본 연구는 경상남도 지역 내 치유농장 운영 실태를 조사하여 향후 경남지역에 적합한 치유농장 운영과 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 조사 결과, 37개 치유농장 중 62.1%는 기존에 교육농장, 사회적 농업 거점농장, 농가 맛집, 체험농장 등으로 운영되다가 3년 전부터 치유농업을 도입하여 현재 다양한 형태로 운영되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 치유농장 시설의 경우, 숙박시설이 있는 농가는 40.5%, 예약제로만 운영되는 농가는 59.5%, 장애인을 위한 편의시설이 마련된 농가는 48.6%로 나타났다. 또한, 응급 처치 및 안전 관련 용품은 100%의 농가에서 비치하고 있었고, 치유농장 홍보는 SNS와 온라인을 이용하는 농가가 84.1%로 가장 많았다. 예방 중심형 치유 프로그램을 운영하는 농가는 76.2%였고, 개인보다 단체 참여 비율이 86.3%로 높게 나타났다. 치유 프로그램 운영자는 치유농업사 양성기관 교육을 이수하거나 치유농업 시설 운영자 교육 이수자 또는 치유농업사 자격 소지의 농장 경영주가 59.6%로 가장 많았으며, 1회당 참여 인원은 11명에서 20명까지가 43.2%, 1회당 운영 시간은 120분이 51.4%, 참가 비용은 1만원에서 3만원까지가 71.3%로 가장 많은 비중을 차지했다. 활용 자원으로는 식물 자원이 48.6%, 농촌 환경 문화 자원이 39.2%, 동물 및 곤충 자원이 12.2%로 나타났다. 프로그램 운영에 있어 치유농장 운영자의 전문성은 4.48점으로 가장 높았고, 치유농장 자원 중 환경 자원은 4.37점, 편의시설은 쾌적하고 청결한 환경 4.13점, 기타 부가서비스는 농장의 신뢰성이 4.45점으로 가장 중요한 요소로 평가되었다. 효율적인 치유농장 운영에 있어 치유농장 운영자의 전문성, 친밀감·편안한 분위기, 자연경관, 편안하고 안락한 시설, 농장의 신뢰성 요소는 서로 상관관계(p<.05)가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
고속도로 터널 구간은 일반 도로에 비해 사고 발생 빈도와 심각도가 높으며, 특히 터널 내에서 발생하는 사고나 공사와 같은 돌발 상황은 대기 행렬을 유발해 후미 추돌 위험을 증가시킨다. 본 연구에서는 운전자가 돌발 상황 지점에 접근할 때 선제적으로 대응할 수 있도록, Driving Simulator를 활용하여 다양한 정보를 제공하는 터널 내 교통관리 시스템의 효과를 분석하였다. 분석 대상은 차로 변 경 유도, 속도 감소 유도, 돌발 상황 안내로 구성된 세 가지 교통관리 시스템의 개별 효과와 이들의 통합 운영이 터널의 안전성과 운 영 효율성에 미치는 영향을 포함하였다. 분석 결과, 세 가지 교통관리 시스템을 통해 터널 내 평균 통행 속도가 증가하였으며, 돌발 상황 발생 지점에서 차량의 차로 변경과 감속이 선제적으로 이루어지고 급감속 횟수가 현저히 감소하였다. 본 연구는 터널 내 돌발 상황 발생 시 다양한 정보를 제공함으로써 터널의 안전성과 교통흐름을 개선할 수 있음을 입증하였으며, 특히 여러 시스템을 통합적 으로 운영할 때 그 효과가 극대화됨을 Surrogate Safety Measure를 통해 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 향후 터널 교통관리에서 단일 시스 템의 기능만을 고려하기보다는, 다양한 교통관리 시스템 간 상호작용을 고려해야 함을 시사한다.
Recently, ESG(Environmental, Social, Governance) has been recognized as an important factor for the sustainable growth of companies. However, only 14.5% of food manufacturing companies have adopted ESG management. In particular, small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) face difficulties in implementing ESG management due to a lack of specialized personnel and resource constraints. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of ESG ratings on the management performance of 40 food manufacturing companies listed on the Korea Exchange(KRX) that have been evaluated for ESG. The one-way ANOVA was used and performed on data for 40 food manufacturing companies published by the Korea Institute of Corporate Governance and Sustainability(KCGS) in 2023. The results of the analysis showed statistically significant differences in sales (F=12.936, p<0.001) and foreign ownership (F=7.74, p<0.01) based on ESG ratings. Furthermore, Scheffe's post-hoc analysis indicated that the higher the ESG rating and individual scores, the better the overall management performance. Therefore, it is concluded that food manufacturing companies should continuously invest in and focus on ESG management to secure a competitive advantage in the market and achieve sustainable growth.
