The study proposes a priority model for program directors in charge of Corporate Social Contribution to make the best decision. This empirical analysis aims to discover the most significant area among various programs of Corporate Social Contribution Activities. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to test the priority model. The study attempts to demonstrate how the model helps providing better decision choices in corporate practices. The priority preference in Corporate Social Contribution Activities programs among corporate social contribution practitioners, PR professors and NGO activists is examined in order to present preferred programs of corporate social contribution programs, which they value the most as a part of overall social welfare.

Two-stage multi-server tandem queue with two types of processed customers is analyzed. Priority customers always are admitted into the system. Non-priority customers are admitted into the system only if the number of busy servers at the second stage does not exceed some pre-assigned threshold. Economic criterion of the system operation is optimized with respect to the threshold.

교통량 자료는 도로의 계획, 설계 및 운영 등에 폭넓게 활용되는 자료이다. 일반국도를 대상으로 1955년부터 전국 규모의 교통조사가 시행되고 있으며, 도로의 결절점을 기준으로 구간을 설정한 후 상시조사를 실시하고 있다. 그러나 전 구간에서 상시조사를 수행하는 데에는 한계가 있기 때문에 우선순위를 결정하는 것은 중요한 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 우선순위 결정을 위한 방법론으로 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 적용한 다기준 의사결정 기법 (MCDM : Multiple Criteria Decision Making)을 적용하였다. 판단 기준변수로는 도로계획 [AADT, VKT, 첨두시간 교통량, 도시부유출입구간] 도로설계 [Volume(pcu), 방향별교통량, 중차량비], 그리고 도로운영 (속도, 밀도, V/C)으로 정의하였다. 평가자료를 정량화 및 규준화하였고, 설문조사를 통해 얻은 쌍대비교 값들을 가지고 고유벡터 방법으로 계층별, 가중치를 구하였다. 교통량 조사구간에 대한 교통조사 우선순위 선정은 규준화 값과 계층별, 가중치를 곱하여 구한 대안 값의 전체 합의 크기에 따라 결정하였다. 이를 통하여 상시 교통량 조사를 위해 다수의 구간으로 분할된 일반국도를 대상으로, 상시 교통량 조사 지점 우선순위를 결정하였다.

Since the beginning of our military history, we are continuously interested in supplying apartment for military officers. So we possessed 72,361 households and used in 2002. however, 18% of those are over 20years and need to be remodeled. Department of Military has taken this fact seriously to solve the problems, they built more new buildings, rent public buildings and remodeled the old one. But, The procedure of present military apartment remodeling has many problems at the stage of evaluating the priorities in various remodeling projects which have been caused from lots of corps. I’ve reviewed the study of military apartment business and applied the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method which is effective to evaluate the priorities in various groups’ decision.

This study aims to examine the usefulness on the Evaluation Process for the Feasibility & Priority of A Certain Public Projects. and the Methodology used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) which used pairwise comparisons of the alternatives and criteria for solving discrete alternative multicriteria decision problems. In this paper, we present a similar phenomenon, rank reversal problem, when we apply the AHP to group decision making process. The problem is identified by an example problem in that the previous rank order of Public Projects choices. we also present three different methods to prevent the undesirable characteristic of the original AHP in appling to Decision Making Process.

Kano(1984) distinguishes five types of Quality requirement which influence customer satisfaction; Attractive, One-dimensional, Must-be, Indifferent, Reverse Quality element. Attractive requirements lead more than proportional satisfaction. Attractive Quality requirements are the key factors of order winner and the sources of customer delight. Attractive requirements do not influence customer satisfaction equally. This study presents Kano's model using AHP(Analysis Hierarchy Process) for the priorities of attractive Quality requirements.

본 연구에서는 교량의 내진보강방안을 합리적으로 결정하기 위하여 기존교량 및 보강된 교량의 지진하중에 대한 손상가능성을 이용하여 보강에 따른 내진성능 향상효과를 분석하였다. 교량의 내진보강에 따른 효과는 기존교량 및 보강된 교량에 대해 평가된 보강우선순위의 변화를 통하여 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 선행적으로 교량의 사용수명동안에 발생가능한 지진하중에 의한 지진취약부위의 손상확률과 손상으로 인해 예상되는 총 손실비용에 근거한 지진취약부위별 가중치를 이용하여 교량별 내진보강 우선순위를 결정할 수 있는 평가기법을 제안하였다. 제안된 평가기법의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 다른 형식을 갖는 4개의 PSC 거더교를 대상으로 내진보강 우선순위를 평가하였다. 또한 각 지진취약부위별로 내진 보강된 교량에 대해 재평가된 순위지수를 기존교량에 대해 평가된 결과와 비교함으로써 각 교량별로 적용된 보강기법의 적합성을 검토하였다. 기존교량 및 보강된 교량에 대한 모의분석결과로부터 적용된 보강방안에 따라 해당취약부위의 손상가능성은 상당히 감소될 수 있으나 반면에 인접한 지진취약부위의 손상가능성은 증가되는 경향을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 기존교량에 대한 합리적인 보강방안을 결정하기 위해서는 내진보강에 따른 교량의 전체적인 거동특성변화에 따른 보강효과분석이 필수적으로 요구되며, 이는 본 연구에서 제안한 내진보강 우선순위 평가기법에 따라 기존교량 및 보강된 교량의 보강우선순위를 평가, 비교함으로써 효과적으로 수행될 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다

예를 들어, 옥션에서 실시하고 있는 경매 서비스가 타 쇼핑몰과 비교할 때 우위성을 토대로 사업을 강화시키고 발전시켜 나갈 경우에 국내 인터넷 비즈니스에서 가장 강력한 모델이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대되고 있다. 현재까지 옥션은 인터넷 경매시장에서 확고 부동한 선두자의 자리를 취하고 있으며 수수료 수입이 거래 규모와 비례하는 관계를 보이고 있다. 또한 향후경매 인구확대 및 시장규모 증대시 옥션의 수익 증가가 추가적으로 이루어질 전망이다. 이와 같은 인터넷 상거래와 네트워킹 마케팅이 결합될 경우 유통 및 소비혁명을 이루어갈 것으로 예상된다.

본 논문은, 시설물안전법의 적용을 받지 않아 안전사각 지대에 놓여 있는 중소규모 교량들의 유지관리 전략 수립시 기초자료로 활용할 수 있는, 중소규모 교량 성능평가 우선순위 결정 방안을 제시하기 위해 실시하였다. 이를 위해 취약도와 영향도를 기반으로 하는 위험도 지수를 산출하고, 산출된 위험도 지수에 따라 이들 교량들을 성능평가 즉시실시교량, 단기실시교량 및 관찰교량으로 구분하여 제안하고, 실제 공용중에 있는 중소규모 교량에 적용하여 제안한 방안의 현장 적용성을 확인하였다. 연구결과, 여기서 제시된 방안은 향후 중소규모 교량의 유지관리 전략 수립에 적절히 활용되어 중소규모교량 사고 방지 및 유지관리 예산절감에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.

구조물의 내진보강의 필요성이 대두되고 있지만 이를 담당하는 기관이나 사람은 내진구조 비전공자로 효과적으로 내진보강사업을 발주 및 관리, 감독하는데 어려움이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기위해 분석적 계층화 프로세스를 이용하여 보강대상 건축물의 내진보강공법 우선순위를 제안하는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이를 통해 담당자는 구조물별, 내진성능 부족요인 별 최적의 내진보강공법을 선정할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
