption function of the transmission section. As a result, the communication security performance improved significantly, and the cost for implementing the network management system using Historical Trend and information of HMI(Human Machine Interface) could be reduced by approximately KRW 200 million. The results of this study may be applied to systems for gas, electricity and social safety nets that are infrastructure communication networks that are similar to purification plants.

Currently, the commercialization of the 5th Generation (5G) service is becoming more prevalent in domestic communication network technology. This has reduced communication delay time and enabled large-capacity data transmission and video streaming services in real-time. In order to keep pace with these developments, K-water has introduced a smart process control system in water purification plants to monitor the status of the water purification process. However, since wireless networks are based on the public Long Term Evolution (LTE) network, communication delay time remains high, and high-resolution video services are limited. This is because communication networks still have a closed structure due to expense and security issues. Therefore, with 5G in its current form, it is very difficult to accommodate future services without improving the infrastructure of its communication networks. In recognition of these problems, this study implemented the authentication and management function of wireless networks on a wired network management system in the K-water Bansong water purification plant. The results confirmed that wired Local Area Network (LAN) services give a higher security performance than an expensive commercial wireless LAN system. This was achieved by using an Internet Protocol (IP) address management system of wired networks and the packet filtering function of the Layer2 (L2) switch. This study also confirmed that it is possible to create a wireless LAN service that is 3.7 times faster than the existing LTE communication network.

본 연구 목적은 마리나항만법을 대상으로 언어 네트워크 방법을 적용하여 법조문에 대한 내용을 분석하고 법률 특징과 구 조적 모습을 계량적으로 제시하는데 있다. 언어 네트워크 분석은 단어와 단어사이의 네트워크 구조를 파악하여 그 구조와 형태를 파악할 수 있으며, 전통적 내용 분석이 지닌 단점을 보완하는데도 용이하다. 분석 대상은 최근 개정된 마리나항만법 전문(1 4장)이며 부분 적으로는 구분된 장중 분석에 의미가 있는 일부(제2장, 제3장, 제4장)로 설정하였다. 분석 결과 마리나항만법은 마리나항만개발에 집중된 구조적 특징을 지니고 있고 마리나산업의 육성에 관한 종합적 관점보다는 하드웨어적 시설적 설치에 집중된 구조를 지니고 있었다. 또한, 사업체 및 인력 양성 등이 일부 포함되었으나 시설 설치보다는 상대적 중요성이 다소 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 연구 방 법상 법구조적 시각에 국한된 결과만을 도출하는 한계도 있으나, 현재 법률의 구조와 특징을 파악하고 진단함으로써 후속 연구의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다는데 의의가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 본 연구 결과를 토대로 마리나 정책에 대한 정부 성과나 추진 실적과 비교등이 진행되기를 기대한다.

The major purpose of this study is to find and analyze the characteristics of Fisheries Business Administration Research based on using social network analysis. This study examines every paper of The Journal of Fisheries Business Administration from 2007 to 2016. This study analyzes fisheries business administration research through bibliometric data including research trends, researcher characteristics, and key words. The 229 source articles are all papers published from 2007 to 2016 in The Journal of Fisheries Business Administration in Korea. Comparing with previous research, the major research areas of Korean fisheries business administration have a little changed and the topics of recent research are much diversified. Through basically based on frequency analysis and SNA(Social Network Analysis) method, most of the bibliographical characteristics were founded. And based on the result of this study showed that 1) increasement on number of researcher and organization 2) climate change and economic related topics are most popular terms 3) DEA is most adopted methodology in recent papers 4) joint research among the organizations has somewhat been increased 5) human resource management, history of fisheries management and education still have been conducted in terms of sustainability.