As the complexity and uncertainty of international construction projects increase, the importance of risk management capabilities in the construction industry has become more pronounced. Accordingly, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) has become a widely adopted approach among organizations as a new way for more effective risk management. Despite its growing application, research related to ERM is still in its infancy, and most of the existing studies have been limited to financial industries. Therefore, this study aims to empirically examine the influence of ERM’s core elements on project risk management (PRM) and project performance within construction firms. Our findings indicate that the key ERM components—organization, policy, and culture—significantly enhance PRM processes, underscoring their critical role and importance. Additionally, effective PRM positively affects project outcomes, highlighting its significance for construction companies engaged in international projects. While ERM does not directly impact project performance, it indirectly improves outcomes through enhanced PRM capabilities. It suggests that ERM will contribute to the firm’s performance by improving the firm’s PRM capability through policies and a risk-focused culture corresponding to the adopted ERM organization and system..
Fueled by international efforts towards AI standardization, including those by the European Commission, the United States, and international organizations, this study introduces a AI-driven framework for analyzing advancements in drone technology. Utilizing project data retrieved from the NTIS DB via the “drone” keyword, the framework employs a diverse toolkit of supervised learning methods (Keras MLP, XGboost, LightGBM, and CatBoost) enhanced by BERTopic (natural language analysis tool). This multifaceted approach ensures both comprehensive data quality evaluation and in-depth structural analysis of documents. Furthermore, a 6T-based classification method refines non-applicable data for year-on-year AI analysis, demonstrably improving accuracy as measured by accuracy metric. Utilizing AI’s power, including GPT-4, this research unveils year-on-year trends in emerging keywords and employs them to generate detailed summaries, enabling efficient processing of large text datasets and offering an AI analysis system applicable to policy domains. Notably, this study not only advances methodologies aligned with AI Act standards but also lays the groundwork for responsible AI implementation through analysis of government research and development investments.
This study analyzes the importance-performance analysis (IPA) of the 10 dimensions of the smart construction safety management system, and analyzes which dimensions are important and which dimensions are performing to determine key improvement tasks, incremental improvement tasks, Maintenance and reinforcement tasks and continuous maintenance tasks were derived. Among the 10 dimensions of the smart construction safety management system, the dimensions that are recognized as important by all field managers and field workers and have high performance are the automatic risk displacement measurement system, smart environmental sensor system, and heavy equipment seizure prevention system. However, areas that were perceived as having high importance but low performance were worker location tracking systems, smart safety helmet chin muscles, and smart safety ring fastening. Among the smart construction safety management systems perceived by field managers, areas for key improvement with high importance and low performance included worker location tracking system and smart safety ring fastening. This study aimed to quantitatively analyze the risk using data from 329 safety accidents that occurred in aquaculture fisheries management vessels over the recent five years (2018-2022). For quantitative risk analysis, the Bayesian network proposed by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) was used to analyze the risk level according to the fishing process and cause of safety accidents. Among the work processes, the fishing process was analyzed to have the highest risk, being 12.5 times that of the navigation, 2.7 times that of the maintenance, and 8.8 times that of the loading and unloading. Among the causes of accidents, the hull and working environment showed the highest risk, being 1.7 times that of fishing gear and equipment, 4.7 times that of machinery and equipment, and 9.4 times that of external environment. By quantitatively analyzing the safety accident risks for 64 combinations of these four work processes and four accident causes, this study provided fundamental data to reduce safety accidents occurring in aquaculture fisheries management vessels.
The objective of this study was to conduct research and analysis using Group Focus Interview to survey the between construction site workers and managers implementing for the Severe Accident Punishment Act. Focused on measures to improve safety management effectiveness for the effectiveness of establishing a safety management system. A plan to improve the efficient safety management system was presented to 50 construction industrial managers and workers. In order to ensure the industrial accident prevention policies appropriately, it is necessary to be aware of safety obligations for workers as well as business operators. In addition, despite the existence of a commentary on the Serious Accident Punishment Act, confusion in the field still persists, so in the event of a major accidents, the obligation to take safety and health education is strengthened, and effective case education is proposed by teaching actual accident cases suitable for actual working sites. It is necessary to make all training mandatory, and it is necessary to reconsider awareness through writing a daily safety log, awareness of risk factors, etc., and writing down risk information. Above all, at the construction ordering stage, it is necessary to keep the construction safety, request corrections and supplements for problems issues that arise, and consult between the orderer and the construction company about the problems issues. Rather than having only the construction company correct or supplement the safety management plan, the contents should be shared with supervisors and workers to establish a more practical solution. Results of this study will contribute to improving the effectiveness of the serious accident and construction safety management system.
