A Vacuum pump for industrial machinery(fuel dispenser for gas station) is developed using reverse engineering process. The 3-D Modelling for a sample imported pump is constructed by 3-D scanner and CATIA. The kinematic analysis are accomplished using LMS Virtual Lab. The analysis shows quite reasonable result. The prototype vacuum pumps are fabricated by the die casting method with 3-D modelling. The pumps show applicable performances compared to the current pump with a point of view of pressure, durability.

According to Granger causality test, yield of Cooperate Bond and export amount of Machinery have a meaning at statistical Confidence level of 10%. In case of index of the unit cost of export and export amount of Machinery, they have an interactive Granger cause. In yen dollar exchange rate and export amount of Machinery, former variable gives an unilateral Granger cause to latter that. Also, call rate gives an unilateral Granger cause to export amount of Machinery. In case of M3 & export amount of Machinery, former variable have an influence on latter that at 5% Confidence level.

ISO 9000 is a management standard that provides customers with assurance thu their registered suppliers have a consistent quality system to which they adhere. this paper draws on four sources to show how ISO 9000 can lead to performance improvement. 1)theories of induces innovation and improvisation 2) the literature on ISO 9000 3) a case study of a telecom company. we find that the extent to which ISO 9000 is associated with performance improvement depends on the level of its assimilation, and the degree to which an organization goes beyond the minimal requirements of the standard.

Life analysis is the process of aggregating and analyzing the historical record of property for the purpose of obtaining information about the mortality characteristics of the property. Aged mortality data were collected for over 285 accounts from the domestic machinery industries. In this paper, estimates of service lives based on directly observed data on domestic machinery property and retirement rates are presented. It appears from the results of this study that Iowa L₃ - 10 survivor curves is the most appropriate expression for describing on domestic machinery property.

SUS420J2강은 내식성이 우수하고 강도가 커서 어류가공용 기계의 재료로써 사용되어지고 있다. 그러나 이 역시 환경의 영향에 의하여 열화되고 있으며, 특히 후처리의 조건에 따라 그 정도가 심해질 수도 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 열처리 후 전해연마한 경우에 있어서는 부식의 정도가 미약하였으나 단일 후처리방법을 사용하였을 때에는 입계부식 및 공식의 영향이 커지고 부식생성물의 생성이 용이해졌다. 실험의 결과로부터 열처리후 전해연마한 SUS420J2강의 부식정도가 가장 덜 민감하게 나타났으므로, 어류 전처리 가공기계용 재료로서 SUS420J2강의 사용에 있어서는 열처리 후 전해연마의 방법으로 후처리를 하는 것이 바람직하다고 생각된다. 금후, 경도 및 표면상태의 파라미터(parameter)를 고려한 부식시험과 현장에서의 외력의 작용을 고려한 응력부식 실험이 결과도 병행되어져야만 한다고 생각한다

This paper describes an application of artificial neural network to diagnose the defects of rotating machiner. Induction motor was used to the object of defect diagnosis. For defect diagnosis, the frequency spectrum of vibration was utilized. Learning method of applied neural network was back propagation. Neural network has following advantage; Once it has been learned, inference time is very short and it can provide a reasonable conclusion regardless of insufficient input data. So, this defect diagnosis system can be used superiorly to rule based expert system as quality inspection of rotating machinery in the shop.