Introduction Why should we study marketing management processes in social network platforms? Today’s rapidly growing creative companies must adopt social network platforms. Indeed, the “twenty-first century’s wealth comes from platforms” Thus “those who possess platforms dominate the wealth of the future” (Hirano & Hagiu, 2010). After the Lehman Brothers-initiated financial crisis, companies began developing platform strategies as a cutting-edge management method for assuring consistent and stable growth. Platform strategies call for gathering relevant groups of people together in a network that then creates new business. (Hirano & Hagiu, 2010) In this study, we study a social network platform to show how marketing management processes can be applied to social network platforms. Literature Review Social Network Platforms In recent years, social network platform sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and KakaoTalk have evolved to bring people together online. Social network services (SNS) are rapidly infiltrating daily lives and facilitating communications among people by means of computers (Correa et al., 2010; Powell, 2009). Users reside at the center of social platforms where they can socialize and express a wide range of behaviors. As a force for change, social platforms are influencing marketing strategies as well. Advertising has been traditionally one-way communication from company to customers through public media and portal sites. Recently, the paradigm has changed (Yeo, 2014): companies establish relationship with customers through social platforms that allow them to talk with customers directly, exchange opinions, and share ideas. As a result, large-scale corporations, mid-sized/small companies, and one-owner companies have turned their attention to social platforms (Jhun, 2013). Moreover, the revolutionary wave has affected such diverse areas as politics, economics, society, culture, and environmental causes. Researchers have responded to social platform developments with studies that deal with concept, construction, policy, development, spatial information, social platforms, and governmental roles (Choi et al., 2012), and that deal with social platform’s social influences and future directions (Lee & Jung, 2011). Researchers have studied functions and utilization of social platform using web services and policies to support collaborative research (Pignotti & Edwards, 2012), sharing shopping information (Der Ho et al., 2010), customer engagement (Cheung, Lee, & Jin, 2011), and senior social platforms (Farkas, 2010). 선박 및 해양구조물의 화물 중 많은 수가 가연성, 휘발성의 석유 및 석유 가공 화물이다. 뿐만 아니라 컨테이너 박스, 벌크화물, 차량 등의 중량 화물이 그 나머지를 차지한다. 게다가 선박은 파랑, 해류 등의 하중을 주기/비주기적으로 받기 때문에 화물의 위치 및 이동 가능성이 존재한다. 그렇기 때문에 선상 사고 위험은 육상의 산업현장 보다 훨씬 크다. 선박 및 해양구조물은 화물 및 화물의 영향으로 인한 사고 위험성이 항시 존재하기 때문에 그 모니터링과 대비가 반드시 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선상에서 선원 및 작업자의 안전을 보장하기 위해 무선센서네트워크를 도입하여 모니터링 시스템을 구축하기 위한 연구를 진행하였다.

The purpose of this research is to analyse the research subject in journal of Korean safety management and sciences. Total 1850 key words in 560 papers were analysed by the Pajek system which is one of well known social network analysis tool. Key words trend from 2008 to 2012 was examined. Then the relationship among each key words was visualized. There were five key words group which strongly connected among key words. The degree centrality, between centrality, proximity prestige on each key words were calculated to verify influence degree to other key words.

본 논문의 연구 목적은 보드게임 실행 중 문제점인 임의 종료에 따른 정상 사용자의 처리부분 개선 시스템에 관한 연구이다. 제안한 시스템은 임의 종료 시 게임 사용자의 손실에 대한 부분을 실시간으로 해결할 수 있는 온라인 보드 게임 관리 기법이다. 게임 회사로서는 게임 중 발생하는 임의 종료에 따른 해결 시간과 노동력 및 비용 절감의 효과를 가져 올 수 있다, 또한 게임 서비스 업체로서의 신뢰도 증가를 통한 기존 고객의 이탈 방지 및 신규 고객 유치에 기여할 수 있다.

In order to efficiently manage the coastal and offshore fishing ground, the applicability of real-time monitering was also investigated through a wide-area network of automatic identification system(AIS). The experiment of efficiently managing coastal and offshore fishing ground with a wide-area network of AIS required, on the headquarter's screen, a synthetic display of vessel information transmitted from three different distant stations. This experiment tested the applicability of real-time monitoring with the shown display. The maximum range of detection of the first station in Busan was 24 nautical miles while those of the second and third stations in Yeosu and Jeju were 26 and 52 nautical miles, respectively.

In this paper, we propose traffic management support and evaluate the performance through simulation. We suggest traffic management routing protocol that can guarantee reliance according to not only reduction of the Network traffic congestion but also distribution of the network load that prevents data transmission. For performance evaluation, we analyzed the average data reception rate and network load, considering the node mobility. We found that in the mobile Ad Hoc networks, the traffic management service increased the average data reception rate and reduced the network traffic congestion and network load in Mobile Ad Hoc Networks.

This paper puts forward the analysis framework of social public psychology and behavior in the face of public events, based on the management of public emotions reflected in the network media, to improve the modernization level of community governance and the ability to deal with public events