In this paper, in order to study the relationship between the safety culture of highway management agencies and disaster reduction activities (BCMS), a measurement tool was identified through previous research on safety culture, and the validity of the measurement tool was confirmed through exploratory factor analysis. I want to check. The subjects of the study were workers belonging to disaster reduction activity management system certification organizations among highway management organizations. The highway management agencies are the Korea Expressway Corporation, which manages the functional continuity of national highways nationwide, and 8 of the 21 private road agencies that manage the functional continuity of the highways. The safety culture measurement tool is an indicator that measures safety culture factors, and is reorganized by the researcher based on survey items from previous studies, with management/manager safety values and attitudes, safety communication, safety education and training, and safety regulations/ management system as subfactors. A total of 24 questions were comprised of the survey tool. As a result of the study, the result of exploratory factor analysis was that the safety culture scale was extracted into four factors based on theoretical grounds, and the total cumulative variance was 80.360%. When checking the questions for each factor, it was found that all the questions loaded on the factor that was originally intended to be measured. Factor 1 is management, factor 2 is safety, and factor 3 is communication., Factor 4 was named education. 본 논문에서는 1973년 프랑스 파리에 최초로 한식당을 창업하여 30여 년간 운영한 한인 이민사업가를 대상으로 유럽에서의 요식업 종사 경험 을 구술생애사적 관점에서 고찰한다. 프랑스 한인사회의 역사적 변천 과 정의 맥락에서 구술자의 한식당 창업 동기와 사업에 도움이 되었던 요 인, 한식당 경영의 의미에 대해서 조사한다. 연구 결과에 따르면 구술자 는 유럽에서의 연속적 이주 과정을 통해서 축적한 다양한 사회적 네트워 크를 주요한 민족자원의 하나로 활용하였다. 또한 창업 당시 프랑스 한 인은 200명 남짓의 소규모였고 현지인들 사이에 한국, 한국 음식에 대한 인지도가 매우 낮았기 때문에, 입지 선정에 있어서 주프랑스 한국대사관 과의 근접성이 중요하게 고려되었다. 한식당 경영을 통해서 프랑스 한인 과 한국으로부터의 방문객들이 모국의 음식을 향유하고 한국적 정서를 접할 수 있게 하였고, 또한 프랑스 현지인들에게는 한국 음식문화와 한 인 예술을 알리는데 기여하였다. 본 연구를 통해 프랑스 한인 이주사, 한 인 디아스포라의 자영업 창업, 해외 한식문화의 전파와 의의에 대한 이 해 제고에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
PURPOSES : The objective of this study was to review roadway management strategies that can be utilized in the event of a radiological emergency, select feasible alternatives, and simulate a portion of the West Coast network to analyze the effectiveness of these strategies. METHODS : The methodology of the study involved reviewing the relevant literature, extracting the implications, establishing an analysis procedure, and selecting an effectiveness evaluation scale. Using a national transportation database, a network was constructed using Toba, a macroscopic model. RESULTS : A reverse-flow lane system was applied to the West Coast Expressway Glory IC–Hampyeong IC (total 25 km), and a plan to increase the number of lanes was applied to the Seokgyo Street–Shinpyeong Intersection on National Route 23 (total extension 28 km). Consequently, both road management strategies were found to be effective. CONCLUSIONS : This study examined roadway management strategies that can be utilized in the event of a radiological emergency, selected feasible alternatives, and simulated a portion of the West Coast network to verify the effectiveness of these strategies. In the case of reverse flow lanes, it is most effective when applied to expressways that can restrict the entrance and exit of vehicles. In the case of increasing the number of lanes, it is most effective when applied to general roads, and institutional arrangements should be made to enable two-way traffic to use the reserved shoulder lanes.
본 연구의 목적은 피부미용 종사자의 그릿이 자기효능감과 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 관계 에서 자기관리의 매개효과를 실증적으로 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구의 연구참여자는 서울·경기 스킨케어 샵과 병원 종사자 344명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 와 AMOS 26.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계, 구조방정식모델, bootstrapping기법을 이용한 매개효과 분석을 통하여 자료를 분석하였다. 일련의 연구절차를 통하여 도 출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 피부미용 종사자의 그릿은 자기관리, 자기효능감, 직무성과에 유의미한 정의(+)영향 관계를 나타내 었다. 둘째, 피부미용 종사자의 자기관리는 자기효능감과 직무성과에 유의미한 정의(+) 영향 관계를 나 타내었다. 셋째, 피부미용 종사자의 그릿과 직무성과와의 관계에서 자기관는 유의미한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 뷰티 산업 종사자들의 그릿 함양을 통해 자기관리, 자기효능감 및 직무성과를 높일 수 있는 인적관리와 교육 프로그램의 적용이 절실히 필요하다고 판단된다..