서울시와 경인지역을 중심으로 도시락 생산업체 16개사를 선정하여 방문 조사한 기기류 보유 현황은 다음과 같다. 1. 조리기기는 주로 레인지, 튀김기, 국솥, 밥솥을 사용하고 있었다. 2. 전처리기기는 푸드 캇타, 푸드 슬라이서와 야채 탈피기, 야채 캇타를 주로 이용하고 있었다. 3. 냉동 냉장고는 16개사에서 모두 보유하고 있었으나 냉장고의 용량을 늘려야 할 것으로 판단되었다. 4. 살균기로 자외선 살균기를 주로 사용하고 있었으나 살균시의 능력이 부족하고 살균기의 용량이 처리량에 비해 적었다. 5. 싱크 작업대는 16개사에서 모두 보유하고 있었으나, 싱크 작업대를 품목별로 구분하여 사용할 필요가 있었다. 6. 식품을 보온하거나 가온하는 기기류는 보유율이 대체로 낮았다. 7. 스팀발생용 에너지는 가스를 많이 사용하고 있었다. 8. 운반기는 평운반기, 키친 웨건을 주로 이용하고 있었다. 9. 포장기는 ???N 포장기가 주종을 이루고 있었으며 자동포장기, 집진기, 에어커텐 등의 기기류는 보완되어야 한다고 판단되었다.

This research focuses on identifying and measuring key personality factors affecting the job performance of salesperson working in the machinery industry in Vietnam. A total number of 218 salesperson working in machinery industry were surveyed. After evaluating Cronbach’s Alpha and using the regression analysis technique, the results show the impact level of personality trait factors affecting the job performance of salesperson working in machinery industry. Ordered from the highest to the lowest effects on job performance, these factors are: agreeableness, openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, and neuroticism. Five research hypotheses are accepted. Specifically, openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, and agreeableness have positive impacts on job performance of salesperson working in machinery industry in Vietnam. However, neuroticism has a negative impact on job performance of salesperson. This research results indicate the level of impact of personality traits on the sales staff performance in machinery industry. Many people apply to this profession as a career choice. Each occupation is suitable for certain personality trait, which changes very little during adulthood. Research also shows that each personality trait always has its strengths and weaknesses. The educational environment should create conditions for learners to develop their character in a natural way.

In order to reduce the farmers’ burden of purchasing agricultural machinery and address the shortage of farm workers, the government have been promoting agricultural machinery rental service since 2003. Despite of political purpose, the outcome of agricultural machinery rental service turned out to be adverse, high cost and low efficiency, by the pork barrel projects operated from some municipalities. Therefore, this study was aimed to improve the efficiency of agricultural machinery rental service by analyzing the operation status of agricultural machinery in local government. A questionnaire survey was conducted at 134 cities and counties in terms of rent type, management personnel, business budget, agricultural machinery ownership, rental performance, use rates, operational problems, and improvement plan. This study found that some agricultural machinery rental offices were only focused on the short-term rental service, which caused the increasing number of operating personnel, required facilities/equipment. The short-term rental service has a limitation for promoting the mechanization rate in dry-field farming. Therefore, it should be carried out along with the long-term rental service which a lessee maintains and manages agricultural machinery directly. Furthermore, the reasonable number of agricultural machinery based on regional circumstances should be considered to meet rental demand and collect the minimal rental fee for purchasing new agricultural machinery and replacing old ones.

Mechanisms regulate the arrest and growth of the resting primordial follicles are very poorly understood. To elucidate genes involved in the early folliculogenesis, we conducted suppression subtractive hybridization using mRNA from day1 and day5 ovaries and selected weel for further analysis, since it was most frequent gene in the day1-subtracted cDNA library (1). Expression of weel and correlated components of the cell cycle machinery, such as cdc2, cyclin B1, cdc25C, and phosphorylated cdc2 was evaluated by immunohistochemistry. In primordial follicles, expression of weel, cdcw, and cyclin B1 was cytoplasmic in oocytes, but phosphorylated cdc2 was weakly expressed in oocytes. While cdc25C expression was in ovarian somatic and in some theca cells. None of components was expressed in the pre-granulosa cells of the primordial follicles, while weel weakly, and cdc2 and cyclin B1 was strongly expressed in the granulosa cells of the growing follicles. Results from the present study suggest that 1) the mejotic arrest of the oocytes may not due to of cell cycle machinery, and 2) the weel may arrest meiosis by sequestering cdc2 and cyclin B1 in the cytoplasm by protein-protein interactions and/or by inhibitory phosphorylation.