막대한 예산이 투입되는 국가연구를 기획·관리·확산하는 연구관리 담당자들은 매우 중요한 인력이나, 역할에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 연구관리 전문기관 담당자에게 필요한 역량요소를 도출하고 역량의 중요도를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 4가 지 주요요인과 16개의 하위요인을 도출하였고, AHP 기법을 기반으로 설문조사(연구관리 담 당자와 연구자 90명 대상)를 추진하여 우선순위를 도출하였다. 전체 응답자 기준으로 역량의 중요도는 협력적 태도, 소통능력, 연구지식, 목표관리능력과 신의성실 순으로 확인되었으나, 담당자의 경우, 업무와 관련한 역량(규정지식, 판단능력, 정책지식)이 중요하다고 보는 반면, 연구자들의 경우 자신들을 보다 더 지원해 줄 수 있는 역량(협력적 태도, 소통능력)을 보다 더 중시하는 시각차를 볼 수 있었다. 이번 연구는 전문기관 연구관리 담당자의 채용과 역량 개발에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
Nuclear power generation is expected to be enlarged for domestic electricity supply based on the 10th Basic Plan of Long-Term Electricity Supply and Demand. However, the issues on the disposal of spent nuclear fuel or high-level radioactive waste has not been solved. KBS-3 concept of the deep geological disposal and pyroprocessing has been investigated as options for disposal and treatment way of spent nuclear fuel. In other way, the radionuclide management process with 6 scenarios are devised combining chlorination treatment and alternative disposal methods for the efficient disposal of spent nuclear fuel. Various scenarios will be considered and comprehensively optimized by evaluation on many aspects, such as waste quantity, radiotoxicity, economy and so on. Level 0 to 4 were identified with the specialized nuclide groups: Level 0 (NFBC, Hull), Level 1 (Long-lived, volatile nuclides), Level 2 (High heat emitting nuclides), Level 3 (TRU/RE), Level 4 (U). The 6 options (Op.1 to 6) were proposed with the differences between scenarios, for examples, phase types of wastes, the isolated nuclide groups, chlorination process sequences. Op.1 adopts Level 0 and 1 to separate I, Tc, Se, C, Cs nuclides which are major concerns for long-term disposal through heat treatment. The rest of spent nuclear fuel will be disposed as oxide form itself. Op.2 contains Sr separation process using chlorination by MgCl2 and precipitation by K2CO3to alleviate the burden of heat after heat treatment process. U/TRU/RE will be remained and disposed in oxide form. Op.3 is set to pyroprocessing as reference method, but residual TRU/RE chlroides after electrorefining will be recovered as precipitates by K3PO4. Op.4 introduces NH4Cl to chlorinate TRU/RE from oxides after Op.2 applied and precipitates them. TRU/RE/Sr will be simultaneously chlorinated by NH4Cl without MgCl2 in Op.5. Then, chlorinated Sr and TRU/RE groups will be separated by post-chlorination process for disposal. But, chlorinated Sr and TRU/RE are designed not to be divided in disposal steps in Op.6. In this study, the mass flow analysis of radionuclide management process scenarios with updated process variables are performed. The amount and composition of wastes by types will be addressed in detail.
PURPOSES : The evaluation of the low-temperature performance of an asphalt mixture is crucial for mitigating transverse thermal cracking and preventing traffic accidents on expressways. Engineers in pavement agencies must identify and verify the pavement sections that require urgent management. In early 2000, the research division of the Korea Expressway Corporation developed a three-dimensional (3D) pavement condition monitoring profiler vehicle (3DPM) and an advanced infographic (AIG) highway pavement management system computer program. Owing to these efforts, the management of the entire expressway network has become more precise, effective, and efficient. However, current 3DPM and AIG technologies focus only on the pavement surface and not on the entire pavement layer. Over the years, along with monitoring, further strengthening and verification of the feasibility of current 3DPM and AIG technologies by performing extensive mechanical tests and data analyses have been recommended. METHODS : First, the pavement section that required urgent care was selected using the 3DPM and AIG approaches. Second, asphalt mixture cores were acquired from the specified section, and a low-temperature fracture test, semi- circular bending (SCB) test, was performed. The mechanical parameters, energy-release rate, and fracture toughness were computed and compared. RESULTS : As expected, the asphalt mixture cores acquired from the specified pavement section ( poor condition – bad section) exhibited negative fracture performances compared to the control section (good section). CONCLUSIONS : The current 3DPM and AIG approaches in KEC can successfully evaluate and analyze selected pavement conditions. However, more extensive experimental studies and mathematical analyses are required to further strengthen and upgrade current pavement analysis approaches.
